Personality/ about: wanted dead or alive, quiet, loner, bossy, sarcastic, can be serious when needed, trustworthy, mysterious, creative, not that kind, stubborn, a bit cocky
Appearance: you all know. So I don't need to explain XD
Backstory: being abandon when she was young she was never told from right and wrong, adopted by bandits well more like forced she was abused and and was forced to do their dirty work. she stole, killed, and did many sinful things. She has no problem with getting the job done, but sometimes remembering her horrible past can make her regret many things.

Zaida huffed walking around dead sands. "Damn heat, hate it" she huffed mumbling quietly as she kept a sharp eye out.

*Jason trudge across dead sands,as sand pelts his clothes*

Zaida laid down seeing a group of bandits. She held her gnn volcano aiming as she hummed riverside luckily with a silencer she shot head by head watching them each fall to the ground spilling blood.

Wanted (Dead or Alive) : Four charges of aggravated assault, two charges of weapons smuggling, two charges of illicit weapons manufacturing, one charge of manslaughter.
Appearance: Indistinguishable - Purple coloration has been sighted and confirmed, upon the arms and legs.
Backstory: Ray was, at a young age, left to wander the wastes, with nothing more than an old Jakob's rifle, and a knife. His isolation made him wary of civilized peoples, but not aggressive. However, he had been treated like an animal when he arrived at Sanctuary, and was exiled for the deaths of several individuals. Ray now wanders the waste, hoping to become more civilized, so that he may integrate himself into society.
Clothing: Heavy cloak, hooded. A mask of scrap metal obscures his face, bandage wraps cover his arms and feet.
Personality: Quiet, nervous, easily startled/easily roused into anger.

The bodies glew making smile spread one Zaida's face. "I love my job" she stood walking over to gather what she would find

Ray knelt on a hill nearby, watching Zaida from a rifle scope. He didn't plan on shooting her, more so wishing to pick over what she left.

Zaida having many experiences just smiled under her hood and respirator. "Marco!" She pulled a pistol.

Ray continued to watch Zaida, immobile. His coat caught the wind, and flapped lightly in the breeze.

"I said Marco..." Her eyes glowed as she looked around while kicking the corpses of the dead bandits.

Ray remained silent, as he moved from his position on the hill.

Zaida huffed. "Wasting my time" she began to take items from the bodies before standing and started walking with a small smirk waiting for the furry to take the bait.

Ray watched Zaida from the hill, not inclined to scavenge until after she was gone.

She disappeared behind the hill waiting but saw a abandon building just down the dessert. She shrugged not caring so much for the bodies but now shelter to hide in for the night from the bounty hunters.

Ray slid down the hill, holding the rifle close. He hoped that whoever might show up think that his rifle was loaded. Ray started picking over the body.

Zaida grabbed binoculars and looked, hissing when she saw the raccoon she then stopped growling but continued on to the abandon gas station.

Ray rolled one of the corpses over, and searched the body. He found a folded piece of paper stuffed in a blown out seam in the bandit's pant leg. Ray smiled, and whispered. "What secrets are to be held, dear friend?"

Zaida entered the gas station and dropped her bag then searching the area. She huffed and decided to sit seeing nothing useful.
The paper was crumpled up and had many stains from fighting but showed written down notes, along with pictures drawn seemingly to be a map of her own showing hideouts, shortcut routes, lastly the bounty that chased her.

Ray furrowed his brow, and placed the paper in his coat. He continued to pick over the corpses, and found a few rifle rounds, only about five or six. Ray removed the magazine of his rifle, and loaded the rounds. He then, rather crudely, buried the bodies. Ray stood, and looked around.

Zaida threw her bag to the floor and sighed with relief. "Time to relax baby!" She said studying the station. She sat cleaning her rifle and snarled. "Dammit got a scratch!" She huffed her ears moving a bit from hearing some noise in the distance.

Ray dropped to all four's, his rifle slung across his back. He started towards where he saw Zaida head off, careful to not get caught.

Species: Let's see his mother was a doberman, huskey, German Shepherd cross with a bit of jackrussle in her. And his dad? A Corgi, with a few other things mixed in... Great Dane might have been one of them... Needless to say he looks nothing like them.
Sex: Male
Personality: confused, friendly, protective, time bomb of fury
Appearence:(see my profile picture for his face). light brown fur with spots of dark brown and black allover. Including a black spot that covers his right eye. He wears what looks like a Dahl military uniform complete with a dinged up helmet.
Backstory: born to a relatively well off family Robbie lived well for the first few years of his life. But when he turned five his parents ran into some bad luck, and to correct that bad luck they sold him and his sister to the Dahl Company. For fifteen years they trained him and his sister to be soldiers. It was grueling but his sisters good humor kept him going. When he turned 23 he was sent to Pandora, to be apart of a dig crew but as luck would have it his landing craft was shot down. He was the only survivor and ended up being able survive by getting to getting to a place called sanctuary.

Ray poked his head around the corner of the hill, and studied the gas station.

Kicking the Bathroom door open(more like the outhouse) Mutt stretched his arms back and began to stretch. "ahhh, not the worst place I've slept! Man those bandits are easy to lose!." shaking his hair and ears around a bit Mutt took his helmet and put it on. He spotted a few bottles on the fence post and pulled out his Dahl rifle. "Just a bit of target practice..." he started to shoot.

Ray heard gunfire, and ducked beside the hill, unsure of where the shots were coming from.

Zaida searched the gas station. "There has to be some food" she said in her regular calm soothing voice.

After a few moments, Ray climbed over the hill, and started towards the gas station, keeping low to the ground.

the four bottles that Mutt shot at were nothing but a pile of melted glass. Pleased with his shots he checked his clips. "one full... and other down to half...Well I think Marcus has a vending machine at the gas station near by..." he begins to walk towards the station singing a song to himself.

Ray drew his empty Jakobs rifle, and approached the gas station. He crouch-walked towards the station, his rifle held out in front of him, as if it were loaded.

Zaida grabbed things gently with her leather gloves as she searched for anything useful.

"ain't no rest for the wicked... money don't grow on trees..." he begin to hum to himself as he approached the station the vending machine was in sight. "A HA! Found you Marcus! Needing that ammo my friend!" Mutt not realizing that there was no power to it...

Ray ducked behind a pile of rubble, and observed the station, his rifle held close to his chest.

"oh you've got to be kidding me!" Mutt yelled at the powerless machine. "Sure let's make a vending machine that uses teleporters to send people there stuff! So that way no one can steal from them..." sigh "Might as well check inside..." putting his rifle away he walks towards the door.

Personality/about: Wanted Dead for many, many kills. He is a bit shaky to begin with, but will make sure he's the first to fire at anyone pointing a gun at him. He won't hurt anyone that hasn't bothered him, but you really don't want to get on his bad side
Appearance: Sort of cowboy style. His build is pretty average, with a slight bit of noticeable muscle. His fur is grey except for black hair and a lighter shade on his paws.

Ray watched Mutt walk into the station, slightly worried for him. Ray knew that either bandits would kill him, or the skags. Or Zaida, if she was in there.

*Ray hears a gunshot from inside*

Personality: Quite quiet and unwavering, Aphio keeps himself to himself, and if anyone has a problem with that,he isn't afraid to make some noise. With a hatred for all of the global conglomerates, from atlas to Hyperion, he follows the trail of a vault hunter, who he has been told was last seen on Pandora...
Clothing: a pair of blue ripped jeans and a blood stained top, as well as his mask- made from scrap metal salvaged from technicals and buzzards.

Ray blinked, as a gunshot rang out from inside the gas station, and pressed himself lower against the rocks, hoping whoever was inside would leave, or ignore him, or both.
((I wouldn't phrase it that way, Alka. Try to take a less...controlling approach. It's not a smiled upon approach to take control of other characters. No offense meant, just trying to be helpful.))

*Someone walks out of the gas station, clearly visible from the rocks Ray was hiding at. He hadn't noticed Ray in her hiding spot, and was heading to a nearby vehicle*

Up on a cliff, aphio scoped out the surroundings. The sniper scope adjusted, making it clear that this place wasn't empty. He lined up the barrel with the wheel of the vehicle the figure was headed too...

*Alka himself stopped on his way to the vehicle*
"It's quiet... Too quiet..."
*Alka heads back to the gas station out of anyones view and turns on a special beacon he looted from a Hyperion test facility*

Mutt stops dead in his tracks, someone want to play eh? Seeing a barrel off to his side he takes a shot with his magnum causing it blow sky high. He rams the door and dives behind a window. Unaware of the presences in the room.

The smoke from his barrel was just blowing off when he realized that he wasn't shooting at a bandit. "well then you don't look like a bandit, I apologize for shooting that can you were holding. Now before I put my gun down, friend or foe?"

Zaida still in the gas station polished a blade as she listen to the fur in the other room patiently.

"Hmm just you in of you in here?" Mutt to show good faith put his pistol down a bit. "The name's Mutt, and I'm not looking to kill either of you. I just looking for a ride to the next city." Mutt looks down to his gun, one bullet in the chamber...

He Zaida walked out tossing a grenade in her hand. "Excuse me? My name" she snickered. "Isn't that funny" she said in her regular soothing and calm voice.

It wasn't a joke, darling. *He spat to his side, before looking her dead in the eye* How about you start talking so we can all leave here knowing no one wants to kill the other.

"Surprised you two don't know" she smiled. "And I do liked to kill so that is a hard decision... Names Zaida"

*Alka collects his beacon and walks back inside* It seems there are two people outside within good distance. A sniper on a cliff and someone hiding behind a few rocks. They with any of you?

Zaida pushed his hand away. "I don't shake. Sorry" she said in a cold tone then looks at alka. "No but If it's the damn bounty, I call the kill " she hissed "bounties thinking they can kill me" she growled.

"Please I'm most wanted bounty, blowing up cities and taking lives is a hobby to me along with stealing" she huffed looking towards the hill.

Aphio continued to scope out the figures. He wasn't sure whether to... No, he had to stay back. He couldn't risk it yet.

Mutt seeing this two argue about who is worth more locates the coffee machine and begins to brew a small batch for the three of them. "well if we are bunkering here, anyone else for coffee?"

