The purpose of this RP is twofold:
One: To try and find some sort of resolution to the existence of one of my characters, whom first appeared and remained active in an RP here called High School.
Two: To drag me back to these beautiful forums and make more friends. Also, to get back in touch with any old friends that remain.
Genre: Slice-of-life with weak magic allowances. Most magic types available like blood and death but with limitations such as small volumes of blood or insect to small animal deaths. Summoning living things for summoners is limited to small animals but objects can be as large as recoil-less rifles. I request that whilst magic is allowed things are kept as true-to-life as possible. I imagine the age area would be around 20-25, post high school and in university or whatever you non-aussie furs have in your respective education systems~!
This is Fun RP but anyone is free to join without request regardless.
Name: Aaron Blade.
Age: 21.
Gender: Male.
Species: 9-tailed demon fox.
Magic Capable: No.
Weapon (if applicable): Scythe and Chi.
Winter had set in. His tails curled around him, the evil looking fox exited the cafe where he worked and wrapped his blue scarf a little tighter around his neck. His eyes were dull. It had been a long day. A long life? It mattered not. It had been a few months since Aaron had been loving alone again. He hadn't coped very well. Usually stick thin and averse to overeating the unsociable fox had been gorging himself of most evenings. He hadn't become obese by any stretch of the imagination, but the food had allowed both fat and muscle to develop, making him look healthy for once in his life. A gust of chilled wind blew a leaf past his face. He followed it with his eyes. He needed to see them again. Also...perhaps it was time for a change of scenery.

Name: Tempest
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Species: Red Panda
Magic: none
Weapon: none
She lay under an old oak tree, the one she called her home, and watched the clouds fly past. The leaves danced to the whistling wind. She closed her eyes and sighed happily.
(Question: what did 1 & 2 mean?)
-
Aaron didn't head home right away. Instead he veered off towards the park, intending to hit the store via there. It was then he noticed the girl happily laying beneath the tree. He frowned and watched her from the footpath. He was sure he had spied her there before.
(Just some filler info.)
-
Name: Shiro
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Species: Snow Leopard
Magic: Has a natural affinity with the supernatural
Weapon: None
Shiro walks through the natural environment, sitting over the old rock which he spent so much time with, he closes his eyes, takes a deep breath and sits there for a while, meditating under the sounds of birds chirping and the wind blowing between trees.
-
Name: Aelyn or 'Red'
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Species: Arctic Wolf
Magic: Is extremely cold to the touch
Weapon: None
Aelyn quietly walks over to a bench in the park, it had been a long day.
-
(//Welcome, all of you!)
"Hey." His deep voice carried no emotion. No curiosity, no joy nor wrath. It simply was. Aaron had spoken to Tempest as she lay beneath the tree in the park. The fox subconciously positioned his tails so that they stayed in his species-culture's greeting position. Despite telling the world he cared for naught but his hobbies Aaron was actually very respectful of such things. His old Master's teachings had helped this along, however.
-
She perked her ears up and smiled, sitting up. "Hello, how're you?" Her voice was soft, yet it was the kind of soft spoken voice that everyone knows can be very loud and can carry quite a ways. She tilted her head and purred softly.
-
Aelyn saw the fox and the Panda in the near-distance. He took a deep breath and decided to approach them.
He was new to this area, and thought it would be best to get to know some people.
-
Aaron blinked. How was he? That was one hell of a question. The fox answered with a non-committal shrug.
"Aaron Blade. Who are you and what are you doing here?" There was no denying it was a blunt answer.
-
She smiled and giggled softly. "I'm Tempest." She held her hand out to shake his hand. "And I'm just enjoying the warm sun while it lasts." She cooed and looked back at the tree. "This is my home."
-
Name: Ulvus Lumia
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Species: Wolf
Magic: None
Weapons: None
Ulvus walked down the streets with his paws in his pockets, trying to keep them warm, as he had forgot his gloves at home. He had decided to go for a walk in the park, as he couldn't stand the yelling of his neighbours. "Why did I have to get that apartment?", he thought, as he stepped into the park. "Finally. Some peace", he thought. Putting his snout a bit more into his scarf, he calmly walked through the park, relaxing at the quietness that surrounded him. After walking a bit, he thought, he could hear some people talk.
-
"Your home? What do you mean? In regards to this town, of course it's your home. It's all of our home." Aaron gave her a suspicious glare with his sharp, vulpine eyes.
-
She giggled and payed back, propping herself up with her elbows to maintain eye contact. "No, I live in the tree, it's hollowed out and warm. I was meditating here a long time ago and it spoke to me. In my vision its twisted body unwound and it showed me the hollowed inside. It was dying and needed company." She reached up and gently touched the bark with one hand, fingering her pentacle necklace with the other.
-
Shiro raised an eyebrow, his meditation was cut off by the chatter of people nearby. He decided to stand up and look around for the people who were talking.
-
Still feeling a bit cold, Ulvus walked down the path, until he saw a snow leopard standing on a rock. "What's that guy doing", he thought, 'cause it looked like, the leopard was looking around. "Hey. Are you looking for someone?" He asked him.
-
Shiro turned around to look at the wolf. "Oh... Hello." Shiro gave a friendly smile. "Yes, I heard someone chatting around here, and decided to look around for them."
-
"Yeah, I heard them too", he said, smiling back. "But why would you look for them? Are they talking smack about snow leopards?", he said a little jokingly.
-
She looked over at the two talking down the road, before turning her attention back to the. Man before her. "A lot of people call me a witch, and the funny thing is, I am." She giggled. "I'm Wiccan. I believe in the Mother Earth and father sun. I believe in harming none in my practices unless it is to save ,yield from harm." She touched the grass and smiled. "Are you religious?"
-
Aelyn approaches the Panda and Fox, He stutters when he says hello, and looks up at the tree
-
(Good to see there's another Wiccan at the forums :P )
"I can feel their auras, they seem like people I should get to know." Shiro looked around and saw a fox and a panda talking. "I think I found them..."
-
"Yeah, it's probably them", Ulvus said, looking over at the two. "Should we go join in the talk?" He asked
-
"Maybe, by the way, what's your name?" Shiro asked.
-
"Oh yeah, heh. The name in Ulvus, but you can call me Lumia, if you'd like", he answered, with a little bow. "What's your's?"
-
"Name is Shiro." Shiro replied, smiling a little. "Now, shall we go?"
-
"No. I am not religious and it would be foolish to be." Aaron let his opinion slip before he could stop himself. He bit his lip and glanced away. "I apologise. That was rude of me..."
-
She smiled and shook her head. "No, it's ok, I understand." She cooed "I know people may have many different opinions than me, and I accept that." She introduced herself to the newcomer with a warm handshake and a smile.
-
Aaron nodded at the handshake.
"Still, there was no need for that reaction. At any rate, do you mind if I not take your hand? I have a condition, my body reacts badly to magic." It was true. Mostly furs were able to process magic in 'regular' amounts, said regularity determined by the majority. There were also furs with high magic tolerance, or 'conductivity', who were able to cast powerful spells with relative ease. Less well know are low conductivity furs, who apparently have no magic at all and react badly to it in various ways be it allergic reactions, fits or worse.
"Really though, why do you live in this tree? Is magic the only way to keep it alive?"
-
She made a face of confusion. "Mag-...oh!" She giggled and shook her head. "I'm not that kind of witch. I'm just Wiccan. And I'm not sure if my energy is keeping it alive, but it sure seems happy that I'm around." She looked over at the other strangers approaching them. She smiled. "What a blessed day. Hello!" She waved at the two and smiled.
-
"Oh. My mistake." Aaron have the tree a stare. He followed her gaze to the strangers. "Friends of yours?"
-
She looked up at him and shrugged. "I sure hope they can be." She grinned and invited them to join her.
-
Aaron frowned. Another eternal optimist. He raised his guard a little more. No more throbs from his little black heart. Never again.
-
"Sure, let's go.", Ulvus said, before walking over to the fox and the red panda. "Greetings, folks. How are everyone on this fine day?", he asked with a wave.
-
Name: Daisy Reich
Age: Appears 19.
Gender: Female.
Species: Celestial Wolf.
Magic Capable: Yes (teleportation within a 100 ft. radius, a pocket dimension, can breath anywhere, possible slight energy projection).
Weapon (if applicable): Curved sword.
Daisy walked down the path, her hands tucked into the pockets of her sweatshirt as she glanced around, looking to see if anyone was nearby. She swished her pierced tail gently.
-
Aaron turned his razor gaze to Ulvus. Was he for real with that upbeat greeting? Aaron shrugged internally. There were all types in this world it seemed. He blinked at the extrovert but refrained from answering his question.
"Who are you?" Aaron asked. He adjusted his scarf out of habit. His neck tingled a little bit he pushed the feeling down. There was no apparent need for it. He scratched his neck regardless.
-
As the razor gaze hit Ulvus, he felt a little uncompfortable. "Uhh... I'm... I'm Ulvus... Lumia... I'm sorry, if I'm intruding into anything.", he said, instantly stopping up in front of the fox.
-
"You aren't." Aaron said flatly. "Ulvus Lumina...where did all that vim and vigour go just now?"
-
"It's... it's nothing.", he answered, giving a quick look into the fox's eyes. "So, what's your name?"
-
"Aaron Blade. I am of a low-key demon fox family. And you, Ulvus Lumina, must come from a family of terribly liars. 'Nothing'? Try again." Aaron wasn't equipped to deal with some stranger's problems but he was not comfortable with secrecy, especially with the reputation he carried in town...
Due to reasons of protecting a certain victim of bullying in his High School Days with heavy handed cruelty Aaron had become a target of the town's shadier side. He was known by many to be dangerous, but never a lawbreaker or bully. His nickname amongst the weak was 'Karma'.
-
"uh... uhm...", the wolf began sweating a bit, as he could see no way around. "it... it was just something about your gaze... nice name though...", he continued, as he looked away, putting his right paw on the back of his head.
-
Aaron froze. This was beginning to look like an all too familiar situation.
"There is little about me that is 'nice', I assure you." Aaron's gaze intensified to a glare. His voice remained cool.
"What do you do with your life?"
-
"uuhm...", the wolf really began to feel uncompfortable now, sweating a bunch. He couldn't even look into the fox's eyes, as he stutterd "Well... y-you know, n-not much, uhm... just trying t-to get a job... pay my r-rent, and s-stuff..."
-
"Hmm. Any experience in a cafe? Culinary skills or barista training?" Aaron couldn't believe he was asking but nonetheless decided to roll with the situation for now.
-
Ulvus felt a little dumbfounded, by the change of situation "Uhm. Not really, no.", he answered, looking a bit up, now.
-
"Oh." Aaron looked away. "Too bad."
The fox glanced nervously at the road before looking back at the wolf.
-
"Huh... ok", the wolf said, looking at the fox. "So what are you doing with your life?", he asked, a little concerned, by the fox's apparent nervousness.
-
"I work. I have my leisure time. Not much exciting about me." Aaron lied.
-
"Really? are you sure? you look like sombody, that's pretty exciting", Ulvus said, a little supportive
-
"I simply work a cafe job. Any traces of excitement you sense are purely lingering things of the past." Aaron admitted without realising how much he was giving away.
-
"huh?", the wolf said, raising an eyebrow. "Things of the past? What happend there?" he said, a little proud, he had cracked him.
-
"Nothing." Aaron clenched his fists. A truck rolled by and Aaron gave it a strange look. Some fleeting glance filled with rage and terror seemed to pass over his face. Then just like that it was gone, just like the truck. "Nothing exciting, for the most part. Just life and politics."
-
Ulvus squinted his eyes a bit, opening his mouth to say something, but shut it again. "ok...", he muttered out, feeling that he wasn't done with this fox's past, as he obviously hid something. That was easily shown by the clenched fist. "So how is life right now, then?", he asked.
-
"Dull. Exactly how it should be." Aaron answered with some satisfaction.
-
"hmm. Sounds 'exciting'", he said, sarcasticly. "Something must be going on, aren't there?"
-
"Why do you want to know!?" Aaron asked with apparent anger, though he was just worried. "Exactly who are you, Ulvis Lumia? What does the information do for you?"
(//I finally got your name right yaaaaaaay! Aaron's a standoffish jerk huh?)
-
Ulvus felt kinda scared now "oh... well... I'm sorry I... I was just curious", he said, feeling really small.
((And yeah, kinda. My name is Ulvus not Ulvis X3))
-
"It's...fine..." Aaron said weakly. God this wolf reminded him of - Aaron shook his head of those thoughts and gave the floor a glare.
(//NO! Oh god no...! My darned keypad! Ooh I hate it so, SO much! I thought I hit the U key! Sorry, bud. If it helps, canonically Aaron is terrible with names.)
-
"Are... are you allright?", the wolf asked, concerned about the fox.
((Ha XD. Don't worry, you're not the first one to call me Ulvis again and again))
-
Aaron shrugged a little, his tails twisting around each other in his discomfort.
-
Ulvus slowly put a paw on thw fox's shoulder, hoping to be a little compforting. "Did I say something wrong?", he asked.
-
Aaron stiffened, putting every ounce of energy he had into stopping himself from pulling any stupid moves. He remained in this state for a good few seconds before he came back to himself. He brushed off Ulvus' paw and stepped back.
"You...need to back off." Aaron said cautiously. "I'm not like other people. I don't need friends to be happy...no. Rather, that's what I used to say. Just back off. Through no fault of our own you're really rubbing me the wrong way."
-
As Ulvus got his paw brushed off the fox's shoulders, he took a few steps backwards, with a concerned look on his face. "That's... uhm...", were the only things, he could say, as he felt really sad, about the fox's story.
-
"I'm leaving." Aaron said, much like Cloud from FFVII, one of his favourite games. He turned to the road and checked each way no less than six times.

Name: Kat Anyoshka
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Species: Bobtail Lynx
Magic Capable: Kat has only one innate magical ability, she can appear to move and act with greatly heightened speed, but only when she is not being observed by someone. Literally disappearing and reappearing elsewhere in the blink of an eye.
This ability is not only restricted in when she can use it however, but also in how it works from Kat's perspective. To her everything still occurs at normal speed, plus there's the added effort of using her magic. So if she were to blink a half-marathon she would still have to run the whole distance, or stacking all the plates in her kitchen in an instant requires more energy than just the normal way. This ability obviously comes in extremely useful during University, as she found she can leave most of her work until the last minute. Although literally cramming revision in overnight turns out to leave you just as mind-blowingly tired as you might think.
Appearance: Kat has a rather lazy attitude due to her magic and this is finally catching up to her, as betrayed by her once slight pear-shaped figure leaning more towards somewhat chubby as of recently. She generally wears simple grey jeans, boots and a leather bomber jacket over a black shirt.
Weapons: None
((That look OK Whitepaw? Just had the idea for some sort of 'blink' magic, hopefully tried to keep it suitably restricted in use))
-
(//Totallh cool, I think that means we have two quick movers. You and someone else who can teleport short distances. Feel free to drop into the story wherever you see fit.)
-
Ulvus could do nothing, but stand still and watch, as the fox walks away. "What's wrong with that guy?", he thought, as he pondered about, if he should follow him, or stay where he was. He came to a conclusion, to follow him. He waited a bit, and then took a few steps towards, where the fox had went.
-
Aaron made slowly to his apartment block, paws on his pockets and tails dancing absently. He checked his phone. No new messages. With a sigh he kept walking.
-
Ulvus followed the fox down the streets, making sure to have a good distance between them, and to be out of sight.
-
Aaron was unaware he was being followed as he made along the footpath until finally he arrived at its doors. It was only a lucky glance that revealed he was being pursued. He made no deal of it, slipping inside the empty-as-usual foyer of the cheap apartments.
-
Kat ran down the stairwell of her apartment, jumping whole flights of steps at a time with a blink each time. She was late for her lectures... Again... Shooting a quick glance down at her watch she growled under her breath at the fact she had overslept.
Everything came to a sudden halt however as she jumped down the last flight of steps, only to come face to face with a nine-tailed fox who had just walked into the foyer. She recognised him as someone living on one of the other floors in the apartments, though not someone she knew by name. As soon as she came into sight however it felt like hitting a solid brick wall and Kat reappeared into normal speed with a sudden blink. She gave a yelp as she almost tripped over the last step.
-
Aaron stepped back and blinked as the girl apparently teleported right in front of him. The twitchy fix hopped back and his right arm arced along the air, green haze surrounding it. He stood in an alert manner, light green mist floating from his paw.
"Haven't I seen you before?" He asked stupidly.
-
Kat stumbled as she regained her balance, dodging aside the fox so as not to run straight into him. She looked up at him without seeming to have really heard what he said, taking a moment to reply between panting breaths as she fumbled through her pockets for keys. "Oh, yes. Maybe?" Kat glanced from Aaron to the front door, holding out a paw distractedly to shake his own outstretched paw despite the green shimmer. "Fifth floor... I mean Kat, my name's Kat... I live on the fifth floor."
-
Aaron hurriedly deactivated the green most but she had his paw before he could react. It did nothing to her physical form but temporarily corroded a small amount of her spiritual energies centred around her paw. Feeling guilty about the knee-jerk reaction he asked:
"How long have you been living here?"
-
There was a brief moment of a strangely cold sensation as Kat shook Aaron's paw, a shiver running down her back to with a flick of her short bob-tail. She glanced back to take a proper look at the fox but the feeling was already gone, replaced with just the warmth of his paw under her fingers. Kat blinked and finally let go, still searching for her key now in the back pockets of her jeans with the other paw. "Not too long, I guess. I moved in when I started new term at the university. I don't think we've really met though..." The lynx gave a sheepish smile, shrugging her shoulders as she found the keys and finished lamely, "... I tend to be in a bit of a rush."
-
Ulvus walked through the front doors, without realizing, Aaron was still at the first flight of stairs. He froze from the tip of his ears to the end of his tail, as he stood in the door, just staring at the fox, and another person, a Bobtail Lynx, he hadn't seen before.
"Oh god, what do I do now?", he thought, as he tried to think of a good excuse to why, he had followed the fox.
-
Tempest watched everything and laid her ears back. "Oh, well, I hope those two end up getting along.." She climbed into the tree to get her pan flute she had made, then climbed back out of the tree and sat down, playing her instrument.
-
"You do." Aaron replied to her. Upon hearing the doors moving the nine tailed fox whirled around to confront the wolf once more. "Why are you following me!? Are you a mercenary hired by a higher clan!? What business do you have with the Blades and with me?"
-
Kat shrugged with a slight smirk on her muzzle. "Yeah, I'm sort of late for class as it is..." She glanced across to the front doors as the fox turned to confront another newcomer, looking confused as Aaron confronted him. Kat took the moment of opportunity and ducked beside the wolf as he held the front door open, she gave a quick wave to the fox and shouted over her shoulder as she squeezed past Ulvus with an apologetic smile and ran out to the street. "See you guys around I guess!"
-
"Mercenary? Higher clan? The Blades?", Ulvus thought. "Something is seriously wrong with this guy.". That's all he could think, before the Lynx squeezed past him. "Why's she in such a hurry?", he thought, before turning back to the fox. "Uuuuuhh...", he said. "Wait. Who are the Blades?", he asked, standing in a little more confident way.
-
"Mineself and mine clan...you really aren't a merc are you? By your dumbfounded look you clearly know naught of my subspecies' politics at all." Aaron stepped back and stared at the wolf. "Out with it. Why are you so interested in me? No lies."
-
Ulvus was a little confused by the way, the fox was talking."Is this guy straight out of the middle ages, or something?", he thought. "No, I'm not a mercenary, don't worry", he said, putting up his open paws, to show he wasn't armed with anything. "But, I'm just a very curious guy. I may not be as curious, as to follow strangers, but to be honest, there's something... particularly odd about you", he said, quickly adding "no offense".
-
Daisy wandered into the building, looking around with her galaxy-like eyes. She saw Aaron and Ulvus from a distance and immediately tried to hide.
Post Merge: November 20, 2015, 04:28:53 PM
Daisy sighed, then ran back outside behind Kitt, not wanting to interrupt the conversation. She accidentally bumped right into the other girl.
-
"No, you're right..." Aaron said, as if defeated. "There is little that is normal about me, however one would describe it. Treat me to some food and I'll share some of my story with you. Bearing in mind, this is far from a date."

Name: BabyDoll Animis A.K.A "Ani"
Age: 18
Gender: Fluid
Species: Wolfoyte
Magic: Reality Shift (creation)
Weapon: A bare blade with only a worn yet indestructible bandage wrapped at the hilt for the handle
Ani stood out on the peak overlooking the town, a large and very long red scarf around his white and blue furred neck, he wore harnesses and chains around his wrists and ankles, all broken of course, his legs had off-white ripped shorts and his torso had a strange armor, wrapped around him like vines, a single pauldron on his right shoulder with a crest of a crescent moon. Ani took a deep breath with a smile, he saw the city, the memories rushing back to his mind, he was glad to be back for a visit, even though he had already died. "im back~"
-
(//Things just got real. Hey Ani.)
-
(yo! decided to join in, my replies may be slow but i couldnt resist!)
-
(//I take it you're Aaron's Ani still?)
-
Tempest stopped playing her pan flute and saw him standing on the hill. Noticing his chains, she went into her tree and pulled out a small saw. She called out to the stranger. "Hello sir! Do you need help?" She started towards him. "I have a saw, don't be alarmed, I just want to help you." She chirped.
-
(By the way, er... I might have to post a second character sheet because of some complications with Daisy.)
-
(//You're fine, unless you really want to change in which case submit a quick update in your next post.)
-
(... I'll just cross the bridge when I come to it, if it comes. It's just... Daisy is kind of complicated. Would you like me to explain through PM?)
-
Kat glanced down at her watch as she ran through the front door to the apartments, squeezing past yet another person going inside, a strange looking wolf this time... Her brow furrowed, where the heck were all these people coming from today? Kat shook her head, realising just how late she already was for the class, then suddenly stumbled and hit the sidewalk with a yelp as someone ran straight into her from behind.
-
Daisy blushed and bent down, offering Kat a hand up. "Sorry... Are you okay?" she asked, looking rather sheepish.
-
Kat gave a reflexive growl as she pushed herself up slightly from the sidewalk. The knees of her jeans were ripped and bloodied, her palms hadn't fared much better either, and it stung like hell. She glanced up at the stranger with a scathing remark on the tip of her tongue, only to see the young wolf offering a hand up. Kat gritted her teeth as she grasped Daisy's paw and, with some help, got shakily to her feet. "Uh, yeah. I'm ok I think... Just a bit of a scrape."
-
Daisy lowered her ears. "Oh geez.... Do you need help with that?" she said. "I think I have some salve in my bag..."
-
"Well I really have to..." Kat glanced down the street towards where the old roofs of the university were just visible in the city centre, then back to Daisy's apologetic look and sighed with a non-commital shrug. "Sure, I guess..." She took her first proper look at the girl who had run into her, a wolf with strange patterning and incredibly deep star-like eyes. As far as Kat cared anymore today was already too strange a day to bother with being late for class...
-
"Okay... Let's get inside, it's kind of chilly out," Daisy said, heading towards a nearby university building. She had rather wide hips, perhaps to make up for her small chest.
(I have to get descriptions in somewhere.)
-
Kat's tufted ears flicked up at Daisy's mention of it being cold and she shrugged, her jacket was warm enough.. Not to mention all her thick fur... But she followed the girl anyway. The building they headed towards was one that Kat didn't normally go in so she let Daisy lead the way as they walked, surreptitiously glancing her up and down as she muttered. "You sure must've been in a hurry to run straight into me like that..."
((Heh, yeah I understand Cif XP ))
-
Ulvus nodded. "Yeah, I'm kinda hungry, as well. Wanna go to the cafe? Or another place?", he asked Aaron, really curious about his past.
-
Shiro was still at the park, well, at least he managed to get the silence he wanted in the first place. "That fox is... something..." He whispered to himself, before looking around once more, he noticed the red panda shouting at something, but decided to ignore it. Until he too, noticed the stranger in chains. Deciding to approach the red panda, he spoke. "Uh... hello there." He says, a little shy. "What's up with him?" Shiro asked, he seemed a little worried.
-
She shrugs and decides to go up to the stranger.
-
Shiro followed her. Sensing the red panda's aura, he felt comfortable, it wasn't intimidating as that fox's aura.
-
"I just came from the cafe. Perhaps the bakery? You can decide. Give me a moment to get changed." Aaron turned and sprang up the stariss and out of sight.
(//Heads up, I won't be able to be online much today. Sorry.)
-
"What about the pub?", Ulvus asked, not sure if Aaron really heard him. "Well, ok.", he thought, as he leaned up against the railing, hands in pockets, waiting for the fox to come back down.
((It's totally ok X3 ))
-
Kat's tufted ears flicked up at Daisy's mention of it being cold and she shrugged, her jacket was warm enough..
Daisy glanced over her shoulder and blushed lightly, rubbing the back of her head. "Y-yeah... sort of," she said, running her fingers through her somewhat shortish pink hair. "I can get clumsy at times."
-
Kat smiled slightly in return, watching the girl stammer slightly and fidget as they walked through the main doors into the building. She seemed nice enough Kat thought... Perhaps a little ditzy, but she had offered to help with her cuts at least. Kat gave a small shrug, biting her lip at the stinging across her knees and palms as she replied. "Don't worry about it, I probably should've been watching more where I was going too..."
-
Daisy nodded slightly. "If you say so," she replied, walking over to the nearby common area. "Either way, I was moving too fast." Sighing, the celestial wolf then put her bag down and took a seat. "Give me just a minute," she said, unzipping the backpack.
-
(i am indeed, well... was... this ani... well its kind of like this ani is the same ani... but different.. its weird and complicated so lets just go with he was aaron's Ani)
-
She got closer to the man in chains, setting the saw down and standing a little ways away, not sure if he was friendly. She smiled "Hello sir, you look like you need help with those chains. I have a saw, would you like my assistance?"
-
Ani looked back seeing the red panda, he smiled softly, it seemed to also give off a certain aura of knowingness, he turned to face the oher as his large tail brushed the grass beneath the wolf's feetpaws, "hello there~" He gave a slight wave with his right paw, the chains on it jingling, "i happen to like these chains... but the weather however.." he looks up at the white, murky sky, "although being of arctic descent... i rather like the warmer seasons... what about you?"
-
Aaron sighed. He was in his room now, wearing reddish skinny jeans, a white crop-top and his usual blue scarf. He had brushed his fur down all over, and grabbed his wallet which he had foolishly left behind in a rush that morning. His stomach muscles showed beneath his fur. The nine tailed fox closed his door and locked it, thinking about the pub comment. He had done his lifetime's drinking already, after 'that incident'...he made it to the ground floor and gave his current wolf botherer his usual cold sharp look of very mild curiosity.

