I am going to a concert this Friday and I don't know if everyone heard of Video Games Live.
Video Games Live is an orchestra playing music from video games. Titles include Halo 3, Bioshock, Final Fantasy, WoW, Zelda and other great titles.
Post up what you think about em.

i think music in game is really important, it sets the mood, it can create strong emotion (halo 3) and thats why a event like this deserves all the support from the gaming public as possible, i actually bought the Halo 3 original soundtrack, and im happy about that

I also agree with music in games. It really does set the mood, in example you are in an intense battle you do not want a soft little jingle you want a strong intense feeling in the air. Video game culture has been very important not only does Video Game Live provide entertainment it also makes video games a art form by addingm a orchestra to the music from the game.

Nice but you were too late it is past and was awesome same with the costume contest and the video game competitions, they had a space invader competition and I came in second... arf but other than that the costumes were great the music was great, Tommy T. was great overall everything was great!.

what were the most surprising cosplayers you saw?

Well there were a whole army of Links a few Zeldas but the most suprisng had to be about 6 people dressing as soldiers from Call of Duty 4 all as a squad. They wore good costumes too.

I liked it too but during the Kingdom Hearts part Square Enix told them they couldn't show any video but Disney let them use their videos...