You sound like my type of gal. Except my hobby pays me back every time I nab a kill. I'd consider bounty hunting, if your the "cold-hearted" killer you put yourself out to be. And yes please. 2 shots, no milk.

Mutt makes the coffee, takes his cup and stands by the window peeking out every once and while and checking the hills with his scope...when a noise peaks his ears..."psychos...we have psychos incoming..."(I'm at work so all I will be doing is popping shots at not players)

*Alka unholsters his two magnums* We'll hold up in here. Treat is as a fort. Let's all agree to not get in the way of each others bullets, to avoid pointless friendly death. Also, I'm a pretty accurate shot, so I'll take the roof and take out anyone trying to fire from vehicles.

"HEY, IF ANYONE NOT INSANE IS OUT THERE WE'VE GOT PSYCHOS INCOMING!" Mutt yelled into the field. "I will not shoot no masks!"

*Alka makes his way onto the roof, quickly pointing at Kro to let him know that they did know he was there. He aimed and fired a warning shot out of his Jakobs magnums, it barely missing Kro's rifle.*

Zaida walked outside waiting for the next available vehicle tapping her foot with a smirk watching.

*There where quite a few already outside. Each car had a dead Psycho, thanks to Alka's handiwork. A few could be heard on the roof, but they where undoubtably going to get taken out by Alka. Some charged into the front door...*

Zaida ran past the bandits her blade slashing one by one swiftly before hopping in a vehicle a serious expression she tossed the body out before slamming on the pedal beginning to ram the bandits while shooting.

Aphio grabbed his rifle, and dropped a group of bandits that were moving up.
He spoke to himself" the thrill of the kill..."

Mutt shake his head. "show-offs, heh well time to join the fun..." a couple of shots from Mutt instantly melted the masks of the fur's faces dropping them to the group. When the front door busted in with about five psychos standing the door jam. Mutt smiled, he put a Dahl mask on and the eye sockets lit up green. "you guys do realize your not acid proof right?" Mutt pulled out a grenade, it had a green glow to it. *click*

Ray wasn't sure how, or why, but he was able to evade detection, from either the psychos or the others. He ducked behind whatever he needed to, to get behind the gas station. He sighed, and holstered his rifle, unsure of who would win the battle.

The grenade goes off and fills the front of the gas station with a dark green toxic smoke. Immediately the psychos breath in the fumes and start gasping for air. In the toxic mist a pair of bright green lights in the shape of eyes "ring around the rosie, ring arou-" *BANG* "The rosie, ashes ash- *BANG, BANG* "We all fall do-" *BANG BANG * the green mist drifted out the door killing whatever plant life was just outside the door. Out from the mist walks Mutt fully armored with with a slightly lighter clip. Shooting at any bandit who moves.

Ray closed his eyes, and took deep breaths, trying to keep himself calm. He knew he'd become very dangerous if he let himself slip.

*Alka jumps down onto the side of the Gas station and unfortunately for Ray, right in front of him. He didn't hesitate to aim both of his Pistols at him* Name. Now.

Ray looked up, and scrabbled backwards, landing on his rear. "D-Don't! P-Please, l-let me calm d-down." He was visibly shaking, and his eyes seemed distant.

Ray panted, and shook his head. "R-Ray." He held his head, as his breathing quickened. Ray counted, rapidly, trying to calm himself. "One two three. One two three..."

Ok. Now, you a bandit?

Ray felt his heartrate slow, and took a few deep breaths, before speaking. "N-No. I-I'm a...a...uh..." He shook his head, and stared at the ground. "I-I don't know what I am." Ray pulled his knees up to his chest, and hugged himself. "M-Most people call me a monster...and they have the right...from what I remember."

Ray looked at his paws. "I-It's not just bandits that have suffered from these paws."

Innocent? Children? Pregnant women with unborn babies yet to see the light of day? You need to get over it, since it's kill or be killed around these parts. Now get up, get sharp and get shooting

Ray sighed. "I don't know all what..." He stood, and held his rifle. "And I don't shoot...it makes 'him' angry."

Well, theres no use for dead weight around here. Beat it before I shoot.

Ray sighed. "I've tried that...besides, I've emptied my rifle already. Actually, I left my magazines at the last town."

*Alka sighs annoyed, before shooting a bandit turning a corner towards them. He drops some rifle magazines onto the ground in front of Ray.*

Zaida continued to ram into the bandits with the jeep she drove with her other hand she shot with a pistol rapidly as she hummed soothingly and calmly.

Ray picked up a magazine, and shook. He loaded the magazine shakily, and primed the rifle, before shouldering his weapon. "A-Alright...let's get g-going."

Stay close to me, and shoot anything with a mask.
*Alka begins leading Ray towards the front, a few bandits standing there ready to charge in.*
You take those bandits out, Ray

Ray sighed. "Don't have to tell me twice." He fired at a few bandits, before he started shaking again. "N-No...j-just stay calm..." Ray shuddered, and dropped to one knee. B-But the blood....it calls to us. "N-No...I-It doesn't."

*Alka places his hand on Ray's shoulder*
The call to blood is one that is very difficult to ignore. But you don't have to fight it. We've got more bandits incoming. They're all yours, buddy.

Ray shuddered, and stood. He brushed Alka's paw from his shoulder, and shuddered. "I-If that's how y-you want it, f-friend." Suddenly, Ray doubled over, and the sound of tearing flesh and cracking bone emanated from the young raccoon, as he seemed to grow.

*Alka backs away slowly, aiming both his weapons at Ray. If Ray still knew who the enemy was, he would have no reason to shoot.*
Getting angry? I hear bandits are the quickest and easiest way to a tasty and psychotically relaxing bloodbath

"Hey Z, catch!" Mutt throws a grenade to her. "throw it into the group over there!" Mutt opens fire into the group he mentioned. And slowly walks forward as his sheild started to glow a dull green. "I'm walking on sunshine!"

Ray picked up a piece of discarded metal, as his arm stretched and grew. He charged into the fray, shouting incoherently about gruesome deaths.

*Alka thinks to himself* Just what kind of freakshow have I gotten myself into... *He then proceeds to fire into the masses of bandits, racking up kill after kill*

Ray tore a few bandits apart, before taking a round in the shoulder. He roared, and grabbed the bandit that shot him, and proceeded to pound the bandit into the ground. "Your spine will make a great edition to my belt!"

*Alka ran back to his car and pulled a rocket launcher from it* Ugh...I hate using this thing. But god damn, explosions are oh so satisfying~. *He took aim and fired at a few bandit cars incoming, leaving each one in a wreckage*

Ray threw his meat-puppet into the crowd, and moved towards the cars that charged into the fray. He focused on one that survived Alka's barrage, and flipped it, before pulling the occupants out like a B-Rated horror movie; single file, and gruesomely tore them apart.

*Alka himself was going a bit mad. The sight of explosions gets him excited, and not in the good way either* Oooooooh yeah~ I love this~ *He continued firing at the incoming vehicles*

Ray threw the last of the occupants of the jeep outside, and looked around crazily.

*Alka put away his rocket launcher. For now, at the very least, it seemed the bandits decided to lay off. All of them were either dead, or dying* It was nice seeing you again babe~ *He walks back over to the gas station, and almost instantly regrets it after reminding himself of Ray*

Ray pounded the dirt, and looked around. "More bodies for the body-wagon!"

Hey, easy there pal. All the bandits are dead now. You can chill

Ray looked around, and flipped the smoldering wreckage of a few of the jeeps.

*Nothing. Any bleeding have bled-out by now and the rest where scattered because of the rockets Alka launched*
Ray, you can go back to, whatever you where before hand, since there is no one left worth killing. Or worth trying to kill, if you catch my drift.

Ray pounded around for a few minutes, and threw one of the jeeps into the distance. He pounded around a few moments more, before he sat, and started to shrink.

*Alka walked over to him, his weapons holstered* Ok. Got all the blood lust out of your system?

Seeing the bandits infront of him and his new "friends" Mutt removed his mask and breathed in the "fresh air". Also seeing the hulking monster in front of him not attacking him made him nod. He pulled his coffee out from his hiding spot and sat to enjoy it.

*Alka looks over to Mutt* Is my coffee ready, by any chance?

Ray brought his grotesque and uneven paws up so he could see them, and then covered his face, sobbing. He fell over onto his side, and curled up, as he returned to normal.

"yup inside the gas station, mind your step, the bandits are most likely puddels now. Oh and don't breath to heavily."

*Alka grabs his coffee, taking casual sips. He walks over to Ray and sits down next to him* You not like killing or something?

"the kid isn't a killer, the thing inside him is. cruel who ever did that to him..."

Ray rubbed his nose, and sighed. "N-No...It's n-not something I like to do..."

Yeah, well Pandora isn't exactly a fair place to be on. I don't hear the moon being any better. You've gotta get used to killing, otherwise you'll wind up dead. But considering ones condition, death isn't always such a bad thing.

Ray coughed, and sat up. "T-That's why 'he' exists."

Well, if it makes you feel any better, you're not the only freak dancing around the circus. Watching things explodes gives me sensational feelings inside. And it can be anything, as long as it explodes

Ray sighed. "I don't want to kill...it's not something that appeals to me."

Well, I'm not sure you have a choice pal. Give a little to get a little. In this case, give up your sense of morals and ethics, to get a longer life.

Ray sighed. "But, I didn't choose this. It chose me."

"well kid, let's get you cleaned up and hear your story. Don't mind the smell in the station by the way."

Ray shook, and stood up. He took a few stepped towards the gas station, holding his head.

Ray looked about the station, and left his pack beside the door, rifle laying atop the bag.

"Ok mutt you've seen stranger things on this dust ball..." Mutt walks towards the station with his magnum loaded... Hopefully just in case...

Ray curled up in the corner of the station, a ratty old tarp over himself, as he cried quietly.

Oh geez Mutt thought to himself. This is going to be hard one...Mutt pulled out a bottle of water he had and placed it on the table "Hey kid, when your ready I have some water for you and someone willing to hear your story."

Ray called out. "Why?! Why do you care? I'm nothing but a monster." He sighed. "But, I bet you all think of me as some kind of bullet-proof weapon now, right?!"

You look like you need some you can at least travel with and if you don't attack me I will protect you until your ready to face the world..."