Tempest blushed and nodded. " I like late spring and early fall." She looked up at him and back at the tree. "Would you like to come join us?" She waved to Shiro and smiled.
-
Ulvus heard steps coming from the stairs. "Finally", he thought, as he turned to face the fox. Although, he gave him that stare again. Feeling a bit uncompfortable by the stare, he asked once more "what about the pub?".
-
"No." Aaron said flatly. "There's a small deli type place ten blocks from here. We will go there."
The fox stepped past the wolf and exited the foyer, walking and trusting the canine would follow him.
-
"Ok", the wolf said, as the fox stepped past him, just walking down the street. Ulvus walked a little fast, to keep up with the fox, until he got next to him, where he then continued in a regular pace, with his hands in his pockets. After a bit of awkward silence, he then asked "So. You like deli, or...?"
-
"Food is food." Aaron shrugged. "Why? Do you not like it?"
-
"Oh, yeah yeah, I like it.", Ulvus answered, looking straight forward, awaiting another awkward silence.
-
Kat didn't say much else, she didn't exactly want to argue with this girl. Instead she just gave a sheepish, "Ok, sure.." and took a seat as well, glancing around the common area. While Daisy opened her bag Kat took a proper look at the damage; her paws were only a little scraped but her knees were badly torn and painful... Damn, she'd really liked those jeans too...

Daisy pulled a small medical kit from her bag and began setting things up. "I could probably fix your pants later, if you'd like me to," she said. "You could borrow some of my pants while you wait..." The wolf blushed. "Um... we're... we're about the same size, right? Probably not... My ass is huge." She chuckled and pulled out the ointment. "Okay... let me see your wounds."
-
"Good." Aaron answered simply. He gave the wolf a glance. "You know much about various species' cultures?"
-
"Uhm...", Ulvus answered, feeling a bit dumb. "No, not really", he finally said.
-
"I figured. You live more or less alone, don't you?" Aaron asked, preparing a lecture.
-
"Yes, I do. It gets kinda lonely sometimes", he answered, looking at the ground.
-
Daisy pulled a small medical kit from her bag and began setting things up. "I could probably fix your pants later, if you'd like me to," she said. Kat watched Daisy work curiously, all previous thoughts of her missed class gone. It took a moment for her to even realise the girl had asked another question. "Uhh... I'm not sure? I think I might be slightly more..." She shot a glance down to her ripped pants, comparing to the overall more slender Daisy's, then back up and finished lamely "... Fluffy? I mean, being a Lynx and all... And your... *ahem*... isn't... Not that I think..." Kat coughed into her paw mid-sentence and stuttered into silence. She could feel a hot flush spreading across her cheeks and looked away as she showed her cut knees to Daisy, finishing lamely with a shrug. "Thanks for the help."

Daisy blushed darkly, feeling flustered. "It's.... It's no problem at all," she said, beginning to gently dab ointment onto Kat's injuries. "... It's not?"
-
Kat winced as the ointment went on to her open cuts... Holy frack did it sting! ... Gritting her teeth against the pain she shook her head very slightly, then stopped just as quickly as one of her tufted ears flicked up and she tilted her head to one side with an inquisitive expression. "Well... I think I can probably speak from experience, but it's all just a matter of perspective isn't it?" She chuckled sheepishly, cheeks still prickling warm. "Maybe it shouldn't have to be a bad thing..."

Daisy's face flushed as she carefully applied bandages to the cuts. "Yeah, I suppose not," she said, standing up and stretching a little. "...Did you have class? I'm sorry if I made you miss it."
-
Kat smiled sheepishly when she noticed Daisy blushing too, though she grimaced a moment later at the tightening of the bandages. When Daisy finally got to her feet, apparently finished, Kat stood too with only a slight wince of pain. "Oh, yeah I did. But I was already really late for it even before we quite literally bumped into each other..." She replied with a grin, then held out a paw. "My names Kat by the way, I don't think I even introduced myself."

Daisy grinned sheepishly and accepted Kat's hand. "Daisy," she said, swishing her pierced, pink-tufted tail. "Daisy Reich."
-
Shiro noded and smiled. "Sure." He replied while following them.
-
She purred and took them back to the oak tree. "I'll be right back." She cralwed into it and came out with a little coin purse. "How does the cafe sound?" She chirped and smiled.
-
Kat shook Daisy's hand with a firm affection. "Oh, yeah my surname is a bit more difficult... That would be Kat Anyoshka in full, if you can get your tongue around it." She smirked, her accent slightly more obvious in the pronunciation of her second name. Her own short bob-tail flicked happily as she rubbed the back of her neck with her free hand, fingers running through the thick 'mane' of mottled grey fur that fluffed up around the neck of her shirt. "Say, my class is probably almost over by now anyway... I just wondered if... Well d'you have any plans right now?"

Daisy rubbed the back of her head. "Not at the moment... Did you?"
-
Kat shook her head, shrugging. "Nah, that was my only class for today... And I still woke up late." She grinned sheepishly at that, it was true that she often overslept.. relying on her magic to try and get to classes quickly. "It's pretty cold out, but do you want to get a bite to eat or something?" Her tail stopped swishing when she looked down and noticed the torn knees of her best pants again, sighing under her breath.

Daisy nodded, her stomach growling slightly. "Sure," she said. "I would... I mean... that would be cool." The celestial wolf rubbed the back of her head. "Then, later, I could fix your pants!"
-
"Sounds good, been a while since I last visited the cafe." He smiled to the red panda and looked around. "So... seems like you live here, huh?"
-
She nodded. "Yeah, I live in that old Oak tree." She purred. "It's nice, and I would invite you inside, but you're too big." She giggled and started towards the cafe.
-
Shiro continued the way with the red panda, whose name was still unknown to him. "Well, I don't think we properly met." He clears his throat. "I'm Shiro, a pleasure to meet you."
-
Her ears perked up then payed back down in embarrassment. "I'm so sorry, I'm Tempest." She stopped and held her hand out to him. With her height that of a child's, she blushed, realizing she looked like a child asking for an adult to hold her hand.
-
Ani was already wandering the old and familiar streets, his strides elegant and soft, his looks that of a proper princess yet with a ruling aura of a prince, his chains made slight jingles with every step, his golden and blue speckled eyes taking in everything, a smile on his face, "I really missed here..." he had stopped in front of the cafe, his tail swayed
-
Shiro shook hands with Tempest and noticed that she was blushing. "Uhm... are you okay, Tempest?"
-
Daisy nodded, her stomach growling slightly. "Sure," she said. "I would... I mean... that would be cool." The celestial wolf rubbed the back of her head. "Then, later, I could fix your pants!"
Kat couldn't help but chuckle as her tufted ears flicked up at the hungy sound of Daisy's stomach. "Great! Well there's a lot of good places round here to eat!..." Her grin turned sheepish and she blushed slightly again at sounding so excited over food, but also at the girl's offer. "Oh... Yeah, s-sure... Thanks." As she turned to walk back to the entrance Kat instinctively tried to help in some way and picked up Daisy's bag, offering her the strap to sling over her shoulder again.
-
"Of course it does. I shall spare you a lecture on canine culture and fox lore, but the lore is related to the culture of my kind. Now, regular single tail foxes do abide by a certain imperial family structure and interact with other families in the interests of leverage. Single tailed foxes do not follow this structure as strictly as nine tails. Now, as you know it is possible to use magic in this world. Some things amplify magic, like species...body types and body mass...that sort of thing. So, for whatever reason the nine tailed foxes add able to facilitate incredible magic. Unbelievable...magic." Aaron shivered in horror and delight as he recalled the feeling of such immense power. "The nine tailed foxes have a lot of familial in-fights and family feuds in order to delegate whom both as a family member and an individual as the head family in fox-magic. Sort of imperial, sort of mafia. At this point I should mention that WITHOUT exception, fox magic manifests as demonic. Other magic types can be learned but natural manifestation is demonic. Truly powerful vulpine mages are always accompanied by an excess burn-off called foxfire. Regarding nine tailed family structure, servants are always feline due to our lore, our species religion if you will. No, I will not explain it. My family is very low on the charts, but certain events has caused us to be watched by all."
-
"Oh, I... I don't really know, what to say", Ulvus said, as he tried to comprehend the waves of information, that just hit him. "Did you say something about learning magic?", he quickly asked, feeling a bit stupid.
-
Daisy nodded, her stomach growling slightly. "Sure," she said. "I would... I mean... that would be cool." The celestial wolf rubbed the back of her head. "Then, later, I could fix your pants!"
Kat couldn't help but chuckle as her tufted ears flicked up at the hungy sound of Daisy's stomach. "Great! Well there's a lot of good places round here to eat!..." As she turned to walk back to the entrance Kat instinctively tried to help in some way and picked up Daisy's bag, offering her the strap to sling over her shoulder again.
Daisy blushed and gently slung her bag on, as though she didn't want to hurt her back. "Thank you," she said, sheepishly hugging Kat a little.
-
The sudden hug was slightly unexpected, Kat thought to herself... But as she returned the gesture slightly awkwardly she had to admit she enjoyed the briefly tender moment... Today sure was a strange day to oversleep on, she pondered. Walking back out into the winter air this time it felt like Kat was leading the way, though she stayed close alongside Daisy. Her breath condensed into a cold mist in front of her muzzle as she asked. "D'you have any place you like to eat at?"
-
"Some people can learn magic. Come can't. I can't, my body is allergic to it. I cannot cast nor be cast upon without bad things happening." Aaron looked at his paw as he walked. "At the same time, magic weaponry is compatible with me."
Aaron gave the wolf a sideways glance.
"What is the nature of your curiosity surrounding me? Political? Social? Financial? Combat perhaps? Or maybe physical curiousity...or perhaps...romantic?" Aaron watched the wolf with sharp, sharp eyes.
-
"Oh, no no no no", the wolf quickly answered at the romantic part, putting up his hands in front of himself, "at first, it was just social curiosity, but now you got me fascinated about the combat", he added, putting his hands back into his pockets. "I've heard of, and met, people, capable of casting magic, but I've never been able to myself", he said, looking slightly at the ground.
-
"Good." Aaron answered with some relief. "Are you allergic? Intolerant?"
-
"I don't think so", Ulvus answered, looking up at the fox, "I've never been in contact with in my life, but I doubt it", he added.
-
"Really?" Aaron asked. "Sad. Do you want to see some?"
-
"Yeah, I'd love to", Ulvus said, a little excited. "But didn't you say, you were allergic?", he asked.
-
"I am. I can't have magic cast upon or by me. However, around is on the whole a different story." Aaron splayed his hand. In that instant a scythe appeared in it. It was a beautiful, slender weapon with a long, white curved haft which widened towards the bottom, which had a light green crystal set in it. Veins of a similar colour ran straight up the grip to a bulbous, teardrop shaped crystal which pointed it's smaller end in the same direction as the dark grey blade, which itself had a silver sharp. Mounted atop the blade was a second teardrop crystal. At the same time the green must from Aaron's free paw once more seeped upwards and into the air.
-
"Wooaah", Ulvus said, wide-eyed, as he stared at the blade, that appeared in Aaron's paw. "It's so... beautiful", he said.
-
"Yes it is." Aaron said with a touch of pride. He twirled it around and slashed the air before them.
-
Ulvus kept his eye on the blade, as Aaron swung it in the air. "Did you make it yourself?", he asked.
-
"No, making a magic weapon is impossible for one such as I. I commissioned it."
-
"Oh", the wolf said, "who made it, then?"
-
Tempest nodded and kept walking, watching the new person walk into the cafe. "There he is." She purred and looked back at Shiro. "Let's go." She smiled and began running towards the cafe on all fours.
-
Shiro accompanied Tempest, keeping up with her speed as best as he could. "Who?" He asked while running.
-
"The chained guy!" She giggled and slowed down as they neared the cafe.
-
"I wonder what he's doing here." Shiro scratched his chin.
-
ani's ears twitched hearing the paw steps of the two approaching, he smiled and turned to the two before him, his tail swished happily, "hello again~ seems i have fans" he said jokingly with a giggle
-
She purred and stood up again. She smiled at him and giggled "I suppose so."
-
"Well where are my manners. My name is Babydoll Shiro Animis, but call me Ani. I spent my childhood and teenage years here along with aa few years as an adult, but nevermind that. Can I have your name please?" he said, his platinum and white frosted fur shimmered almost with an otherworldly glow, his eyes completely captivating, soft and feminine yet with all the look of a male. one could not discern this wolfoytes gender without asking
-
She blushed and held her hand out "I'm Tempest, nice to meet you." His voice gave her goosebumps, making her fur fluff up involuntarily. She blushed profusely and tried to get it to relax again.
-
The sudden hug was slightly unexpected, Kat thought to herself...
"Well... there's this diner not to far from the university," Daisy said, rubbing the back of her head. "They make really great meatloaf."
-
Kat flicked one ear up curiously. "Sure, sounds good..." She let Daisy take over with directions to the diner and as they walked she occasionally glanced across at the girl, from her star-glittered eyes to the pink tip of her tail. Shivering slightly, even through her thick fur and jacket, Kat finally seemed to summon the courage to ask sheepishly. "Hey Daisy, I d-don't mean to be rude... But just what species are you exactly? I've been kind of wondering since I met you."
-
"No idea. It was a gift from one of the constants in my life." Aaron dispelled the weapon and chi mist. Something felt wrong. It was like someone or something was at the cafe he had always worked at. The thought messed with his temper. The fox gave the wolf a glance. They were nearly at the deli.
-
"I'm Shiro." Shiro waved with a smile on his face. "You're really different, aren't you?" He shook his head. "I mean, your aura is very uncommon."
-
Kat flicked one ear up curiously.
Daisy glanced over. "Hmm? Oh," she said, rubbing the back of her head. "I'm a celestial wolf." She chuckled. "I guess I'm sort of like an alien."
-
"Huh", Ulvus gave as an answer, until he noticed the glance, the fix gave him. "Is something wrong?", he asked.
-
Ani giggled
-
Tempest nodded and looked down, this man confused her, and whether or not he was male or female, she definitely had it bad. "Shall we s-sit down?" She murmured softly.
-
He nodded and sat at a nearby table, "it is really nice to meet you both, Tempest, Shiro. and to answer, yes, my aura could be described as.... different." He looked to Tempest and motined for her to sit in the chair adjacent to his, "but enough about me, tell me all about yourselves~"
-
"I don't like the feel of the air." Aaron answered cautiously.
-
Tempest nodded and sat in the chair, she blushed and looked down. "I-I'm sorry to ask this, but are you male or female?" She blurted out and layed her ears back. "I'm so sorry..."
-
Ani felt the breeze, the presence, the corners of his lips curled ever so slightly upward into a faint smile, his tail swayed in eagerness, he rest his elbows onto the table, his chin on his paws looking at Tempest and Shiro with interest, he gave a happy laugh, "to answer that question as best as i can, im both, not quite either though, very strange, no? but you can consider me male for the most part, dont be sorry, i dont blame you for asking miss~"
-
She blushed and nodded. "Well, I'm female, just thought I should say mine to make it even I guess." She hid her face in her paws and asked Shiro if he wanted anything, she stood up to go order a drink.
-
"What's with it?", Ulvus asked.
-
He looked to Tempest with reassurance, "if you dont mind..." he reaches into his back pocket and pulls out some money, "could ou get me a fruit smoothie? i dont mind what flavor, surprise me" he looked to her
-
"Someone is here. Someone I knew." Aaron doubled back, drawn by what he could only describe as stupid forces, heading towards the cafe at a brisk pace.
-
"ah it seems like the smoothie will have to wait my dears. i have a date~" he stood slowly and stepped to the center of the street in front of the cafe, his broken chains clinking and jingling almost harmoniously, he could hear the pawsteps nearing
-
She nodded and went up to the counter, peeking over it as she stood on her tiptoes to see the menu. A couple minutes later she came back with a mango smoothie, a toffee cappuccino and Shiros drink. She crawled up onto the chair, her leg kicking as she tries to get a foothold somewhere to push herself up, all the while blushing.
-
Aaron saw the blue wolf and froze. A cruel smirk slathered itself over his vulpine lips.
"Is that what you're wearing now?" Aaron called to Animus.
-
Ani gave a soft yet intentive grin, "ive heard youre quite the promiscuous one... and yes, apparently the Upper suits me quite well, i really like the chains too" his tail swayed
-
"Had to do something since our little cataclysmic duel. Or someone." Aaron bared his teeth, only really half as a grin. "So what new and terrible forms can you take now? Made Dragon yet?"
-
Shook his head, "i only have one other, and im in control" he said with a somewhat crestfallen tone, "you dont understand, i simply returned to live out the rest of my physical form. and... well i came here to say i dont hold anything against you... and... im sorry for leaving you alone.."
-
"Yeah, well...let's not forget who found the Demonic Crucible and went haywire." Aaron glared at Animus, but there was no anger behind it. "So you've come home? For good?"
-
Ani nodded, "for good... this time i swear..." he looked back into his stare with a gentle sorrow, and guilt, he blinked away the wateriness of his eyes and vontinued to stand strong, "ive come back better, so you wont have to protect me as much."
-
"Oh, that is a total CROCK!" Aaron snapped. He bit his lip and paused. "Have you heard from the kids much?"
-
Ani jumped and shrunk away a bit, his ears folding back, he soon regained his composure, "yes... both are working hard... its not everyday you see your kids handling cross dimensional affairs" Ani's thoughts began to swirl in anxiety, he wasnt mentally prepared enough, "im sorry
-
"Guys, guys", Ulvus said, smiling nervously. "Let's not get into any fights, ok?", he said, raising his arms.
-
Ani looked to Ulvus, his eyes flashed, his pupils becoming slits for a split second, ulva now standing to the side with shiro and tempest,
-
"So that's what they're up to. They don't talk to me these days." Aaron said quietly yet audibly. The demon fox stared at Ani. He certainly changed about as much as he stayed the same. "That annoying jerk Nora or Nova or whatever still play magical guardian?"
-
"Noah died..." he looked back at Aaron with distain, the subject of Noah was touchy, Noah had been his father figure, he didnt take quite kindly to others mocking the feline, "and your... whatever her face was? can she still hold her drink?"
-
"Who, Jo? Yeah. Alive and kicking." Aaron couldn't help but hide his smirk. How he had hated Noah, however backhandedly useful he had been.
-
As Ulvus began to pick up on the danger of the situation, he slowly backed away, trying to get out of sight.
-
Ani sighed and looked to the floor, "listen... please just lash out at me already..."
-
"I still work at the old cafe, I got my job back after my demon killing spree. Don't bother me while I'm working. I also live in the same old apartment, I haven't moved anything. You left our stupid cosplay stuff from school there." Aaron's tone was dangerous. He stalked towards Animus with evil grace. He leaned down and placed his paw on the blue wolf's muzzle, only to gently flick him between the eyes. In an awful low voice he said: "See you around. Take care."
With that he stalked away.
-
He flinched and tucked his tail, " i... see you.." his hair covered his eyes, he gulped
-
Aaron stalked four blocks, slipping into an alleyway and clutching the wall. He grasped hi stomach and tinned it gently, coughing and retching. He held his breakfast back but not his tears. He fell to his knees by a bin, weeping. Why? Why!? WHY!? Why had that moron pipsqueak come BACK!?
-
Ani lifted his head with his smile on his face again as if nothing happened, he returned to the two he had met before, his head was a dark cloud, it took all the will power he could muster not to cry and wail out into a heap on the ground, "so, can i get that smoothie now?" he said with barely any tremor in his tone
-
"What... what?", was the only words, Ulvus could get out.
-
"old flames... i think itd be best if none of you were involved okay?" he looked to ulvus a bit saddned but trying to cheer up
-
"Oh, I... I see, I think", he said, a bit concerned.
-
"wel.." he said standing, "i guess ill go to my new apartment.." he started off
-
Daisy glanced over. "Hmm? Oh," she said, rubbing the back of her head. "I'm a celestial wolf." She chuckled. "I guess I'm sort of like an alien."
Kat stayed silent for a moment, her tufted ears flat back against her mid-length dark hair. "Oh, right..." Was all she eventually managed to say, glancing sheepishly across at Daisy. She wasn't sure if that really changed what she thought about the girl, she had been so considerate and you did see some strange people thanks to all this magic flying around. "Well I'm not much of a traveller, never left this solar system you see, so I guess that would explain why I've never seen any aliens before..." Kat finally chuckled and gave Daisy a cheeky wink, her usual grin returning as they reached the diner.
-
Aaron composed himself and stalked around to Ulvus Lumia.
"Boo." He said in a menacing tone. "Did you learn much today?"
-
"Gah!", Ulvus let out, as he hadn't seen Aaron. "Well... yeah. It has been quiet a day.", he answered.
-
"For the both of us I dare say. I need to keep that creep out of my apartment so if you have nowhere to stay and no attraction to me whatsoever then move in with me. The couch folds out."
-
"Oh. Well, thanks for the offer, I'll keep that in mind", Ulvus said, smiling a bit.
-
"Listen, I CANNOT have him intrude my living space tonight. So please consider quickly." Aaron said hurriedly.
-
"Well, I mean, moving in with people is kind of a big decision, isn't it?", the wolf said, rubbing the back of his head, "I can stay over tonight, and I'll help if you ever need me. But directly moving in, I don't think, I can.", he finished.
-
"I suppose that would work. I cannot handle a home invasion tonight." Aaron said bluntly.
-
"Ok, so it's settled then", Ulvus said, "I'll help with as much, as I can."
-
"Of course if you were a cat this would be so much easier..." Aaron muttered. "Thank you. I appreciate it."
-
Ani wandered until he found where the map had read. He grimaced, of course this was where he was to stay... he sighed and trudged upward through the apartment complex, he passed Aaron's apartment to the one right next to it, "you've gotta be kidding me...." he sighed, "just please dont lock me out this time" he said to the key in his paw, remembering how last time the key broke, he plunged it into the lock and turned, 'click'. with a sih of relief the door opened, his belongings had made it safe and sound
-
Tempest watched him/her leave and sighed, taking a drink of her cappuccino and burni her tongue on the scalding drink. She flinched and held her mouth, muffling her cussing.
-
Ani returned to the cafe hoping to find a familiar face, then, Marcus grabbed him, the large black wolf his old former boss, he growled into Ani's ear, Ani froze with fear, Marcus roaming his paws all over him, "miss me?" Ani teared up as Marcus spoke in his ear
-
Daisy glanced over.
Daisy chuckled and blushed a little, touching her mouth. "That would explain it," she said, holding the door for Kat. "After you..."
-
Tempest put her cup down and looked down at the table, tracing its pattern with her claw. She sighed and glanced up, she saw the wolf holding Ani and she stood up, grabbing her cup and running up to the wolf, throwing the scalding drink in his face. "Let him go!!" She screamed, getting everyone in the cafe to turn their heads.
-
(Is this the same spot that Daisy and Kat are walking into?)
-
(Were in a cafe, so I don't think so >~<)
-
(Tempest, remind Aaron to hug you. That cafe owner is a creep. I should know, my character works for him!)
-

