There was a hiss of static over his ear piece, for a moment it drowned his own thoughts "Agent Reedy, Tac. Ops."
He wiped the sweat off his brow and squint down the spotting scope "Go ahead Tac. Ops."
"Agent Tigre will rendezvous with you at your current position." Keith swept his vision over the dessert landscape and caught a convoy heading south of his position.
He had perched camp up on the cliff side for a good vantage point, with the sun at his back like most scouts were taught.
"Tssk, tssk. You know I don't like to run missions with new blood." His paws went back behind him, around his hip to his back pocket for the hanker chief.
He tried not to move, tried not to pad down his dugout since the dust was rather agitating to him "Considering your last mission with Agent Honduras which ended disastrously, ICS has decided you have a new partner."
"That mission was a success." An impish sneer went over his lips, he liked pawing at Tac. Ops. Radio Communicator.
The coyote's head sunk into his shoulders resting his neck muscles, he had laid down a blanket underneath him to keep the dust down,
"It was a debauchery of your specific orders. Agent Tigre's ETA should be in 5 secs." The feed cut, dropped into a limbo of silence until it banked with Agent Tigre's coms.
-
*the young tiger jumped from the back of the humvee rolling then crawling to her feet. She ran over to the higher ranking officer and saluted him* Agent Tigre reporting as requested, sir *her arm fell back to grasp her M 16 and she awaited orders. This was her first op and while she was excited, she was nervous. She did not wish to disappoint the agent she was assigned to*

"Don't salute your commanding officer Rook, they'll have every reason to shoot me. We do not operate like the military soldier, we are agents." As he sat on the rock, he pulled off his shades and adjusted the binoculars around his neck.
"I'm Agent Reedy."
-
*she nodded and went to drop her pack* I'm agent Tigre. I apologize for formalities. I come from the 4th brigade 17th battalion. I'm still used to all the Navy protocol *she dug through her pack and removed s water bottle drinking some before pouring some on her neck* it's bloody hot out here *she turns to the coyote* I wasn't briefed before the dropped me here. I mean I know the jist of what we're doing but if you want my help I need the finer details.

He looked out over the landscape realizing how novice she was, it angered him. Keith moved towards the ledge and looked down at the convoy.
"Our mission is to neutralize a rogue battalion of our country's army. But most importantly, extract information about why they're doing this." The coyote's fur soaked in the dusk sunset and radiated brilliantly.
He pulled out the pistol strapped to his hip, a matte black Sig Sauer which matched his sunglasses. The agent loaded the clip and chambered a round before taking off his long sleeve shirt.
-
*she released an inaudible sigh. She never meant to anger the agent. She had hopes that he'd warm up to her eventually. She studied his form, his demeanor and his physique. He was in good shape she had to admit that. She pulled the slide back on her M 16. She was ready for anything. She had spent months trying to get into the agency and she sure didn't want to disappoint anyone by making any mistakes. This was the real deal now. Practice was over* what's your plan of attack?

He slipped on a tank top and looked over his equipment "I've already confiscated one of their uniforms. The member I caught was just a brute however, he didn't have any intelligence."
Keith glanced over at the tigress, she was an attractive lady who fit her clothes without scant "I'm going down there to see if I can capture one of the enemies for questioning. I need you to be my lookout and shooter in case things get ugly."
-
*she nods and reaches into her pack pulling a high powered scope from one of the inside pockets along with a tripod stand for her to rest her gun on. She fits the scope onto her gun and lays in the dirt adjusting the scope and making sure everything is aligned. She looks up at him* hey...be careful okay? I've got your 6 but if I see things are getting too out of control I will go in *she reached back into her pack and pulled a silencer from the side pocket screwing it on to the barrel of her gun. She was ready to prove that she wasn't just some rookie. She was ready to prove her skill. She laid back on her belly pulling the gun to her shoulder and looking down through the scope* it looks like you're clear on the west side. I would go now if I was you before their patrol comes back around this way.

