Title: Can someone make me a profile pic

I may have alot of furry pics but to tell you the truth I'm not an artist, I'm a collector and I really don't know if there is a rule against using another artists artwork. I have a pic in mind in my collection but i don't want it to be somone elses pic i want it to be an original. if anyone wants to help me you can email me at [email protected]. thanks  ???
