Greetings to the members and staff of Furry forums.
I am Scheer, though I am new here I am not new to forums or the fandom. I am somewhat of a forum 'nomad.' In other words I am registered, and have been active on most of the furry forums one can find via Google and Wikifur at one point in time or another (currently registered on 23 diffrent forums, active on 2). Though I am active-ish on furry forums, I my self am not overly furry. I consider my self on the fringe of the fandom and I am quite happy there.
I hope to soon enroll in college and peruse a doctorate in History, after which I plan to become a Professor in a college or possibly a highschool. History is a passion of mine, I collect and antiques, old photographs and firearms and in my free time I am a avid Table top Wargamer.
Did I also mention I am a Punk? Yes, punks not dead. I heartily believe in D.I.Y. I can be quite aggressive when I need to be. I believe in Anarchy with out Chaos, that people can peacefully co-exist with out a leader telling them how to live there lives and leaching off of them. (Though.. Chaos is fun at times, especially in a mosh.) I am anti-religion, though well read on most mainstream ones. And of course protests and punk music has a big influence on me.
So yes, there you go an interesting mix of Geek, Punk and furry. Its good to be well rounded. So that is all I have to state about me, you have to find out the rest on your own.

Try the IRC Chat. There's usually people in there if they aren't on the forums.

And I'm also pretty much anti-religion. :'3
I wouldn't put it so bluntly as I don't care what people believe in,
as long as I don't have to see too much of it. I generally tend to gain an opinion
once I see people worshiping, praying.. and all that fun crazy stuff.
I am also anti-government.. although I can't say that compleatly because most
of all my problems remain with America.. and as I've recently moved to Canada,
I can't really complain. ;P Instead I just try to convince my friends and family
to get out of America before all hell breaks loose with the economy.

And I have done quite abit of reading on the 3 mainstream religions and several smaller oriental ones. Its all fine and good for people to believe what they want, but ehh.. I have a hard time grasping the existence of an invisible magical omnipresent being. And assorted other gripes, but to each there own I suppose.
I wish I could flee to Canada before a S.H.T.F. situation happens as a result of the economy and obama. Buuuut no money for skunk because of the economy thus no fleeing.
