You turned the blade and brought it to your wrists
I cringe my hand in the way
My blood falls to the floor and my stare connects with yours
I lean in not for a kiss but an embrace
I whisper in your ear “No more…”
The breath on your ear causing you to shudder
I closed my eyes tears flowing “Please no more, I need you…”
I lick my lips and look into your eyes once more “You’re my Obsession”
You shake and cry but I only hold you tighter
I take the blade from your hand and let the stained blade hit the floor
For the first time my lips connect with yours we share our lives
The sun seeps into your darkened room emotion lightened on our faces
The truth is I love you dearly, you are broken
Allow my heartstrings to sew your heart a new
My broken little angel
I love you
I always will
Don’t throw away your life or a drop of blood
You’re my obsession and I hope you love me too
