Title: How Do I Get Pictures On Here

I have seen other peoples drawings on here and i am just wanting to ask.
how do you get my pictures on this site?

I have been told that it has to be uploaded on another site and then you post it here, is that right or is there other ways it can be done.

Yes, that's right... Pictures need to be uploaded to places such as Imageshack or Photobucket, then those sites can provide forum codes for posting images. (They'll have [img] tags around the picture's link.)