Ray shook his head. "B-But you're all the same...The Crimson Lance remnants, the guys at Sanctuary, even Handsome Jack! You all just want me because I'm a bullet-proof monster!"

Ray fell over, and kept his eyes shut. He didn't want to argue anymore, and felt sick.

"Well, that's good at least. Now this monster is going to try to get some as well. Don't push the kid, we might lose more then just him if he keeps transforming. Also keep close to the fire, Its cold tonight." Mutt wandered to the door putting out what must have been his third cigar.

Ray's ear twitched, as the report of the weapon reached his ears. He stood, and looked around, before stepping outside.

*Alka had shot a bullet at a skag which decided it wanted to pick fights* Ey, kid. Sorry if I woke you up. You should head back to sleep.

Ray shook his head, and sat beside Alka. "I don't sleep much, it's like two people arguing constantly in my head."

As Mutt was about to try and find a place to sleep his suit let out a small pinging sound. "shit, well I better go deal with this..." he walked past the other sleeping fur.

Ray, who had taken a very rare, and much needed, rest, awoke an hour later. It was pitch black, as the fire had burned out, and frost had formed on Ray's paws, tail, and hair. He shuddered, and looked around.

Mutt found himself in a garage, a few dust blankets lay on top of project bikes and cars. "this seems like a good place as any... Now what warning was it this time." Mutt pulled out a small screen from the side of his armour, it had a dim light with information on it. "blood pressure normal... Oxygen intake normal... Blood toxicity level %52... Shit... I need to clean the damn filters..." Mutt found a seat and began to take his chest piece off.

Ray stood, and looked around. A light dust storm had kicked up, and he could tell where the station was. He sighed, and started wandering around, the blanket wrapped around him. Ray headed down the road, trying to find the gas station.

While Mutt wax taking his armour off he spotted a radio. He flicked it on and found radio Pandora. Old tunes he thought to himself and smiled. The out shell of the armour was off exposing he under Armour and few extra pipes and what looked like a life support unit. "Damn it... Filter is cracked..." Mutt grabbed his bag and looked around in it.

Ray walked about, shivering in the cold. He sighed, and tried to call out, but his vocal chords were shredded.

Mutt was working on the filter unit when one of his favorite songs popped on. He turned it up and sang with it. His finger slipped and he swore out loud. "**censor**! You god-damn screw driver!" when he pulled it from his paw half of it was melted and his wound was burned shut. "Damn it, that was a good tool... And I really need to get this filter clean..." Mutt continued to work.

Ray shivered, as the wind threatened to pull the blanket from his shoulders. He continued walking, completely lost. He tried to speak, but all that came out was nothing but a hoarse whisper. "H-Hello?"

With the filter repaired he got up and put his armour back on, he checked his readings again. "normal, normal, 39%... Better then it was... Still that was my last filter." he flicked off the radio and heared a quite voice. He grabbed his gun put on his mask and turned on his night vision goggles. He when outside as quietly as he could.

*Alka called out to Muttz* Hey Muttz. You seen the kid around. He went for a bit of a wander earlier, and he hasn't come back as of yet. The cold'll kill him if he doesn't come back

"Alka that was you? Shit I haven't seen him, Alright he couldn't have gone far. I think I saw a bike in the garage, I'm going to take it out and look around the area. Hopeful its the Kid not the beast." Mutt ran to the Garage and pulled a dust blanket off of one of the bikes. "Torgue, Oh my god..." the bike was huge, Mutt just smiled under the mask.

Ray continued walking, his fur frosting over like a piece of glass in the winter. He continued to walk towards the horizon, his steps becoming more slow and deliberate.

Mutt turns on his ECHO and messages Alka "Radio it to me if you find him, I'm going to see what I can find." The engine Roars and the Hog rolls out of the shed. "I will see you soon. see what you can do." The bike rolls out with a loud almost shot gun noise!

Ray heard something to the effect of a firearm discharging. He blinked, and looked for some place to hide. Ray wasn't sure what the noise was exactly, but was afraid all the same. He ducked behind a couple rocks, and shivered. "L-Leave m-me al-lone, p-please."

*Alka radio's Muttz* I'm picking up a very faint signal. I can't tell who's it is because it distorts itself every now and again, but I'll have a good guess it's Ray's. I'm uploading the coordinates to your NAV unit now

"alright, he's a ways out! How the hell did he get so far? Try to radio him, I should get to him in just a about 10." the bike lowers it's revs as it goes over some small hills. "Damn this thing is amazing!"

Ray was leaned against the rocks, half asleep. He blinked. "H-Huh? W-Who's t-there? D-Don't c-come closer...I-I'll h-hurt...y-you..."

The bike roared open as he pulled up to where Ray's ECHO placed him. Mutt jumped off his bike and ran to where it said he was. "KID! Where are you!" his goggles lit up as he tried to find him.

Ray squished himself lower against the rocks. "S-Someone's here...I-I'm n-not alone...B-But I'm so tired..."

Mutt finally saw the last bit of heat that ray had left. He ran. "Not again! No I'm not losing someone like this!" he pulls out an adrenaline shot and jabs it into ray's side. "come on kid that should keep you going." Mutt picked him up and run back towards his bike.

Ray coughed, and blinked. "M-My...everything...hurts."

"More then frost bitten. Hypothermia, at least I've got some adrenaline in him. Get some blankets or whatever we can find. He is somewhat responsive." Mutt gets on the bike and holds ray in front of him with one arm. "im going to be coming hot."

*Alka sighed* Get him back as soon as possible. I do know a bit of medicine. As in, I can safely operate on people

The bike roars, weaves in and out dunes. memories of Mutt's sister flood his mind. Not again! The engine opens wide and burn the cold night's air.

*Alka prepared some medicine, out of a ZED station. He found a lot of helpful things, but nothing to operating equipment.

The bike pulls up to the hideout and mutt carries the almost lifeless body inside and lays him on the table. "he's breathing, I have no idea if anything else is wrong."

*Alka pulled out a knife and started cutting parts of his clothing. He mostly exposed veins and and loosened the pressure on his heart. He then gave him another adrenaline injection, and started a fire nearby* Leave him be. He needs rest

Ray, who had been conscious, at a very basic level, spoke up. "C-Can I...go to sleep now?"

"yes kid, now you can." Mutt leaned back and also closed his eye's.

Ray's heart-rate was just barely above a survivable state, and frostbite had effected his bare feet and fingertips, along with his nose and a very VERY slight portion of his eyes. Other than that, frostbite had shown up only on a few parts of his body, but nothing much more than that.

Ok, you are good to go to sleep. Just take it easy, and think peaceful thoughts. Also, breath through your nose if you can

Ray nodded slightly, and tried to sleep. He curled up, and kept his mouth shut.

Mutt was already snoring, his energy was spent. He didn't hear his ECHO go off. A was message left. Bun Bun had called, but it will have to wait til tomorrow.

Ray flinched, and he rolled onto his other side, as he slept, less than peacefully. He mumbled in his sleep, something about 'bad science'.

Ray continued to mumble, and said something about 'the big place in the sky' and 'the masked man'. He rolled over again, and sighed, before returning to relative silence.

I'm not sure if you haven't noticed Muttz, but we've got us a case of bad Hyperion experimentation. Jack got this guy pumped with some, "stuff". Probably Iridium. We should learn a bit more about how we can NOT get killed while he's on a rampage.

Ray stopped at a nearby shelf, and pulled at the door. "Hey! Does anyone got the key for this thing? I'm tryin' to find my stuff!"

Ray nodded, and punched in the numbers. The lock clicked open, and he grabbed his pack. Ray immediately fell into a crouch, and hugged his pack, checking everything in it.

Ray pulled his cloak on, avoiding the irritated patches of skin (when he was frost-bitten), and smiled. He checked his own rifle, and sighed, before he looked at Alka. "D-Do you...maybe...have any bullets? I'm out again."

*Alka groaned, before handing him 2 magazines for each bullet type and 1 grenade* Please, don't run out so fast. I've got to salvage what I can find.

Ray stared at the grenade, confused. "How do you...What is this?"

*Alka gave him a look, that pretty much screamed "Which baron rock did you live under before we found you?", before pulling out his own grenade* Watch carefully *He break the window, presses a button on the grenade and throws it. It was sticky, longbow corrosive grenade. After it teleported to it's spot it exploded into a controlled gas*

Ray blinked, and watched Alka, confused. He mimicked the first portion, and pressed the priming button on the grenade. He watched it glow to life, and panicked. "W-What do I do?!" Ray held the grenade outward slightly, staring at Alka.

*Alka grabbed the grenade and lobbed it out the window as fast as he could, panting afterwards* Give me a heart attack will you! Look, press the button and throw were you want it to go. Scavenge grenade mods in order to get them to do different things. *He goes onto explain*
Sticky = It will stick to where it lands, no matter the orientation
Longbow = It will teleport to were you threw it
Transfusion = It will let out drones which collect health from enemies
M.I.R.V = Let's out smaller grenades upon detonation
Proximity mine = Mines wait for enemies to come close before exploding
Rubberized = It'll bounce off of the ground before detonation
Bouncing Betty = Bouncing betties rise into the air before exploding
Rain = Flies into the air and rains down on unsuspecting enemies

Ray blinked. "O-Oh...alright." He smiled. "M-Maybe there's some out..." Ray's eyes went blank, and he stood suddenly. He started out the door, and dropped to all fours, his ears twitching wildly.

Smoke rose from the Dahl Rifle. "tough little shits..." Mutt walked towards the bodies and picked up what he could. Two clips and a couple of grenades. "im getting too old for this shit..." Mutt mumbled to himself.

Ray sat on a rock, and looked around. "W-Where are we going?" As he spoke, his bounty was updated across all outlets, from the five hundred thousand to nearly three million dollars. He was also to be taken alive, to the nearest Hyperion outpost.

"We are talking about raiding an outpost. Pay is decent and we get first picks of an equipment shipment. The rest is to be returned to the Dahl Company." Mutt began to clean his rifle and carefully reloaded it.

Ray nodded. "Right...I forgot."

"It's ok kid, the pay will cover most things. That is if everyone else in our rag tag group is wanting to do this." Mutt pulled the barrel off of his gun and looked down it to make sure it was clean... "shit, acid burn inside..."

Ray rubbed the side of his head. "Well, I mean...I will..."

