Please correct me if I wrong but I did not find this else were.
I am wondering if anybody wears furry paraphernalia out in public, like a collar tail or such?
If you do or do not why do you or why do you not? I'm curious as everybody will be different in their reasoning's, no bashing please and like I said this is purely out of curiosity. ^_^

Well, if it counts, I'm planning on buying a wolf ear hat from CanadaCosplay, and I'm gonna wear it daily.
I just want to, 'cause I think it looks cool and cute :3
Also, it kinda shows my furry side (and my species, of course)

Yeah that sounds pretty cool. One of my girlfriends has commissioned a tail for me. I don't think ill wear out right away as I would have to learn to be comfortable with I first as its huge at 30 inches

I don't really have much, but sort of! I have an oooooold collar I bought ages ago, and I almost never wear it, but there is the really off-chance I may. It's not really what you'd call a furry collar though, since it's not an animal collar. It's a leather one with a couple ornamentation studs and leather pieces on it. Kinda gothy-ish.
Also, I have a hoodie from BunnyWarez that's a SUPER cool/cute bat hoodie. It has ears and wee button eyes, as well as little wings between the wrist and body. I wear that if it's cold enough, and I'm not going somewhere it'll get messed up. XP

I don't have anything yet but I am not probably going to wear it in public much unless it's at cons. I usually only wear functional clothing so if I do wear anything furry related it would be a wolf-ear hat or something like that.

I don't own any paraphernalia but even If I did I wouldn't wear them on public.
It simply isn't anyone's business if I'm a furry or not. I wouldn't wear a Darth Vader mask in public to show I'm a star wars fan, either. If people do that, it's ok. But I myself wouldn't do so, no.

Suiting at a con or something is fine, but I don't think I'd wear a tail or kikagrume outside of a situation like that

I have animal hoodies that I wear out, as well as a panda hat, but its just something to keep we warm that happens to have animals on it. I own ears, a tail and a collar for another 'sona, but I only wear those indoors or at conventionsand for halloween where everyone's doing the same :)

This is rather interesting. The common agreement seems to be at cons, Halloween or in ones house.
Was expecting to see such, but the reasoning was un expected. ^_^

I'm actually gonna wear a furry-like costume for a northern costume holiday next year :D
It's gonna be at my next school, and since I'm not gonna be afraid to show my furry self there, I'm pretty excited ^_^

I wear collars.
Usually just a plain black leather one (from some random pet store) that people generally don't notice/react to.
I personally think they can make for nice accessories if they're worn "right"
I'm well aware of the assumptions that some people will make from it, but for as long as they keep that to themselves I don't really care.

I'm a college student who lives at home. I don't wear anything out because my parents would see. However, I have 3 dogs, so I have multiple different styles of collars and choke collars that I like to wear around the house when no one is home.
