Okay I was thinking on getting a fursuit head commissioned but my fursona is a snake and I think that may cause problems, does anyone have any ideas how to make/commission a snake fursuit head?

I've seen a few... like this one is pretty cool:

Beastcub does a lot of interesting characters and a wide array of species, maybe they can help? :>

Wow, that is actually really cool. I like the idea but i was thinking something less cumbersome like just a head so i can wear the rest of my costume. (includes a hat)
Do you think that would be complicated to the point of being impossible/crazy expensive?

Oh, you could always go the route of a resin base. I'm not sure of anyone who makes snakes... The cheapest I've seen for just a blank, unfinished one was like $60, but if you want to have it finished by an artist (painted, furred, ect), they'll charge more.
I know some artists will start with a resin base of some other species (like a dog), and modify the base so that it's a dragon or some other uncommon animal (like a fossa). So I wonder if you could find someone to do that??
These guys have a LOT of goodies: http://www.dreamvisioncreations.com/ (http://www.dreamvisioncreations.com/) Maybe they can even help you out?? I dunno!
That's prolly what I'll do when I get to that point--just get a blank one and finish it myself. It looks soooo fun. :D

Thanks! I looked into this a bit and it seems like the best way to go! I'll try and get a modified resin and finish it up myself! ^_^
