Title: Affiliate banners page

I'm not certain but this seems a bit outdated perhaps? There's a couple banners but even the newest is quite old and arguably outdated.

It's also far from every banner that's been in use or suggested.
Perhaps this could use an update?

There's also my contribution to the banner contest that happened many years ago,

Both these are notably more recent than the ones listed on this page and I'm fairly sure there's been more than these as well.
