Post by: MegaMutt on November 02, 2023, 07:18:13 PM: I know, I tainted this one with my own insane ramblings :crazy: but the teams could be anything~ so I chose something silly!

The game starts at 0.

Pick a team! If you are Team Hedgehog, you +1 to the count. If you are Team Echidna, -1 to the count. Choose whichever team speaks to you more~

Hedgehogs win if the count reaches 50, Echidnas win if the count reaches -50. And don't worry; I won't be upset if you pick Team Hedgehog XP
BEGIN!

We're now changing it up every time a side wins :P
Currently: PREDATOR vs. PREY. Predator +1, Prey -1

like their design a bit more than the hedgehog, both are under used in media, so not much exposure for me.

need to get into the rabbit hole of the sonic comics at some point, i think the most 'obscure' sonic media i've consumed is the sonic boom cartoon oo and a couple episodes of that sonic cartoon from like the 90s or whenever (didnt get much through it, a problem i have with cartoons from that time is that sooo much screen time is taken up by the random villians instead of the main characters, same thing with the old mlp cartoons - i want to watch ponies not random witches darnit! D:)

That sounds like one rabbit hole I wanna go down! I used to be OBSESSED with stories involving overpowered characters and convoluted stories (usually "poorly" animated Youtube series that mix characters from different fandoms like Sonic, Dragon Ball, Pokemon. etc). :D

I both do and don't recommend reading the Archie comics... Oh, who am I kidding - yes I do! You should both have a shot at it! I was working on a reading order in release-order, but Bobby TKP has a great reading-order (https://thankskenpenders.tumblr.com/readingorder) which is in the order that she read it - there's one or two things that are a bit out of order, but it will take you through the Archie Sonic & Mega Man reading order~ Yes, and Mega Man! Oh, my god. They did two huge cross-overs. You should totes read the Mega Man comics alongside. What a TREAT! And... It's in the first Mega Man crossover that they completely wipe my beloved echidnas out of the canon! And I can't be mad in the slightest, because that is HILARIOUS! DAMN YOU, DR. WILY! IS NOTHING SACRED?!??!?!?!?!?!? MY ECHIDNAS!!!!!!!
Actually, my OC Zara-Ra was first created for a RP which was set post-reboot, but he's a preboot character.. So I justified it by Snake Man (from Mega Man 3) punting him -so- hard in the middle of the big tussle, that he accidentally flew out-of-bounds, and ended up zoot-chuting into the new continuity for the Sonic comics. It cracks me up.

Well the neighbors already don't keep their dogs on leashes (and I found out when I was forced to run from them) so surely they wouldn't mind me letting a few spiders loose.

I've never actually owned a dog.. Except from when I was very little - our parents had a little JRT named Queenie. I barely remember her, though! I was very small. We're thinking of adopting a pug from this rescue agency around here, though. . .