Some of the drink splashed onto Ani but not much, Marcus roared out and threw Ani to the side, making his head land into the wall hard, he crumpled to the floor unconscious as Marcus held his paws at his eyes
"You B*tch!" he yelled,
-
Aaron heard the commotion and glanced into the cafe. His pupils dilated in rage.
-
Ani slowly regained consciousness, only to curl up and remain where he was, silently letting his tears fall, Marcus had already run off, Ani on the cold stone pavement,
-
As Ulvus heard the things in the cafe, and he saw, where Aaron was looking, he looked at the cafe, trying to see, what happened.
-
Daisy chuckled and blushed a little, touching her mouth. "That would explain it," she said, holding the door for Kat. "After you..."
Kat couldnt help but smile as Daisy chuckled, she felt a slight warm flush spread across her cheeks as the girl held open the door for her and stepped into the diner with a murmured "Thanks".
Inside the place was not too busy, a little darkly lit but chic and classy with private stalls that each held a dark green table and a semi-circular cushioned bench around it.
-
Aaron stalked into the cafe, scenting around for Marcus but not bothering to inspect Animus. He caught the scent and made to pursue the offending fur.
-
((Hey, my irl name is Marcus XD))
-
Tempest ran up to Babydoll and held him, holding his face in her paws and looking at him. "Are you ok??" She looked over at the running wolf and glared at him. "I don't even know who he is, but I don't need to know his name to know he's scum.."
-
As Ulvus saw Aaron run into the cafe, he saw nothing else, than following him. As he saw, the commotion in front of him, he asked "what happened?", looking down at Ani. "Are you alright?", he asked, kneeling down in front of them.
-
Aaron found Marcus. Not caring whether or not he was in a public space, the evil fox summoned his scythe.
"I see you couldn't keep your paws off of him even after all the little 'chats' we've had...anything to say for yourself, you scummy boss?"
-
Marcus smiled, something was amiss, the air was different now, "i think you will be thanking your 'scum boss'" he laughed darkly
Ani woke up to two furs standing over him, his face turning bright red, "o...oh my! i...im sorry did i trip and fall?" his eyes looked less... like the current Ani, as if he had lost something of himself, "m...my... my boy...boyfriend was supposed to meet up with me at our work..."
-
"Name one reason I would be, bastard." Aaron challenged the wolf.
-
Marcus just left, without looking back, he had disappeared into thin air
-
Aaron swore under his breath and went back to Animus, rudely interrupting:
"Where is he?"
-
Ani's ears perked, "A...Aaron... wheres who?" his voice back to its original insecure shyness, "i... i thought we were going to go work..."
-
"Marcus. That's who, and obviously you hit your head so let me enlighten you: we tried to kill each other once and aren't a thing any more. Now tell me why that bastard just teleported out of midair!" Aaron felt guilty slamming the truth in Animus like that but he would have figured things out anyway. The fox curled his tails together.
-
Still hugging Ani's face to my chest, she looked at the two, then around the cafe. "Hey guys..maybe we should go to my house to continue this conversation?" She said quietly. "We're drawing attention."
-
As Ulvus realized what had happened, he got a concerned look on his face, "you... can't remember...", he mumbled.
-
"Screw attention, he and I used to get plenty of it. Welcome to or club."
-
Animus quickly teared up, the news broke his heart, he trembled andbegan to sob, "I dont.... u...understand..." ani knew nothing of marcus, he only thought he saw him at the cafe
-
"Ugh, look, after a few years or sharing that rundown apartment and raising the kids you decided to go mad and transform into a horrific monster. I stopped you and saved your life, but you nearly killed me. Some time later, I found the Demonic Crucible, dumped you, decided to use it and went on a killing spree as the prime demon lord of the age for a while. Rumour has it you stopped me somehow, but I haven't seen you since. The kids never speak to me and I've been rotting here, trying to get my miserable life together while fending off assassination attempts from the high demon fox families. Comprende?" Aaron sighed, dying inside.
-
He just lay there completely blank, his eyes voids, he definitely couldnt handle this much emotion as he wasnow, he simply shut down
-
Ulvus stared wide-eyed at Aaron, as all the information exploded out of him. "Oh... wow...", he quietly said, taking a step backwards.
-
Aaron hissed ferally and glared at the unconscious Ani.
"Passing out? When did you become such a loser?" The fox ignited his chi mist and held it just above Ani's forehead, killing some of the life force around his frontal lobes. Not permanent damage, it was a magical way of getting drunk. His chi would heal. His senses were just dulled a little. Aaron bit his lip and gave Ani a gentle kick in the ribs, stepping back. The wolf felt different. As if he was somehow an opposing force to Aaron now. Perhaps more than just his Destroyer...
-
Ani's eyes blurred into voids, "reworking... memory compromised..." a symbol glowed on his forehead, the sound of a chain breaking is heard, his eyes closed, heten reopens them and quickly stands slapping aaron, a painedexpression n his face
-
Aaron recoiled, his foxy eyes wide and his pupils dilated in terror. No...no way...
-
Ani was hurt, mad, and just angry, he held his paw out and gripped at a sword that instantly generated, even after what they had been through, and even though ani wasfine now, what aaron did was over the line, ani slapped him once more
-
"GUYS! STOP FIGHTING! Someone might get hurt", Ulvus yelled, quickly covering his mouth with his paws, as he realized, how stupid he was to do so.
-
Aaron hook his head and gave the wolf a glare.
"You dumped me...and now you want my life, as well as my happiness!? Fine! You want to die! Go die!" Aaron summoned his scythe and his chi-mist. He gave everyone in the area a glare. "Evacuate! Now."
It was obvious the cafe wouldn't be standing completely unscathed much longer...
-
Ulvus was a little unsure on what to do "No!", he said stirnly, "I can't tolerate people fighting over something as stupid as a breakup", he added, standing his ground, but still sweating a bit, "especially, if it goes over other people as well"
-
"What are you even talking about!? we never broke up Aaron! You... YOU KILLED ME!" His pupils turning to narrow slits, a cold and ominous aura drifted around him, "there was no break up because i was dead!"
-
"Wh...wha-no! NO!" Aaron roared, fear spreading across his face. He took a step back. "You...you turned into a monster! So...so I...!"
His memory was fuzzy. Both his ad Animus' stories sounded like the truth. Aaron couldn't tell which one was the true reality and which was a fabrication.
"YOU WENT FERAL AND I DUMPED YOU!" Aaron shook his head and swiped ineffectually at Ani with his scythe. "You went spare and the kids believed your story instead of mine! I dumped you because...because...you all gave up on me!"
Aaron was rapidly losing control, like he had only done once before, with the Demonic Crucible. The scarred fox dashed forward and swiped his blade at Animus.
-
Ani simply held his paw out at the scythe blade, making it stop in its tracks, "NO! Aaron you killed me in order to save me! i went feral and couldnt return back! You... killed.... ME!" Aaron was sent flying back a few feet but nothing that could hurt him, "have you lost your mind!?"
-
"Shut up!" Aaron snapped, righting himself and charging again, slashing from another angle.
-
Ani jumped, he spun himself in the air, his body parallel to the ground, completely dodging the attack, his foot paw crashing into Aaron's head
-
Daisy chuckled and blushed a little, touching her mouth.
Daisy pointed to a table in the corner. "How about there?" she asked, swishing her tail. It looked like a very cozy spot to sit and relax.
-
Aaron fell backwards and swiped ineffectually with his paw. He was no brawler, he was by far more proficient at combat from the shadows. The fix scrabbled to grab his dropped scythe.
-
Ani placed his paw on Aaron's, "stop..."
-
Aaron recoiled and launched himself outside, allowing his scythe to vanish. He was out of sight.
-
Ani sighed, "somethings is wrong...
-
Ulvus stood there, just staring, feeling awkward, not knowing what to say.
-
Aaron caught his breath in silence, melting into a new position.
-
Ani had wandered to the high school and managed to get to the rooftop, he lays on his back and looks at the sky
-
Aaron, still in the cafe, listened for his quarry. Animus had fled the venue. The fox paused to think. What had just happened? Ani said he had died. Why? If the wolf had dumped the fox then why was the wolf suddenly so distraught and begging to differ? The fox frowned deeply. Something felt wrong. Something...
-
Ani decide to just head to his apartment, he ha denough excitement for today
-
Aaron ha spent the rest of the day prowling the town on high alert. Eventually he, too, went home and locked himself in his apartment. It was there he spent his time with his anime and instant noodles, seeing the screen but not really watching.
(//Well, Aaron's day ends here so if everyone else wants to finish their days at their own leisurely pace then I'm happy to wait~! Oh and don't freak out, the inter-character hostility is in-character ONLY. IRL everyone is cool here.)
-
Kat nodded as she glanced to where Daisy was pointing. "Yeah, sure.." As they walked over to the table her short fluffy bobtail also swished happily, flicking more rapidly from side to side than Daisy's long wolfish tail. She sat down sheepishly and glanced around at the diner with a curious look that was reflected in the slight tilt of her tufted ears. "I didn't even know this place was here... I hope the food is as good as the decor."
EDit: (( Oh, well ok then... I thought it was still about mid-day, not that I necessarily blame Aaron for wanting to spend the rest of the day just watching Netflix after all that X3 ))
-
"Well, uuuhh...", where the only whings Ulvus could say, before leaving the cafe. "That was quiet... something", he thought, putting his paws into his pockets again, walking down the streets.
-

Daisy unzipped her jacket and removed it, revealing her "Blood on the Dance Floor" t-shirt. "It's always been good before," she said, smiling gently as she took a seat beside Kat. As the celestial wolf's tail swished slowly from side to side, it became clear that she had the tip of it pierced with multiple silver rings.
-
Kat had to scooch over on the seats to make room for Daisy as she sat down. It was a slight squeeze in the corner booth, with only a single bench seat around one side of the table, but after a moment they were comfortable. "Hmm, well that sounds good... I skipped breakfast this morning so I'm hell'a hungry." She replied with a grin, glancing across at the colourful logo of Daisy's shirt. In comparison to the celestial wolf Kat couldn't help but feel slightly mundane, with her plain dark shirt, worn jacket and dull mottled fur. "Nice tail piercings by the way.." She muttered sheepishly as one of the waiters finally spotted them.
-
Daisy blushed gently. "Thanks," she said as the waiter walked up.
"Welcome," the man said. "May I take your order?"
(I'll be back later on this evening.)
-
Kat smiled and looked up sheepishly to the waiter, a friendly looking jaguar with sleek black fur. "Oh, hi... Uhm.." She glanced down at the menu, wishing she'd actually looked at it before now. Part of her itched to use her magic whenever she was put on the spot like this, but so long as both the waiter and Daisy were watching her it felt like a solid wall against which she couldn't push against. She could feel a hot flush rising in her cheeks so finished quickly. "Can I get.. The... Pizza, cheese 'n tomato, with pepperoni and jalapeño peppers please..."
((Oki, no worries Cif ))

"Of course, miss," the jaguar said, smiling and jotting the order down. "... I take it you'd like the meatloaf again, madam?"
Daisy nodded, rubbing the back of her head and looking sheepish. "Yes please," she replied, lying her tail across her lap.
The jaguar nodded. "I'll have your orders ready as soon as possible," he said, bowing slightly and heading back into the kitchen.
"I come here a lot," Daisy said, stretching a little. As she did, something white behind her back moved, making a ruffling sound.
-
A knock came on Animus' door.
-
"Mhm, I thought you might... I don't think even I have any place where I can ask for 'the usual' like that..." Kat smirked and her cheeks flushed when she noticed the difference between her and Daisy when they sat side by side like this. While Daisy's wide hips seemed to only accentuate the sweep into her otherwise svelte figure, Kat felt like her own figure had the same general idea, but then had just kept going... Giving her thick thighs as well as a generous bust and positively chunky waist. It didn't help that this was even more exaggerated by her thick mottled grey-brown Lynx fur which tufted around her cheeks, ears and the creamy fur of her chest.
Kat folded her arms slightly self-consciously and chewed her lip, thankful for a sudden change in her attention when she noticed something curious about Daisy's back. Her ears flicked up at the slight ruffling sound as she asked sheepishly. "So.. D'you go to the University then?"
((Decided I should probably try and get some sorta description in too like you did Cif XP ))

Daisy nodded gently, rubbing the back of her head. "Sort of," she said. "It's rather complicated, but I share my classes with another person, and we switch off every once in a while." There was another movement behind Daisy's back, and this time, something white and feathery was clearly visible for a brief second.
-
Kat tilted her head slightly to one side in a fashion more typical of some canines, her long ears flitting back against her dark hair. She nodded as well as Daisy explained. "Well I guess I would've been surprised if it wasn't at least slightly complicated, given you're also a celestial wolf and all..." As she spoke Kat's bright amber eyes caught the briefest glimpse of white feather at the girl's back, blinking as it momentarily distracted her. "I.. Oh... Daisy you seem to have, something, uhm.." Kat coughed lightly into her paw and nodded vaguely to her back sheepishly.

Daisy cocked her head, then blushed a little. "Oh, do you mean these?" she asked, turning so that Kat could see her back. There were two holes cut into the back of her t-shirt, and pushed through these holes were a large pair of celestial wings.
-
Kat nodded sheepishly, her eyes widening slightly at the sight of the great downy wings. "Uhm, yeah.. I probably shouldn't be surprised any more, but you managed to hide them pretty well!" She chuckled sheepishly and found herself instinctively reaching out to touch those shimmering feathers, though she managed to stop just short and muttered hesitantly, "S-sorry... Do you mind? I just haven't really seen anything like it before..."

Daisy flushed a little. "Uhm..."
Just then, the waiter returned with the food. "Here you are," he said, setting the meatloaf and (I can't quite remember what Kat ordered) down on the table. "Would you like something to drink?"
-
Ani woke with bed head, as usual. he smacked his lips and stretched, he looked to the photograph of a large lion and a petite good looking wolf, he smiled and then moved to go to the bathroom
-
The knock came once more on Ani's door that afternoon, somehow no less impatiently, as if the knocker was simply reaffirming that, yes, they had knocked.
-
Ani blinks and goes to open the door, his vision still blurry, he hadnt put in his contacts yet..., "mnnn hello..?" he rubs one eye
-
"Good afternoon, Animus Shiro." The voice of a sly middle-aged woman came from white-clad body of the white-furred puppy overseer of Aaron Blade, the wolf Jo. (//It's been so long I forgot her full name damn me!) her tail swayed as she gave Animus an innocent smile, though the look behind it was unreadably sly. "Do you remember me?"
-
((wasnt it like johanna?
Ani blinked and sighed, "i do... what brings you all the way out to my apartment?"
he was still unsure about her, although he was fairly certain she wouldnt cause harm, "would you llike to come in? ive got a berry smoothie for two just made..."
-
"My, my, drinking your troubles away, my dishevelled friend?" Jo smiled cruelly and slipped inside, her movements soft and ghostly. She glanced surreptitiously as him as she said: "You know, saying he was 'madly in love' with you is certainly no far cry from the truth. He never had much direction in his miserable life, but when you two suddenly took on the exciting life it rather took its toll. Do you know? He couldn't believe he killed you. In his hopeless affection he was more willing to fabricate a reality where you lived hating him than died loving him. With the way both of your parents are its really no surprise."
-
Ani simply smiled, "my parents were ordinary id have you know.. and ive recently discovered that little predicament Aaron has... it wouldve been helpful if you could've told me sooner, now... unless you plan on insulting me the entire timo you are here, JO, i suggest you tell me what it is you came for, otherwise i must strongly insist that you get out of my apartment" he smiled back, even crueler, "im sorry but i have no alcohol, youll have to bear a normal drink that doesnt drown your thoughts out" he handed it to her gently and sat across the table from her, he motioned her to the seat adjacent to his
-
"Exactly. They WERE normal. Both of your parents WERE. They're dead, and that's what I'm getting at. And of course I was referring to YOU, drowning your pains in berry smoothies." Jo smiled sweetly and say on his nearest seat, kicking her legs, preoccupied. She leaned back and smiled sweetly. "You've both changed, and it hurts to see that. At any rate, I came her to learn what your next step is. Fear not, I shan't tell Aaron. Much like your interesting and sadly departed friend Mr. Noah, I tend not to share anything. May I have that smoothie now, please?"
-
He looks down, he had a pained expression on his face, "i wish we could go back to the way we were..." the smoothie was in front of her, "my first intention was to come back and live my days were i started... but since i know that hes... and im... i want... to..." his bangs hid his eyes
-
"Yes, it must be very painful. I'm sure the old Aaron would say something that clashed with your brigs like he used to back then. 'What's happened's happened, all decisions are - once made - final', perhaps?" Jo sipped her drink. "The fact is he's so far in denial right now we may not see him come back."
-
Ani looks up at Jo, "then why are you here? you didnt just come here to figure me out and then tell me its hopeless..."
-
"Of course not. I wonder, did you see your parents when you died?" Jo asked bluntly.
-
He looked away,"they... my dad went back in to save Mom once he got me out of the house.... the flames overpowered him and mom... suffice to say... the only thingi heard was dad yelling, 'we love you, keep on going strong for us'" he looked back
-
"When YOU died." Jo repeated patiently.
-
he shook his head, "no... i only saw The Upper.."
-
"I see. Then my next suggestion is going to seem almost entirely groundless." Jo mused as she sipes on her drink.
-
Ani squints at her, "which would be what exactly?"
-
"Well, based on his prospects of the future and his abilities I firmly believe that it's time for him to die. As it is he poses an incredible threat to anything around him should he come into contact with anything mildly demonic. Any types of magic are harmful to him and holiness only harms him. If my hypothesis is right then he will have a chance at becoming a Reaper of some sort should he die." Jo finished her drink, fully expecting an overreaction.
-
Ani's eyes flashed, the sound of a heart beat was heard in the room, "done..." his eyes an orange color
-
"Just like that?" Jo asked, suddenly very sad. "You really are his Destroyer aren't you? A downright monster...."
Jo suddenly looked up at Animus with a pleading look in her usually secure eyes.
"You must understand, none of the ones who love or loved Aaron Blade WANT him dead! He simply has a self-destructive nature. He was doomed to this fate a long time ago. If he dies...if he dies and stays dead then he will suffer no longer. Otherwise, he stands a chance of becoming a Reaper. I do not know what that existence will do to him, but at this stage anything is better than the piteous life he leads...deluded by false rejection, attempting to scrap together a normal life with a thousand Higher Demon Fox Clans after his head. As a Reaper, good things might come of his existence. Now...he is simply a helpless waste."
-
Ani stared Jo down with a cold and dark glare, "a monster? yes. a Destroyer? Yes... a murderer... no... you see... if i cant die... then Aaron cant... its a forced thing... i would never actually kill Aaron... if i did... The Upper would fix the story..." he looked out the window, "The fact that some seek to kill him make me irritated..." his whole demeanor changed, as if he werent himself at this moment, "you all irritate me...."
-
"Do not speak to me of irritation, Lesser Angel. You believe you are on some kind of level akin to His Holiness God because you have reached initial transcendence? You are an insolent being." Jo seemed to radiate a crushing power for but an instant before it was gone, replaced by the coy child she usually appeared to be. She nibbled her pinky. "Not that is matters. We all have a lot to learn. Additionally, you appear to have failed to notice but I did not directly ask you to kill him. With your Angelic nature and his Demonic one, you would utterly erase each other. Erasure is not what Aaron's ideal future holds. Death is. I came here to warn you not to 'goof', to try and save him. When the time comes, I simply request that you let him go. Forget about the Aaron you once knew and the one you so desperately wish would be. Do you not see?"
-
Kat almost jumped and pulled her hand back as the waiter put down the plates, the lean jaguar was surprisingly quiet on his feet.. She looked up at him from her pizza and nodded, "Thanks, just water with ice for me."
She flicked an embarrassed glance across to Daisy from behind her dark fringe of hair as the waiter left again. It felt like she'd overstepped some boundary she didn't know about with Daisy's kind... Kat was immediately reminded of the books she had read by Phillip Pullman, where it was taboo to touch another person's Daemon companion, and looked away sheepishly..

"I'd like some water too, thank you," Daisy said. "... And please."
The jaguar nodded and quickly fetched the waters. "Enjoy your meals," he said, bowing slightly and walking off.
Daisy looked over at Kat and blushed, then moved closer to her. "So... um... did you still want to touch my wings?" she asked, smiling sheepishly.
-
Kat tore into her food hungrily and breathed in sharply at how hot the peppers on her pizza were, though she gave a happy purr moments later as the initial peppery bite receded to a spicy warmth. "Mmmh~ That's darn good..." She mumbled to Daisy through a mouthful of food, tearing at the long strings of tomatoey cheese with sharp white teeth. As she was eating Kat suddenly felt the seat shift beneath them, Daisy had scooched over close to her. She paused, then glanced across at the girl from behind her fringe and swallowed before muttering. "Uhh... I mean, if you don't mind? I've seen others with wings, Avians and such y'know. But you're altogether different..."

Daisy blushed. "Well, I don't mind, but if you'd like to finish your food first, I'm okay with that," she said, pulling her meatloaf over. "Besides... Your hands are covered in cheese right now." The celestial wolf giggled.
-
Kat bit her lip and giggled, glancing down at her food of which she had already eaten quite a bit. "Ok, s-sure... I didn't realise just how hungry I was." She looked back up at Daisy sheepishly, they were sitting close together around the table in the secluded booth now, and Kat licked her fingers as she started on another slice with a chuckle. "Yeah, wouldn't want to get you all messy now after how kind you were with helping me."