*Alka turned to Ray* Since when did you have a bounty on your was for 3 million dollars?

Ray blinked. "A bounty? I don't...what?"
As Ray spoke, the bounty further increased, to four million. A side note on the job posting stated that the bounty would max out at almost two hundred million.

But the thing is, we all are. We're going to turn him in, get the money and bust him out. And when the put another bounty up, we'll do it again. It's an endless supply of money!

Ray shook his head in disbelief. "M-Money..?"

Yeah kid. It's called the economy. Can't do a damn thing in this capitalist world without it. If you have lots of it, you're basically all powerful. 'Specially if you can shoot big ass guns with all that money *he drools a tiny bit*

"or we take the base out steal all of the guns and sell them back for a decent amount of money." the gun still trained on Alka.

Ray shook his head, and stood. He shouldered his backpack, pulled the hood of his cloak over his face, and started wandering away. "I-I'm not going b-back there."

"Kid as long as I'm concerned and around you ain't going back. If we take the base out we can find out more about who did this to you."

Ray continued walking, and soon after, broke into a loping run.

"Ahh shit! He's going to get killed!" Mutt dropped the gun and began to run after Ray. "Kid! Not a good time to be pulling this shit! I'm trying to help you find answers!"

Ray turned slightly, and pulled one of the grenades from his belt. He primed it, and dropped it on the ground, and then started running faster.

"I really hope that's just a gas grenade kid!" Mutt throws on his mask and throws his sheild up.

The grenade exploded, but wasn't very strong. The mod Ray had wasn't designed for death, just to harm the target. He continued to run, and threw the other grenade in front of him slightly.

The first grenade took Mutt's sheild down, and he kept running. He didn't see the next one...

The next one detonated just in front of Mutt, just enough to throw him backwards, or knock his legs out from under him. Ray continued running, a few tears running from his eyes.

Mutt was thrown to his side. He heard an auditable cracking sound. He broke his inner armour. He recognized it, he needed to fix it soon or else he had a few more complications coming up. "KID!... RAY! Shit! Ahh **censor**!" Mutt let out an grunt as he got up grabbing his side. "...be safe kid..." Mutt limped back to the garage to fix his suit.

Ray continued running, until he was far out of sight, and curled up underneath a dilapidated structure. He shook his head. "T-They w-were gonna use me...S-Shouldn't have trusted them."

"Alka! Shit!" Mutt grabbed his side again, blood started to seap through the armour. It was a deep greenish red tint and smelt of sulfur. Mutt cursed loudly and started to remove his suit. It fell to the groud with a loud thud. Half of his upper body was exposed through the under Armour mesh. Muscle tissue and bone could been seen.

Ray sighed, and turned off his ECHO device, hoping he couldn't be tracked. He then pulled junk up and around himself, hoping to not be found.

*Alka walked up to Muttz* Should've nabbed him when you could've. That's 3 hundred million down the drain. No matter. No one can hide forever. *Alka aims his gun at Muttz, and fired into his arm* By the way, don't think about threatening me

Mutt gripped his arm and held back a flinch. He started to laugh."good luck finding the kid, hahaha!" Mutt grabbed his armour and walked towards the back. "hopefully he will kill you in just a few swipes! Hahaha, oh I hope I can live long enough to watch this!" when he got to the back he started to work on his under Armour. The warning beeps on his suit were starting to drown out his singing and laughing.

*Alka spat at Muttz* Somethings are harder to survive than others. If I can take down a massive ass bird with literal control of the elements, I'm sure a beefcake won't be too much of a problem. After a few hours of running, Ray found himself on the back of a bus. Heavily armored, and even more heavily guarded, Ray wasn't too sure how he got up on the caravan, only that he had to keep moving. He didn't want to run into the group of his so-called 'friends' again. "I-I'm n-not going back to those labs, that's for sure."

Backstory: Rohnan never grew up with a good family, his family didn't care for one another an the main reason his left. He called himself an Orphan because he didn't want to be apart of the family he came from, since then he has traveled alone.
Clothing: He likes to wear dark grey stained pants that have a few pockets, knifes, and pistols attatched onto the pants or by belt and nothing else a lot of the time, his whole left arm is bandaged along with his right hand and he wears a leather thin necklace wrapped around his neck (much like Kreg the Pycho's necklace).

Ray rolled from the caravan, and into the sand. He waited for the caravan guards to pass, and then started walking south-west.

Rohnan crouched on the edge of a dusty cliff looking down at the land below, his ears flicked as he saw movement in the distance. He squinted his caramel eyes and saw someone walking in the sand, he tilted his head and began to make his way down the cliff he was on.

Ray hitched his backpack higher onto his back, and held his rifle down at his side. "So much sand...the isolation is...beautiful."

*Alka had collected the money from 'killing' Muttz. He driving through the dusty plains, heading for lynchwood* It's good to be me

Rohnan jumped down onto the ground, the soft sand feeling soft beneath his paws. He quickly hid behind a rock and peeked around ears perked. He watched this assumed male from afar, and guessed that he was some sort of raccoon. Rohnan took a deep breath and stood "Hey there" he called to Ray "heading anywhere in particular?" He asked the stranger, trying to seem friendly.

Ray flinched, and turned. He started backing away. "N-No. J-Just w-walking." He nearly dropped his rifle, as he tripped over a buried rock under the sand.

Rohnan blinked in surprise and quickly ran over, grabbing Ray's hand before the raccoon could fall flat on his back. "Woah be careful" he chuckled as he pulled the stranger back up, he took note of the rifle and glanced at it but decided to ignore it for now, unless this person decided to use it on him.

Ray scrabbled back. "I-I'm not going with you." He hoped the stranger wasn't a bounty hunter, as the bounty on his head increased to around two-hundred, fifty thousand dollars. Wanted alive, of course.

Rohnan stood there, confusion on his face "huh? I'm not really asking you to go with me I'm just wondering where your heading" he gave a guilty grin his ear tilting to the side as he rubbed the back of his neck. "I mean no harm if that's what your thinking, ya this place has a lot of nasty people but I'm not one of them" he gave a shrug with a smile. "My name is Rohnan Sullivan by the way" he held out his hand in greeting, tail wagging a bit.

Ray took another step back. "Not again. Not again."

*Alka notices the two from a distance and stops, getting out of his car and loading an extremely strong tranquilizer shot into his sniper rifle. It was guaranteed to stop any mortal. He sings to himself* Go to sleep, Go to sleep, Go to sleep, and bring me riches... *He takes the shot but it misses and hits Rohnan*

Rohnan lowered his hand ears perking, he took a step back "h-hey come on calm down" he held up his paws. "Listen, I'm no one you know. And I don't know you, we're strangers got that?" He said as gently as possible. Then he yelped as something hit him on the shoulder, he bared his teeth in pain and his ears pinned back. "What the hell.." He said through gritted teeth and looked back to see the light of maybe a sniper rifle. On instinct he grabbed the raccoon not caring if he resisted and threw Ray behind a rock and went after him gripping his shoulder, he couldn't tell what hit him but he was glad there was no blood.

Ray blinked, and watched carefully. He shuddered, and felt himself losing control. His breathing became more erratic, ragged, and guttural. Ray shook, and pounded both sides of his head. "N-No!"

Rohnan felt his shoulder twitch and his vision began to become blurry, he grit his teeth and reached behind him pulling out the needle that hit him. He took a deep shaky breath and threw it to the ground glancing at Ray "I'm..guessing someone..is after you?" He muttered trying to keep his eyes open "then get the hell out of here" he narrowed his eyes at the other male and peeked around the corner of the rock.

*Alka took another shot and it his Rohnan, this time in the neck* He's done well to stay up. But he won't be after this shot. This is going to be a piece of cake

Ray groaned, as his body changed to accommodate his psychotic double. He bellowed, and the sound of cracking bones echoed across the sand. A few moments later, and he was charging Alka, swinging his gigantic arm through the air. "I'll kill you!"

*Alka whispered to himself* Easy boy... *He took several shots at Ray, each hitting him* (still tranquilizer shots)

Ray shook his head, but kept trucking a few more feet. He stumbled, and collapsed in front of Alka, as he shrunk. Ray looked up at Alka. "W-Why?"

Rohnan yiped as the dart his his neck and quickly ripped it out, he shook his head to clear it and pressed his paw to his head trying to stay focused "H-Hey.." His voice cracked as he saw Ray run off. His eyes fell shut and his body fell foreword, hitting the ground with a thump.

Money kid. But don't you worry. The minute I get paid, I'll be back to bust you out. For now, sleep tight *He fires one last shot into his neck*

Ray watched as his world went black. He closed his eyes, and passed out.

*Many hours passed and Ray was in a cell. He was completely detained and chained up and wouldn't be able to move. Alka and a guard were watching him* So. When am I getting paid?

Ray woke up, looked around, and hung his head. Tears rolled freely down his face.
The guard shrugged, and looked at Alka, his face obscured by his helmet. "Go to reception, and give them this." He held out a thin, shiny card.

IC: Rohnan twitched and groaned raspily, he opens his eyes shakily looking around. He slowly sat up coughing faintly "...?" He raised his droopy ears and looked around, he was left behind. Rohnan used the rock beside him as leverage and pushed himself onto his paws.

*Alka grabbed the card and gave Ray a good look in the eye, before whispering to himself* I won't break my promise... *He then walked off, still looking like a cold heart mercenary. After receiving his pay he went back to his car and began planning*

The guard nodded, and tapped the cage. "Alright! Get the skycrane ready! We've gotta get this one back to the Reserve!" A few -Loaders stomped out to the front, two Bull, a few regulars, two Badasses, and a Super Badass. They began patroling, the three Badasses standing guard near the outpost, as if Hyperion knew Ray would be delivered.
Ray whimpered, and looked around. "N-Not there, p-please!"

*Alka quickly got changed into a completely black skin-tight suit. It came with a powerful shield, a relic which boosted his rocket-launcher damage and a sticky, hell fire grenade. He brought an extra rifle for Ray and put his mask on. The mask had a skull-face on it, and didn't reveal a single bit of him.* Ok buddy. Let's get you out of there... *Alka fired a rocket into the side, opposite of where they were holding Ray*

Ray watched as the wall erupted into a ball of fire, casting debris around the facility. The soldiers, engineers, and -Loaders swarmed, leaving the Super Badass at the front gate. The crane operator began his procedure for loading Ray onto a quick, helicopter-like transport.
Ray wept openly, begging to be released.