"Agreed. So far they've set up camp below, there's about 15 armed hostiles." He set down the footpath which led down into the valley.
It was fast approaching evening when a cool air settled on the desert plains. He made his way to the enemy's encampment "Coms check Agent Tigre. Do you copy?"
-
Loud and clear Reedy *she followed him with the scope leading about 15 feet just in case he were to be spotted. She knew she had to be on target if things began to get messy* 2 hostiles, appear to be unarmed east of your current position. They seem fairly distracted but keep your distance Reedy, over. *she kept close watch, her adrenaline pumping through her*

"Right. I'm going south to a watering hole they dug." Keith made his way around the two defectors down to their watering hole.
It was a good place, no one suspected it and most of them would come unarmed. The agent proceeded to bury himself in sand by the hole. When he was pretty much covered he put a bucket on his chest, the one they used to get water.
"I hear one coming, is he alone?"
-
*she watched as he buried himself and then spotted one unarmed hostile* he's alone. Neutralize the hostile *she scanned the horizon keeping her finger on the trigger in case other hostiles decided to come searching for their friend* all is clear. He's the only one, over *she didn't understand why but having reedy out there in the sh*t by himself made her slightly nervous and uneasy. She knew he could handle his own but she was still so used to team ops*

"Copy." He was patient, had to be after so many mission he'd learned to wait. A wise soldier died a hundred times in the battle field, a foolish one died once. Insight had saved him in many perilous situations. The hostile was just above him now reaching for the bucket, Keith sucked in a breath of air.
At this point he had wished Tigre was down here but he knew that she could be a liability. He exploded out of the sand locked his arms around the soldier and grappled with him for about 8 seconds. 8 seconds that seemed like an eternity, he struggled to keep him quiet. Somehow during the wrestling the hostile had pulled the pin out of a grenade hidden in his pack.
Keith cut loose all the power he had and threw it away, the explosion though would compromise him. He swore loudly over his communicator "I'm compromised. Change of plans, I need protection!"
The agent put the hostile down, had given him the sleeper hold to knock him out.
-
*swearing she jumped up keeping her gun to her shoulder she moved forward quickly scanning the horizon she picked off two armed hostiles as she came down the embankment scanning back over to where Keith was she spoke quickly* 2 hostiles on your 9, I'm on my way *she picked off one more unsuspecting hostile then put the gun down to her side running towards Reedy at a full sprint. This is what they trained her for. She got down to the watering hole and put the gun back to her shoulder she looked over to reedy and yelled* Go! Go! I've got you covered!

He was impressed, she was deliberate-she was a good shot. Keith unholstered his pistol and shot two down, both were dead before they hit the ground. The two of them started to advance toward their encampment when a third target came around the corner.
A glistening of steel blade shone as it whirled at Reedy, he had in a blink of an eye evaded it. Judging by its velocity he was able to catch the blade in his fingers without cutting himself. The agent threw it back at the hostil killing him instantly.
"We need to keep the first one alive!"
-
*followed reedy strapping her gun to her back she answered* I'll contain the target *she swiftly yet gracefully made her way through the camp keeping her head on a swivel she motioned to keith that there were two on her left and she proceeded into the tent on her right*

There were a few gunshots, poorly aimed shots which hit anywhere but near their position. Reedy followed Agent Tigre into the shelter. There were seven, no eight anthros all of which has bags over their heads. He didn't know who the hostages were, not even a clue. He motioned for Tigre to go at the entrance of the tent and defend. He clinched the pistol so hard it hurt, another hostile was coming. Keith could see his shadow now, and without hesitation shot through the tent and killed him.
"Agent Tigre we need to get these people out of here-" He was cut off by Operations "Agents Reedy and Tigre we have aerial confirmation that an aircraft is approaching your position."
In the distance the faint whomping of a chopper shook the ground. Reedy looked over at Tigre expecting her to give him details about the aircraft.
-
*peeking outside* enemy apache approaching. Keith they have a gunner! We have to abort mission. Grab the hostages and let's get the hell out of here!

