For me, I understand, I struggled with that too. Alot of it is thinking positivley, and, even though it sounds hard, once you force yourself to do it, it becomes easier in time. Another key factor is making sure you have people around you that care, get close with your friends and the like. People who care, and well. If you're stuggling with that, I can help with me as a start. Besides from that, If you'd like to have a nice conversation, PM me. Remember, alot of it is being positive, and go easy on yourself. Then you realize how awesome you are, and what you can do. Okay?