*Alka fired a rocket into the crane and another one into the hole he created. He then snuck around to the back of the facility, behind Ray's cell*

The few guards that lived began frantically calling for back-up, as they searched for Alka. The Super Badass shuffled into the facility, looking for Alka, as the rest of the Loaders did.
Ray strained to hold himself, trying to calm himself.

*Alka began creating a laser hole in the wall behind Ray. It would be big enough for both of them. After he finished he carefully removed the wall he broke and quietly spoke to Ray* Up for a prison break?

Ray closed his eyes, and hung his head. "N-No..."
The Super Badass spotted Alka, and marked him on everyone's radar who had been guarding the facility. The entire defensive operatives began to take up positions around the cage.

*Alka threw three grenades at the super badass. While it was distracted, he shot at the chains holding Ray up* Really? Because I'm pretty sure you don't want to be where they're taking you.

Ray rubbed his wrists. "But you're just using me for money." He had a thick collar on, keeping him from using his transformation. Ray sighed. "But...I-I'll trust you for now." He stood, and started out of the hole.
The Super Badass, having reoriented itself, prepared to fire, but was halted by one of the superiors.

*Alka threw Ray his spare rifle, and two grenades* Best get running. *Alka pulled out his rocket launcher and aimed at the Super Badass, after reloading. It was going to be very effective, considering it being corrosive*

Ray stepped out of the hole, and started attacking guards that got too close.
The Super Badass, now that Alka wasn't near Ray, opened fire. Shells of all kinds flew towards Alka, each one set to burn him alive.

*Alka let loose a flury of rockets, 7 in total. Each one hit the Super Badass and anything surrounding it. In between shots he managed to maneuver his way out of most of the shot, but the shield absorbed anything he did get hit with*

Rohnan came up behind Alka and grabbed him by the collar of his shirt, he yanked him back and slugged him right in the face "thank you for leaving me out in the middle of a scorching dessert!" He snarled ears pinned back. Any grenades or flying axes the came there way Rohnan skillfully reflected with his left arm and continued yelling at the grey wolf "you had no right to take him!" He pointed at Ray "you used him for MONEY!" He gave Alka a kick in the gut and kicked him into the ground, he didn't care how skilled the bounty hunter he assumed was, he was able to knock him down. "Yes you are pulling him out but clearly he's scared and you capturing him did not help!" He growled pulling out a knife and stabbing any pycho that came near him. He clenched his fists and looked back at 'Pain' "and what did I ever do to you? To leave me there, alone." His ears stayed pinned in anger but his eyes seemed pained. "Tsk.." He spit and left Alka on the ground as he continued to help fight even though the grey wolf meant for him to die, he wasn't the kind of person to leave two people in need.

*Alka spat back at him before rising and shooting at the loaders* Great to see you to, oh mighty morals. How about we settle this when we don't have Hyperion trying to kill us all, eh?

"I'm not sure if I even want to settle things with you" Rohnan growled at Alka pointing his bandaged right hand at the grey wolf "I've heard of you, people call you Pain. A fitting name to someone who brings it upon innocent people." He mocked while ducking from gun fire.

*Alka bashed a workers face in* Didn't know I was getting famous. Anyway, who are you. Some sort of *He kicks another one down, before shooting him right between the eyes* Kantianist?

The two Badass -Loaders stomped into view, their armaments barking to life as they tried to gun down Alka and Rohnan. The twin titans dumped round after round at the two, unaware Ray had slipped past nearly everyone.
Ray was wrestling with a guard, who was trying to restrain him. Ray wasn't throwing punches, just trying to push the guard over, but the guard was happily trying to strike the young raccoon with an electrified baton.

*Alka continued shooting at them, taking a few bullets in shield damage. His shield was holding up very well, and absorbed the being launched at him* We've got to get out of here. *Alka began backing to the hole in the wall*

Ray yelped, as he got struck by the baton. It was loud enough to be heard over the gunfire.
The -Loaders continued firing, just firing like robots would.

*Alka sighed* Well, it's time... *Alka pulled out a legendary class Pistol. It was custom designed with a skull on both sides of it. It had a long-range scope on the side of it, and looked like a revolver. Each round was both explosive and corrosive, and it had a knife attached the the end of it* Hello, Nancy~ *He began firing at the loaders, hitting their critical spots*

Ray yelped again, and felt himself losing consciousness.
The -Loaders fell, and exploded.

*Alka jumped out the door, and landed a headshot on the guard hitting Ray. He ran over to Ray and lifted him onto his shoulders* I'm going to get you to a safe zone, where you can rest. The minute you get up, run. Far. The nearest city is west of here. *Alka begins moving Ray to a hidden location within some bushes and trees*

Ray groaned, nearly unconscious.

*Alka placed him down gently on a bed of leaves, using them as a cushion for him* Remember. You. Run. West. *Alka then ran back to go help Rohnan*

Ray groaned, and stood. He started moving west unsure of where he's going.

Rohnan hid behind a wooden shack as gun fire flew past him, his ears perked as he heard a grenade right beside him. He quickly slid to the side knifing a badass in the leg as he went. Rohnan then picked up the badass's rifle and began to shoot anything in sight, he wasn't really a fighter no less than a gunman. It was a surprise even to him he hasn't been shot, exploded, run down and chopped into tiny pieces yet. Rohnan blinked in surprise as he heard Ray and looked towards where he heard him "...?" He winced as a laser from some sort of high tech gun grazed his shoulder, leaving a burn mark. He ducked down behind some boxes swearing silently at the pain and how he was cornered. Grabbing grenades and chucking them towards a bundle of enemies before running towards Ray by following his scent and accidentally bumped into Alka. "Ack-! Dammit come on!" He growled at the wolf and grabbed his arm pulling him after Ray.

Ray reached a thicket, nothing more than some burned out trees, and immediately ran south. He knew that the device about his neck would lead other Hyperion forces to his position, and had to dispose of it, fast.

*Alka grabbed at Rohnans arm* Leave him be. He can take care of himself, and he's heading to a safe spot. As for me *He continues firing back into the centre* I'm going to take this centre down.

Rohnan looked at Alka then back at where Ray headed off to, he sighed "fine.." He winced as a bullet shot him in his wounded shoulder and sat back down quickly behind some barrels gripping his shoulder "owowowow-!" He hissed in pain grabbing a pistol that was next to him.

*Alka chucked Rohnan a health injection and continued to fire. He then through him a rocket launcher and a rifle, with ammo for both* Get up, and shoot

The last of the fighting people in the facility laid dead, and the last of the -Loaders exploded. The facility burned, as the last few unarmed workers shuffled out, their hands, and/or paws, behind their helmets.

*Alka executed all the survivors. He then holstered his pistol, cowboy style and walked inside to loot the facility*

The facility didn't have much, just a few low-end submachine guns. It apparently was nothing more than a way-station for prisoner transportation.

*Alka was very annoyed at this, but took what he could* Gah. Stupid Hyperion. *He begins walking back to his car*

Ray continued south, his vision fading. He didn't have a shield during the fight, and must've taken a few stray rounds, the collar was heavy, and he was still trying to shake the tranquilizer.

Ugh.... When did I grow a conscious? *He activated his Echo and tried to contact Ray* I guess he does deserve a cut of the pay.

Ray saw a call on his Echo, and answered. "H-Hello?" He stopped, and panted, doubled over, his paws on his knees.

Great to see your still alive. Or are you? Always that's beside the point. I'm coming to pick you up, because your heading away from the city. That and I feel you deserve a bit of the money I got from them *Alka begins driving off to Ray, once again leaving Rohnan behind*

Ray stood, and shook his head. "Stay away...I don't want...any of your money." He started walking, and turned off his Echo.

*Alka simply shrugged* His life wasted, is his life wasted. *Alka just continued west, removing his mask* Best not wear the get up anymore. "Skull mask" is a wanted man. Not Pain.

OOC: ya that was my fault been busy today, sorry. I'm not sure how to get Rohnan back into the RP since he's been not active but can we just say he rode with Alka?
IC: Rohnan jumped onto the back of the car and held on "bastard" he snorted at Alka before setting the rocket launcher that was given to him by the grey wolf. He sighed and sat in the back seat of the car "sorry I'm not really a guy who was born on the battlefield like you wer probably" he frowned ears drooping.

Ray walked another mile, before he turned on the Echo again, so that he could check his map. Unfortunately, he hadn't marked any cities, only places he'd seen. Some cave with a mad doctor, a nice, green grass field full of invisible monsters, and several Hyperion supply routes. He sighed, and sat. "Everything....hurts..."

*Alka spat at broken tooth out to the side of the car* It's cool. Killing isn't for everyone. But then again, those are the same people who don't exactly fancy surviving. Lead a life of killing, lead a live looting, lead a life of living. *Alka took a turn* Anyway, what's your name kid?

Rohnan lowered his eyes at Alka's words, they made sense. His ears perked as he heard the grey wolf and scratched the back of his head "Rohnan Sullivan..you? Besides Pain?" He asked actually trying to be friendly.

Ray stood, and continued to walk, but even slower than before. His bounty rose at an insane rate, up to about double what it was before, still wanted alive and relatively unharmed.

Ray collapsed, and after a few moments, he tried to contact Alka.

Rohnan chuckled a bit at that "original I have to say, well Pain I'm sorry for hitting you earlier but you had it coming" he sat back crossing his arms "I don't like being shot at, and being left in a dessert" he muttered under his breath.

*Alka snorted* I'll take that as a yes. You're in luck. We can pick you up soon. There should be a New-U station nearby. Can you get to it?

Ray shook his head. "N-New-U is Hyperion. I-If I use it...they'll r-reroute me to...the moon-base."

Expected more? Rohnan thought that and stayed quiet as Ray and Alka spoke to each other.

Ray nodded, and stood up, shakily. "I-I'll try..." He stumbled over towards the New-U station.

*Alka continued driving for a few minutes before coming into sight of the New-U station. He pulled up besides Ray and hopped out* Rejecting my offer, wasn't the smartest move *He lifts Ray to his feet*

Rohnan sat up and watched Alka and the raccoon "need any help?" He asked looked at the almost dead looking Ray.