The coyote turned and faced the first hostage, cut the zip tie around his wrists and unmasked him. He was a Bengal tiger, broad shoulders and a long scare over his left eye.
Reedy glanced over at Tigre and tossed her his knife "Here. Get the others loose!"
A mechanical noise, one that specifically stood out from the chopping made him freeze. It had to be one of the mounted Gatling guns on the helicopter. Everyone knew when the barrels rotated they created an unmistakable whirling. Outside the matte black chopper was turning to give their gunman a clean shot.
Reedy dug his heels into the sand, shifted his weight and eased one half, his upper half out of the tent. He drew his pistol again and fired another few shots, they were misguided but gave them some time. The coyote tapped his watch and flipped open the cover. The agent had set up a turret on cliff side where he had camp. It engaged the chopper and locked onto it's hear signature.
Reedy returned to Tigre, she was opening her mouth to say something but the turret fired a dozen live rounds which subdued communication.
-
*her ears rang painfully but she ignored the ringing and cut everyone lose. She turned to reedy and shoved his knife into his back pocket before turning to the hostages and shouting* everyone stay behind me! We're going to get you all out of here but it's important that you listen to both agent reedy and myseld. Do what we say and we will keep you alive. C'mon let's move out! *she turned toward reedy and nodded signaling that everyone was accounted for and understood their situation* ready when you are boss *she resisted the urge to salute him*
Sent from my SM-N915P using Tapatalk

Reedy knew the turret-though an infantry turret wouldn't hold them off for long "Lead the pack, I'll get the rear!"
The helicopter pilot released a short range missile which destroyed the turret upon contact. Keith was engaging his communicator again "Ops. I picked up on long range sensor a drone. Your drone. We need cover ASAP!"
He doffed his backpack pulled out an attachment which fit nicely to his pistol. In a matter of seconds he had turned his handgun into a semi auto rifle. Once he finished screwing on the long barrel he patted Tigre's should to move out.
"Operations copies. Moving Drone 213 to your approx location."
-
*started out the tent opening running east straight into the desert* c'mon we have to get out of here! *she ran making sure that she didn't leave the others behind * reedy where's our back up?!

Reedy heard what she said but it didn't occur to him until after he noticed the chopper dropped a roll up ladder. He held tightly into his rifle with a grip nothing could shake, as Reedy followed the group he took a quick hiatus and fired a few rounds. They hit directly where he aimed them but they didn't enter the cab of the helicopter where the pilots were.
Drone 213 was approaching but Operations was struggling to control it, for some reason it seemed a virus had taken control of it. Reedy saw the hostiles climbing the rope, they weren't about to fight they were trying to retreat.
"Agents, Operations. Someone has take control of our craft, be advised." Keith watched the helicopter fly off.
There wasn't a thing they could do, they were outgunned and easily out maneuvered. As they were running out of the camp he stopped. There beside a tent was a metal box, it was open and inside laid an RPG launcher.
Reedy turned to Agent Tigre "Tigre get that RPG! Drone 213 is compromised."
-
*motions for every body to continue you on into the darkness of the desert and grabs the rpg. She loads it and mounts her shoulder aiming for the drone. Pulling the trigger the force of kick back pulled her down to the ground. The drone was hit and she dropped the rpg to the floor. Turning to keith she winked, going to catch up with the hostages they had saved* c'mon before they get too deep into the desert *she smiled a bit before rejoining the group