Daisy chuckled and cut a small piece of her meatloaf off. "I understand the hunger, Kat," she said, taking the piece into her mouth delicately. "Mmm..."
-
Kat smirked and nodded as they ate. She wasn't sure if it was just the peppers in her food but by the time she had finished the pizza she felt hot around the collar, panting slightly between sips of cold water as she glanced at the celestial wolf sat beside her. "Mhmm~ That was really good..." She smirked, her cheeks flushed as she rubbed her stomach sheepishly and leaned back in the cushioned seat.

"Agreed," Daisy said, setting down her fork and leaning back as well. As she did, she looked over at Kat and blushed a little as the she saw that the lynx was blushing. "... Why are you blushing?"
-
Kat's ears flicked up at Daisy's question. She touched a hand to her cheek, feeling a hot flush even through her thick fur, and caught a white shimmer from the girl's wings as she glanced back to Daisy, all of which only made her blush deepen. She reached sheepishly for her drink and muttered. "Oh.. I g-guess I don't deal very well with hot food..." She stuck out her tongue in a silly manner, miming how hot the chilli peppers had been. "Doesn't stop me ordering it sometimes though."
-
Daisy chuckled. "Perhaps the water might help?" she asked. "Or, better, we could get some bread. That would work great." The celestial wolf playfully stuck her tongue out as well.
-
dont speak as if you hold any power either, you simply interfere when you want to in business that isnt of any of your concern, do not talk as if you have knowledgre beyond mine you close minded doll... I will not bother with you if you think you can scare me or gain something, youre a drunken puppet on strings only coming to make things more interesting, screw fate... screw your so-called destiny, im going to break your little vision and fix things as I see fit, not the upper, nor demons, and nor 'God' I have no reverence for any of you nor do I have any held respect" ani turned to Jo, not intimidatingly, but a look of total disgust, "ive done as you wanted, id at least like a show of gratitude... also do not call me an angel... I find that term repulsive... im nothing holy, nor am I unholy,

Kat smiled as Daisy stuck out her tongue in return. "Yes, that would definitely help a lot.."
She glanced across to the counter where there was a selection of breads and cakes, then looked around at the empty diner. She bit her lip, seemingly unsure about something, then turned back to Daisy and spoke sheepishly. "Actually... I was thinking... I might not have wings, and even being a lynx is dull compared to a celestial being.."
She sighed slightly, then gave a sly grin, "But there is one small trick I could show you... I-If you'd like.."
-
Daisy cocked an eyebrow in a curious manner. "Well, you've piqued my curiosity," she said, rubbing the back of her head. "However, to be safe, perhaps we should go somewhere where we will be certain to have privacy?"
-
"You really understand so little...do as you please. Your ignorant rant tells me you will anyway. Goodbye." Th main light flickered and Jo was gone.
-
Ani was frustrated,as if the little cat knew something he didnt, he punched the wall and immediately regretted it,, yelping out and holding his tender knuckles, how on earth could aaron even do that? The anger resided at Jo , he wished she would just stop talking as if she knew all the secrets, no one in this life has any edge or advantage, it was his way of thinking

Kat's ears lay back flat against her hair and she nodded, biting her lip. "Oh... Yeah, I guess the owners of this place probably prefer people not be doing magic all over the place, huh?" She glanced at Daisy and chuckled sheepishly, twisting a lock of her hair around her fingers as she mumbled. "It's pretty harmless though, and I can only really do it with some privacy anyway... I'm normally too shy about it to even show most people.."

Nodding, Daisy quickly paid the bill and stood up. "Okay then... Do you have a room at the university?" she asked, tugging her coat back on.
-
Kat stood up, barely having a chance to offer to pay her half of the bill and feeling like to do so now would be ungrateful. She shrugged on her own jacket as well. "Oh, no I rent out a small apartment... But it's on the university campus, just round the corner where I bumped into you in fact.." She chuckled slightly, tail flicking.

Daisy smiled. "That should work fine, then," she said, swishing her tail. "Oh... is it okay with you though? I don't want to intrude..."
-
Kat shook her head, smiling. "It's fine... My place is kinda small, but it's warm at least and I can make us a hot drink. You're not intruding at all.." She held the diner door open for Daisy, her long tufted ears flicking up happily.

Blushing gently, Daisy walked out of the door and held it for Kat from the outside. "Thank you... a hot drink does sound nice in this weather," she said, smiling sheepishly.
-
Kat smiled as she followed Daisy out into the cold afternoon air, shivering slightly after the cosy warmth of the diner.
As they walked back to her flat Kat silently marvelled at how the girl managed to hide her broad wings beneath only a thin jacket, presuming there to be some sort of magic behind it that she didn't know. She glanced away sheepishly, reminded of her torn jeans by the cold breeze around her knees as they turned the corner.

Daisy looked around, humming a little. "So where are we headed?" she asked, looking over her shoulder. "I probably should have let you lead..."
-
"You seemed to be heading in the right direction so I thought I'd let you lead." Kat grinned jokingly and nodded to the front door of the flats. "Just here in fact..." She walked into the foyer with its large staircase leading them up to the fifth floor and stopped in front of a dark green painted door.
After a moment of fumbling in her pockets for the keys Kat pushed the door open and in to the dimly lit flat, the blinds half-open from the morning.

Daisy followed Kat inside, looking around. It's a rather nice place... "So... this is where you live?" she said, not sure what was safe to ask.
-
"Y-yeah, I uhh.. Used to stay in a room at the university, but then moved into this place.." Kat glanced sheepishly over her shoulder at Daisy, not sure what the celestial wolf thought. She switched on the lights and closed the door behind them with a bump of her hip. "Excuse the mess of revision notes and such, I don't tend to have guests... But there should be space on the couch."

Daisy removed her jacket and carefully sat down on the couch. "I understand," she said, nodding and rubbing her midriff slightly through her shirt. "So, um... you wanted to show me something?"
-
Kat rubbed her neck, "Oh, right..." She watched as Daisy pawed at her midriff and cocked her head slightly to one side. "Well... How about that hot drink, what would you like?" The question seemed so disarmingly unrelated, Kat smiled sheepishly and glanced over to the small kitchen area. "I've got hot chocolate... coffee... lots of hot chocolate actually." She giggled with a slightly shy blush.

Daisy blushed a little, suddenly pressing her hand to her stomach. "Um... h-hot chocolate sounds great," she said, standing up. "Um... could I please use your bathroom?"
-
Kat couldn't help but glance at Daisy's midriff and blushed too as she mumbled. "Oh, yeah sure... Just through there." She nodded to a door at the end of the hall as she put a kettle on to boil.

While Daisy's midriff was covered, there seemed to be a faint pink glow coming from under her shirt. "Thank you," she said, running down the hall and into the bathroom. When she had locked the door, she washed her hands, then lifted her shirt and looked at herself. "... Darn it," she muttered, hoping that it would stop before the hot chocolate was done.
-
Kat watched Daisy run off with a bemused and slightly concerned look. She sat down as the kettle came to a boil but unusually didn't bother to go and make the hot chocolate, simply waiting on the couch with a slight sigh. Of course, little did Daisy know but making a drink could happen in the blink of an eye around Kat, though she was concerned enough about the wolf that she waited for her to re emerge first.

After a few minutes, Daisy opened the door, washed her hands, and returned down the hallway. "Thanks," the celestial wolf said, smiling sheepishly. "I really, um... had to go. So... hot chocolate?"
-
"Oh, uh.. No worries." Kat replied with a smile, not wanting to make Daisy more embarrassed than she already seemed. "Yeah, two hot chocolates right?" She stood up and nodded to the couch for Daisy to sit again, muttering sheepishly. "Actually I could show you the trick now... But... Well you need to close your eyes... Just for a second."

Daisy nodded and closed her eyes. "Okay... they're closed."
-
Even as Daisy closed her eyes there came a reply from Kat, "Done... You can open them again." Literally in the blink of an eye she was now sat on the couch beside her, two steaming mugs of hot chocolate in Kat's paws. Her jacket had gone and in the kitchen the mugs and cutlery had all moved, one teaspoon even rattling slightly as it dropped onto the counter. Kat held a mug out to Daisy with a shy grin.

Daisy blinked again, staring at Kat. "... That was... Very, very fast," she said, slowly taking the mug of hot chocolate. "I'm... I'm speechless. How did you do that?"
-
Kat shrugged sheepishly, "I don't know how I do it, I just can..." She sipped her hot drink, as though to prove it was real, shivering gratefully at the warmth in her throat. "But only without anyone seeing me... I can't do that any more than I can walk through a brick wall." Kat glanced shyly across to Daisy from behind her fringe and chuckled softly.

Daisy sipped at her own drink, her face flushing a little. "I suppose it's useful in the dark and for stealth," she said, looking over at Kat. "Also... You're rather good at making hot chocolate."
-
(raaaawwr im squealing
-
Kat smiled and timidly tucked a loose lock of her dark hair behind her ear. "Oh, thanks.." She grinned, feeling a warm flush around her collar and cheeks. "Ah, well that is my best magic... Only don't tell anyone, otherwise they'll all want to know the secret to making it..." She winked at Daisy over the rim of her mug as she slowly drank the warm chocolatl, tail flicking happily.
(( Hehe, glad you're enjoying it too Whitepaw, it just sort of branched off by chance :P Don't want to make you feel like you can't continue with your main story though... ))

(// Not at all! Actually for now I really rather have no clue what to do next...)

(//AND THEN THE WORLD EXPLODED - okay no. VAST PLETHORA OF OTHER CHARACTERS GO!)
He was a handsome white wolf with a long purple head of hair which was tied back in a ponytail. He wore a red and black scarf, a blue cycling jersey and long, grey pants that billowed out at the bottom. He wore no shoes. His smile was wide and he hummed a tune he had picked up from his travels as he stride on into town, looking for something new and interesting to do.
-
Ani's ears twitched at the tune, he turned his head as soon as he had set up a table with two chairs in front of an empty and abandoned shop, he blinked
-
The white wolf glanced at Ani and smiled.
"Hello, there!"

Daisy pantomimed zipping her lips. "Your secret is safe with me, Kat," she said, sipping at her own mug again. "... You must drink a lot of this, huh?"
-
Ani blushed realising that hed bee staring, h...hello!!" his cheeks burned crimson
-
"Haha hi! I know, in a long way from home, it's weird...!" The wild skipped over and extended a paw. "Enigir Shosa, at your service~!"
-
Kat's grin turned to sheepish surprise at Daisy's question, "Oh, I uhh... I guess you could say that... I do have rather a bit of a weakness for hot chocolate..." The curvy lynx chuckled, but her ears laid back slightly self consciously as she finished her drink, she could feel herself blushing again.
-
Daisy cocked an eyebrow. "Oh, um... That explains all the hot chocolate boxes around here," she said, finishing her own hot chocolate and looking over at the lynx. "...Is everything alright, Kat? You look more sheepish than I usually look..."
-
When Kat set down her empty mug to reply to Daisy she couldn't see the rather fine moustache of hot chocolate froth that was left on the fur of her muzzle. Her ears simply flicked up as her and Daisy's eyes met and she smiled slightly bashfuly, "I'm fine, thanks Daisy... just not used to entertaining many guests at my place.."

Daisy, spying the moustache, got a funny, amused look on her face. "Um... Kat?" she said, giggling a little.
-
Ani looked at his paw and then slowly took it and shook it, his grip delicate
-
Kat tilted her head slightly as Daisy giggled, "What's so funny?" She grinned and glanced around with a look of bemused puzzlement, briefly catching her reflection in one of the apartment windows, her bobtail flicked as she saw the chocolatey moustache. She finally rolled her eyes and wrinkled her nose at Daisy's cheeky giggling. "Ok, yeah I see it now..." She chuckled and posed for her reflection, casting a sidelong glance at Daisy with a joking smirk, "Hmm... I think it rather suits me, no?"
-
Daisy covered her mouth, laughing harder. "Y...Yeah, it definitely does," she said, holding her belly with her other hand. "Do you want me to get that for you?"
-
When Daisy asked whether she could wipe it off Kat gasped, putting on her best rich aristocrat voice, "Good gracious girl, one does not simply touch another gentleman's moustache!"
She chuckled even more at that and instead licked at the chocolate around her lip with a joking wink to Daisy. It was difficult for her to see where she still had it left on her muzzle and whiskers however, and so after a moment of trying to remove the hot chocolate herself Kat finally shrugged her shoulders in defeat and nodded with a sheepish grin to Daisy, "Ok... I maybe wouldn't mind some help after all..."

Daisy picked up a napkin and leaned in close, then grinned and licked the chocolate off Kat's muzzle. "Got it!" she said, wiping her saliva off of Kat's muzzle.
-
Kat blinked and made a surprised "Eep!" sound as Daisy suddenly leaned in close and licked her muzzle. The celestial wolf had been so quick she'd barely had time to react. Kat brushed her muzzle dry with the back of her paw as she grinned back, slightly bemused though not exactly annoyed, and could feel her cheeks flush beneath her thick fur. "Oh, uhh... Thanks... Gosh I can be such a messy eater sometimes."

"Anytime," Daisy said, licking her muzzle a bit. "And don't worry... We're all messy at some point." Sighing, the celestial wolf stretched a little, unintentionally showing a bit of her hips.
-
Kat glanced across as Daisy stretched on the couch beside her, the sight of the girl's wide hips peeking slightly over the waistband of her pants made the lynx's short bob-tail shiver.
She looked away shyly and down at her own rather chubby thighs with a sigh, she had noticed again the torn knees of her own pants... Kat picked at the tear in the fabric with a claw, wincing slightly as her cuts still stung, and muttered sheepishly. "How easy d'you think it would be to repair these pants by the way? I'm awful at stitching..."

Daisy glanced over mid-stretch. "Hmm...? Oh, of course," she said, turning to the left and then turning back to Kat with a sowing kit; as she did this, a faint pink glow shone through the fabric of her shirt, hardly noticeable. "I'll need you to take them off, though."
-
Kat tilted her head slightly to one side as Daisy turned back, suddenly with a sewing kit in hand, "How did y..." She shook her head with a bemused look. Her attention had been diverted from this oddity and the slight glow of Daisy's shirt to what the girl had just said. "Oh, right of course... I d-didn't expect you'd be able to repair them here..." she said sheepishly, glancing around the apartment desperately for another clean pair of pants to wear among the general mess of stuff. "I'll just.. If you don't mind, uhm..."
-
Daisy looked confused for a moment, then widened her eyes. "Oh! Um... Right!" she said, blushing darkly and covering her eyes. "Take your time."
-
"Don't be shy!" Enigir beamed. He leaned in and looked at what Animus was doing with a look of puppy-like curiosity on his face.
"Whatcha doin'? Can I help? I won't charge."
-
Kat waited until Daisy closed her eyes before slipping off the torn pants. A quick glance around the apartment had already told her that most of her clothes were still in the wash from the morning... Well frack... Kat sighed and instead pulled on a chunky polo neck sweater, mumbling awkwardly to Daisy, "Uhm.. I'm done now, y-you can l-look again.."
She held the clothes out to Daisy, sheepishly tugging on the edge of the cream-coloured sweater with her other paw. It fit a little more snugly than it used to, but was still long enough to come just down over her thighs and at least offered more modesty than walking around with no pants. Kat muttered something about "s-sorry... this was all I have to put on," while trying hard not to blush.

Daisy looked over at Kat and blushed a little bit. "Oh... okay then," she said, rubbing her arm and trying her best to keep her eyes on Kat's face. "I'll work quickly so you don't have to stay like that, okay?" The celestial wolf rubbed the back of her head. I.... Why do I feel so awkward about this?
-
Kat nodded, "Thanks... Uhm, don't feel like you have to rush though, take as long as you need..." She muttered with a deepening of her blush as she noticed Daisy's own awkwardness. Gosh this all feels so strange... Is she actually being flirtatious? With me? That never happens... Kat gave Daisy a shyly reassuring smile and walked over to the open kitchen door, occasionally tugging the bottom of her sweater down sheepishly with both paws as she paused and said. "I'm just going get a snack, are you hungry Daisy? It's the least I can do to say thanks for your help."

Daisy blushed darkly and slowly began to stitch up one of the holes. "Um... If you have any apples, an apple, please," she said. "Or, you know... surprise me, I suppose..." The celestial wolf seemed rather flustered, though her stitchwork was still going surprisingly well. What's going through her head right now...?
-
"Uhh.. Apples? Yeah, sure..." Kat replied, glancing over her shoulder at Daisy as she went into the small kitchen. She had to stretch up on her toes to reach the top shelf however and as she did so she could feel her sweater starting to ride up at the back over her hips, freeing her short bobtail. Kat quickly tugged it back down to cover her belly and chubby flanks, feeling her cheeks grow hot. She was still blushing deeply when she returned with some apples and chocolate chip muffins as well, "Here we go...Oh, that looks good so far.."
-
Daisy had looked up to ask Kat a question, but then immediately turned back to her stitchwork with an even redder face. She had started on the second hole by the time the lynx returned. "Th... Thank you," the celestial wolf said, sweating a little bit. Oh my gosh....
(... Was Daisy able to see that at all?)
-
Kat sat on the opposite end of the couch to daisy, her heart fluttering fast. She burried her muzzle into one of the muffins, just to hide her red face, watching the other girl work expertly. "Shame, I could fixed them in the blink of an eye with my magic..." Kat said, licking her lips of crumbs, "...But I can't sew to save my life!" She chuckled quietly, paws meekly in her lap.
(Well I don't think the kitchen door was really closed?... Darn treacherous sweaters, Kat)
-
Daisy smiled a bit at that, becoming a little more relaxed. "Hehe... Maybe I could teach you sometime," she said, closing up the second hole with her stitching. "... There, that should do it. You know... unless you want me to add a hole for your tail...." The celestial wolf slapped her hands over her mouth, blushing darkly as she suddenly thought about how well the pants must fit Kat. "Um... Did... did you get the apples?" she asked, smiling at Kat awkwardly and trying not to think of what she had just seen. Dammit, what's going on with me today!?
-
"Yeah, I'd like that sometime..." Kat said with a smile, watching Daisy finish the last stitches. The lynx's tufted ears flicked up in surprise however when Daisy suddenly clamped her hands over her muzzle. "Oh! Uhm...?" Kat mumbled awkwardly, tugging the hem of her thick sweater over her bare lap with both paws. Gosh, she seems real flustered all of a sudden...
"It's fine Daisy... They're, uh, maybe getting just a little tight but still fit me fine without it, thanks... I guess I have it easy with my short tail..." She said with a shy grin, giving the aforementioned tail a wiggle as she turned in her seat sightly to glance round at it. Her mottled brown bob-tail pulled up the bottom of her sweater when she sat down but still easily rested over the waistband of her briefs without needing a buttoned tail hole. Kat blushed as she looked back and caught Daisy's eye, quickly holding out one of the fresh apples, "Oh, right here. Sorry I almost forgot.."

Daisy unintentionally stared at Kat's tail for a few seconds before snapping out of it, a dark blush rushing across her face like a tidal wave. "Thank you!" she said, quickly taking the apple and looking to the side. "W... Would you like to try the pants on now?"
-
"Oh uhm... Sure." Kat replied with a sheepish glance across to Daisy. She stood up with the proffered pants and slipped them back on as quickly as she dared try, blushing deeply as she had to finish with a wiggle to get the waistband over her hips and button them up.
"Hurrah, they still fit!" Kat giggled and stuck out the tip of her tongue jokingly at Daisy, grinning. The pleasantly plump lynx turned on the spot to admire Daisy's new stitch-work, her tufted bobtail swishing happily, "And you managed to fix them up so nicely... Thanks again Daisy, It would've been such a shame to just throw them out..."

Daisy smiled sheepishly and ran a hand through her hair. "It was my pleasure," she said, shifting her wings nervously. "Besides, I was the one who accidentally knocked you down..." The celestial wolf stretched, swishing her pierced tail. She appeared to be blushing quite a bit. "... Did you need help with laundry?"
-
Kat's long whiskers twitched as she grinned at Daisy's nervous comment, "Don't worry about it... If you hadn't literally bumped into me I guess we would never have met..." The young lynx chuckled under her breath and gave a slight shrug, idly running her fingers through her soft mane of fur that had gotten fluffed up around her neck and chest. She could feel butterflies in her stomach as she noticed Daisy was still blushing and glanced sheepishly down at her sweater, "Oh, yeah the wash cycle might be finished by now... It's pretty bad this was the only other clean thing I had to put on, huh?"
-
"Eh... Maybe," Daisy replied, shrugging and standing up. "It looks pretty nice on you, so I'm not really sure what to say." The celestial wolf blushed a little as she remembered when Kat had fetched the apples and muffins slightly earlier. She could wear anything, and it would look nice on her, if I'm honest... Her face darkening, Daisy looked over at Kat. "So... um... Laundry, then?"
-
"Uhm.. Thanks," Kat mumbled and smiled in slight surprise at Daisy's compliment. The lynx girl glanced down distractedly to paw at her sweater, smoothing out the rumples and tugging it down again over the curves of her waist with an exasperated huff... She glanced back up to find Daisy looking at her with a thoughtful expression and blushed as she replied, "Oh right, yes... Gosh my head is in the clouds today..." Kat swiped her keys off the table and held open the door for Daisy with a bump of her hip. "The laundry room is downstairs, shouldn't take a minute..."
-
Daisy, at the moment, was very glad that she was a girl. "Alrighty, then," she murmured, walking out the door and holding it for Kat. Dang it, what's going on with me?!

Kat gave Daisy a smile as she held the door open for her to follow, Gosh... She looks as flushed as I feel right now... the lynx thought bashfully to herself with a slight shiver of her tail.
The centre of the large stairwell outside was mostly mostly taken up by an elevator cage, Kat paused beside the old-style sliding door as she glanced across to Daisy and said, "It's all the way down past the ground floor, I find it quicker to use the elevator than the stairs.. If you don't mind?"

Daisy shook her head. "Not at all," she said, looking at the cage... and immediately blushing. "... It's... um... it's kind of small, isn't it?" The celestial wolf rubbed her head nervously.
-
"Oh! Don't worry..." Kat said with a smile as she lead the way. The chubby lynx continued talking chattily, mistaking Daisy's nervousness, "...It's a really old building, but the elevator is brand new!"
She stood to one side in the narrow doorway for Daisy, seemingly oblivious in her upbeat mood to the fact it would be a bit of a squeeze with the two of them.

Daisy flushed an even darker shade of red, then carefully moved past Kat into the elevator cage, standing with her back to the wall. "Th... Thanks for the reassurance," she said, her tail swishing nervously.
-
Kat smiled reassuringly but before she could say anything else the doors slid shut behind her, almost trapping her tail. She jumped into the elevator with a surprised 'Eep!' , rubbing her short bobtail as she muttered sheepishly, "Ok, I guess it is a bit small in here..." Standing so close opposite Daisy the lynx could feel her cheeks blushing warm now, trying with some difficulty to lean past the other girl to the elevator buttons. "Could you?.. Uhm... It's the last button for our floor."

"Could you?.. Uhm... It's the last button for our floor."
Daisy, already flustered from being in such close quarters with Kat, started to tremble a little, her face flushing with warmth. "W... Which one is that?" she asked, conscious of how close Kat was to her. "I can't see..." Please don't accidentally lean against me, please don't accidentally lean against me...
-
"It's... Erm, if you could just..." Kat said haltingly as she tried to reach past Daisy to a button around waist height, her cheeks prickling hot. Is s-she shivering?.. Kat found herself thinking in surprise as she hit the button. The elevator moved with a sudden jerk and the plump lynx stumbled slightly against the other girl, brushing Daisy's hip as she pulled her hand back. Kat breathed in sharply and bit her lip, blushing deeply as she muttered, "Ah! Uhm... T-There w-we go, that got it."