Ray panted. "I...don't...want to be used...for money." He closed his eyes, as he nearly passed out.

I'm a terrible, selfish fur, but only once per person. *Alka moved Ray into the back of the vehicle laying his head down on Rohnan's lap. He hopped in* Keep the kid relaxed. He freaks out and we're screwed.

Ray tapped the collar he had, weakly. "Keeps the...the iridium from my...my heart...it's fine..."

Rohnan blinked in surprise as Ray was rested into his lap "ah..a-alright" he gave a nervous chuckle but gave a kind smile down at Ray "hey..remember me by any chance?" He asked while making sure the raccoon's body was secure and wouldn't fall off his lap.

Cool. Just get some rest. We're heading to dangerous country. *Alka begins driving them, heading for lynchwood*

Ray tried to talk, but his consciousness was slipping, fast. "W-What about...other...bounty...hun-...ters..."

"Yeah see? Nothing to worry about" Rohnan grinned happily at Ray "now..like Alka said you need sleep, badly. Don't worry ok? We'll keep you safe"

*Alka continued driving, occasionally whistling a tune. He decided to make converstion* So. Rohnan. How did a guy like you end up on this rock.

Rohnan was watching the sky and saw how it darkened by the hour, his ear twitched towards Alka as he heard the grey wolf speak. He gave a pained chuckle "that's a long difficult story.." He rested his right bandaged hand on his left bandaged arm as memories flashed through his head "but most of it is because my parents dumped me here" he gave a shrug.

Parents are rich. Didn't want a kid. Gave birth to a healthy boy and dumped him in a hell-hole, were they wouldn't see him again. Left him in the desert. Spent 4 days before saved. Got picked up and when I was 10, bandits kidnapped me. They trained me to kill, and I eventually killed them all and burned their homes to the ground. *Alka stopped the car beside a train stop*

Rohnan's eyes widened at Alka's story then after a bit he gave a slight smile "guess that makes us brothers in a sort, dark past, abandoned." He said the last part quietly then he looked around "train stop?"

Fastest route to Lynch is through train. You good to carry him "Brother" *Alka said the last part mockingly, grinning as he did*

"Pch of course I can, brother" Rohnan rolled his eyes playfully and carefully stood with the limp raccoon in his arms "by the way, what's this guy's name? I neve got to really catch it because..well, you shot me." He frowned at Alka and hopped out of the car with Ray in grasp bridal style.

Call him Ray. Anyway, the train should be here soon... *A group of bandits approached in their vehicles* Great... Bandits. You get Ray to a safe spot, I'll hold them off.

"Danger around every corner" Rohnan sighed but acknowledged and ran to the back of the car. "What do bandits want with us?" He asked Alka while making sure Ray was gently laid on the ground.

Bandits are mindless killers. What they want with us is probably our guns. *Alka pulled out Nancy* I'm going to make this quick

Rohnan poked his head around the vehicle and his eyes landed on Nancy "what's that?" He asked a bit nervously and cautiously.

My favourite revolver. And she is a beauty. Custom sight, made for long range snipes, bullets with both corrosive and explosive effects, and a knife to top it all off. I call her Nancy after the bandit who taught me to kill. *Alka takes aim*

Rohnan snickered a bit "well if you need any help I'll be over here-!" He quickly ducked with a yelp as a bullet went between his ears and barely missed his head "y-yeah I'll be over here!" He hid behind the car with a knife in hand, in case a bandit wanted to sneak up on them.

*Alka smiled, as he let loose a flurry of bullets upon the bandits. He was an extremely accurate shot, not missing a single shot. On very few occasions, he missed a critical spot. It didn't take long for him to have taken down a majority of the bandits*

Rohnan kept his ears perked for any signs of movement, he peeked slight around the car and his eyes widened. "Heyheyhey! Alka!" He quickly jumped from his hiding spot and yanked the grey wolf to the ground by the tail accidentally as a rocket flew past them and missing Alka.

*Alka yelped and kicked Rohnan, as he felt his tail being dragged downwards. After the rocket missed, he got back up and kicked Rohnan again frowning, before chucking a grenade, finishing the crowd of bandits off*

"Ow-! What the hell!" Rohnan groaned rubbing the spot Alka kicked and sat up shaking the dust from his fur "you kicked me after probably saving your life!" He growled up at Alka. "Fine I'll remember next time to never interrupt your killing spree" he grumbled crawling his way over to Ray while trying to stand with a hand in his stomach where he was kicked all the while grumbling curses.

I do have a shield you know. The most that rocket would've done is deplete it. Also, touch my tail, and I'll do a lot more than kick you next time *Alka himself grumbled as he got some supplies from the trunk of his car, rubbing his the area where his tail connected to his hind*

IC: Rohnan grinned at that and gave a chuckle "oh? Is your tail sensitive?" He gave a light tease as he walked back over to Ray and knelt down. "Plus that rocket could've done more harm then you might think, having a shield doesn't make you immortal." He added quietly.

"No I don't know the shield, doesn't mean you can be reckless, just saying" Rohnan shrugged then hummed with a mischievous smile and sneakily reaches for Alka's tail again giving a very light tug.

"GAH-!" Rohnan yelped falling to one knee and gripping his foot eyes shut tightly "some friend.." He said shakily in pain, he knew he poked the bear by pulling Alka's tail but didn't exactly expected to be shot at. "We're at..a train stop..nngh" he whimpered to Ray glancing at the raccoon "how are you feeling?" He asked in a tense voice as he tried to search for something to bandage his foot.

*Alka threw him a rag he found on the ground* Best get up. The train should be here any minute now. *Alka tied Ray's hands together using some rope he found* Keep the rope on and don't do/say anything stupid.

Ray blinked. "W-What!? I-I'm not...d-don't send me back! Please! I-I'll do anything!" He started weeping openly, shaking his head. "Don't send me back!"

Rohnan took the rag and wrapped it around his bleeding foot after painfully digging the bullet out. "Geh.." He winced as he stood next to Alka then looked at Ray "Ray..you'll be fine, we won't hurt you." He looked a bit tense as he tried to deal with the pain shooting up and down from his foot Alka might hurt you but I most certainly won't he thought giving a slight pout before his ears perked as he heard the approaching train.

Ray thrashed slightly. "L-Let me go! I-I don't wanna go back to Hyperion!"

Ray blinked, and sniffed. "L-Lynchwood?"

Rohnan sent a glare at Alka for using Ray again then looked at the raccoon nodding "yeah.." He said quietly.

Yeah. It's a small country town on the outskirts of the borderlands. I have a house there, and we can lie low for a while

Ray nodded. "O-Oh...okay." He didn't know how many people would abide by honor, but Ray had been to Lynchwood before. Not too many friends, and a good pawful of enemies. He wasn't sure who ran what in Lynchwood anymore.

Rohnan flicked his ear glancing down at his wounded foot eyes clouding with thought as he waited for the train to pull up.

*The train came and halted to a stop in front of them. Alka led Ray in, being a bit pushy. It was all an act though*

Ray winced, and yelped. "O-Ow! S-Stop shoving." He climbed into the train, and sat gently.

*Alka pulled out Nancy, allowing everyone on board a good look at it. He was very intimidating*. You coming Rohnan?

Ray lowered his head slightly, when Alka drew his revolver. Not just as apart of the act, but because he was actually afraid that Alka would hurt him.

*The train took off. Alka growled at a few bandits who spent a bit too long staring at Ray*

Ray shuddered, and tried compress himself into the seat.

Rohnan sat back with a deep sigh "at least we can get some rest and away from the sun" he rubbed at his eyes "are you guys hungry?" He asked Ray and Alka looking at them with a kind smile.

Ray opened his mouth to speak, but decided against it, and pulled his knees closer to his chest, and looped his paws over his knees. He shuddered, and hoped the ride would be uneventful, and that Alka or Rohnan would stay awake.

*The train ride lasted about an hour. An hour of Alka having silent stare downs with random people. They arrived at Lynchwood and he pushed Ray off the train*

"Or..not" Rohnan muttered getting up

Rohnan gave a grunt and limped after, he folded his arms behind his head and stared at the ground watching the end of Alka's tail as he walked.

*His tail didn't seem to move. It just flopped from side to side as he walked, but never moved of it's own will. Alka continued to walk with his pistol out, occasionally looking back to Rohnan and Ray*

Rohnan tilted his head to the side as he noticed this, suddenly guilt got to him and his ears drooped. dammit.. "hey..I'm sorry" he said to Alka glancing away "I shouldn't have grabbed at your tail.."

It's been that way for years now. No need to apologise. They approached a small one story building, which looked more intact than the others. Alka pulled out a legal, sighed and opened the door* Honey, I'm home!

Rohnan lowered his gaze but looked up to look at the house, he was surprise someone like Alka had a nice home, he pictured the wolf in some sort of shack with knives and weapons all over the walls. Lowering his arms Rohnan limped inside and looking around "this place seems nice.."

Ray stepped inside, his eyes staring at the ground, as tears rolled down his face. He closed his eyes, and waited for Alka. Ray stood around a few moments, before his stomach groaned, and he placed a paw on his stomach.

*A female grey wolf comes down stairs and hugs Alka* Pammy: Welcome Home Alkie~
*Alka hugs her back* Alka: Great to see you Pam.
*Pammy turns her attention to Ray and Rohnan* Who are those?
Alka: They are.... friends. We're all in deep at the moment and they need a place to stay for a while. We've got the room? Right?
Pammy: Of course~. Someone looks hungry. I'll get cooking *She walks off to the kitchen*

Ray shuddered, and merely stood. He didn't want to be in MORE pain than he already was.

*Alka untied his hands* Sorry about the pushiness. Had to make it look convincing. Please *he turns Ray to a couch* relax. We should be good while we're here

Ray sat gently, and rubbed his face. "I-I can't relax...I already know it's going to happen again."

*Alka shrugged* I can't disagree with you on the premise that someone might take you back. But, rest assured, it won't be me. I just needed the money for umm... the wife and all.
*Pam was humming happily in the kitchen, and the smell of cooking bacon and eggs spread around the house*

Ray sighed, and leaned back, closing his eyes. After a few moments, he spoke. "Yeah...but only until the money runs out."