The coyote smirked "Don't get cocky now Rook!"
He ran beside Tigre, they eventually caught up to the hostages who had sheltered by the rock mass which lead up to Reedy's hideout.
Keith keyed his earpiece "Ops., Agent Reedy."
Go ahead Agent Reedy.
"I have 8 Hostages, unharmed and ready for evac. Mission Retrieval was unsuccessful, however we have reason to suspect the hostages have actual intelligence on them."
Copy, what's your lat and long?
Reedy looked over at Agent Tigre, an attractive anthro. Quite pleasing to the eyes, yet she had discipline "That is 31.0461° N, break. And 34.8516° E."
10-4 we are dispatching a Chinook to your approx location. Standby.
-
*tended to the hostages ensuring that none were injured or in need of emergency care before speaking softly to reedy* everyone checks out, medically anyways. A couple of the women are pretty shaken from the whole experience *she sat in the sand allowing her tail to curl around into her lap* I'm slightly concerned for the tiger mostly. The gash on his eye while not fresh isn't very old.... he told me they'd been captured almost a month ago... *she dug through her pack and pulled out a canteen and another bottle of water offering it to keith* from what I've heard...we're up against some twisted individuals *she caught reedys gaze for a moment with her big green eyes*

Reedy remained standing, looked around and broke down his rifle to a pistol again. Even in a muscle shirt it was hot, the sun blinding. He accounted the cartridges in his pistol and reloaded them. Once the area was secure he also sat down beside Kit.
"I admire your sand. Couldn't have done if without you." He took a long swig from the bottle of water she gave him.
"Once the helicopter gets here we'll get them back to headquarters. Something tells me we'll be sent on a new mission when we get back."
He poured the water down his neck and back, "But first some much desired rest."
-
*keeps watch over the horizon. It WAS really hot out and she hated it. She removed her t shirt and exposes a white tank top. Splashing water on her arms and neck to keep her cool she waited patiently. She turned to reedy* so... where are you from anyways?
Sent from my SM-N915P using Tapatalk

Out of his peripheral vision he saw Kit take off her shirt, he didn't look except froze in his relative position and stared off into the dunes.
"In the states." He felt kinda bad saying that but you couldn't ever be to careful nowadays in the spy business.
Perhaps later he'd tell her where he was from when they got back to HQ. Although he didn't make eye contact he couldn't deny the magnetism of her. She was nice he thought, quite pretty too but nonetheless he respected her. He had a habitual or rather chronic problem with friend zoning women. Considering her looks she must've been taken anyway.
Keith pulled the collar of his shirt away from his neck "So...you have any hobbies?"
Reedy asked a generic question one she could easily answer without worrying about giving to much info. He thought again how silly he must've looked trying to avoid her and blushed. He hoped she didn't see that.
-
*she smiles shyly* I dance, I draw, reading, writing, I've been single for a year now so I usually hit the bar on the weekends... you know boring girl stuff *she giggled and admired Keith. He was so damn serious but it suited him well. Not to mention he was in terrific shape and she thought any woman to turn him away was out of her mind. She turned her attention back to the hostages* I used to go shooting with my dad before he passed away. I still go to the same range every Friday. *she grabbed a notepad out of her backpack and showed him a few of her sketches* these are just random furs I saw back when I was in Africa. I can draw pretty much anything *she was very proud of her work. She loved her art and most of all she loved to create it* do you have hobbies?

He holstered his weapon crossed his legs one over the other and readjusted his posture. Keith thought about what she had said, that she was rather talented, an artist...and single of course. He shouldn't have been so surprised, active military personal hardly had time to develop relationships. Reedy doffed his boots and poured out the sand which had wiggled its way onto the sole of his combat boots.
"Well..." The Agent paused, maybe it was his absence of mind or perhaps he didn't have as many hobbies as he figured "I do love to fish, on occasion I go for a run and workout daily. Besides that, there isn't much else."
When she pulled out her sketches to show him he was impressed by it. She was young, brilliant and kind. Things anthros were running short on these days. He put his boots back on and triple knotted them. Being an agent and having a relationship especially with a co-operative didn't mix with their line of work. Although he hoped at the very least they would become close friends.
A giant shadow of the Chinook combat chopper whomped above them, whence it landed sever armed guards escorted the hostages into the cargo bay. Both Keith and Kit followed.
-
She leaned her head back against the wall of HQ in the locker room. She was exhausted but there was still much more to do with the hostages. She was in charge of interviews of the women involved. She sighed softly before changing into her civilian clothing. Tight blue jeans and a red tank top that revealed part of a small tattoo on her chest. She had multiple arm tattoos and multiple piercings in her ears that were now more visible fore she has taken them out and covered her ink with make up before the mission. She went out to her desk and read through the file* what a mess *she said softly to herself. She looked around the room for reedy but she didn't see him. Sighing again she turned back to the paperwork in front of her. Marlene, a Jaguar, would be her first interview*