Daisy jumped hugely, a surprised, flustered look coming to her face. "Y... Yay," she murmured, looking into Kat's eyes and touching her hip with the hand on that side of her body.
-
Kat froze, staring back into Daisy's celestial eyes. 'Uhh?' she muttered, lost for words as she felt a hot embarrassed blush rush up from her cheeks to the tips of her tufted ears. Eep! Oh, gosh... She was suddenly very aware of just how close they were pressed to each other in that small space. Kat glanced down sheepishly at where the other girl's hand rested against her soft pudgy hip and her bobtail visibly shivered with bewildered exhilaration.

(.... Oh. o-o Well, okay, I guess she touched Kat's hip then.)
Daisy blushed darkly and gave Kat a sheepish smile. "N... Now we're even then, huh?" she said, chuckling awkwardly.
-
((Eep, sorry my bad > < I misunderstood that, I guess.. ))
"Huh?" Kat's ears flicked up as she shot a confused look at Daisy. Being so close to her was incredibly distracting, but she slowly realised Daisy was referring to when she had knocked Kat over and she finally giggled slightly at that, "Oh, right! Yeah, I guess we're even now in a way.. Sorry..." She mumbled and stepped back as far as the cramped elevator would allow, blushing as she stared sheepishly down at her feet.

(.... o-o And that. Sorry, I'm not that good at being clear sometimes. >.< )
Daisy blushed a little, realizing that she hadn't been quite clear about what she had said. I've really got to work at the way I say things... "It's alright," she said, starting to take a step forward before almost immediately stepping back, her face flushing hotly as she realized how that could be interpreted. "Um... It sure is cramped in here, huh?" the wolf murmured, looking around sheepishly.
-
(( Gosh darn, again >.< It's ok Cif... That's just what I thought you meant, so I guess it's in character that Kat would think the same XP ))
Kat glanced up and shrugged, her cheeks were still rosy and flushed. "Y-Yeah, I guess it is pretty cramped... Never really realised when using it on my own.." She stammered, breathing in sharply as Daisy came closer, only to relax slightly again as the wolf girl stepped back. When the elevator finally jerked to halt Kat almost jumped in surprise. She cleared her throat awkwardly after and mutterd, "Ah! Our floor, finally..." The lynx turned to leave as the doors opened, her short bushy tail swishing timidly.

Daisy placed a hand against her stomach and waited for Kat to go through, blushing as she found herself staring at the lynx's body. "Yeah, finally," she said, following after Kat. "So... where's the laundry?"
-
"Right this way..." Kat replied, sounding slightly more upbeat again as she glanced over her shoulder at Daisy and stuck out the tip of her tongue playfully. She walked with a natural sway in her thick hips, bobtail swishing back and forth as she lead the way past the bottom of the stairs and into the laundry room. "Oh, thank god it's done.." Kat muttered as she walked straight over to one of the washing machines, grabbing her laundry basket on the way, "Sorry, this shouldn't take a minute Daisy." She said sheepishly to the other girl as she started unloading the dry clothes.

Daisy nearly fell to her knees when Kat stuck her tongue out; as it was, she blushed darkly and got major butterflies in her belly. "O... Okay," she said, following the lynx with her gaze fixed on the other girl's movement.
Reaching the laundry room, Daisy leaned heavily against the doorjamb, her shirt rucking up a tiny bit as she did. "T-take your time," the celestial wolf said, pressing one hand to her stomach around the navel region. "I'll be here..." Oh... oh gosh...
-
Kat hummed what sounded like the Tetris theme as she folded her clothes, nodding happily along to the tune. It looked like the lynx had left a lot do all in one go... again... so she kept talking chattily to Daisy over her shoulder as she worked, not really looking and so oblivious to what was happening to the celestial wolf behind her, "Did you say you've got a room at the University then Daisy? You mentioned the course you study, but I forgot to ask where you're staying.."
-
Daisy blushed darkly and tried to regain herself; her limbs were like jelly for some reason. "Oh... um... I'm staying at Rezukke Tereya Hall," she said, smiling sheepishly as she kept her hand plastered over her belly button. The celestial wolf, very slowly, tried to get up off of her knees. Don't turn around, don't turn around, please... She suddenly thought of Kat sticking her tongue out again and had to start all over.

Kat's tufted ears flicked up as she muttered thoughtfully, "Hmm... Tereya?" For a tense moment it seemed she would turn around and see Daisy, but instead she dropped the last clean sock into the basket and continued, "Oh, yes I know Tereya Hall... It looks real nice..." Kat said, frowning now as she huffed an exasperated sigh, "Gosh darn it! I'm one sock short of a pair again..."
As the seemingly oblivious lynx knelt down to search inside the empty washing machine, all that could be seen of her now was the rather generous backside of her pants and a short bushy bobtail swishing up in the air. Her voice came back slightly echoing and clearly frustrated, "Ugh, where is it? This stupid machine just seems to eat my odd socks..."

Daisy, who had managed to pull her shirt down over most of her midriff and at least past her belly button, blushed darkly and fell to her knees, keeping one hand pressed to her shirt to keep it from rising. "D... Do you need any help?" she said, staring at Kat's butt.
-
"Aha! Found it!" Kat's muffled voice cried out, followed a moment later by the lynx herself as she wriggled back out with a wet looking sock clutched victoriously in her paw. "Stupid thing got stuck inside again... They really need to fix that..." she shook her slightly damp hair, closing the washing machine door with a bump of her hip as she picked up the basket and turned round. Her grin quickly slipped into a worried frown as she caught sight of Daisy on her knees by the door clutching her stomach, "Hey, Daisy! Are you okay?"
-
Daisy shook her head to clear her mind and looked over at Kat. "Huh? Oh... Yeah, I'm just fine," she said quickly, carefully getting up. "I was, um... I was stretching my arms out, and I didn't want my shirt to ride up too much so I was holding it in place." The celestial wolf tried to give Kat a convincing grin, letting her hand drop.
-
(//I am SO sorry I've been absent, I'll read through everything soon and advance the plot. Ugh, real life had been really hectic...)
-
Kat stared cautiously at Daisy and raised an eyebrow, clearly not convinced. "Oh, uhm... Stretching? Your shirt, right..." She muttered, balancing the laundry basket against her hip with one hand as she walked over to the other girl. The lynx glanced Daisy up and down surreptitiously, her gaze pausing over the celestial wolf's navel and the slight view of her belly from under her rucked up shirt. Kat frowned ever so slightly, her ears flicking as she said, "Well... If you're sure you're alright, shall we go then? I'm finished with the laundry..."
(Hey, no worries Whitepaw! Sorry about the massive catch-up for you, but nothing really important's happened... Just kinda enjoying the everyday slice of life RP stuff that we'd ended up with and after talking to Cif decided to keep going at least for a bit... Hopefully things aren't quite so hectic for you now! )

Daisy nodded gently, rubbing her arm. She hadn't fixed her shirt entirely, and a large part of her lower stomach was showing. She was rather slender, and her hips were rather wide. At the bottom edge of her shirt, a fraction of her lower navel, the very bottom part of it, could be seen, with the rest covered by the shirt. The light, for a moment, caught a slight pink glint when Daisy breathed, but after a moment the shirt slipped down a little, covering her navel completely but going no farther. "S... Sure," the celestial wolf said, blushing gently and taking a moment to fix her shirt. A shy grin touched her lips. "... Sorry if you saw my belly... I've really got to get some new shirts." I hope she didn't see my belly button....
-
((Heh, looks like still just us continuing with the lil' slice of life... Mnyeh ))
Kat's short bobtail swished in surprise as she quickly glanced up to meet Daisy's gaze and stuttered a reply, "N-No worries, I d-didn't see!" She could feel herself blushing slightly again, trying in vain to resist the temptation to look back down at the wolf-girl's exposed belly, or at the strange pink glint she had caught out of the corner of her eye.
"I mean... I think y-you look fine in that shirt..." The plump lynx mumbled. She couldn't help but think how slim Daisy's curvaceous figure was in comparison as she watched the girl slightly suspiciously. "I guess some of m-my clothes must keep shrinking in the wash too... H-Hehe... Maybe some new shirts isn't such a bad idea Daisy." Kat chuckled nervously, tugging on the bottom of her chunky sweater and blushing even more deeply as she lead the way out of the laundry room with her basket of clothes.

Daisy blushed darkly, following Kat back to the lift. "Y-yeah... a great idea," she said, smiling sheepishly. "Maybe we could go shopping later..." As she walked, the celestial wolf tugged her shirt back down over her hips; it clung to her almost like a second skin.
-
"Uhh.. Clothes shopping?" Kat muttered, rubbing her fluffy neck self-consciously as they walked. She gave a flick of her tail before replying, "I mean, s-sure... I'd like that." Kat paused distractedly when they reached the lift and glanced from the laundry basket she had balanced against her hip up to Daisy. "Oh, actually maybe the stairs would be a better idea this time?" She said with a sheepish grin, fighting back the urge to blush as she remembered their embarrassing encounter in the tiny elevator on the way down. Eyes up Kati, eyes up... Gosh, that shirt sure is figure-hugging on her...

Daisy blushed darkly as Kat said that. "Yes... That sounds great," she said, rubbing the back of her head and smiling sheepishly. Though, to be honest... I wouldn't mind being that close again. "Then we can go get some new clothes..." The wolf looked at her shirt and frowned. "Seriously, it's almost like I'm not wearing a shirt, it clings so much."
-
Kat's bushy tail shivered when she heard Daisy's comment and it took all of her self control not to utter a small 'Eep!' as the lynx's gaze was drawn down to the other girl's midriff and wide hips. "Oh, well I-... Yeah I guess it is pretty close fitting, Hehe." She mumbled with a shy giggle, all of a sudden feeling incredibly hot in her chunky sweater. Surely she realises how that sounds... It can't just be me! Kat thought desperately, leading the way up the stairs she occasionally glanced shyly across at Daisy, "Sounds like a good plan..."

Daisy's stomach appeared to be rather fit, from what Kat could see. The shirt was very close-fitting; even the outline of Daisy's navel was visible, though nothing could really be seen though the shirt.
As soon as she uttered that sentence, Daisy realized how it sounded and blushed a bit. However, her blush darkened as she realized that Kat was staring at her midsection. "... Y-Yeah, great plan," she said, slapping her hands over her belly.

Ani walked through the town, eyes weary looking, he hadnt had much sleep, and it was beginning to take a toll, nearby a banana had suddenly rot to dust, "i cant sleep.... why?" he trudged to the cafe and sat at an outside table, the cold air keeping him from completely losing it

(I would like to join, bu I am afraid my fursona may be a little bit too fantastical. I will post the character sheet anyway but will change it if need be. Though I would argue that it's no more fantastical than being an angel or a demon.)
Name: Vi Vi
Gender: female
Species: chitternebelin (an alien species I came up with.)
Age: 23 (in her species years)
Magic capable: can lift and slowly move an object that weighs 10 pounds or less with her mind.
Weapon: assault rifle
Other important informations: Vi Vi has a mech suit that stands a little bit taller as then average anthro. It's main mechanical benefit is it help Vi Vi survive on this planet. Without it she can't speak, has trouble getting around and doing stuff, and is completely vulnerable to any thing that might want to harm her. The mech suit looks like the picture.

((Ok, I haven't posted in a long time, but I really want to now. Now, I'm a new character now. He is basically the same, with the same name and all, but he is an aakor))
The aakor walked down the streets with his paws in his pockets, as always, trying to get away from his neighbours yelling. His wings were curled up, as he tried to keep them warm, but with little effect. He decided to go down a road, he hadn't gone before out of pure boredom. So he took a turn, where he'd usually continue forward, and walked down that way. As he felt a little thirsty, he decided to stop at a café, where he went inside. He walked up to the counter, ordered a coffee and turned around, once he got it. As he did, he noticed someone looking really tired, sitting at a table outside. Why didn't I notice him before?..., he thought, before shaking his head. He went out to him, and stood next to the table, looking down at him, "Hey... uhh... mind if I sit here?", he asked a little awkwardly

((Hey Ulvus ^ ^ Also Vi Vi, I think Whitepaw said in the first post that anyone is free to join without request so I guess it's probably fine? X3 ))
When Daisy suddenly covered her stomach Kat's tufted ears flicked straight up and she blushed guiltily, looking away like a kid who had been caught with their hand in the cookie jar... She walked up the rest of the stairs in bashful silence, trying desperately not to imagine the fit curves of the other girl's waist in her tight shirt. 'And here's me, stuck with this sweater that only emphasizes how chunky I feel in comparison.' the lynx thought bitterly to herself. She held the laundry basket defensively close to her own belly as she held open the apartment door for Daisy and muttered shyly, "S-sorry about that, chores are pretty boring. But t-thanks for the help..."

Daisy blushed and lowered her ears a little, smiling sheepishly. "A-anytime, Kat," she said, walking into the room and holding it for Kat. I wonder if she knows how cute she looks in that sweater...? "So, um... Do you need help putting them away, too?"
-
Kat followed Daisy into the apartment, mumbling another shy "Thanks," as the wolf girl held the door for her. She nudged it shut with her hip and turned to smile at Daisy's offer. "Oh, thanks but I should be fine Daisy..." She said, walking past her to the bedroom door. Both Kat's hands were full with the laundry basket so the plump lynx had to awkwardly turn and lean her back against the door, blushing slightly as she pushed it open with a quick butt-bump. She paused in the doorway, a view of her messy bedroom behind her, and said sheepishly, "Actually... I guess you could sort of help, If you can just close your eyes for a moment again?"
-
The sound of heavy footsteps could be heard coming up the stairs. Pretty soon a black mechanical robot could be seen, and it would be intimidating probably if it didn't trip as soon as it got to the top. As it hit the floor, the head pops open and a tiny creatures rolls out (that looks like my profile pic). The creature chitters in annoyance which turns into dismay as it's mech suite goes tumbling all the way down the stairs.

Daisy heard the noises, but was too focused on Kat. "Sure," she said, closing her eyes and covering them.
-
When Daisy covered her eyes there was a sudden breeze through her hair and after what felt like barely a moment Kat was already back again, dropping the empty laundry basket by the couch as she said, "Ok, all done... You can open them again Daisy."
The lynx was panting as though she had just run up and down the stairs and her cheeks were flushed. Behind her the bedroom looked like it had been hurriedly tidied, bed covers and pillows back into place as well as the the clean clothes being put away. Kat grinned slightly sheepishly, her short fluffy bobtail wagging, then cocked an ear and looked at Daisy, "Wait, did you hear something?"
-
Having enjoyed his coffee, Ulvus decided to head home again, since it was getting a bit too cold outside for him. So he stood up, left some money (and a decent tip) on the table, and began walking away, his paws in his pockets. He tucked his muzzle down into his scarf to keep it warm, as he was freezing a lot there, feeling his cheeks getting red from the cold. He turned the corner, closing his eyes, as there was a strong wind coming against him. Holdning up a paw in front of his eyes to cover them, he opened them up a little bit, putting his paw into his pocket again, leaning a bit forward to help get through the wind. Just a little longer, Ulvus. You're not that far from your apartment, he thought, as he saw his apartment building approaching. He went inside, feeling relieved to get away from the cold wind, stopping up, just as he was about to head up the stairs. What's that?, he thought, as he saw the mechanical body laying in front of him, at the bottom of the stairs.
-
Vi Vi was at the top of the stairs trying to figure out the best way to get down. The stairs were larger than her and if she took a wrong step she could easily go tumbling herself, and that would not be pleasant.
She chittered in frustration at the dilemma.
-

Daisy uncovered her eyes and grinned as she saw that Kat had used her power again. Clever minx... "Hmm?" the celestial wolf said. "Oh... OH! Right." She looked over her shoulder. "I heard that earlier... I'm pretty sure it came from the hallway."
-
Ulvus' ears twitched, as he heard the high pitched noice coming from the top of the stairs. Feeling even more curious than before, he slowly took a couple of steps forward, looking down at the mechanical body, before standing next to it, looking up the stairs to see, if he could spot the source of the cittering.
-
Kat's tufted ears flicked up curiously, now the crashing and banging had stopped she could just about hear a faint noise coming from the landing outside. "Sounded like something big fell down the stairs if you ask me..." she replied.
The lynx brushed past Daisy on the way to the apartment door and leaned in to look through the small glass peephole. She had to stand up on her tip-toes in order to reach it, bob-tail wagging excitably as she said, "I... Don't see anything..." Kat paused to glance over her shoulder to Daisy before she slowly opened the door a crack, "We should probably go check someone's not hurt though, huh?"
-
Feeling confused of this event, Ulvus decided to head up the stairs, as his curiosity overtook his nervousness it can't be anything dangerous. Just listen to that chitter, he thought, as he slowly went up the stairs, step after step. As he reached the top, he spotted the small... creature laying there. He simply stood and watched it curiously, wondering what it was, and how it came here.
-
Vi Vi was trying carefully to reach some legs over the edge of the first step, but the sight of Ulvus startled her and she went tumbling down the stairs.
-
Ulvus got startled a little himself, as the creature fell down the stairs. He followed it with his eyes, turning around to go down the stairs. As he reached the bottom, he kneeled down in front of the creature, staring at it. "Hey, you ok?", he asked with a concerned look on his face.
((I may not be able to respond for a little bit. Got singing classes to attend))

Vi Vi was on her back at the bottom of the stairs and was somewhat dazed. She chittered softly in response and tried to get up, but was currently like a turtle on its back.
(I actually have to leave to soon. I got school.)
-
"Oh", Ulvus quickly said, as he saw the situation the creature was in. He reached for it, and gently tilted it onto it's feet again, looking in a way to see if it was right. "Who are you, little one?", he asked, lowering his head to be more on level with the creature.
((Ok, this was the last response before I have to go. See you guys in a bit))
-
Kat's tufted ears flicked up curiously, now the crashing and banging had stopped she could just about hear a faint noise coming from the landing outside.
Daisy thought for a moment, then nodded. "Get your phone out," she said, walking up to Kat and peeking through the doorway as well, blushing a little as she realized how close to Kat she was now. "W... We may need to call an ambulance..." The celestial wolf fought the temptation to run a hand down Kat's side, wondering how it would feel.
-
Kat nodded and reached into her jeans pocket, the poor lynx almost dropped her phone as Daisy squeezed in close beside her and she stuttered in reply, "G-good idea..." Flustered by the feeling of Daisy's warm breath against her neck Kat's tail gave a little shiver of excitement. She stepped out onto the landing and, when she saw nothing there, edged forwards to peer down the stairs and called out to the figure crouched over a strange small creature, "Uhh.. Hello? Are you ok?"
-
Daisy watched over Kat's head, waiting for a reply. As she did, her eyes alighted on Vi Vi. "... A chitterniblin?" she murmured, cocking an eyebrow.
-
Ulvus' ears twitched in the direction of the stairs, as he heard someone spoke to him, "Oh, uh... hey", he awkwardly said, looking slightly down at the creature again, until he heard the mention from the celestial wolf. "A chitterni-what? You... you know what this is?", he asked, looking up at her.
-
Kat looked up at Daisy and blinked, "Wait... How do you know what that thing is?" she asked, clearly forgetting the other girl's celestial origins. The lynx cautiously edged her way down the first couple of steps, tail flicking with curiosity, she looked over the tangled mess of the mecha suit and small creature in bewilderment. That winged Aakor looked familiar though she thought, muttering to herself. "I mean, this isn't the weirdest thing that's happened around here... Not by a long shot..."
-
"I guess not...", the aakor replied, standing up to look at the lynx, "Although, I've only been witness to a few strange happenings. Not too many", he added, looking down at the mech suit, "I was just on my way home from a café, and then Boom! A mechanical body is laying there in front of me", he finished, the last part a little awkwardly jokingly.
-
"It belongs to her," Daisy said, motioning to Vi Vi. "That's how chitterniblins get around safely."
-
"Huh...", Ulvus said, looking down at the chitterniblin and it's mech suit. "I guess it makes more sense now, then", he added, scratching the back of his head.
-
(What is going on? Sorry I wans't on yesterday, schoolwork was mess. x_x)

Having been dazed for a little bit, Vi Vi gathered her senses and saw how badly screwed up her mech was. She hissed madly and scuttled all over the mech looking at the damages.
-
Daisy blushed and gently moved past Kat. "Excuse me, Kat," she said, trying not to focus on how close she had just been to the lynx as she walked over to Vi Vi carefully. "... What's the damage?" she asked, looking at the chitterniblin.
-
Kat watched the...what did Daisy say it was called? Chittinib... chitahneb... Oh, whatever it is... scuttle over the large mech suit with a look of bewilderment. "Well, it looks like it isn't hurt... I think..." She said, giving a shrug and looked at the other two. The lynx gave a sigh of relief when Daisy walked past to handle situation. She turned to glance sheepishly at the Aakor and, after an awkward moment, muttered, "Did you say you live here? I thought I recognised you from somewhere... you're on the, uhh... floor below me, right?"
-
"Uh, yeah, I am...", Ulvus said a little awkwardly, looking at the lynx again, "I thought I could recognize your face too, actually...", he added.
-
Kat nodded, her tufted ears flicking as she replied to Ulvus, "Yeah... I tend to be in a bit of a hurry most the time, so I'm pretty bad at getting to know new people..." She glanced sheepishly at Daisy from behind, thinking how funny it was they had just bumped into each other today as well, then held out a hand to the Aakor with a bashful smile, "I'm Kat by the way."
-
Ulvus reached for Kat's hand, shaking it, "My name is Ulvus...", he said, "But you can just call me Ulv, if you prefer", he quickly added, releasing her hand, "I'm not too much of a busy guy myself, but I can be at times... on days like these, I just kinda have to get away from my yelling neighbours", he finishes, looking in the direction of his neighbours apartment, grinning a bit.

