Description: He is dressed in the standard grey uniform of the citys Troopers, a silver bar on the side identifying him as a lieutenant. Unlike most Troopers, he is unarmed, choosing to rely on his powers over any sort of weapon. Also uncommon is the fact that he is a non-human holding an officers rank.