Rohnan glanced at Ray giving him a sympathetic look and rubbed the back of his head leaving Ray to Alka. "I'm..going to go take a look..around.." He glanced back at them and disappeared down a hall gazing around.

*Alka chuckled* You act like you're the only one Hyperion wants. Besides, if I do ever turn you in again, I'll bust you out again.
*Pammy brings Ray a big plate of bacon and eggs, with a glass of orange juice* Pammy: Here yah go~

Ray took the plate, but only ate a small portion. "I don't want this anymore...I-I...I wanna see my family...I-In Sanctuary."

Rohnan ran his hand along the walls as he walked around, his claws gently scrapping against it and began talking to himself. He usually would talk to himself whenever he had a lot on his mind. He winced a bit at his wounded paw and lifted his leg to keep the pain off, he cursed under his breath and headed into the bathroom as soon as he found it. Rohnan leaned against a wall and used the bloody rag that was wrapped around the wound to wash the blood away, every once an awhile he would dip the rag under the running water from the sink he turned on and continued to clean the bullet wound.

Alka: I can get you to Sanctuary. It won't be easy, though. Bullymongs and bandits are going to stop us, mostly to turn Ray in. If I get you back to Sanctuary, you let no one know of who I am, and what I do and where I hide. *He leans in closer to Ray* Or I will find you.
Pammy: Oh stop it Alka. You're scaring the poor boy~

Ray grit his teeth. "I-I'm thankful that you saved me, but I will have nothing to do with you...once I g-get home."

Rohnan listened quietly from where he was, his round ears twitching as he listened from where he was. He stood properly and tossed the rag into the garbage hobbling over to a cabinet on one foot as he tried to search for some proper bandages. Humming to himself as he found some clean rolled up bandages and took as little as possible, he didn't want to seem rude.

Ray hung his head. "Please...I-I want to see my brothers and sister..." He sighed. "I-I've been gone for so long..."

*Alka leaned back to a stand and began walking upstairs* Good... *He disappeared upstairs and Pammy followed*

Ray watched Alka leave, and stood. He immediately shot out the door, and ran. Ray found a Runner with the keys still in, jumped inside, and drove off.

Rohnan blinked as he heard the house creak, he guessed someone headed up to the second floor. He turned to look at the reflection of himself and he forced himself to look away as he saw his whole left arm covered in old wrappings. After properly taking care of his foot he limped back out ame entered the living room "Ray-?" His eyes widened as he saw the raccoon shoot out of the house "Ray!" He ran to the door fists clenching as he saw the raccoon was already gone. "What the hell, is that the thanks we get after helping you Ray!" He barked after him.

*Alka washed his face in the upstairs bathroom and looked in the mirror. Pammy came behind him wrapping her arms around him*
Pammy: The boy downstairs ran for it...
Alka: That's his problem. He doesn't know his way back to Sanctuary, and unless he was dumb enough to take the train, he'll die out in the desert. I won't bother saving his stupid ass this time.
*Pammy sighs* Pammy: When will we be done with all of this Alkie~?
Alka: I'll get us off this rock soon Pam... I promise...
*Alka walks downstairs* Alka: Rohnan, we should forget him. If he calls for help, he can help himself

As he drove, Ray made a call.
"Hey...big brother...yes, it's been to long...n-now...now I'm driving along somewhere strange. Can you get my location, and point me to Sanctuary?" A few moments of silence. "I-In the air? How do I..? Oh...yeah...c-can you send me the information? Thank you...I've been on the run, shot at, caged, shot at again, and transported to Lynchwood." He sighed. "I don't wanna talk about it..." Ray reached a Fast-Travel waystation, and nodded. "Alright." He hopped out, and started searching the directory. "Sanctuary...Sanctuary...Sanctu-...Aha! There you are." Ray made his selection, and was transported to the outskirts of the floating city of Sanctuary.

Rohnan lowered his head eyes narrowed his anger fists clenching tighter then he let them go sighing nodding his head "yeah.." He looked up at watched Ray disappear. He turned glancing at Alka "uh.." He pushed his hands into his pockets "if you want me to leave, I understand. I mean I don't want to intrude since this is your home, I'm just a stranger." He gave a pained smile running the back of his neck.

*Alka made a call to Hyperion* Alka: I'm here to accept your offer on taking Sanctuary down.
Receptionist: Ok. We are allowing a budget of 1,000,000 in order to get it. Fail us, and the consequences are severe.
Alka: I understand. I'll need some heavy artillery. Enough for 2 people.
Receptionist: We're sending you the weapons now.
*A loud crash was heard outside*
Alka: Thanks *He hangs up and looks to Rohnan* You want to get rich?

Ray walked, or rather limped, through the city streets, and was promptly taken into the 'base of operations' for the city.
A few hours later, several hundred thousand dollars were wired to both Rohnan and Alka's account, with a note that simply read:

*Alka looked shocked* Well... That's... inconvenient.

"Ueh-" Rohnan was surprised by the sudden question, he looked down as he thought. He honestly had no where to go and no goal set in mind. "Ah..sure, I don't think I need the money but I guess it couldn't hurt-" he blinked as he heard Alka "or..not.." He said awkwardly becoming confused.

*Alka ran a paw through his head and thought to himself* They only want Sanctuary to fall. They never said anything about killing it's inhabitant *He looked back to Rohnan* We're going to Sanctuary. Arm yourself with whatever is outside, and if I give a mark, break everything in sight. That doesn't mean kill everyone... *He walks through the door an ams himself fully*

"Break?" Rohnan quickly stepped aside as Alka walked past him then he followed with a slight limp, he felt nervousness rise inside of him but tried to stay calm. He began to grab any weapons he could actually use, he grabbed a few pistols like his favorite magnum pistols and grinned as he saw them. Taking the pistols and placing them on the strap holsters on his pants then took a hunter's knife to add for melee.

Ray sat on the edge of Sanctuary, looking out over the plains. His legs swung gently, as he waited for Rohnan and Alka to arrive.

*Alka appeared on the outskirts of Sanctuary* Let's hope that this isn't bad...

Rohnan was beside Alka and took a glance around putting his last weapon on the strap he put around his chest and set the Winchester Rifle on his back.

*Alka kept Nancy upholstered, prepared for anything. He began walking towards the gates of Sanctuary*

Rohnan blinked as Alka started moving and he walked after him, staying behind and beside the grey wolf. He looked up at the Sanctuary "so..what is this place?" He asked.

Last stronghold of the resistance... It was moved to a flying fortress after Hyperion launched it's most destructive attack on Sanctuary. I don't exactly like people here, but Ray asked for us... *Alka approached the gate*

Rohnan looked up at the gate "what kind of people are here? If you don't like them.." He muttered but blinked as he saw something to his right looking towards it, but folded his ears back as he saw nothing.

The type that really couldn't care what happens outside the walls, unless it changes what happens inside the walls. And vault hunters. Lilith, Brick and Mordecai. The siren, the brawn and the sniper. Rohnan sighed as he tried to make since to what Alka was saying "guess I haven't been keeping track with what's been going on, everything you just said was jibberish to me" he chuckled.

*Alka turned to Ray and got up in his face, giving him a serious expression* You've never heard of Handsome Jack.

Rohnan blinked rapidly as suddenly Alka's face was right in front of his "u-uh no not really" he took a step back "I mean..living in the dessert you don't get to hear much town stuff you know?" He gave w nervous chuckle.

I guess.... *Alka begins pacing away from Rohnan* Were do I begin with Jack... A hero born out of frustration and betrayal. He used to be a low-level Hyperion employer... But one day he wanted to go find a vault. He hired 4 vault hunters and set out on a journey to stop mass destruction. Had he not stepped in, Elpis would be destroyed. The effects it would have on Pandora would cause a lot of death. He's a hero by all accounts. But, Lilith stepped in. She stopped him from awakening the warrior, and bringing order to Pandora. If he was alive, we'd all be safe. We would all have jobs, and live normal lives and.... I wouldn't have to kill to get my wife out of danger. The vault hunters killed him before he was able to do all that though. And now, everything is still "kill, kill, kill"...

Rohnan watched Alka pace back and forth while listening of the tale of Jack, his eyes saddened as he heard Alka mention about keeping his wife away from danger. He looked away in thought then looked back at the grey wolf "I know we aren't exactly friends..but if you ever need help with protecting your family, I'll always be available." He gave an innocent kind smile.

*Alka grinned a tiny bit* It's as you said, brother. *He burst into laughter afterwards*

Rohnan's ears perked in surprise and his smiled widened tail wagging as he laughed along with Alka More than I expected, a family..sorta he thought grinning happily.

*Alka stopped laughing, slowly sliding to a stop* Ahhhh... Anyway, appreciate the help. But I don't need it. Pam can defend herself. Not like I can, but hey. It pays to know how to shoot. Especially when your house is the equivalent of a shooting gallery.

Rohnan gave a chuckle as he stopped then shrugged "even so, I want to help. I know you don't need it but it isn't bad having someone to back you up." He folded his arms glancing at the gate then turned to it "are they going to open..?"

Ray had fallen asleep, and laid down. He woke up as he heard voices, and stood, smiling. "Hey! You guys came!"

*Alka wiped the smile from off his face as he turned to Ray* You said there was an explanation for what happened. Talk.

Rohnan looked from the gate and up at Ray, his arms fell back in place and he looked away from the raccoon.

Ray rubbed his paws together, and spoke. "W-Well, I-I didn't mean to leave so quickly...I-I was scared, in pain, and confused." He sighed. "I-I just wanted to get home."

*Alka sighed as his gut lurched. He had to make a decision now. He turned to look at Rohnan, and then back at Ray before groaning* In 5 minutes I'm going to launch a full scale attack on Sactuary, with the aim of bringing it down to Padora. Get everyone, including yourself off, before I blow it to pieces. Hyperion has hired me, and I can't back out of something they hire me to do. Not with what I have to lose. I'm giving you a warning now, so please. PLEASE, heed it.

Ray blinked. "W-What? W-Why would...t-that's...why? Families live here! Without the shield generator, Hyperion will level this city!" He shook his head. "Y-You can't..."

*Alka let out an audible sigh* I'm sorry. Had I known you guys would send the money, I wouldn't have accepted the job. But I can't back out. Please, get as many people off of this rock. I understand there are innocent lives, and wish not to hurt any of them.

