F.P.P.A. stands for Furry Paranormal Protection Agency and it is an organisation committed to capturing and containing all paranormal entities or scientific anomalies, The main research base is located in the highlands of [CLASSIFIED], Iceland. This is where you are imprisoned in employment (security guard or scientist) or by force (Subject) either way today is either going to be them best or worst day of your life.

Ground rules:

No godmodding
Each user can have two characters
The agency will try to contain the subjects whereas the subjects will try to wreak havok and maybe even destroy a city or two.

Species: Self-learning Artificial Intelligence

Attitude toward normal life forms(can be on their side):Generally tollerant and so his victims shall die quickly and painlessly. Also very cooperative in interviews

Abilities(If any):can access all eletrical devices and manipulate their uses as well as create self duplicates that will act as viruses

Confinement: a concrete room with a single terminal in the centre of the room

Weapons:Custom "Grave Digger" assault rifle with extended acid-hollow point magazines

Uniform:10mm armour plating with atom-core to carry the armour easily as well as several other features such as H.U.D., Spinal holster magnet and blunt force dampener (to assist with high falls)

Gender:Male




You guys can have creatures as sadistic as you want from a possesed teddy bear that builds duplicates from its victims to a huge scaled acid spitting lizard hell bend on destroying all sentient life and tacos. And pretty much all guards will have power armour as well as a power core electronic or atomic choose wisely (electric is more efficient but atomic is more durable)

Attitude toward normal life forms(can be on their side): The only thing this creature seems to care about is freedom, this creature rarely hurts anyone, but has in the past broken into prisons, [Redacted], government facilities with the intent of freeing those confined to these places, in ████ it broke into [Classified] where it was caught trying to break Subjects  ████ and ███-█ out of confinement. The creature claims that freedom should be for all, regardless of history, or the reason for confinement.

Abilities(If any):Incredibly agile, capable of fitting into small spaces, and slipping through tiny gaps. Has also shown the ability to break chains and locks through means unknown.

Confinement: A glass cage, two doors are present, an inner door and an outer door, only one door is to be open at any one time. In event of a power failure or other event that compromises security, both doors are set to shut and lock immediately. The subject has been made to wear a high powered shock-collar so that we can incapacitate it in event of a breach.~~after 24 hours the Shock-collar was removed effortlessly by the creature, without damaging it or the collar, further attempts to apply restraints or collars directly to the creature have been met with similar levels of success, The possibility of starving the creature until it submits to such methods of containment is pending approval.

*Since confinement, the subject has changed the name it uses to refer to itself multiple times, known names include : Snake, Angel, seraphim, Demon. It is recommended you use whatever name it gives during interview.

Now as for it's cage life.He is always curious and due to the fake forest it has lived in..It never even wonder's what is outside that small glass window. Now even though it will eat nearly anything.due to it's super acidic stomach acids, he will seek for a plaything to keep it's boredom low and will never kill the plaything.Unless it attacks him on purpose.

Abilities: Has remarkable agility for a large insect, Can fly for a good mile or two in one go.Has a steel like exoskeleton, Can molt to regrow limbs and such,Has a 180 sight,And can spit his stomach acid at foes.

Confinement: Ever growing crystal walls and a mini zoo like jungle inside with one door to enter and a Safey door incase the subject tends to try to escape.With well hidden Cameras to moniter the beast as it roams around...

It is to be fed according to typical human dietary needs, with requests for variation in diet to be considered by the on-site researchers overseeing the containment of SCP-3437-1. SCP-3437-1 is allowed the use of a computer connected to the Foundation database with Level 3 clearance. SCP-3437 is allowed the requisition of one(1) item per month. This limit is subject to change based on the judgment of the on-site researchers overseeing the containment of SCP-3437-1. Description: SCP-3437 is an entity typically observed as a 17-year-old Caucasian male. It maintains this form through close proximity to, and the use of, SCP-3437-2. SCP-3437-2 is a medallion composed of copper, tin, and several unidentified metallic compounds, typically worn around the neck of SCP-3437-1 on a nylon-titanium nanoweave chord. Use of SCP-3437-2 by SCP-3437-1 has been seen to produce small bursts of an unknown form of radiation, accompanied by a light-blue haze capable of illumination. SCP-3437-2's properties usually only extend to SCP-3437-1, but under some circumstances have been observed to be capable of negating certain anomalous properties in other sentient SCPs. Any items or clothing worn by SCP-3437-1 when SCP-3437-2 is activated are stored when said items and clothing might otherwise be lost or damaged from a form shift.

SCP-3437 is currently assigned to an operative transfer program directed at the recently established FPPA, an organization dominantly comprised of sentient nonhumans working in cooperation with the Foundation for containment of anomalous objects and phenomena in their areas of jurisdiction. Unsure of how to quote messages so...


My ask: Can I use the Thaumiel SCP from the previous SCP RP? I feel like I had that one fleshed out pretty well. It would involve working alongside the Foundation operatives though.Is traditional weaponry allowed?
Does the power armor use energy shielding? Is it variable in structure?

Description: Subject is a Dull green lizard, feral, approximately 20 feet long,resembling an iguana. It is sentient and can communicate verbally, it can also read and write in at least █ different languages.