Keith watched the water droplets swarm into a whirl of draining water below him in the shower. He was tired, frustrated and disappointed with how upset HQ was with him. He had blown another mission, one mission with one objective "retrieve actual intelligence".
True they had the hostages but he'd happily trade any of his heroics for someone on the inside of the battalion. The coyote put on his clothes slowly, his dog tag necklace chiming. Then Tigre came to mind, she was suppose to brief one of the survivors.
Reedy once he had put on his shoulder strap and the gun inside it on he went into a hidden room with other agents behind the interrogation cellar.
"Be careful in there Kit." He whispered as he held the dark roasted coffee to his lips.
-
*sat across from the panther and folded her paws on the table* now Marlene...I'm going to inform you before we begin that you yourself aren't in any kind of trouble. I want to help catch the anthros who did this to you and the others. The more you withhold from me the less I can help. Is that clear?
M: *nods slowly not looking up from the table*
*turns on the recorder next to her* now...who took you and where did they take you from
M: they covered my head with a sack...they took me from my home in Boston. *she looks up from the table* they put me in a van. I heard the sliding doors. We drove for a long time. Didn't stop but once. They took me out and put me on a plane. When they pulled the bag off of my head I was in a warehouse. *she looked at the floor* they beat me... the one who told them to beat me was a lion. Big guy. Scary too. *she looked back at me and rested her elbows on the table* they put me in a dark room with little to eat or drink with the others. I would them talk about a target... but they never said where or what. Sometimes I could peer out of a hole in the wall and I could see at least 15 anthros all armed with automatic weapons...They're very organized. Very focused....I'm done talking to you now... who knows what they'll do if they found out I told you anything at all... I don't want to die.

There existed an unsettling vibe in her voice. Reedy took another sip of coffee from his mug and calmly set it down beside him on a table. He rested his hands on the table and leaned onto them. Just before Kit came out of the cellar the Tactical Communications Leader put his paw on Reedy's shoulder.
We're taking you and Tigre off this case we want you to go to Cuba we have reason to believe an attempted assassination will take place tomorrow.
"Listen, if I did something let me fix it. Don't pull us off this mission yet." Keith persistently added but the com. Leader shook his head.
That's a negative, you've gotten sloppy Reedy. Next time it won't be the bad guys dying...it could be someone on your team. Now I respect your years of service to this country and our cause but until you have our complete confidence this is your new assignment. Keith angrily grabbed the folder from his hand and left the room for Kit.
When he saw her he had composed himself enough to say "We have a new assignment. Cuba."
Reedy handed her the folder "Get your stuff ready we're leaving now."
-
Wait what? They can't pull us off this yet!! *gets in front of reedy* that was good intel! At least we know who to look for!! *she became angry and huffed heavily. She turned and walked to the locker room to go grab her go bag, returning still angry she muttered* it's not like we knew how out numbered we were.

