So the end of the year is coming and I was wandering what your favourite game of this year is. Personally, my favourite game this year is Rocket League, what's yours?
-
A tie between Bully and the first Saints Row. I've also been playing a lot of Fallout and Skyrim.
-
THIS year?
Life is Strange, no doubt about it.
-
Undertale man! That game was absolutely amazing!
-
This year? I'd have to say The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. I've never played a game that sort of capitalizes a relationships so well in an open world setting, the missions were interesting, the relationship between Geralt and Ciri was great, the soundtrack amazing, the enemies incredible, the atmosphere was fantastic. And as a person who had played the Witcher 2, it was definitely a great experience.
i felt very sad finishing the game, cause I knew it'd be a long time before I got such an enthralling experience again

I'd have to say MGS V: The Phantom Pain is my fave game this year. Ooh man I love that game!
-
I have to say the Battle for Zendikar expansion for MTG.
That or OVERWATCH!!!!!! (played the beta for a bit)
-
I'll admit, up until the last couple of months, I didn't really do too much gaming this year.
I would probably say it's a tie between Fallout 4 and Undertale.
-
I'd have to say the game ive played alot recently is rust, and its really fun so id happily say its my favourite game this year.

I would have to give my 2015 Favorite to Splatoon.
Most of the time when I play multiplayer games, it ends up in a mess of frustration. The only game that I can honestly say that I've really had fun was TF2. That is, until I got Splatoon. Like TF2, it's cartoony, simple to get into yet hard to master, and can be as casual or competitive as you like. Of course, it can be infuriating at times, but there are ample moments where I'm actually having genuine fun. Basically, it reminded me that multiplayer games can be enjoyable. I only stopped playing it because I know of no one else who owns a Wii U. Oh, and the lag can be a pain at times. Maybe I'll get back into it when my winter break starts.
My runner up would be Undertale. While it is a good game, it's also overrated.

For me, personally, it's probably Just Cause 3 (if choosing from games released this year). If talking about all games I've played this year, it's probably between Civ. 5, Roller Coaster Tycoon 2, Fallout 1, Wasteland 2 or The Long Dark.
I'm probably not the only one here that builds an expensive pc and then plays games from the 90s, right? X3

Definitely Undertale. It is just such a twisted mess, and in the best way. It's engaging and humorous, as well as a mindf*ck at certain points (or super creepypasta if you dare do genocide). I love all of the attention to detail and just outright silly stuff mixed in.

A close second place is Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon. I play that every single day, it's just that good.

Man it's such a hard choice for me because I played a lot of good games this year. But if I were to pick games I enjoyed the most it would have to be undertale for making me a emotional mess on my first play through. Or Fallout 4 sure it's not exactly like fallout but I had a hell-of-a fun time playing through it.

Goin' with the crowd here...
At first I wanted to say Overwatch... Now...
I gotta change it to Undertale. ITS SO GOOD
-
Fallout 4 for me
It's just so good!
-
Oh. Adding just cause 3 to the list for it being basically action movie the game.
-
i think just cause 3 should actually be called "Michael Bay The Game"
-
Xenoblade Chronicles X. Hands down.
