Sometimes, mostly to add to the challenge since it really limits vision and hearing, I like to wear a fursuit head while playing "simple" games (like Binding of Isaac) as a sort of "Challenge up"-item, kinda like how some people like to play Guitar Hero while holding the guitar behind their back.
It's an amusing-enough way to add a twist to a run or two, but it's nothing too special or revolutionary.
In many cases it just ends up getting annoying since it's so hard to see/hear things properly xP
Besides, people really seem to forget that many fursuit heads (ofc depending on who made it and the material) look something like this on the inside:
