Ok so many of you know about how I'm trying to lose weight with my mother since she found out she had diabetes earlier this year.
Well, today I have good news.
I just bought a brand new belt, waist size 40. I was at 46.
I was 240 or so lbs. and am now down to 215. I'm so proud of myself. I feel ten times better, and I'm sure I look better (except the saggy clothes). My personal goal is 190.
My mother has looked a lot better too. She's probably down into 190s or something. We're ganna keep working at it.
-
Hmm I should try loosind weight but im sooooo laaazzyy.
-
Heh, congratulations on your progress it is good to hear that you and your mother are working on it. I myself like my current size because it scares others into leaving me alone.
-
so far this summer ive gone from 265 to 245 from a 38in waist to a 36 =P even if i lost alot of weight people would still be intimidated by me... untill they got to know me that is.
-
Good job! Keep at it and you'll only continue to feel better!
-
congratulations on your progress, loosing weight must be hard as heck 0_o
-
Congrats Jesse thats quite an accomplishment. You should be proud but dont relish in the moment for too long more work to be done. :)
-
I know. I'm going to continue to workout.
-
Indeed congrats on the weight loss..I myself am a waist size 30 although I myself wouldn't mind losing 5 or 10lbs...I bike almost everyday..to and from work then sometimes hit the trails..
Keep up the good work Jesse :3

Contratz Jesse!
I mean, I dont need to excersize becuase I do so much drumming, although my legs arent that strong,
my arms are lots stronger! So Im lucky, I lose weight whilst doing somthing I LOVE.
After all, Drummers have been scientifically proven be as fit as athlites Hehehe
Hey Jesse, try rocking out on your Jazzmaster till you sweat hard.
Could work pretty well! :peace:

OH NO I ain't ganna do that! I still don't own it. Guitar Center does. I'm still making payments.

Rock out as in go mad. Swish around but be careful, play hard and fast but concentrate a lot. Easier for drums, BASH BASH BASH! XD
Play really hard but just carefully
-
me being a biker my legs are stronger then my arms... I'd like to gain some muscle on my arms though :/
-
Wanna swap for a bit Shadow? XD
-
Great Job Jesse! +^_^+
You'll lose more weight in no time.
Last year I weighed 210 lbs but then I lost weight through the duration of the summer from exercising and working out.
Now I'm 140 lbs :3

My legs are the same way. I can't even put both hands around my calves without squeezing the leg.
-
I can touch my ring finger and thumb together when I put my hand around my wrist..
-
Gaining is hard for me, I never lost or gained a pound over 5 years and it was very unhealthy the way I grew -.-

Eat more calories and lift weights.

believe me, i know what its like xD high-metabolism can be one's worst enemy sometimes, and if there's no possibility for work-out, its hard to gain weight
-
Heh..yea high metabolism i'll eat anything and won't gain a pound....heck. when my stomach is relaxed i can see the bottom of my rib cage showing o.o and when I suck in..I can see the ridges of my rib cage o.o...it's the reason why my boss gave me my nickname "squirrelly" because i can fit anywhere o.o
