Title: My laptop's internet connection is being weird

Nearly every time I close my laptop, it's connection goes to Limited, and I have to restart my computer to be able to use the internet. This only happens when I close it, but when it goes into sleep mode while open, this doesn't happen. My computer is a cheap hp 2000 from 2013.
EDIT: This issue doesn't happen to my friend's laptop, which is the same exact model.

If anyone can help me fix this issue, I would be very thankful.

Reinstall the wifi drivers and the problem is gone I guess?