Name: Syn Ilwynog
Age: 21.
Gender: Female
Species: Demon Goat
Magic Capable: Yes, Void magic
Weapon: Staff, summons it, doesn't usually carry it around.
Syn was going for one of her afternoon walks, scarf wrapped around her neck flapping lightly in the soft breeze. She pondered the depth and breadth of the Blind Eternities, looking around at all of the amazing things that had been wrought from the pure energy of the cosmos. The Void had no agenda, no interests, it just existed. It consumed, it created, it was. She smiled. There was a sense of relief, knowing she was small, but could tap into it.
On her walk, her thoughts were disturbed by a small crowd near a large looking Mech suit, a tiny creature crawling around on it.
She approached. "Hey, uh, you guys need a hand with that?"
-
His ears twitching towards the girl approaching as she spoke, Ulvus turned to look at her "Oh, uhh...", he said, "I guess so... It seems like she knows a bit about this, but I'm totally without a clue", he added, tilting his head towards the celestial wolf, "... Who are you anyways?", he then asked awkwardly.
-
Syn blinked then smiled warmly.
"I'm Rhosyn, but everyone just calls me Syn. I usually go for walks in this part of town." she held out a hoof to shake.
-
Ulvus, now feeling a little more comfortable 'cause of her smile, held out a paw, and shook her hoof, "I'm Ulvus, but you can just call me Ulv, if you prefer", he said, smiling a bit, "I usually walk around here too... especially in the park, you know...", he said, tilting his head in the direction of the park, feeling a bit awkward again, but hid it.
-
Syn put her hooves in her pockets and looked over to the park.
"Oh yeah, I've been there many times before. Strange we haven't run into each other." she said, still smiling, then sensing his awkwardness. "You okay?"
-
"Yeah, it's weird...", he said, slightly nodding his head, "Hm?", he then said, looking up at her, when she asked him, if he was ok, "Oh yeah, I just... feel a little awkward around new people...", he added, avoiding eye contact, trying to not look rude about it.
-
"It's okay, I used to be the same way," she said, sounding kind. "I won't push if you are feeling uncomfortable."
-
He looked up at her again, "No no no, it's fine... I should really learn to be more social", he then said, trying to look more confident... just trying.
-
"It's no crime to be antisocial." she said, still smiling. "This is quite the merry gathering, it seems."
-
"I really don't know, what happened, to be honest", Ulvus said, looking down at the mech, "I just came home after a walk, and then some suit is laying at the bottom of the stairs... with this creature at the top of the stairs", he said, referring to the chitterniblin.
-
She leans down and looks at the little creature scuttling around, grinning girlishly.
"Awwww!!! It's so cute! Look at it's little pointy feet!" she said, giggling.
-
As he saw Syn's reaction to the creature, Ulvus couldn't hold back a wide smile, as he found the reaction kinda cute. "It really is... I just think it has an intelligent mind... I mean, it's able to use a mech suit, right?", he said, looking slightly over at the suit.
-
"Who is a cute little monster! You are!" she said, still giggling at it.
"I guess. Mech suits are very high tech."
-
Ulvus chuckles a bit himself, at Syn's continues behaviour "Yeah, they are... but who am I to tell? It was just a thought", he said, shrugging.
-
"Has the creature talked to you?" she said looking up at Ulv.
-
"No, but it has chittered a bunch", he replied, crossing his arms, looking down at the creature, "'Not sure, if it was trying to tell me anything..."
-
"Darn. Maybe it was a being from another world. Or another dimension. It has to be sentient in order to operate a mech..." she says, pondering, still watching it move around.
-
"Yeah, you're right...", Ulvus said, tilting his head from one side to another, still observing the creature. He turned his head to the mech, "How do they even make these...", he said quietly to himself.
-
"Maybe they are like a giant hive mind? Or they created robots to help them evolve, and just shed off the non important parts of their bodies in the evolution?"
She grinned, thinking about it, and stood up.
"Well it's a cool suit. Sad I don't know anything about tech."
-
"Ehh, I don't really, either. I just stick to magic", he said, looking up at her again, smiling a bit, "Might not be the coolest thing, but hey...", he added, thinking back on his school time, and the popularity of tech back then.
((Oh god, now I have to come up with a cool sort of magic xD))
-
Syn raised her eyebrows in excitement.
"You use magic? That's really cool! Actually so do I." she said, beaming. "What kind of magic do you do?"
((Sorry, calling you on it XD))
-
((Gosh darnit, Syn xD))
"You do?", Ulvus asked, looking at her surprised, perking his ears up a bit, "Well... I use a sort of... it's hard to explain", he said, rubbing his neck a bit, looking down.
((Uuuuhhh... xD))
-
Syn grins. "Well when you get the words tell me. I would love to know."
She could sense his uncomfortable-ness, so she didn't push the issue.
-
((Ok, I think, I've thought of something now... maybe it's just not that creative, but whatever))
"Well, it's kinda like... I guess, I kinda have some control over the wind", he started out, looking up at her again, "I can make wind blow out of my paws, I can control lighter objects by using the wind, and that sort of stuff...", he added, "Not the coolest, but it is something", he finished, smiling a bit.
-
Syn shrugged, still smiling.
"Hey, magic isn't always about cool. Sometimes it's about utility. That sounds like a darn useful ability though."
-
Ulvus smiled a little more at the compliment, "Yeah, I guess it is at times. What magic do you use?", he then asked.
-
Daisy blushed and gently moved past Kat. "Excuse me, Kat," she said, trying not to focus on how close she had just been to the lynx as she walked over to Vi Vi carefully. "... What's the damage?" she asked, looking at the chitterniblin.
(I was going to have Vi Vi not talk without her suite...but whatever.)
Through telepathy Vi Vi responded.
"Mostly a lot of dents, but the legs and arms seem to have locked up and some important wires are severed."
-
His ears twitching towards the girl approaching as she spoke, Ulvus turned to look at her "Oh, uhh...", he said, "I guess so... It seems like she knows a bit about this, but I'm totally without a clue", he added, tilting his head towards the celestial wolf, "... Who are you anyways?", he then asked awkwardly.
"Daisy," Daisy replied over her shoulder as she examined the suit. "Hmm... I might be able to fix this." She glanced over her shoulder. "Kat, you know some stuff about engineering, right?"
-
Kat smiled sheepishly as she watched Syn fuss over the chitterniblin, but she didn't make any move to interrupt her and Ulvus' conversation. Truth be told the lynx was feeling slightly out of place so she was glad when Daisy directed a question her way instead. "Huh?" Kat replied as she moved close behind Daisy, placing a hand on the other girl's shoulder as she peeked round her at the mech suit. "Well... I know a bit, mostly about electronics and fixing cars..." she muttered, "... but I can try to help?"
-
Daisy tensed a little at Kat's touch, blushing darkly. "Uhh.... Yeah," she said. "I really could use some help with this... I can show you what to do, don't worry." The celestial wolf glanced at Vivi. "Do you have a room here? We could make the repairs there."
-
"Good thing you know then because I'd be lost..." Kat replied with a grin as she looked over the suit, barely even able to imagine how complex the internals of the machine would be. Her short bobtail swished excitedly, brushing against Daisy's hip as the lynx leaned in for a closer look and said, "It's a shame my apartment is too small... Although I can't even imagine getting this thing back up the stairs..."
-
The celestial wolf flushed darkly as she felt Kat's tail brush against the exposed fur of her hip. "I, Uh... I'm pretty strong, actually," she said. "We could always work in the hallway outside your apartment too..." Daisy looked up at Kat, blushing more and smiling sheepishly. "Though, um... I'd have to ask you to make sure my shirt doesn't ride up."
-
Kat raised an eyebrow as she glanced from Daisy to the heavy looking mech and back. "Oh? Right, celestial powers and all that..." she said after an awkward pause. At Daisy's last comment Kat looked at her slightly bemused, then grinned and said, "Sure, but we really need to get you some shirts that fit properly..." The lynx gave Daisy a playful wink and a nudge at that.

Daisy blushed and grinned, rubbing her arm. "Definitely," she said, carefully picking up Vi Vi and handing her to Kat. "Sorry about this, madam," she said, starting to lift the mech. "Um... Kat, this is going to be weird, but... I need you to press your hand to my belly."
-
Kat uttered a surprised yelp as Daisy held out the chittering creature for her to hold. "I... Uh... What?" Was all she managed to say in response to the celestial wolf's request, a squeamish shudder running down her back as she felt Vi Vi wriggling around in her hands. "This is all pretty weird already... But okay..." The lynx muttered, biting her lip with a look that was both bashful and anxious as she sheepishly pressed her palm against Daisy's stomach...
-
Blushing darkly, the celestial wolf looked at Kat. "Thanks," she said. "Um... please don't let it ride up." With a grunt, Daisy lifted the mech and began to walk up the stairs, making sure that Kat stayed with her. The celestial wolf's abdominal muscles showed through her shirt; she appeared to be much stronger than her slender frame hinted at.

Magic Capable: Yes. (Mind bending, but only upon set contact with another person. Mind reading within a small radius around him, but only if he focuses. Not affected by magic induced mind tricks.)
Weapon: Nothing besides a small scalpel he carries around in packaging. It's not much of a weapon, but it can make a decent cut if need be.
((Can I ask where everyone currently is?))

Name: Clare Susannah Arrow
Age: ??? (around 19 or older, maybe. Or looks it.)
Gender: Female
Species: Wolf/Nephilim
Magic Capable: Yes (has a pocket dimension, can breathe in environments where breathing would normally be impossible, cannot be mind controlled. Higher strength, speed, endurance, and recovery ability than a normal fur.)

With a grunt, Daisy lifted the mech and began to walk up the stairs, making sure that Kat stayed with her. The celestial wolf's abdominal muscles showed through her shirt; she appeared to be much stronger than her slender frame hinted at.
Kat somehow managed to keep her hand against Daisy's belly as the other girl lifted the mech suit up the stairs in quite an impressive feat of strength. "Uhh... Sure, I got it..." The lynx replied distractedly as she lead the way up to an empty hallway. She barely had time to try and understand this all, there was a slightly unnerving juxtaposition of seeing the slim wolf girl carry a weight that would have beaten most bodybuilders and feeling firmly chiselled abdominal muscles through the thin material of Daisy's shirt.
-
((Not really :P I'd still need to know what's going on. Also, I'd be careful bringing Clare into this. Alka was much more different 4 years before his time at the apartments :3))
-
(Hey what is going on?)
-
(We're trying to find a place for Alka to come in, and also you're being held by Kat while Daisy carries your suit up the stairs.)
(Also, Kat... Daisy's not THAT muscular. But I suppose it might feel that way.)
Daisy made decent time up the stairs, reaching Kat's floor in about two minutes; just below Kat's hand, there seemed to be a slight pink glow coming through the celestial wolf's shirt. "There we go," she grunted, carefully setting the mech down near Kat's door and relaxing gently, placing one hand on her abdomen over the glow. Daisy blushed a bit and smiled sheepishly at Kat. "Thank you," she said to the lynx.
-
((Alka at this point of his life spent most of it either studying or exercising. He could always just come in at his flat, but unless he's only holiday or something, he doesn't really get out of his flat much))
-
"Thanks for getting my mech up the stairs. My apartment is just over there." Vi Vi said point a leg towards a door on right side of the hallway.
-
((Yeah, I understand Cif... Was more supposed to be just how it felt to Kat))
Kat blushed bashfully as she took her hand away from Daisy's belly, nodding a sheepish 'No problem', in return to the wolf girl's thank you. The lynx placed Vi Vi carefully down in the hallway, still feeling slightly embarrassed at having carried the clearly sentient creature in that way, and glanced back to Daisy. "So, uhm... I didn't know you could do that?" she muttered shyly, still blushing slightly.
-
Vi Vi grabbed a key that was dangling off her mech in her mandibles and scuttles over to her door. Using her telekinesis she floats the key up to the key hole and opens the door.

Daisy rubbed the back of her head, blushing even more darkly. "Um.... yeah," she said, not quite sure how to respond. "I... I can do that." The celestial wolf looked into Kat's eyes. "I suppose it's kind of like... magic. Also, I'm just freakishly strong." Daisy chuckled a bit.
-
Kat couldn't help notice Daisy was blushing as she met the celestial wolf's deep blue gaze. "Hey, there's no need to be embarrassed about it..." She muttered in reply, tilting her head slightly to one side as she cast a coy glance over Daisy, pausing sheepishly at the faint pink glow just visible through her shirt again. "After all, I'm sort of freakishly fast ... We make a good team!" Kat chuckled and gave Daisy a playful nudge, tufted tail swishing cheerfully.

(I see... that is much different....)
Daisy giggled and gently placed a hand on Kat's shoulder, pulling her into a hug. "Yeah we do," she said, smiling widely.
-
Kat felt bashfully hot under the collar of her chunky sweater as Daisy pulled her into a hug. After her brief moment of shyness had passed however she grinned and hugged the celestial wolf back, tail wagging enthusiastically. "Heheh, yeah... But now we must make sure to only use our powers for good..." she said seriously, spoiling it only slightly by giggling as she looked into Daisy's eyes.
-
Vi Vi slowly dragged out a box of tools from her room towards her mech planning on fixing it.

"Heh heh... yeah," Daisy said, smooching Kat's nose... and immediately blushing. "S... Sorry!"
-
(I feel a little ignored...)
-
(Eep.. Sorry Vi Vi > < )
Kat's tufted ears flicked straight up as she blinked in surprise at Daisy. "Oh! Uhm..." she mumbled and looked down at her feet, feeling a warm blush spreading across her muzzle... After a moment Kat glanced back up and leaned in close to reply with a shy kiss on Daisy's nose. "No need to apologise..." she said, with a bashfully teasing grin.
As the lynx stepped back she caught a glimpse of Vi Vi over Daisy's shoulder. She still felt unsure around the so obviously alien-looking creature, but called out in concern to her, "Do you think have everything you need to fix it?"
-
"Yeah I got it." Vi Vi said but was still having difficulty dragging the tool box.
-
Daisy flushed darkly, staring down her nose at Kat with a flustered expression on her face. The celestial wolf let out a small whine, barely keeping her feet for a few moments until Kat called out to Vi Vi. Rubbing the back of her head, Daisy looked over at the chitterniblin. "...Well, you're the expert of your own machine, right?" she said, smiling gently. "Still, if you need help with anything..."
-
"No I am good..." Vi Vi said sounding a little prideful. She used her telekinesis to open the tool box and a whole bunch of tools and spare parts floated out to repair her mech.
-
Kat glanced from Vi Vi to Daisy, giving a perplexed shrug of her shoulders... Not long ago they had talked about going to the shops, that she could understand, but all this stuff about telekinetic alien creatures and mechs was a little over her head... So as she listened to them talk Kat cast a sidelong glance at Daisy and couldn't help but stick out the tip of her tongue. 'It's just too much fun seeing her blush like that...' the lynx thought to herself, grinning shrewdly as she nodded at Daisy's offer to help.

"Well... okay," Daisy said, bowing slightly. "We'll, er... leave you to your work, if you'd like."
-
"And...done!" Vi Vi said as she finished fixing her mech. There was still a few dents in her mech but she could fix that later. She climbed into the cockpit which closed around her and the mech stood up.
"Thanks again for helping...I totally forgot to introduce myself. My name is Vi Vi Neverlumb."
-
"Nice to meet you..." Kat replied, standing shyly behind Daisy as she watched Vi Vi's mech suit extend to its full height with a hum of motors powering up. "I'm Katka, although most just call me Kat... And don't mention it, Daisy did most of the helping anyway." she said with a sheepish smile, nodding to the celestial wolf.

Daisy blushed and grinned sheepishly, rubbing the back of her head and accidentally showing a bit of her hips. "Aw, shucks," she said, swishing her long, pink-tufted tail.
-
((Umm... So where is everybody?))
-
((Umm... So where is everybody?))
Clare walked into a nearby cafe, books under her arm. "What a day," she muttered, taking a seat at the window and getting her jacket off, revealing an all-black ensemble. Sighing, the wolf took a look at the menu, clicking a pen as she did so.
-
(( Currently Kat, Daisy and Vi Vi are outside her apartment in a block of flats near the city University... Not sure about anybody else ))
Kat couldn't help but grin when she noticed Daisy blushing, her own short bobtail swishing happily. "No need to be so bashful about it..." she said with a warm smile and a shake of her head at Daisy, "...I definitely couldn't have lifted a ton of mech up those stairs on my own." The lynx chuckled under her breath and gave a sly wink at that.

-
Alka walked with his jacket over his shoulder, held in one paw, and a large case in his other paw. He sighed, thinking to himself. Another long day at Uni... Another long night to study. Guess it isn't so bad though. Things have been looking up for me... Alka smiled to himself as he walked to the nearby flats. He stopped and tilted his head when the mech came into view. Huh...?
-
Clare doodled on a napkin.
-
Alka decided not to question the mech. He had to get home and make dinner. It looked like it would be another night of instant noodles and bottled orange juice. He sighed again as he approached his flat and got the keys out of his pocket.

Clare exited the cafe and headed for her flat, her backpack slung over her shoulder. She looked like some sort of dark child with her all black ensemble, from the coat to her combat boots to the piercings on her face.
-
After unlocked the door, Alka walked in and shut it behind him, taking his things and walking to his room. He sat on his bed for a second, and stretched his arms before stripping down to his underwear, grabbing a towel and heading for the shower.
-
Clare walked up to her flat and pulled her key out of her pocket, but dropped it. "Ah, sh*t," she muttered, starting to search the snow.
-
Alka quickly showered before heading back to his room and getting dressed into his PJs. Nothing more than some exercise shorts and his underwear. He walked into the kitchen and got the kettle started before going into his fridge and grabbing a bottle of OJ.
-
Clare grinned as she found her keys, which were attached to a small gothic keychain. "Gotcha," she said, standing and walking over to the door. As she did, she noticed footprints in the snow. Huh... my roommate must've showed up, she thought, unlocking the door and walking inside. "...Hello?" she called out, dropping her backpack and hanging up her coat. (Something loud is on so that Alka doesn't hear her...?)
-
Daisy flushed even darkly. "Kat, you're making me blush," she murmured, rubbing her arm. "Besides... I couldn't have done it without you keeping my shirt from riding up." The celestial wolf playfully poked Kat's cheek.
Kat continued to grin teasingly, then gave a little shake of her head and chuckled as she said, "Oh okay then... I'm sorry for embarrassing you." She smiled at Daisy, only to suddenly give a squeak of surprise as the wolf poked her cheek. Now blushing herself, Kat stuck out her tongue at Daisy as she bashfully rubbed her chubby cheek and replied, "Weelll... I guess it was teamwork, heheh."

-
Alka heard a muffled voice through his kettle. Must be my mind playing tricks on me again. What female would ever step foot inside MY home? Alka chuckled and shook his head, pouring the boiling water into a cup of instant noodles, before adding the flavouring and letting it sit.

Shrugging, Clare picked up her backpack and began to head into her bedroom. However, as she passed by the entryway to the kitchen, she caught a glimpse of Alka out of the corner of her eye and stopped short, taking a few steps back to peek into the area. As she did, she got a good glimpse of Alka from her position and immediately pulled back, flushing a bit. ... They're a male, then, she thought, staring at her shoes. .... Oh geez, they're a MALE. Taking a deep breath, the wolf decided to put her backpack down before speaking to the newcomer, and took a few steps towards her room... at which point she tripped over the rug and sprawled on the ground. SH*T!
-
Alka jumped at Clare's not-so elegant entrance. After taking a second to process what happened, and to calm down a bit, he walked over to Clare and offered his paw. "Hey umm... what are you doing in my flat?"

Clare looked up at Alka for a moment, then took his hand. "... Oh. They didn't tell you either, huh?" she said, gently climbing to her feet as she tugged her shirt down with her free hand, keeping Alka from seeing anything.
-
"Right... If you're here to steal anything, none of the furnishing is mine, and I don't really have anything of value. Otherwise, I'm assuming you're my new flat mate. In which case, make yourself at home. We will be sharing bedrooms, but not beds. Have fun doing things, I've got to have my dinner and get to work." Alka walked back to the kitchen and emptied the hot water from his noodle cup, before taking the cup and the OJ to the study.

Clare blinked and stared hard after Alka. "... Hi to you too," she said, rubbing the back of her head as she scooped up her backpack and headed into her own work area. ...He seems a little... introverted. But it should work out... Right? The wolf sighed. Relax, Clare. It'll be fine. Besides, he's kind of... Clare blushed deeply as she unpacked her backpack, a neutral expression on her face. "... Let's just get to work for now," she murmured, starting to go over some equations.
(Time skip?)
-
((It'll put us ahead of everyone, which I don't think we should do.))
Alka sat down on his chair and quickly ate his noodles, sculling his OJ afterwards. Once he was done with that, he brought out a variety of different books from his bag and started going over a very large textbook, taking notes along the way.
-
Clare quickly got a similar dinner ready and swallowed it down. It's a wonder I'm not fat, she thought to herself, looking down at her slender form. ... I'd better check my piercings later. That fall may have messed something up. Sighing, the wolf returned to her room and got back to work for a while.
-
Alka studied with his focus fully on his work. Not a single thought of the female living in his house passed his mind, and if it wasn't for his decent memory, he would've probably forgotten that she was there.
-
About three quarters of the way though her work, Clare began to feel a sharp pain in her abdomen around her navel. Blinking, the wolf thought back to her fall. I landed flat... no time to catch myself... Getting up, Clare quickly washed her hands and lifted her shirt up a little, stopping when, all of a sudden, she saw blood. ... Oh God, I killed myself. Keeping a calm head, the wolf let go of her shirt and slowly made her way to Alka's study, where she knocked on the door.
-
Alka's ears perked up and he put down his pencil. Sighing, he rose and opened the door. "What's up?" he answered as soon as he saw Clare.
-
Clare blushed lightly. "S-sorry to bother you, but.... Could you please look at my stomach?" she said, not sure how to phrase it.
(... Goodnight. I'm going to give my brain a rest and leave this on an awkward cliffhanger. Thank you for putting up with my tired mind, Alka. ^w^ You're a good friend.)
-
((It's no biggy, buddy. Rest well!))
Alka was a bit taken back by her comment, and blushed as well. "U-Umm... S-Sorry? Look at your... stomach...?"
-
Clare nodded. "I... I may have injured myself falling," she said. "I got a pain in my... my navel a few minutes ago, and when I lifted my shirt a little I saw blood..." The wolf's blush deepened a little.
(Alka, I am so sorry. I thought I had posted. o/-/o)
-
Alka sighed and motioned for her to come in. "You're lucky I'm doing a double degree, and one of them is medicine. Lie down on the bed, and I'll take a look. I doubt it's anything more than a small puncture of your flesh." Alka went into his closet an took out a large black case.

(... You read my mind, Alka. X3 )
Tentatively, Clare walked into Alka's room, glancing around a bit nervously. I really hope it didn't tear... "That explains the ramen," she said, lying down Alka's bed and staring at the ceiling. Her face flushed a little. Huh... first time in a boy's room, and that's all I can think to say. "... What makes you think it's a small puncture, by the way?"
-
Alka opened the box to reveal a large collection of various surgery tools, ranging from scalpels to pliers as well as a cleaning kit. Alka put on some gloves and a mask before responding to Clare's question. "Most piercings I know of aren't long enough to cause too serious of damage to the stomach or digestive track as a whole. Besides, you'd be in a lot more pain if it was anything more. All I'm going to do is disinfect the area an pull the piercing out. I need you to remain perfectly still. I'm obligated to tell you that this will hurt a fair bit, but as long as you don't jerk on it, you can squeeze my tail for relief." Alka pulled out a small, clear bottle of brown fluid as well as a small fluff ball to dab it in. In his other paw he held a set of long pliers.

Clare stared at Alka, a bit worried and a bit confused. How did he know I have my navel pierced? "W... what do you mean 'pull it out'?" she said, staying still.
-
Alka cocked an eyebrow. "Well, the pain isn't going to stop and the wound isn't going to heal until you get it removed. Unless you want your tissue to repair around the piercing, which will make it a lot more painful to get rid of later on." After giving the explanation, Alka walked over to the bed and pulled Clare's shirt up enough to reveal the navel. "Ok good. You actually do have a piercing." He began to examine the area while he poured a small amount of the brown liquid onto the fluff ball.

Clare laid her head back, not really wanting to see the damage. The wolf had gotten a black stud, which was now partially hidden in the tissue of her skin. "That was a guess, huh?" she said, trying to focus. "What gave it away?" Now that she was lying down, blood had started to pool in the wolf's navel.
-
"The fact that I don't leave anything that can puncture flesh lying on the ground. And the fact that you have piercings elsewhere. Oh boy... This may be a bit more difficult than I thought." Alka got some clean tissues and use them to soak up the blood before he dabbed the disinfectant around her navel, not directly applying it to the wound. "Right, I'm going to need to ask if you trust me enough to creat small cuts in your navel and stitch them up. Because it appears that your piercing has been embedded in your flesh too much for me to safely yank it out."

Clare bit her lip slightly, then gave Alka a few solemn nods. "... Do it," she said, gently taking the wolf's tail in her hand. "Just... keep it precise, will you please? Not all my shirts are this long."
If I'd known it was gonna be this much trouble, I would never have gotten the damn thing.
-
Alka pulled his mask down a bit to reveal a warm smile. "Don't worry. Despite doing a double degree, I'm currently tying with 3 others for top of medical classes. You're in good, but unofficial hands." Alka place his mask back over his mouth as he pulled a small scalpel and looked at it for a second. After checking it for noticeable dirt he placed it near Clare's navel an looked at her. "I advise that you take deep breaths and focus on happy thoughts. And remember, no jerking on the tail. Not unless you want me to slice something I shouldn't have." Alka himself took a deep breath and began a small cut to the left of Clare's navel, aiming it towards her piercing.
((Just a reminder, but you haven't responded in the apartments))

Clare screwed her eyes shut, focusing on some happy thoughts. She kept a firm but surprisingly gentle grip on Alka's tail.
-
Alka slowly made his way towards the navel, taking his time to make the cut deeper and deeper. "Good, good. We're getting there. Shouldn't be too much longer now..." Alka was sweating quite a bit, as it was his first operation on a live fur. After a small while he came across the metallic needle of the piercing and began to cut it free from Clare's flesh.

