OK, so the download file on my device can't open downloaded games, only pictures. Which makes me very upset because I am looking for a new game to play, but all games that have anything I'm looking for need to be downloaded. I've tried many apps but they didn't help. So if any of you know of an app that works well to open game files, please tell me! Thank you!

What system?
What file format are you trying to open?
From where are you downloading it?

I'm trying to download wolfquest. And the format should be a PDF. And I'm trying to download it on mobile, since I don't have a computer.

PDF? Interesting. Very interesting.
But if so, do you have a proper document reader software installed?

If you have Google Drive or all of Google Documents apps you should be able to open PDFs just fine.

I didn't even consider those apps. Thx!

I would suggest Adobe Acrobat Reader. I've found the mobile Adobe Acrobat Reader and here is the link to the site: https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/products/mobile-app.html (https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/products/mobile-app.html)
It does say it cost money but I don't know if it's free on mobile devices, but if you're looking for a free program toy can try these:
Android device: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.pdfviewer (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.pdfviewer)
For iOS I couldn't find a free viewer but I could find readers which is something you might not need, I hope this helps.