Her words echoed his frustration. Reedy went to his quarters and packed his usual belongings for trips like these. He met her at the airport, at the departure terminal.
"You did good kid. As Veteran and Mission Leader I accept full responsibility." The agent put on a pair of headphones connected to his MP3 player.
He pushed the play button but instead of music a male's voice came over his headset "Good evening Mr. Reedy, this is IMF..."
Reedy tapped Kit's shoulder in the plane "I think you might wanna hear this."
He handed here one earbud to listen.
-
A look of confusion waves across her face as she shove one of the ear buds in her ears* okay push play

In light of recent events you're probably wondering why you've being given a new assignment. This is because IMF has it on good authority that a double agent has infiltrated Division Echo, you're Division. Your new mission is to rendezvous with The Secretary. We will provide additional info as you proceed. You understand we have taken necessary steps to ensure our protection, follow instructions explicitly and you'll be fine. We'll keep in touch Mr Reedy.
Keith was astounded, it had been a rouse to get Tigre and himself to safety. He get the discomfort of being nearly killed, but then he realized how close Agent Kit was to him. Reedy was afraid for her life, in all his time spent with the IMF never had there been a mole among them.
His face still expressed concern as he looked at Kit.
-
*she stared blankly at the mp3 player in his hand before turning her attention to reedy, her nose gently brushing against his* a mole? How...but why... *she was fairly dumbfounded. She had heard rumors but she never believed there to be anyone who would double cross their country. She leaned back in her chair and continued to process the information she just recieved) so....where are we really going then? On vacation? *she scoffed at her own bad joke and stared out the window. She was a firecracker with a short fuse. She wasn't mad that the director decided to send them on a wild goose chase for their own protection but that someone in their division had the audacity to betray them*

Reedy groaned as it quietly detonated "They better buy me a new MP3 player."
His brows tensed as he looked out over the landscape below. The agent grabbed the case file from Kit and read it over. It was a complete rouse, he shut the folder and tried to think. Though he was very much close with the other operatives Reedy didn't know who the mole could've been. An IMF agent secretly disguised as a flight attendant urged them to watch the movie provided by the airliner.
On one condition, that they were 3D glasses which the attendant provided. Reedy stared blankly at the pair of glasses the attendant left on his lap, he found it peculiar and after a short while put them on. There was a neatly laid out trail of untraceable footsteps which lead down the isle ahead of them. They had been drawn with black light marker.
He turned to Kit "Are you seeing what I'm seeing?"
-
*looks out the window* hmm. They sure spend alot of time keeping us on our toes *she giggled then yawned* i need to take a nap before we land...where ever it is that we're going *she leaned her head against reedys shoulder, closed her eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep*
-
Reedy nervously cleared his throat as Kit leaned on him. He eyed the footsteps, the green steps steps which lead only further out of sight. Keith returned to Agent Tigre, she looked delightfully asleep. He fought an urge to brush her cheek with his paw.
After a considerable amount of time had passed he lightly nudged her awake "Agent Tigre? Agent Tigre, follow me."
He whispered as the sign to keep seated went off air, the coyote slipped his paw down over his waist and unbuckled the seatbelt.
Reedy moved around in the cabin and stood up, his glasses still revealing the footsteps leading back behind to the cargo bay.
-
*yawns and stretches before following suit* so...what do you think we're looking for now? *her voice was soft, still sleepy from being woken up*

As he and Kit entered the cargo bay they were not alone. The flight attendant who handed them the glasses was there. She was a long tall black fox with silver earrings that jingled when she walked. The woman came over to Reedy handed him and Kit a pack.
They're waiting for you Agents.
There was purple eye liner around her eyes. They accented the sharp features of her face. Her thick Russian accent persisted through every word. And though Reedy thought to ask her about what was happening her face was brittle, hard and harsh. An expression of worry and doubt embroidered deep inside.
She slid to the right and released the hatch. Slowly the ramp lowered and a powerful suction of wind filled the cabin. Down below about 10,000ft was the Pacific Ocean, not an island or continent in sight.
"What am I suppose to do?" Keith's grip around his pack tightened.
She looked down on him and Kit her face still cold as a stone.
Survive.
-
She pulled on the pack and took a deep breath. She grabbed Keith's hand and squeezed it in a reassuring manner* I've got your 6 boss. We've got this. We jump on 3. 1...2... *just then she leapt from the plane pulling reedy out of the door with her* 3!! *she hollered and giggled looking into reedys eyes for a brief moment. Her eyes shined in the day light. Depending on how the sun hit them, they almost seemed to sparkle. She released reedys hand and reached over to pull his chute. Watching the parachute deploy she grabbed a hold of reedys hands again this time holding on for dear life. She looked out and admired the horizon before looking back up at keith for reassurance. She was scared but she wouldn't let him see it. She didn't want him to think she was weak. So she hid her fear deep down inside of her. If only for a moment as they floated slowly down into the ocean*