The primary anomalous feature is the uncanny ability for the creature to slip out of virtually any restraints,  it has been seen to turn bits of its body into an unidentified liquid which then reforms once the restraint is removed, it has also turned single claws into this same liquid and using this liquid to pick locks. the creature refuses to explain how it does this, when confronted, the creature eventually responded with "The body is just another form of confinement, one I no longer need."

Very occasionally the creature will use this ability to fit through a space too small for it, this seems to exhaust the creature, and it only does it when there is no other way to achieve its goal.

Species: Ashvalian Sergal/ Chimera Synx

Attitude toward normal life forms(can be on their side): her behavior is odd such as staying calm but will attack at times and is highly dangerous when she does, subject-11 does not trust anyone as most think it was the treatment from the old facility. Her voice very soothing and regularly she keeps a straight face but can sometimes threaten with a twisted smile and horrific thoughts which is known from the synx as well as attacking mostly larger beings due to her parasitic traits. although we haven't collected much since the hybrid was recently contained. Subject-11 was Finished in ██-██-██ she is now what seems to be in earth years is 20 years old and female, she wears wrap around her chest and lower area (seen in profile) but does have a suit that her previous owners and creators had made just designed go her (found in the furtopia thread). Made in facility ███ for ██████ which was not approved by the government, as the extra terrestrial attacked multiple scientist sadly some deaths occurred and files were destroyed by the creator Dr.████ that was executed. immediately subject-11 confiscated for safety and shut down the facility just Out of earths orbit now used for other purposes for NASA. although when arriving she did attack multiple Furries one almost near death but did take limbs.

Abilities(If any):  fast, stealthy, remove its skin from its muscles, contort its body, and insert its limbs into the bodies of other creatures with minor pain and relatively little bleeding

Confinement: she is kept in a cold steal room as cold temperatures seem to sooth the subject, a simple bed in the cell, and a one way mirror. Lastly a automatic door only to open to the members of this facility.

Abilities(If any): She was only recently found in the wilds of Alaska, so more is to be discovered. She is sapient and able to speak, though she isn't perfect at English. Much of her words seem to be of an ancient language. She can control and release electricity, though this wears her out quickly.
She claims she does not remember much of her past.

Confinement: A cooled room protected with electrical-resistant material, decorated with some trees and a cave to sleep in.

Species: Grayfox

Weapon: Modified Belgian FAL with, armor peircing rounds, rubber bullets, and tranquilizing rounds, a tazer, and combat knife.

Uniform: Black power armor with an electric core.  Has the word The Valley and a Shadow of Death painted on the right side of the chest.

Appearance: Has all the normal fur color and patterns of a grayfox.

Little F told me that without a doubt, the Foundation is allowed to be mentioned and acknowledged in general throughout the RP. However, no human presence is the prefered restriction to this.
In the way of weapons and armor, you could just take a look at my loadout, or that of Little F's secondary character.

If you take note of my original entry and previous effects on anomalies related to the fog's effect (which I filled your room with) it temporarily negates anomalous effects of others. Guess which anomalous effect.

Angder's lizard is/should be currently contained in Obey's prior containment cell, fitted with a cryo chamber. The door has been shut, blasted with semtex(unsuccesfully due to a seperation of explosive and primer from beam impact), and the control panel has been shot to slag.

Mistakes were made. Do note, semtex can be shot by weaponry without exploding. It requires a blasting cap/detonator to be activated.

How long does it take for airborn-particle saturation to drop in a workplace? If you get out of the area or cell, you're in the clear. Or, a large, radiant heat source could vaporize/dissolve the lingering particles.

Due to Crazy amounts of unexpected, here is a new Char:

Name:Fout (Security gaurd.)

Weapons: Standard pistol, standard assault rifle, his collection of knives

Uniform: Light armor, capable of withstanding bullets, across his chest

Gender:Male

Small and Agile, Fout can be a little cowardly, but generally jumps  at the opportunity to help out, he is a security guard, but he is not very imposing, instead he uses his other tools, Stealth, intelligence, and common sense, to make sure the things locked away, stay locked away.


This version of the char, while shorter than average, is not tiny, he also lacks the mental scarring present in other RPs (Stranded, The apartments, The end, ect), at least at present.

I would very much like to participate in this. I have not been able to rp because as soon as a joined the forums, I left on vacation to no WiFi land. If I was here for the start of this I'd be all over it. I advocate food the continuation of this rp.

I'm not out or on vacation honestly my summer has been boring, and I'm currently watching a zombie movie :3 pretty good, the virus spreads by word and it only takes place in a station but things are getting crazy :0

I myself might be pretty delayed in the coming week. Going to HI, so there is another three hour time difference as a result. I am currently interacting with people in the US though, so if I can manage to contribute at a regular pace, it might work out fine.

Likewise. I would be taking some form of creative arts, but considering that most of them are either taught by undesirable teachers, or require several years of prerequisite classes. So naturally, I'm taking Introduction to 2D Animation.


I also had a Skype conversation with a British person at 3 in the morning. That's a definite first for me.

Fout = Broken beyond repair
Zaida = Captured
Lizard = Shrunk to the point of being useless, and captured
