How does a relationship between two furries look and feel? How about one furry and one accepting partner? How, seriously how, does this contrast to a relationship between... Well people?
-
Honestly it shouldn't be a factor at all when deciding on a relationship.
Tolerance should be something to consider, but it's not exactly a life-changing detail.
Maybe you'd go to cons together, but that's about it I'd think.

See that's what I though, but what about all that cutesy stuff you see here a lot? I realise a lot of it is common in most relationships, but...

Is it just that? Internet stuffs? Or what?

To me, it's like being a gamer. It doesn't really make much of a difference, even if it's a big part of your life. The communities even play a similar role.
-
I've seen a person speaking about having furry girlfriend, on a social site I attend to constantly and their sexual life has... benefits.
-
Ooooo

I am the furry, she is not a furry. It pretty much never comes up. She thinks it is kind of interesting but really it is just an alter-ego for me. I am super laid back about being a furry so for us it is about as impactful as waiting in line at the grocery store.
Granted, occasionally we joke about it, and at times it does get funny/interesting :)

Well, I'm not sure if its just the media, but gamer couples play games together sometimes, but otherwise its just like, oh yeah he plays video games.
So maybe similar in a furry relationship? Its a presence in a relationship, but not a foundation?
Or should I just date someone and figure it out, if I'm completely wrong.
-

This is how I see it, and how it seems to be most often.
Emphasis on most, because for me it's been a big factor. I figure my situation is atypical.
-
Interesting.

I would have to say between to furries, I have never seen. But I have seem one between a furry and an accepting partner.:) They don't mind the nuzzling or the wanting to curl up near or in their lap like a cute little pet.
As for between humans, same thing. You hug you kiss you nuzzle your fight and grow as a couple or apart.
-
Hmmm
-
I like how you say between humans, as though we are not.

Well for me having at mate on here (red locus) it's nice. You have similarities and get along quite well, you have someone to talk to and understand you. I think it's great to have a furry relationship in my opinion. You can go to conventions, get fursuits (unless your more of a just have a Fursona type person)
Although the only bad side is IF it's a online or long distance... Pretty tough but if you and your mate are willing to keep it together then go for it. We plan to meet eventually.
-
I feel you. I need a gf. Like badly. And yeah ik, blah blah blah, love finds you, and all that bs. But I need a date for homecoming. Badly.

Considering the distance between you two, you'll either have to take a plane, or drive for approximately eight and a half hours. Best of luck to the two of you though, I'm sure it'd be pretty interesting.
-
Hmm. I can't really do long distance. Not sure what that says about me, but...

That's pretty merciful compared with what I have to do, and what I have to do is nothing compared with the complications that some others have to... XD

Not trying to be judgmental or rude, but do you really truly want a significant other or do you just want someone to go to homecoming with you?
You can just casually ask someone to go to homecoming with you without having to be their boyfriend.

This. I almost went with a girl who I'm just friends with, but then we done both be like "actually this is pointless". XD
-
I get you. I'm probably not going to homecoming anyways. But I want someone who can love me for reasons.

You can get a relationship quickly if you try, but love can't be forced.
-
Im picky tho. I hate dumb, loud, and a lot of stuff.
-
Im picky tho.
Then you just gotta be patient.
-
And be yourself. It's one of the more attractive things you can find about a significant other. I always look at personality before appearance because they could be a 10 but their personality could be a 2. Kinda like how I believe I'm a 5 and a 5 which this makes 10. XD Anyway. George is right though, you have to be patient. It took a long time before I got into a relationship. And I didn't really want it in the end but I went ahead and tried it.
Just be yourself and have confidence, but don't seem cocky.
