As the thread title suggests, what kind of shoes do you wear on a daily basis? Can you describe your shoes?
I wear 3 different kinds of shoes:
Nike Flex Running Shoes (Blue/White)
- I wear these most of the year on smooth pavement. Okay comfort, not great.
Field and Stream Boots (Tan/Cream)
- These boots I wear for snow, mud, grass, uneven ground, and even puddles of water. Feels like walking on clouds.
Dress Shoes (Black)
- Worn to events, parties, interviews, and sometimes for jobs. Pretty uncomfortable in general.
-
I like to wear slip-on shoes usually because laces annoy me. So I have some comfy slip-on tennis shoes I wear most days.
I have slippers I wear around the house all the time.
I have a variety of shoes for my dressier days. Couple ankle boots, sandals, and slippers. Girl shoes are complicated.
-
Mainly I'm wearing smart brown leather shoes with my suit.
When I'm not, I have these sock-like trainers which are very comfortable.
And then a pair of trainers where I've removed the laces so they are basically slip ons.
-
My redbrick workshoes when i'm working.
Beige nike airmax in the weekends.
and some times flip flops, whenit is hot ouside
-
Most of the time sandals or bare feet.
If I have a lot of walking to do, sneakers, If I have work to do, Boots.
-
Before enlisting, I wore almost exclusively Bates combat boots. Now in the Marines, I wear almost exclusively.....Bates combat boots XD
-
I wear a worn out pair of Nikes, when I buy a new pair, I buy the exact same ones. I, uh, I'm not very creative. :3
-
I tend to wear only Vans sk8-hi's. Currently I am wearing an all leather MTE version of them.
-
I have several pairs of shoes that go on seasons or occasions, and my shoe habit has changed a bit over the years.
Ecco sneakers:
All-round shoe for everyday outdoor activity. Laced, just tight enough to sit on but can easily be taken on and off without redoing the laces.
Keepers sneakers (?):
Light shoes for summertime, when I want to carry less weight. Little bit of elastic in the front. Extremely prone to getting dirty, so not really a great choice for where I live, buuuuut... f*** tha police I want da summer shoes >:(
Winter boots of unknown brand:
Does what it says on the tin. Laced.
Sandals:
...
Moccasins:
Unlaced. Extremely worn out, but still used as formal footwear (ironic, I know). I used to wear these as my daily shoes for school, and once forgot we were going on a mountain hike, so I hiked in moccasins XD

Cowboy boots are my go-to shoes most days.
If I'm feeling extra lazy I toss on some leather slip-ons I have. Very rarely do I break out one of the many pairs of Skechers I own.
When I was in high school I only ever wore Converse, because they were cheap and lasted forever. Not this overpriced Nike garbage they are now.
-
I always enjoyed wearing converse, or these werid leather shoes. Mostly due to being the only things I have had as hand me downs. But overall I perfer wearing my slip on , non slip shoes being that they work great for my job or just comfortable.
-
I have at least 10 pairs of shoes. It can be seen as much but I shoes really bring an outfit together and I wear different things sooo. The 3 I wear the most are my purple Nike tennis-shoes (says track and country or something on them), My grey high-top Vans, and my Asics (they're mostly my workout/errand shoes and they're comfortable as hell.
-
I just got some new shoes to replace my current set, this time I went with Nike's "Flyknit Trainer 2017 'Night Purple'":

This is a really interesting question lol
I usually just wear converse, but I love collecting really stupid shoes (usually from thrift stores). I've got red and black converse with multitudinous superfluous straps and zippers, BRIGHT TURQUOISE and salmon shoes made out of plastic or something, a pair of completely transparent shoes made of plastic (which allows me to wear interesting socks and have them actually be visible), the most unapologetically badass leather combat boots in existence, these weird gold shoes that evade description with a sort of rasta aesthetic...? I could go on. They're just... all so terrible. They're like my children.

Black slip-on dr.scholl's dress shoes. For cleaning, Earth Spirit sandals to go do laundry.
