Title: [TECHNICAL] Suggestion board in the adult area

Because of the nature of some suggestions they can't be placed here since they could contain subjects from mature nature.
To prevent from someone getting a warning a suggestion board could be opened in the adult area to safely post adult suggestions without someone getting a warning

We used to have this back when we used the Helpdesk forever ago, but it got lost when the Helpdesk was taken down. I've put up a new one.