(...I am going to assume that says "sweating", Alka. o-o)
Clare lowered her ears, but kept her abdominal muscles relaxed somewhat. I have to stay as silent as possible.... I don't want to mess him up by mistake.
-
((XD didn't notice that. But you're right, it is meant to be sweating.))
After he set the piercing free he pulled the scalpel back and began using the pliers to extract the piercing. With a quiet "1, 2, 3." He jerked his arm back and swiftly pulled the piercing clean from her navel. Afterwards, he quickly put the piercing, scalpel and owes in a plastic bag and began cleaning up Clare's wounds.
-
Clare exhaled hugely, looking down her body at Alka. "... Remind me to not get another one of those," she said, grinning weakly.
-
"At the very least, not for a month or two while the tissue heals. Any further damage will cause some... Unwanted effects." Alka pulled out a needle and threaded a black string through it. Afterwards he flicked the needle once before beginning to stitch her navel together as well as the incision he made.

Clare bit her lip, wincing slightly as Alka stitched her up. "If it can mess me up that bad, it's not worth it," she said, glancing over at Alka with her purple eyes and grinning. "So... am I gonna make it?"
-
"Of course you are. The piercing didn't penetrate deep enough to cause serious damage, so as long as you keep abdominal stretches and workouts to a minimum, you'll be fine." After Alka was done, he got out the cleaning kit and began disinfecting and cleaning the tools he used. He kept the piercing in a plastic bag to be specially disposed of later though.

Clare propped herself up a bit and looked at her stomach. "Eh.... I don't really work out all that much," she said. "... You did a pretty neat job for someone who's learning."
-
"I'll have my degree fairly soon. Just a few more months now before I'm officially, 'Dr. Alka P. Wolf.'" Alka took his mask and gloves off, placing them in the same plastic bag as the piercing. "But, thank anyway. I'll be honest, that's the first operation I've done on a live fur... Which hasn't gone under."

Clare looked at the stitches in her belly button with a grim fascination, then carefully got up, holding her shirt away from her abdomen. "I was glad to be of assistance.... Alka," she said, cocking an eyebrow. "I'm going to change into something a bit more loose, but if you'd like to, I could make some dessert or something."
-
"The flat is just as much yours as it is mine. I'm going to be here studying, so just do as you wish." Alka picked up the plastic bag with a pair of brass tongs and placed inside a special bin. The large "biological hazards disposal" sign in bold white writing was really the only outstanding part of what would otherwise be a plain yellow cylinder.

Clare nodded slowly. "Okay... but is there anything I could to to thank you?" she asked.
-
Alka thought for a second, blushing before he shook his head. "N-Nothing comes to mind really... But the opportunity to operate on a live and concious patient was thank you enough. Also... If you could keep what happened here, between you and me, that would be great. What I did was kinda illegal... and me having all this equipment is also kinda illegal."

Clare grinned and winked at Alka. "Don't worry.... I'll come up with something if people ask about my navel," she said. "And your name will remain out of the picture." The wolf blushed a little too. "Sorry again to put you in this situation... if I wasn't such a klutz..."
-
Alka smiled at Clare, knowing he wasn't always so on top of everything himself. "Hey, we all stumble and fall sometimes. What matters is that you didn't receive any serious damages."
-
"Yeah... it could've been much worse," she said, shivering. "Anyway... we've both got work to finish."
-
"Y-Yeah... Take care of that stomach will you?" Alka chuckled as he picked up his pen and paper and returned to studying his book
-

"I will," Clare replied, starting to leave... then stopping. "... By the way, while we're talking about stomachs, you have really nice abs." With that, the wolf left. Why would I say that?!
-
Alka's face turned bright red as his head spun around to see Clare no longer standing there. Why would she say that!? After coughing a few times Alka returned to his studying, but found himself somewhat unable to focus anymore, his mind drifting back to Clare. No Alka. Degree first. Job second. Relationships third. Focus!

Focus!
Back in her own room, Clare switched into a loose black t-shirt that left her stomach partially uncovered and got back to work on her studies. However, as she did, she found herself continuing to ask why she had said what she did, and found herself dealing with similar inner torment.
-
Alka eventually sighed and stood up. I can't study like this... I should go for a walk. That'll clear my mind. Alka got dressed into winter attire. A black shirt, with a thick jacket on, paired with crimson red pants and black walkers. He put a beanie on his head and exited his room, stopping next to Clare's. Al... don't even think about it. Don't you dare knock on that door. Despite his thoughts, Alka raised a paw and knocked gently on the door.
-
Pricking up her ears, Clare looked over her shoulder at the door, her face flushing slightly. Oh geez... what do I do? she asked herself. I... I'm not sure if I can face him after what I said... Sighing, the wolf took a deep breath and stood up. Well, it would be rude not to answer... and it's not like I'm dressed for seduction or something, she thought, looking down at her belly. I'm only dressed like this so that I don't mess up the stitches... and because I can wear what I want. Those thoughts in mind, Clare padded over and turned the knob, pulling the door open to find herself face to face with Alka. "... Hey," she said, rubbing the back of her head. "Hey"?! That's all you could come up with?
-
"H-Hi... Would you umm... Like to go and a walk with me...? It's not too sunny out right now, and umm... The fresh air is good for regeneration..." Alka wasn't able to keep eye contact with Clare for very long. He was kinda flushed as well, blushing a slight bit as he strained to keep his face facing the wolf opposite him.
-

Clare rubbed the back of her neck and grinned. "Um... sure. Let me just grab my jacket..." This.... this is also a first, she thought, walking over to the hanger by her closet and picking out a black jacket.
-
Alka held back a triumphant 'Yes!' and waited for Clare to get ready. I can't believe it... A woman, who lives in the same flat as me, is willingly going out with me? I haven't even finished my lessons at talking with women yet... I-It'll be fine... Just suck up your gut and play it cool! Alka took a deep breath and smiled, somewhat awkwardly at Clare.

Grabbing her keys and pulling on a pair of gloves, Clare walked over to her door and stood in front of Alka, grinning. "I'm all ready."
-
Alka smiled softly, and began making his way to the door. "Alright umm... Let's um... Get going...?"
-
Clare walked behind Alka, her hands in her jacket pockets as her abdomen throbbed dully. "Yeah... sure," the wolf replied, checking Alka out from behind.
-
Alka wasn't exactly revealing any part of his body, what with his clothing. He opened the door and waited for Clare to step through. "A-After you... Um... Madame..."
-
Clare blushed a little. Huh.... how chivalrous, she thought, passing through the door and holding it for him. "Thank you, Sir," she said, grinning gently.
-
Alka smiled softly and walked out after Clare, closing the door and locking it. "A-Alright... Any idea where you want to go...?" Keep it cool Al... She seems fine with you.
-

Clare grinned. "Well, there was this clothing store in town that I wanted to check out, if you're okay with that," she said. "I'll need to get some full shirts while I'm there... I don't want people to ask questions about my belly button." The wolf blushed. "I don't want you to get in trouble, after all..."
-
Alka nodded. "A-Alright. You lead the way I guess." why am I agreeing to this; I hate shopping.
-
Clare nodded and started to pad softly down the street, whistling a little. What am I doing? He probably hates shopping.... I have to make this more interesting! "So... you're new around here, right?" she asked, looking over her shoulder.
-
"I umm... Well, no. I've been hear for umm... As long as I've been studying at uni for... About 3 years now." Alka walked beside Clare, keeping his head forward. Does she want me to buy something for her? I-Is this a date...?! Alka slowly began to blush as he thought harder about what he was doing.
-

Clare nodded. "Neat... I started around the same time," she said, rubbing the back of her head. "Well... I started university. I'm rather new to this one. Just this year..." Wait... I mentioned shopping... Does that mean I'm offering to buy him something too? Wait... We're going somewhere together... oh my god this is just like a date.... The wolf blushed noticeably. And I'm not even in my nicer clothes...
-
Just calm down Alka. We're only going on a walk... To a shopping area... Together... And we aren't related... This is totally a date... What do I do?! Compliment her! Alka nodded, pretending that he was paying enough attention to be listening to all of what she said. "W-Well umm... You've got great taste in umm... University...?" Alka wanted to facepalm at his terrible compliment but restrained himsel. He didn't want to seem too flustered. You know, for someone doing a double degree in two fairly difficult disciplines... You're an idiot!

Clare blushed deeply and grinned, chuckling awkwardly. "Um... Thanks?" she said. "You're, er... pretty good at removing piercings from stomach flesh." .... Dangit, Clare, what the hell!? That's just weird!
-
Alka returned the blush and smiled. "Umm... Thanks... I-I mean, it's nothing too much but umm... Any nice comments are... Umm... appreciated..." Damn it, she's better at complimenting than I am! She's out of my league...
-

Clare smiled sheepishly, swishing her tail. "Cool," she said, not sure what else to say. "Um... Well, it looks like we're nearly there..." Thank god, too... I might have said more awkward things.
-
Alka smiled and chuckled. "So umm... What did you want to buy...?" Alka himself was planning to get more foodstuffs. He felt some incentive to cook proper meals now that he was sharing a flat. Especially with a woman.
-

Clare shugged. "Nothing much... maybe some shirts or something," she said. "... How long will it be until my belly button is healed?"
-
"I'd give it 1 to 2 months... And umm... Stay on top of sickness... J-Just to be safe... I disinfected you properly so umm... you should be f-fine..." Alka was also starting to run out of things to say. Crapcrapcrap, I need conversation points. Did I ask what she was doing in Uni? I don't think I did... Maybe I should. Yeah, I'll do that. "I don't think I've asked yet, but, what are you studying?"
-

Clare blushed a bit. 1 to 2 months... hopefully, I can hide things for that long... "Um... I'm not quite sure at the moment," she said. "I'm majoring in, er... English and Math, though."
-
Alka shrugged. "Those can both take you anywhere so long as you get other requisites done." Say... I assumed she was close to my age but... she doesn't know what she wants to do. And she's just started at this university this year. How old is she? "I know this umm... might be a weird question to ask but... How old are you, exactly?" Alka blushed a bit as he asked, hoping she didn't take it the wrong way.
-
Clare blushed lightly and rubbed the back of her head. "... I'm not entirely sure," she said. "Maybe... Let's say 19 to 21." I feel that way, anyhow...
-
"You're.... not entirely sure?" Alka cocked an eyebrow. As far as he knew, it was pretty difficult to forget your age. Then again, he never asked if she had amnesia or something, so he kept an open mind about it
-

Clare shrugged. "Yeah... I was sort of raised by another couple after my real parents died, so I'll never really know for sure," she said, grinning sadly at Alka. Wow... orphan story already? You must really like this guy. The wolf blushed at that thought.
-
"Oh.... Umm..." Alka suddenly felt a bit guilty for asking. In spite of this, he talked more. "W-Well... I guess I kinda know the feeling.... Of umm... not having your 'real' parents around...." You shouldn't tell her so soon. I mean, you guys have only just met for christ's sake. But.... she did talk about her story to me... I guess I should be a bit fair here. "My mum abandoned me early on... And took my two sisters with her. Left it just me and my dad, and he was bummed out about it. Took it out on me a lot of the time, so it didn't really feel like my real parents were around. He did stop doing it after a while though..."

Clare lowered her ears. "Oh... I'm so sorry," she said, looking over at Alka."

Alka gave a sigh and a smile. "It's fine. I should be the one expressing my condolences to you. Both of my parents are well... still around today... I think... Never really heard much about my mum, but still. I wouldn't know a whole lot about it, but it must really suck not having them around. Or even knowing your real age." Alka felt like he was rambling on for too long about it, and needed to change the subject. "H-Hey, I know this umm... nice chocolateria that isn't too far from here... A hot-coco on a day like this is good for the heart and soul, yah know?" Alka maintained a somewhat embarrassed smile, knowing perfectly well he was asking her out. Again. While they were already out.

While they were already out.
Clare blushed lightly, then nodded once. "Alright... We could stop there before we head to get shirts, if you'd like to...?" Is... Is he asking me on a date?!
-
"A-Alright. Umm... It's this way..." Alka made a right onto the other side of the street. Oh my god.... This is actually happening... W-What comes after this though? Do I kiss her? Does she kiss me? Do we both kiss each other?! Alka's face turned a tint redder as he thought.
-

Clare followed Alka closely, looking both ways before she crossed. He's already done something that COULD be considered intimate with me... sure, it was abdominal surgery, but he's my roommate, not my doctor, so... does that make it intimate? The wolf's blush deepened. WILL WE HAVE TO KISS?!
-
Alka stayed silent for the mean time. Although, he would've preferred to be talking rather than thinking. O-Ok.... Umm... M-Maybe I'm jumping the gun a little. I bet she's not even thinking the same thing. I bet she doesn't even like me that much and simply considers this a friendly journey for some hot-coco. Oh but man.... What if she's thinking the same things I am... That would be awesome... Alka smiled a tad bit and let his paws free from his pockets. It may be cold, but he didn't mind it that much.
-
Clare stayed silent for a bit longer as well, but a smile crept to her face as something came to mind. Th-then again.... I guess I wouldn't mind kissing him all that much, the wolf thought, blushing darkly. "So.... Hot chocolate, huh?" she asked, rubbing the back of her head.
-
"W-Well..." Alka looked around to get a sense of location. "It's not just hot-chocolates. They make pretty nice chocolate based deserts and stuff. I-I personally can't get enough of their lava-cakes but umm... I don't always have time to go and pay them a visit. A-Ah, that's them up ahead." A small walk further down the path ended with a shop opposite their side of the street. In big bold orange, a sign on the front read "Choco-lovers." It was a relatively small shop, but through a slightly brown tinted window, tables and seats with a few people already inside could be seen.
-
Clare cocked her head and grinned. "And I thought I was brown," she said, turning and looking at Alka. ...God, that joke sucked.
-
Alka, despite not understanding the joke, chuckled softly. Not the best sense of humour though... once they reached the shop, Alka opened the door for Clare. "Ladies first..."

Clare walked in, then held the door from inside. "Gentlemen second," she said, smiling.
-
Alka blushe as he entered. "U-Umm... Just take a seat and we'll look at the menu I guess... I'll umm... I'll pay..." Alka looked around at the many empty seats as he unzipped his jacket.

Clare unzipped her jacket as well, holding it in front of her so that nobody saw her stitches. "... Perhaps I should have changed out of this shirt," she said, chuckling. "Then again, I can lie if I have to..." This last part she whispered in Alka's ear. HE... HE'S PAYING FOR IT. OH MY GOSH, THIS IS A DATE.
-
Alka nodded. "I guess..." Alka smiled a bit. She seems a lot more calm than I would've expected. Then again, she probably doesn't think this is a date. Just... friends getting to know each other... And either way, someone has to pay. Alka took a seat at a table for two, beside the window.

Clare took the other seat and looked out the window, keeping the jacket in front of her and appearing outwardly calm. She grinned widely at Alka. ...This escalated quickly. But... wait. What if I'm misinterpreting this? "So... do you think they have chocolate?" she asked, swishing her tail as she attempted to be goofy.
-
Alka reached over to a nearby table and grabbed two menus off of it, handing one to Clare. He looked through it and decided on a dark hot chocolate as well as a chocolate volcano. He heart was already warming thinking of the sweet taste of the chocolate, and he looked up at Clare. "Alright, I'm ready to order. What tickles your fancy?"

Clare bit her lip as she looked the menu over. "Hmm... The funnel cake looks interesting," she said, grinning. (No, seriously. That looks really good.)
-
Alka smiled. "The funnel cake is nice, but a lot fluffier than you'd expect. It's more akin to a donut than a churro, but they coat it with cinnamon to make it taste like a churro. It tastes really nice, but if you're going to get it, I recommend getting the customised version. It also pairs well with a thick Spanish hot chocolate, but I should warn you. That stuff is pretty much straight melted chocolate." Alka chuckled and pulled out his wallet.

Clare grinned impishly. "I can take it," she said, sticking her pierced tongue out at Alka. The piercing was black.
-
"Alright. All ready to order? In that case, I'll go grab us our table number." Alka rose smiling and walked over to the counter.
-
Clare watched Alka walk away, absentmindedly rubbing her forearm. This is really nice of him.... I hope he doesn't mind all my piercings. The wolf sighed and looked at her abdomen. Maybe next time, I should get my navel pierced professionally instead of by a friend who needs the practice.... I wouldn't want to get him in trouble by slamming another hunk of metal into myself by accident.
-
After quickly making the order and swiping his card, Alka input the PIN code and took his table number. Well... I can't say I ever imagined going on a date with a woman. Much less, a woman going on a date with me... She's actually kinda cute... The piercings ruin what would be a beautiful image of a face, but she'll realise that with time. I think. Maybe. The wolf blushed a little as he placed the table number back down on the table and sat down.
-
...Why the heck do I even have piercings? Clare thought as Alka returned. Sure, my sister thought it would keep me from getting raped or something, but it's not like anyone could... I'd kick their ass before they got my pants down. The wolf grinned at this thought, then blushed a little as Alka sat down. "So... um... wh-what number do we have?" she asked, smiling gently at Alka.
-
"13. They'll bring the food out to us." Alka eyes wondered around the cafe, thinking it would be weird to stsy focused on Clare.
-
"13. They'll bring the food out to us." Alka eyes wondered around the cafe, thinking it would be weird to stsy focused on Clare.
"Cool," Clare said, looking at the table since she didn't want to focus on Alka too much because it made her blush. "...Nice tables here."
-
Alka cocked an eyebrow. "I guess...?" Realising that Clare's comment was an awkward attempt to make conversation, he thought for a second. "So umm... Tell me a-about yourself... Or umm... Would you like me to talk first...?"
-
Clare blushed gently. "Um... well, er... Do you really want to know about me?" she asked. "I mean... you told me a few things about yourself already, so it's only fair that I should tell you about myself, but... Are you really interested in... you know... my life?"
-
"W-Well... Yeah, I mean... We are flatmates and umm... We should get to know each other... And be good friends." Alka badly wanted to blurt out 'maybe something more' but couldn't pull himself to do it. Instead, he just blushed hard, staring straight at her. Occasionally his eyes would trade down to the table, but he'd force them back up.
-
Clare blushed back, nodding slightly. "Alright... Well, er... Like I said, I was adopted after some sort of accident that killed my parents," she said, rubbing the back of her head. "I went to some pretty nice schools, but I had to put up with some jerks at times. Bullies or perverts or whatever." The wolf chuckled. "... I got in trouble a lot because I kept fighting back." Clare rubbed behind one of her ears, then frowned when she touched one of her earrings. "I don't like having these piercings," she said. "I only wear them because a friend of mine was afraid I'd get raped because of- in her words- 'how beautiful I am'." The wolf slumped forward a little onto the table, resting her head on her crossed arms and looking cross. "It's not like anyone could, anyway... They'd die first," she murmured.
-
Alka's blush slowly disappeared as he listened. "Die...? Implying you'd..." The wolf gulped. He didn't disagree that she was a sight to behind, or at least would be without the piercings. But, for as far as he knows, his only illegal practise was operating unofficially on a live fur, with unregistered medical equipment.
-
Clare blushed darkly and sat up, covering her mouth. "Er... Not like that," she said. "I mean... I'd knock them out before they did anything to me." The wolf grinned sheepishly, rubbing the back of her head. "I.... My words can be a bit violent sometimes. Sorry."
-
Alka breathed a sigh of relief. "O-Ok... You see, knocking out rapists is understandable... Killing them would be a bit extreme... Anyway, if that's true, why not get the piercings removed? You'd um.... L-Look a bit umm" Alka's blush returned twice as fast as it left. "P-prettier... Without them..."
-
Clare shrugged. "I didn't want to make them worry," she said, playing with her lip ring. "I even went into a goth phase to try to make it seem okay... and I got... that other piercing too." Sighing, the wolf looked at Alka. "You know... I don't even see them in person anymore since I moved. Maybe I sh..." The wolf suddenly widened her eyes, her face getting very red. "... Did you just say I'd look prettier without them?"
-
Alka flushed and blurted out "N-No." After a second in which he looked down at the table, he murmured a "Yes..." His face turned even redder. D-Damn it! Show some backbone Alka! Ugh, how can I when I feel like my spines being crushed under a weight?!
-

Clare flushed crimson, unable to think coherently for a moment. W... Well... that was q-quite the Freudian slip there, she thought to herself. But the question is... is he right? After a moment, the wolf suddenly shrugged, stuck her tongue out, and started to remove her tongue ring.
-
Alka looked over at the kitchen, wondering what was takin the food so long. "W-Well... I mean... You would look a lot nicer if... Maybe you got rid of those piercings... Starting wearing a bit more red... And umm... Didn't dress like you hate the world and everyone in it..."
-
While Alka was not looking, Clare had removed her tongue ring and lip ring, and was just taking out her last earring. "... Red, huh?" she asked, sticking the piercings in her pocket and grinning lightly. "Does that compliment belly button scars well?" That should get him to look. Heh.
-
Alka did exactly as Clare thought and tried to look at her stomach. "N-No, I just mean umm... R-Red is a nice colour... It's a very outgoing a-and powerful colour... The colour of blood and red hot emotion... K-Kind like purple is a more royal colour, or like blue is calming and very introspective..." The wolf looked to his right to see the a waiter coming with two plates of food. One for Clare and one for Alka. He set them down, reading out the name of the meal aloud, before retreating to grab the hot chocolates.
-
Clare raised an eyebrow and blushed, grinning. I might have misplayed that... besides, I shouldn't let him see my stomach until the healing period he suggested has passed... "Well, alright," she said. "I'll try to wear a bit more red... though purple might match my eyes better."
-
"W-Whatever works, I guess... B-Black isn't so bad... as long as you've got something else to pair with it..." Alka smiled down at his lava cake and licked his lips. After he picked up his spoon, he cut the cake down the middle, allowing all the melted inside to ooze outwards. "If only I could have one of these everyday... I could so get used to that..." He chuckled as he cut a small piece off of one of the halves and put it into his mouth, chewing slowly.

Clare shrugged and carefully followed suit. He'll notice that I took my piercings out eventually, I gue... wow, this is good. The woulf murred contentedly as she chewed, her eyelids falling to half-mast.
-
Alka smiled seeing Clare enjoying her funnel cake. Yes! She likes the food! At least some part of this hang out is going well. Alka continued eating, as the waiter returned with their hot chocolates. Alka wasn't lying with what he said about Clare's hot chocolate. It truly was just pure melted milk chocolate. Alka allowed them to stay silent and enjoy the food, not wanting to break from eating himself.

Clare felt similarly, wanting to savour her food immensely. Accepting the hot chocolate with a thank you, she sipped it gently. Heh... I wish I'd known about this place before.
-
Alka decided to let his hot chocolate cool down a little before he'd start using it. He looked over at Clare before taking another bite. Wait a second... She's removed the piercings! She's.... so... words are evading me... Alka's face turned pink as he ate, and occasionally looked over at Clare. I wonder what she thinks of me...

