For the past while I have felt so depressed, im not emo or anything, i just dont n=know whats getting to me, I'll be fine and perky one minute and then i feel terrible.
As I was telling fur flyer, this is one of those times i wish i had a mate to hold me and comfort me :'(

Being depressed is no fun, I felt miserable and even suicidal.

When I'm sad I just listen to Coburn - We interrupt this program, always cheers me up.

The best thing to do is not focus too much on what is making you depressed.
Try thinking about all the things that make you happy and perky, and once you do keep your mind on that and don't veer away.
If that doesn't work listen to music and cry it out.

thanks guys *hugs all* I'm trying my best to get throught the rough times. i think my problem is that I'm nearing the end of my schhol life, and it seems like all my friends are leaving me. Especially over the summer, many of them will be away, on vacation or something, I'll have a total of like 2 of my good friends to hang out with. O well. :'(

I got five minutes on here and there is nothing I would like to do better than help a friend with those few minutes.
What I want ya' to do, Noke, is FORCE yourself to be happy. Some people don't think they can, and if they don't THINK they can, they obviously can't. I want you to freaking put yourself to the screws and tell yourself to be happy! The many times in my life I have even gotten to a depressed or angry state, I laugh out loud and then grin stupidly. It is a really, really, odd way of curing bad emotions compared to others, and some people don't think they can. If you can't the next best suggestion is what Kero suggested.
Oh yeah, and don't use vices of any sort; don't over-eat or do a single thing for extended time either. Do various things you love without suspending on one for too long, as that makes your thoughts linger. And, if you have expendable items that break happily, take a large blunt object and smash them, being sure that they don't make you regret it afterwards.

I'm not sure if this will make you feel better, but, remember, things will always get better, no mater how bad they seem, they will always get better in the end, the suffering you go through now is just your way of getting strong enough to handle it.

when ever life gets you down just get back up with a smile on your face ^w^ thats what i always do ^w^even though i am depressed here and there but never let anything get you down just go on every day with a smile on the muzzle of yours buddy ^w^
