Title: Need some tips/advice
Post by: Vee Katame: His Wolfy on June 20, 2008, 09:39:50 PM
I have drawn (by hand, not on the computer) a couple furry pictures and I want to color them, but I'm not sure how to color it so that it actually looks like fur. So, any tips/advice on how to do that?

I color some, and I also use pencils. What exactly are you planning to color with? If you try chalk or pencils of any sort, I suggest using a lot of strokes and pencil marks and also to avoid trying to smudge. More marks makes it better.

A Vague example, but take a look at the hair and you'll see what I mean.

I think I'm gonna use colored pencils for my coloring.
