Title: Fursuit Clothing Mods

Hi all. I am looking to have some clothing modified for some costumes I intend to use for my fursuit. My biggest want is to "split" a lab coat the back to accommodate the tail. I'm also wanting to get a pair of long khaki pants modified to fit my tail. But I don't want to just rip them as this would likely lead to problems later. Can anyone suggest someone who does clothing mods for tails? Thanks.
