I think art should be an option. Aside from that, for me it's the community

For me, it's the community that made me stay. This is accompanied by self expression in second, as well as art, a bit of roleplaying, and.... stuff.

The art (and especially the fursuits) are what caught my interest in the first place. Now I'm mostly in it for the community.

Furries for me are the best thing that have ever happened to me, i have met so many nice people and so many strange fursonas and i can never grow too old or be too young to enjoy it and that is what i like the most, ofcause i have met my fair share of rotten apples, i mean who hasn't but, i love everything about this community that it really doesn't matter to me :3

I wanna know that one skrublord who picked sexual things...

Can't I pick more one option? :S

Personally, the art introduced me to the fandom, the community is why I stayed and now it's become such a big part of my life that even without all the other things I'd still stay for self expression.

To each their own, right? (it wasn't me btw)

I think the community is what kept me staying. I mean I've met some cool people on here. RPing is fun, and the artwork is noice.

Honest to god wolx I would have picked it too But I could only pick one so I picked self expression.

Dang it, I accidentally picked self expression instead of art. Granted, those two are probably related.

Anthros/animals are another means or artistic expression for me alongside humans and stuff, and I've been drawing them for years before I even knew what the furry fandom was. I also like creating crafts, plushies, sculpture, etc. Fiction as well I suppose. I'm not in the fandom for the 'lifestyle' or thinking that I'm part animal, among other reasons(though it's cool if other people are). I just like anthros...

Also, the community is another big one. I haven't been around a ton of other furry communities tbh, but I'm glad to be around here ^^

Role-playing isn't necessarily the main aspect of the fandom, but it is the activity I engage in the most pertaining to the fandom.

Self-expression. The whole point of a fursona (which is like, over half of what it means to be identified as a furry to many people) is self-expression, people create fursuits and other media because of self-expression, and communities are formed because we want to show ourself to other furries.

This is it for me. I like the art, the naughty stuff, the friends, but the expression is the most important for me.

"Naughty stuff".

What was I supposed to say?

I just found it a bit amusing that several people here are old enough to be considered legal adults, yet we still have to use the term "naughty stuff" due to the nature of this site.

I figured if we wanted to be explicit we'd go to the adult area threads... ^^'

(though I haven't been there myself)

I'd do it, if I were old enough. Pity me and my slightly younger age.

I feel your pain... ^
Along with cosplay... Where they go to conventions, meet ups, whatever you call them... Even though I haven't gone... YET. I watch it on YouTube a lot and I'd love to go but so many thing and little money.
And lastly the art work, some are just so talented it's really cool, ones who make plushies, suits, badges.

Oh hey, I just realized I'm old enough to go to the adult boards now :p

I want to go to some cons, but they're a bit far away. There's one kind of close but I'd rather have a friend/group of people to go with so it'd be a little easier. Maybe someday I'll make a fursuit. It's just a huge plushie right?  X3

@Dante, if you didn't notice I suggested allowing multiple choices because I find it's impossible to pick just one!

guilty of picking up last but one. I found this fandom because of that, though I'm staying here for different reasons