The water was frigid, he swam over to her. Reedy didn't know what to say, they circumstances were less than dire. He looked down, there wasn't a reef or sand just a dark blue expanse of never ending water.
Two words rolled around in his brainpan and they slipped out almost instinctually "Hold on!"
They had barely rolled off his tongue when a motorboat, a pontoon with two anthros on it rolled up beside them. The anthros were armed and in military garb. They didn't say a word when they scooped Keith and Kit up into the boat. One steered the watercraft while the other wordlessly watched over them.
He turned over and saw Agent Tigre shivering. The coyote carefully, slowly raised his arm over her and pulled the tigress close to keep her warm. At this speed when the boat was literally flying from one wave to the next it was hard to keep a normal temperature. Off in the distance there was a large mound or hill, he couldn't quite explain it except that it was peculiar. It came up out of the ocean in a mountain of gun metal grey. They motored up to it as two large outer doors opened.
-
*looked around and observed her surroundings* reedy...what is this place *she pulled herself closer to him* where are we? *she shivered and shook. She was freezing. She was always very eager and often didn't think clearly before reacting. This time she truly regretted her decision*

One of the anthros pointed their gun at Reedy and nudged him forward onto the dock. Water drained off the fortress, Reedy turned and grabbed Kits paw. They continued up as per the guards and waited at the entrance. The lock depressurized and opened. A feline, a tall thin puma came out to greet them, but neither Reedy nor Kit knew who he was.
Good evening agents. I'm sorry about all this but we've been dealt few cards. Considering the current circumstances we took needed precautions. As you both know we have on good intel a double agent has infiltrated us. As of 08:00 this morning we've begun operation "Lockout". We've liquified all our assets, no reason to take a chance. When Intellegence reviewed our agency one Division in particular seems corrupted especially since most mission have gone array in that sector.
Kit and Reedy followed him inside the fortress. He stopped again and turned to face them, his face austere and hard. Around them in a room of synthetic light were many agents/operatives working at desks plotting their next move.
This is IMF's Evac Fort. You see the mole is deep inside and we're gonna lose blood removing it.

Lockout? *she just got this gig and NOW something decides to go really left. Sighing softly she squeezed reedys paw. She was freezing. The guards lead them down a large corridor with two rooms. One on each side. They were directed to separate rooms to change into drier clothes. She looked around the room she was assigned. It was simple. Single mattress, built in bathroom, stand up shower. It was almost like a studio apartment she had*

Reedy tried to hold onto Kit's paw as the guards separated them for their quarters. He pulled off his soaking shirt, pulled it over his head and sat down in the bathroom facing the tile shower. The agent looked down at his paws and thought.
"Who?! Who was the mole?" The coyote dropped his drawers and slipped into a nice hot shower.
When he had finished Reedy wrapped the towel around his waist. He stood motionless at the mirror staring back at himself. So many questions flooded his mind, who was that puma, what did the mole want? They rolled around in a blur of poorly executed organization.
Keith had handed his clothes to the guard to clean but didn't give him any to substitute with. After a while he impatiently left the bathroom and wandered about his room. There was a knock but he wasn't sure who it could've been. His mind went immediately over to Kit, hoping she was safe. A sigh of relief left him as the guard's arm handed him the clothes from behind the door.
When you're done, The Secretary would like to see you and Agent Kit.
Reedy pieced together the puma and the guard referring to The Secretary. The puma had to be him, but he was so confidential even Reedy didn't know who he was.
