I posted a quote about two weeks ago for a custom hoodie from lemonbrat, no reply. Okay, so I emailed them just confirming that they received my quote. About another week later still no reply, should I email them again or just give up? My issue is that I REALLY want a hoodie from them because they are well made and look nice but their customer service seems to be lacking. Anyone have experiences they can draw from to give me advice? Or anyone have advice in general about how to go about this? :S

Well, looked 'em up and it looks alright.
First thing I would suggest is checking - are/were they even open for quotes? Not all makers are open to just submit quotes like so but only actually accept them at specific points when they specifically have stated they are open for them.
Also, I checked their twitter and saw this posted just a week ago:
"Hey everyone we are back from con catching up on emails and customs this week. Please send me an email if you have any questions :)"
If you're having trouble getting replies to emails, consider trying to message them at some other way, such as sending them a message on Twitter or something?

yea at the time they did say that they were open for commissions, I guess I'll try and contact them through twitter in the next couple days, thanks for the advice! ^w^
