Senior in highschool here (honestly feels weird to say that).
Eventually you'll have to start looking for the right crowd where you fit in, and everything tends to fall into place from there.
I'm sorry to hear that your experiences have been less-than-perfect. Can I ask what year you're in?

It is less that nobody would care and more that everyone becomes a bit more mature. Which is incidentally the reason that it's not common (or advised) to pick on lower grades.
