Title: Susim the House Cat
Post by: SuperSimoholic on September 01, 2015, 12:53:09 PM
I used to draw all the time, but I stopped before I could develop the kind of skill I wanted.
I decided to pick it up again, practice, and hopefully improve to a point that I'm happy with.

This is my first attempt at drawing my Fursona, Susim. (pronounced sue-zim)
She's a fat house cat. Her breed is Exotic Shorthair and her colouring is 'chinchilla' which is white with silver/grey speckles.

(first I'd like to apologise for the quality, I don't have access to a scanner so had to use my phones camera)

(I got a little carried away with the eyes, the lashes just kept getting thicker and thicker...)

Then I tried again, just the head this time, because I wanted an avatar.

And as you can see, I line-art and coloured this one and now have it as my avatar.
Colouring/shading is my weakness.

I mainly drew her as a reference so that if I were to request someone to draw her, they'd have something to run with.
I would like to fursuit her some day.

Thank you for looking.
