Hello, party people
I'm Glitch-Rat, short time furry, long time artist
I have 2 main fursonas, a goat named Seymour and a Rat named JD, nicknamed Glitch
You can call me Glitch, Medic, or J.D
I'm in Laramie, Wyoming, so not a lot goes on, conventions and all
Overall I've been edging in the community for 4-5 years now? But I never really stepped over that line and into the community until a week ago after my first (furry)convention, and first one in suit
Sorry this intro is a bit awkward, I'm not used to writing about myself. Anyway! I guess I just recently became comfortable and accepting I'm a furry, since my first "friend" to show me this world hates all furrys and painted them in a bad light. Despite. Being an avid artist and fursuit maker?? Idk. They hate furries but still cater to them.
I recently went to Denfur and seeing how friendly so much of the community is, I really want to be apart of this too!!
Seymour has a fullsuit, and on my next paycheck (I work full-time at a sandwich shop, part time doing art) I plan to start my first suit for J.D!(also gonna get a laminator for my badges so I can actually give them to people;w;) I also wanted to experiment with LEDs in suits
Overall I've been drawing all my life, and have been making plushies and other crafts for about a year, getting better all the time~
I hope to make a YouTube with some tutorials on things I had to learn by myself to help other people start off too, since I couldn't find solid starting places and tutorials when I was starting.
I joined this forum, at first to see if I can get in contact with some other creators for tips and help. But then it became to mostly looking for friends!
I realized besides that former friend I don't really know anyone in the furry community and being a fairly new member, I'd like to make some friends!
