My own recipe!
Ingredients:
2 tbs butter
3 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs self raising flower
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 overripe banana
Instructions:
Put the butter into a micowave safe mug and microwave (20 seconds for block butter, 15 for soft)
Mash and stir in the banana
stir in the sugar, ginger and flour
Add milk if the mixture is too thick
microwave for 90 seconds