Clare, seeing Alka blush, grinned at him, taking another bite. Oh geez.... I haven't told him how I like this yet have I? Or... did he notice that I took the piercings out? Well, I'd better say something.... The wolf swallowed, then smiled again at Alka. "This is... this is rather delicious," she said, blushing a little.
-
Alka chuckled and smiled. "Y-Yeah... Not a very well known place, but they do a good job. Kind of like how they aren't very populated. The quiet kind of makes the place feel... nicer..." Alka sipped at his hot chocolate and murred happily. "Ahhh...~"

Clare nodded, taking another sip of chocolate and another bite of her funnel cake thing. "Yeah... it's very atmospheric," she said, grinning and looking into Alka's eyes.
-
Alka maintained his blush as he looked gazed back into her eyes. "Y-You umm... H-Have beautiful eyes...." Alka smiled and seemingly relaxed as he sipped on his hot chocolate.

Clare blushed lightly and smiled back at Alka, the hot chocolate relaxing her enough so that her mind didn't start freaking out. "Hmm... Thank you," she said. "So do you."
-
Alka maintained a warm smile and took another bite of his food, despite his face turning crimson. OMGOMGOMGOMGALADYJUSTSAIDIHAVEBEAUTIFULEYESWHATDOIDOWHATDOIDO?!?!? He took a long sip of his hot chocolate, before sighing. "Thank you."

DID I REALLY JUST.... Damn these Freudian slips! "...I already know you'd say the same to someone else," she said, becoming suddenly interested in her fork as her face flushed and her grin widened.
-
Alka chuckled and scratched the back of his head. "I'm sure you'd say 'nice abs' to someone else too..."
-
Clare flushed darkly, staring into her hot chocolate and laughing. "Well, I wasn't lying!" she said, playfully pushing Alka's arm lightly.
-
Alka grinned at Clare, gazing into her eyes. "Well, neither was I about your eyes..."
-
Alka grinned at Clare, gazing into her eyes. "Well, neither was I about your eyes..."
Clare gazed back into Alka's eyes, sipping her hot chocolate sheepishly. "... Thank you," she said. "Most people are weirded out by them."
-
"Purple is a nice colour. I'm more of a cyan guy but I don't think you'd look better with it." Alka finished off the last of his cake and sipped his hot chocolate.
-
Clare smiled and leaned back, putting her hands behind her head and sighing; she had finished as well. "Thank you very much," she said, stretching a little; as she did, her shirt rode up a bit and her jacket slid forward on her lap a little, revealing a bit of her stomach; she appeared to be rather in shape, something that hadn't quite been apparent before.
-
Alka blushed and smiled. "It's my pleasure, Clare." The wolf stretched his arm back as well, but he didn't reveal much of his stomach.
-
Clare sighed softly and relaxed, rubbing her side and looking at Alka. Was he checking me out...? "Thanks for showing me this place and all," she said, smiling at Alka.
-
"Oh, it was n-nothing much. But we best get moving. We have shopping to get done." Alka smiled and put on his jacket.
-
Clare nodded, slipping her jacket on and standing up. "And homework to do," she said, grinning widely. "And healing to get through."
-
Alka stood up and waved at the water as he took a finishing sip of his hot chocolate. He walked over to the door and held it open for Clare to walk through, smiling.

Clare finished her own drink and walked out the door, holding it for Alka once she was outside.
-
Alka popped his beanie on and headed outside. "Thanks. So, to the shops then?"
-
Alka popped his beanie on and headed outside. "Thanks. So, to the shops then?"
Clare nodded, grinning. "To the shops," she said, leading Alka towards them.
-
Alka followed, walking besides Clare. He didn't put his paws in his pocket, the cold feeling refreshing on his digits.
-
Clare looked at Alka's paws for a moment, then reached out and grabbed one of them, blushing deeply. WHAT THE HELL, BODY?!
-
Alka blushed in response and even jumped a little, but quickly relaxed and returned a gentle hold. H-How much does she like me? Much more than I thought...
-
WHY ARE YOU ACTING LIKE THIS?! HE JUST CUT SOMETHING OUT OF YOUR BELLY BUTTON, FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE! Clare looked down at her abdomen and blushed. But... he also called you beautiful... and he likes your eyes, and he asked you on a walk and bought you food and stuff....
-
Alka looked away from her for a second. Do I really want this though...? It would be nice to have some company, a-and I really like her... but at what cost?
-
But... do you want him finding out about you? If you guys start making out in your underpants or something, he'll notice your wound... Clare looked over at Alka as he looked away, blushing darkly.
-
Alka coughed, finally deciding to speak up. "H-Hey... I umm... D-Didn't think much o-of it at first... B-But... I umm... I really like you... and have enjoyed being around you today... B-But umm... I-It would be nice to... k-know how you feel..." He was blushing a fair bit, but kept his sight straight.
-

Clare flushed darkly, getting an emotional feeling in her gut. He... he likes me... wow. The wolf bit her lip a little, unsure what to say at first. "... H... How I feel?" she asked uncertainly.
-
Alka cocked an eyebrow, thinking of how to answer that. "W-Well... You c-can't be good friends and umm... m-maybe something m-more... I-If o-only one person feels that way... S-So umm... I was just wondering if you... enjoyed today and umm... m-maybe like me...?"
-

Clare thought for a moment. Do I like him...? I mean, he's pretty cute and all, but how do I know that I really like him...? The wolf, in her pondering, suddenly blushed as an idea occurred to her. T... That's one way... and it seems innocent enough. "... Alka, could you do something for me quickly?" she asked, unzipping her sweatshirt.
-
Alka blushed. H-Here!? He wanted to ask what it was first, but instead blurted out "Of course."
-
Clare blushed deeply and sighed. "... Could you, perhaps... rub one of my sides a little?" she asked, rubbing the back of her head. "I mean... we could kiss, too, but..."
-
Alka blushed deeper than he had before on the entire walk. Despite this, his more primitive instincts kicked in and his hands slowly rose to meet her waist. "U-Umm... L-Like t-this...?"
-
Alka blushed deeper than he had before on the entire walk. Despite this, his more primitive instincts kicked in and his hands slowly rose to meet her waist. "U-Umm... L-Like t-this...?"
Clare gasped at Alka's touch, blushing deeply. "Y... Yeah... j-just like that," she said, smiling sheepishly. If we weren't in public... MEEP. "Alka, I... I think I like you too."
-
Alka smiled widely, and ran his paws up and down her sides, as he was told to. "M-Maybe we should umm... h-head home?"
-
Alka smiled widely, and ran his paws up and down her sides, as he was told to. "M-Maybe we should umm... h-head home?"
The wolf murred softly, gaining a light blush on her lower stomach, as well. "...I can get some longer shirts tomorrow," she said, nodding in agreement.
-
Alka nodded and dropped his paws, still blushing and still smiling. "Alright, ready when you are..." He held out his paw to Clare.
-
Clare zipped up her jacket and took Alka's hand, grinning and blushing as she did so. "I'm ready," she said, flicking an ear.
-
Alka began leading them back to the flat. This is... wow... None of the guys will believe me...
-
Alka began leading them back to the flat. This is... wow... None of the guys will believe me...
Clare followed behind, blushing darkly. No one back home would have ever thought that this would happen... Me just meeting a guy and us getting together over surgery.
-
Alka walked for a bit before speaking up. "H-Hey, you aren't cold at all are you? I noticed your not wearing anything to warm your head up so um... m-maybe I could give you my beanie..."
-
Clare cocked her head. "Um... Well... I am a little cold..."
-
Alka removed his beanie with his free paw and slowly slid it onto Clare's head. There was a small amount of space left at the top, but the wool felt warm and cozy.
-
Clare blushed and smiled again, laying her head on Alka's shoulder. "... Thanks, Alka," she said, walking with him all the way back to the flat.
-
"It's no problem." Once they got back to the flat, Alka pulled out his keys and unlocked the door, opening it and stepping inside. He held the door open for Clare after he did enter, taking his keys out of the door.
-
Clare padded inside and carefully removed the beanie, smelling it a little. Heh... it still smells like him, she thought, smiling widely and blushing.
-
Alka closed the door and locked it, before he threw the keys onto a table and stretched. He removed his jacket soon after, hanging it on a chair.
-
Clare set the beanie down sheepishly on a table and removed her jacket as well, hanging it up on a chair near the beanie before flopping back onto the couch carefully, hands behind her head. My stomach still hurts a little, but it's not too bad now... "So... what do you think of the place?" she said, smiling at Alka.
-
"Well, having been here much longer than you have, I think it's alright. I have my goals for a living space though." Alka smiled and sat down beside Clare
-
Feeling a little playful, Clare laid across Alka's lap, smiling up at him. "What kind of goals?"
-
Alka smiled down at her in response. "Well... I'm think a nice two story place... with a beautiful garden out the back. I plan on having a wine cellar also, but that can come after I meet the first two criteria
-
Alka smiled down at her in response. "Well... I'm think a nice two story place... with a beautiful garden out the back. I plan on having a wine cellar also, but that can come after I meet the first two criteria
"Hmm... That sounds quite pleasant," Clare said, swishing her tail.
-
Alka lay back into the couch and grinned. "Yeah... But, I'll have to work if I want to get there... I'm not to far off getting what I need if I want a good job, so hopefully I'll have that if I focus for the next few years."
-
Clare rested her hands on her stomach and looked to the side. "You really have a good plan," she said, sighing.
-
Alka shrugged. "Eh. It's alright. It'll take a whole lot of effort to achieve though." Alka stretched his arms out a little, exposing a tiny bit of his stomach. "What about you Clare? What's your plan?"
-
Alka shrugged. "Eh. It's alright. It'll take a whole lot of effort to achieve though." Alka stretched his arms out a little, exposing a tiny bit of his stomach. "What about you Clare? What's your plan?"
Clare blushed and tried not to look at Alka's stomach, though she kept glancing there from time to time. "Well... I'm not really sure," she said, shrugging noncommittally. "I've always liked the concept of a house in the woods, surrounded by nature. I know I'll have to work, but..." The wolf shrugged. "I'm not sure what jobs I could do. Maybe I could write, or become a psychologist or a scientist..." She grinned. "Or I could give people piercings and tattoos..." The wolf blushed and looked at Alka's stomach again. "... But... Well... No, it's embarrassing."
-
Alka chuckled and grinned. "Aww, don't just go and leave me curious like that."
-
Clare grinned sheepishly and sat up, wrapping her arms around Alka's neck. "Okay... Promise you won't laugh?" she asked, looking secretive yet happy.
-
The wolf blushed and gulped. "I'll try to contain myself."
-
Clare blushed and leaned in close to whisper. "Well... I've always wanted to be a professional artist," she said, giggling lightly and covering her face, flopping back. "Go ahead. Laugh. It's silly, I know."
-
Alka cocked an eyebrow. "Why would I laugh at you? Art isn't the best profession if you want to earn thousands upon thousands of dollars, but if you're passionate about it, I don't see why it's such a silly idea."
-
Clare's ears pricked up as the wolf looked into Alka's eyes, smiling a little. "You really think so?" she asked.
-
Alka chuckled. "Psychology is my passion, but it isn't as good of a money maker as medicine. So, I'm doing both so I have something to fall back on if I need the extra cash. I wouldn't be doing medicine if I could get all the things I want purely through psychology."
-

Clare nodded. "I get where you're coming from... My main focus is in science, myth, and anthropology, with a minor in art."
-
Alka chuckled and nodded. "You'll do fine." The wolf smiled and stretched out again, before standing. "Well, I'm off to go get into something a bit more comfortable."
-
Alka chuckled and nodded. "You'll do fine." The wolf smiled and stretched out again, before standing. "Well, I'm off to go get into something a bit more comfortable."
Clare rolled off of Alka's lap and onto the floor, managing not to fall on her belly. "I shall do the same," she said, gaining her feet and heading to her room.
-
Alka changed into a light black T-shirt and matching black shorts. He quickly stretched his back, legs and arms before heading back to the couch.
-
After searching around in her room for a good minute or so, Clare pulled out a red t-shirt that a friend had given her and, blushing, quickly changed into that, a pair of black and grey pajama pants with pockets, and fresh undergarments, which included a sports bra in case she ended up sleeping on the couch. Coming down to just above her ribcage (Her friend, bless their dear heart, thought that Clare should have some "party clothes"), the shirt said "anti-hero" in large white letters on it with the definition of the term beneath. ...Well, at least he's already seen my stomach, she thought, rubbing her arm and heading into the main room. "... Hi," she said, grinning.
-
Alka turned, blushing a bit. "U-umm... Hey." He read the t-shirt and chuckled a bit. "Anti-heroes are awesome."
-
Alka turned, blushing a bit. "U-umm... Hey." He read the t-shirt and chuckled a bit. "Anti-heroes are awesome."
Clare blushed as well and cracked a grin. "Yeah... Can't say I'm crazy about the length, though," she said, plopping down on the couch beside him.
-
Alka chuckled and put his arm behind Clare. "Eh. Gotta have party clothes, right?"
-
Clare grinned and stretched a little, winking and sticking out her tongue at Alka. "Yep," she said, chuckling. "That's what my friend said when she gave me this."
-
Alka cocked an eyebrow. "Your friend sounds like the type to really know how to live life. Makes me jealous really."
-
Clare relaxed and rubbed the back of her head. "Oh?"
-
Al chuckled and retracted his arm. "Just because I can and am good at working hard, doesn't mean I'd rather spend the rest of my life working over partying. Hell, if I didn't have university studies to get around to, I'd be out at the bar with my friends having a good time. But, I understand that certain things come before others, so I priorities said certain things."
-
Clare nodded and shrugged, then leaned against Alka gently. "I don't actually go to that many parties," she said. "I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs, so... yeah."
-
Alka smiled at Clare. "You make it sound like drinking is a bad thing. A little alcohol never hurt anybody. 'Less you set it on fire."
-
Alka smiled at Clare. "You make it sound like drinking is a bad thing. A little alcohol never hurt anybody. 'Less you set it on fire."
Clare blushed. "Well... I don't really handle liquor well," she said, looking up at Alka while her head was rested on his shoulder.
-
Alka returned his arm around Clare. "Neither did I the first time I tried it. You build a tolerance after a while. Why, I bet I could down 2 shots of 64% and still be good to drive." The wolf chuckled softly as he rolled his eyes. "Wouldn't bet my life on it though."

Clare shivered and gently wrapped her arms around Alka's waist. "Good... that would be a terrible way to waste your life."
-
Alka blushed realising how close him and Clare were getting. "I-Indeed..."
-
Clare blushed as she saw the same thing, swishing her tail nervously. "Yeah... That's right up there with some pretty nasty stuff... and also, dying from having your piercing launched into your guts."
-
Alka cocked an eyebrow. "N-Never gonna let that go, are you?"
-
Clare grinned impishly. "I will eventually," she said, gently licking Alka's nose.
-
Alka blushed very darkly. "U-U-Umm..." omgomgomgomgwhatdoIdowhatdoIdo?! Follow your gut Alka! Alka pressed his lips onto Clare's and kissed her softly. DAMN IT GUT!!!
-
Clare widened her eyes, her face flushing darkly as Alka kissed her. Oh my gosh... OHMYGOSH... After a moment, she slowly began to kiss back.
-
Alloa put both of his arms around Clare. After a few second he broke the kiss, still blushing very darkly. "U-Umm... Sorry..."

Clare, still blushing, took a very brief moment to compose herself. Then, after that time had passed, she gently looked into Alka'a eyes and grinned. "It's... it's alright," she said. "I kind of liked it... a lot." OH gosh you're being so awkward...
-
Alka smiled softly and looked back into her eye. "Oh umm... Well, w-wanna k-kiss more..?"
-
Alka smiled softly and looked back into her eye. "Oh umm... Well, w-wanna k-kiss more..?"
Clare flushed a little and smiled back. "Definitely," she said, kissing Alka herself this time.
-
Alka relaxed and kissed back, hugging Clare gently.
-
Clare blushed and tensed ever so slightly, rubbing Alka's shoulders as she kissed him.
-
Alka eventually broke the kiss again, and smiled at Clare. "W-Wow..."
-
Alka eventually broke the kiss again, and smiled at Clare. "W-Wow..."
Clare blushed and grinned. "My sentiments exactly," she murmured, wagging her tail. "Would you like to do some other touching as well? Like... not sex, but..." The wolf blushed. "Perhaps we could... I don't know. What else to people who like each other do?"
-
Alka shrugged. "Hugging... Cuddling maybe...?" The wolf was still blushing quite a bit.
-
Alka shrugged. "Hugging... Cuddling maybe...?" The wolf was still blushing quite a bit.
Clare, too, found that her face and body were still warm from being so flustered. "... I.... I did like the way you rubbed my sides earlier," she said, gently wrapping her arms around Alka's neck.
-
Alka nodded, taking the hint. "A-Alright" He placed his hands gently onto Clare's sides and rubbed them slowly.
-
Clare murred softly and laid her head on Alka's shoulder, gently hugging him and scratching his back. Her body seemed to be rather strong.
-
Alka relaxed as well. "You're rather fit..." He murmured as he continued to run his hands up and down her sides.

Alka relaxed as well. "You're rather fit..." He murmured as he continued to run his hands up and down her sides.
Clare blushed, tensing for a moment before Alka's hands relaxed her again. "I try to stay active," she said, trying to be modest. "You never know when you'll suddenly need to do crazy anime stuff or whatever." The wolf grinned, closing her eyes and chuckling softly.
-
Alka removed one of his paws from her side and placed it on the back of her head, searching softly. "True true..."
-
Clare flicked her ear and hummed contentedly, leaning heavily against Alka as he rubbed and scratched her. "...Alka?" she murmured.
-
Alka smiled seeing Clare so happy. "Yes, Clare...?"
-
"... Could we possibly just stay like this for a while?" Clare said, not wanting to ask her other question quite yet. "It's rather comforting." The wolf blushed.
-
"If I didn't have a life to live... I could stay like this forever..." Aka smiled and kissed Clare's nose softly. His blush was slowly fading as he got more and more comfortable.

Clare smiled gently, swishing her tail softly and kissing Alka again.
-
The wolf murred contently into the kiss, feeling extremely happy to be alive.
-
(Should we have them fall asleep like this and perhaps skip to the next day? o-o)
Clare grinned a little as she kissed Alka's lips. Heh... This has been quite the evening, she thought to herself, snuggling close as she started to drift off a little bit.
... I wonder what tomorrow will bring.
-
((Eh. Sure.))
Alka rubbed Clare's back. Well... I never thought that I'd get this close to a woman who isn't under the influence of alcohol... I wonder what tomorrow will bring... He yawned loudly and kept his eyes at half mast, waiting for Clare to fall asleep first
-
Yawning gently, Clare gently snaked her arms around Alka's waist, muttered something that sounded suspiciously like "goodnight," and dozed off, completely forgetting about her own abilities.
-
Alka relaxed into the couch and got comfortable before he uttered "Goodnight" and drifted off to sleep as well.
-
After a full night's rest, Clare slowly began to stir.
-
Alka had already woken up before then and had placed Clare in her room. He was out on a morning trip to the farmers market.
-
Clare slowly blinked awake, rubbing her eyes a little. Was... was that a dream? she thought, slowly propping herself up on her elbows. As she did, she saw that she was wearing the anti-hero t-shirt, and that her bare navel still had stitches.
...Did... Is Alka my lover now!?
-
The front door opening, as well as some loud whistling and plastic bag crinkling was heard. After Alka had placed down all of his baggage, he shut the door and locked it.
-
Hearing the whistling, Clare got up out of bed and crept down the hall, making sure that she didn't trip on the rug again.
-
Alka continued whistling and took off his jacket as he started loading up the various bits of produce, seafood, meat and other groceries he bought into the fridge.
-
Clare slowly peeked into the kitchen, then blushed a bit before slowly pulling back behind the wall. .... It wasn't a dream.
-
Alka then proceeded to get out a large heart shape box of chocolates and some roses. He blushed deeply, as none of the mental preparation he put himself through earlier had prepared him for what he was about to say. I-I wonder if she's even woken up...

Not sure whether she should take another peek or not, Clare decided to go back to her room.... and tripped on the rug again. However, this time she twisted a little so that she didn't land flat on her belly. DAMMIT, she thought, trying to get to her room as she hoped that Alka hadn't heard her.
-
Alka's ears perked up as he heard the loud thud. She's up... Ok Alka... Deep breathes... Alka did as he thought and walked over to Clare's room, knocking on the door softly.
-
Clare flushed darkly and pretended to walk across the room, then opened the door, smiling sheepishly. "G... Good morning," she murmured.
-
Alka presented the bouquet of roses first, not saying anything just yet.
-
Alka presented the bouquet of roses first, not saying anything just yet.
Clare raised her eyebows slightly and flushed a darker shade of red. "... Roses?" she said. He bought me flowers?! Geez... I guess I'm a pretty good kisser!
-
After he presented the roses, he revealed the chocolates. "U-Umm... I umm.... I love you Clare..."
-
Clare covered her mouth and stared, blushing darkly. For once... I can't really think of anything to say... "...I... um..." she said, smiling sheepishly.
-
Alka's ears folded forward, expecting a 'no', but he waited patiently for a proper response.
-
After a moment or two, the wolf leaned forward and kissed Alka's nose, grinning a little more. "... I know," she said. "I... I love you too."
-
Alka's ears perked up and he smiled widely, wanting to drop the presents and hug her there. "Y-You do...? Awesome..." He blushed darkly, realising just how much of a dork he sounded like. Really? That's what you thought to said?

Clare closed the gap between herself and Alka and hugged him tightly. "Yeah... Because I love you too," she murmured, blushing very deeply.
-
Alka's heart burned warmly with happiness, as he slowly put his arms around Clare as well. "Y-Yay...."
-
Clare murred happily, feeling very much the same thing. "Yay indeed..."
-
Alka really wanted to stay hugging Clare, but he had things he needed to get around to doing. "W-While it is nice and all, I umm..." He slowly released the hug. "I have work to do... I've stocked the fridge with some nicer food and stuff so umm... enjoy... Also, the chocolates are for you... I-If you didn't notice..."

Clare nodded, rubbing the back of her head. "Thank you," she said, gently accepting the gifts. "I, uh... I also have some work to do."
-
Alka smiled. "I-If you need me, I'll be in my room watching the early morning lecture I missed. Bye..." Alka bolted over to his room and flopped onto his bed.
-
//Love how you guys are still in on this~! Keep enjoying yourselves okay? I gotta read back and see where I can go from here~!
-
Clare grinned widely and quickly got something to put the flowers in, then changed into her painting clothes and started a new piece.
(Okay, gotcha! ^w^ Welcome back!)
-
After spending some time screaming into his pillow, Alka looked straight and sighed. Idunbelieveitsheactuallylikes-no-lovesmeomgIdunbelieveit
-
Clare blushed darkly as she painted, thoughts of Alka popping into her head. I can't believe he l.... he loves me. I thought it would be a while until I found someone... The wolf bit her lip. I'm going to have to be careful, though- he doesn't know everything about me yet...
-
A smile crossed the wolf's lips as he sat down at his bench and started up his laptop. I wonder... Can I tell her about my tail...? Or my past at all?
-
He's probably gonna see me in states of undress all the time now.... He'll notice, Clare thought, standing up and walking over to the mirror. Tugging her shirt up, she could see that her navel was already a quarter of the way healed. How am I going to explain that to him?
-
Alka happily got on with his work, Clare having left him in a very good mood. I wonder how freaked out she would get? Then again, I'm the only one who is freaked out at that stuff.
-
I really need to get to a store, Clare thought, pulling her shirt back down. Buy some long t-shirts, maybe some wrappings.... I'd just redo the stitches, but I wouldn't be able to get them in the exact same way... plus, it would totally suck.
-
The wolf listened to the lecturer attentively, taking notes accordingly. His mind focused completely on his work now, needing to catch up on what he hadn't done or seen.

The wolf sighed and shrugged, then returned to her work, taking a break from painting to work on an essay. Maybe he won't mind at all...