Rohnan's eyes widened families? he looked up at Ray then back at Alka. He didn't know what to do, but from he's gathered so far from the grey wolf. He would stick with him.

Ray ran into Sanctuary, and tried to get everyone that he could to leave, but most stayed. In fact, the only people that left were young mercenaries. Ray sighed, and left to get his own family. After a few moments, Ray returned with about ten people, three of which were his family (two brothers and a sister). The second eldest, Jayce, was a few inches taller than Ray, and was pretty muscular. ((Jayce has the same build as Roland.)) The eldest, Ronnie, was built like a tank. He was a massive raccoon, and looked like he could hold his own in any fight. ((Ronnie's built like Brick, but slightly bigger. So...more like Oleg from SR3/SR4.)) The only female in the group, Ray's sister Valentine, was a slender raccoon, missing her left arm. Instead, it was replaced with a robotic double. The family looked at Ray, who looked like he'd been crying. Ray sniffed, and spoke. "T-This is everyone who can leave. Please, rethink this."

*Alka turned to Rohnan* You can leave while you can. From what I've collected, you're a good wolf. You don't need to dirty your hands with innocent blood. *Alka turned back to Ray* If you leave with your family, you'll keep them. If I don't destroy this city, I'll lose my only family. You of all people should understand. *Alka upholstered Nancy*

Ray sniffed, and nodded. "A-Alright..." The group walked on, and used the Fast-Travel station to get to the surface.

Rohnan grabbed Alka by the arm for a second "yes..I am a good wolf, and I can afford a few mistakes here an there. But we can work together, I'll force these people out of here while you do your job" his eyes were narrowed "funny thing is..I'm not a wolf, I'm a dog. And loyalty can be a pain in the neck" he let go of the wolf's arm then walked ahead of Alka "I came along with you, and I'll stick with you" he smiled.

*Alka gave a somewhat pained expression looking towards Sanctuary... After all this time, it was the first sign of weakness he'd shown. He fired once into the ground before approaching the gate, now opened* Thanks Rohnan. But, promise me this. If anyone does so much as aim a gun at you, you fire at them. I don't want you getting killed

Families had stepped out of their homes, and looked at Alka. Children looked confused, as the parents stared on, horrified. An old weasel spoke. "Y-You're really going to destroy our town?"

*Alka fired barely missing the weasels head* Leave while you can. The fast travel is out there, and I won't stop anyone from exiting safely.

Rohnan gave a nervous chuckle as he ran after Alka "I'll be sure to remember that" he watched the grey wolf from the corner of his eye and saw the pained expression I'll get as many people out of here he vowed "stay safe Alka" he said before he stopped and looked at all of the people "I'm going to gather as much people as I can but please get out of here."

A murmur errupted from the crowd, and the weasel spoke again. "But...We'll have nothing if we leave."

"And if you don't leave then youll be dead, would you rather live or stay here and be exploded to pieces?" Rohnan being tough wasn't his strong suite but he sure as hell was trying. He pulled out his rifle and loaded it pointing it at the weasel and shoved him towards the gates "you don't have much time, we're giving a rare opportunity to let you people live and your wasting it by running your mouth!" He growled ears folded back.

The townspeople nodded, and walked to the fast travel. The fast travel mass-transported the entire town, and deposited them with Ray and the others. The entire group now walked on, unsure of what to do. They spread out, and branched off, as they walked.
Ray walked a few steps, and collapsed. His family sighed, and Ronnie spoke. "Don't take it too hard, Ray. We've got a plan, we're going to go to the Slab King, and try and figure something out." Ray nodded, and sighed. "I'm just...going to stay here."

*Alka began blowing the town apart with his rocket launchers. Buildings collapsed, roads broke and everything was in ruins when he ended. He then planted a bomb at the control centre which kept Sanctuary afloat and yelled* GET TO THE FAST TRAVEL. HEAD TO LYNCHWOOD *Alka made a break for the fast travel*

Rohnan ran off to scout the town, searching every nook and cranny for any left behind children or people. He found nothing "ok..I think everyone is out." He said to himself and began running back towards the gates until someone grabbed him. He winced as he was yanked back by his left bandaged arm and pushed against a wall with a gun to his head. Growling he opened his eyes and they widened with horror.
Soon enough, Rohnan was waiting by the fast travel. Blood stained his mouth and his bandaged left arm began to show his actual arm but it was still well hidden. He whimpered very faintly holding his aching stabbed side but he waited for Alka to return with his head raised, trying to show that these wounds were nothing.

*Alka turned on the fast travelled, and it took them back to Lynchwood. After they teleported, the bomb went off, and Sanctuary came crashing to the ground**

Rohnan looked back and watched as it fell

*Alka did the same, before turning to his bank account and smiling* We're rich!

Rohnan gave a slight cough and wiped the blood away from his mouth and eye smiling a bit "and no one got hurt" he wagged his tail a bit.

*Alka smiled before helping Rohnan back to his home* You look pretty bad. What happened?

Rohnan held his side and limped beside Alka "got attacked by..uh...someone, he didn't want to leave" he spit the blood from his mouth avoiding any eye contact from the grey wolf and stared at the ground in thought. He gave a guilty smile "I might have to use some of your bandages again heh heh." He rubbed the back of his head with his right arm, his left arm was limp at his side.

Possibly... *The arrived at Alka's house and he lay him down on the couch, going off to get the bandages* Alka: Pammy, we're home again! Could you get our guest a cup of water!
*Pammy walked to the couch with a glass of water, handing it to Rohnan*

Rohnan sat up taking the cup "thank you, sorry for the trouble" his ears drooped a tad and he downed the whole glass. He took a deep breath as he finished and set the cup on the table "Your..Pammy right?" He looked at the she-wolf.

Pammy: Yes, that is correct. Is there anything else I can get you
*Alka returns with the bandages and begins bandaging his wounds, using a damp cloth to clean them first*
Alka: Keep this up, and the only thing we can get you, is a nice tombstone *he chuckles a bit*

"Uh..no, but thank you" Rohnan dipped his head with respect and smiled at her, he winced giving a slight whimper as Alka touched his wounded side but chuckled lightly "yeah, hopefully this won't be a daily thing." He stopped chuckling as he winced "you don't have to worry about me Alka, I can clean up myself." He mentioned feeling a bit guilty.

Alka: You may be able to clean up a group of enemies, but when it comes to wounds, let someone with experience handle it *He finishes bandaging the wound*
Pammy: If you need me I'll be preparing dinner
Alka: Thanks Pam *He kisses her forehead*

Rohnan rested his left arm in his lap "thank you.." He said to Alka then blinked as he heard the word 'dinner' he smiled faintly to himself, it had been awhile since he's had a proper dinner.

Alka: Well, make yourself at home Rohnan. Oh that reminds me... *He sends an offer to trade over the ECHO*

Rohnan rested back closing his eyes taking a deep breath "man i think it's been a few days since I've slept" he grumbled but blinked as he saw the trade tilting his head a bit in confusion.

According to my business code, whoever helps me out in executing my business, must recieve a cut. YOu get exactly 50% of the millions we recieved. 4 million to be exact.

Rohnan sat up shaking his hands in dismissal "haha, it's ok. I really have no need for money, I wouldn't even know what to do with it."

Maybe you should do what I will. Rent a ship. Get off Pandora. Go live a normal life, free of violence. I've personally always wanted to be a psychologist, but never got the chance. But, it's never too late to learn. At the very least, take the money, and leave me with a clear conscious.

leave? Rohnan's eyes clouded as he began to think, his eyes saddened but took the money "alright.." He said quietly and leaned back staring at the ceiling.

Rohnan's eyes opened as he heard Alka and looked at him smiling a bit before he slowly pushed himself up wincing a few times and headed into the kitchen by following the smell of food.

Ray, now that his family had gone, and his 'home' had been destroyed, wandered the world, unsure of what to do. He stopped some miles into Windshear Waste, inside a small igloo that was once inhabited by CL4P-TP, or Claptrap, and sobbed.

*Alka went outside, a sudden dealing of remorse comin over him*

*Pam smiled warmly at him* Pam: Oh, it's nothing. *She cuts him a big slice and gives him a good portion of the chips* Enjoy~!
*Outside Alka walked around Lynch, looking up at the stars. He thought to himself* I need to set things straight.... I've destroyed his only home... I should give him a new one *He looked in the direction of Opportunity* It should be fully built by now... I won't let you down Ray...

Rohnan dipped his head in thanks then began to eat, it had been awhile since he's actually sat down at a table, with silverware, and cooked food.

*Pam happily ate beside him*
*Alka continued to walk before he was stopped by a group of bandits* Bandit: What're you doing out here, in the middle of night, alone.
*Alka looked up, expressionless* Alka: Not being out of line, unlike a certain bandit I now know.

Rohnan looked back into the living room "Alka?" He peeked into the other room and blinked a few times to see he was gone.

*The bandit's [5] all took out weapons. Alka had removed his shield, not expecting to get into another fight. He upholstered Nancy, his expression looking to intimidate*
Bandit: We all heard you've gotten rich. How about you spare us a couple.... million
*Alka spat at them* Alka: Over my dead body
Bandit: That can be arranged...
*A large amount of shooting could be heard in the distance*

Rohnan's ears perked and stood rattling the table a bit "stay here Pam!" He looked back at her then darted out the door, he stumbled and winced holding his side but shook it off and went towards the shooting.

*Alka had killed 4 of the bandits, taking a shot to his pelvis and his right arm. The gun was in his left arm, and he made the final shot just as he came into Rohnan's sight. He then collapsed onto his left are and doubled over onto his back, panting heavily*

Rohnan's eyes widened as he saw Alka and dashed towards him, he skidded to a stop beside the wolf "h-how bad is it?" He first asked while kneeling down checking for wounds or anything worse.

*He's panting heavily* Right arm.... unusable.... right kidney..... ruptured... gonna.... bleed.... to death...

Rohnan felt his heart skip a beat in fear and he frantically tried to think of what to do "w-what can I do!" He asked rushed while slowly pulling Alka up, struggling a bit, but pulled Alka's good arm around his neck and let the grey wolf lean on him "lean on me, we need to get you back home." He quickly as possible got Alka home and dragged him inside.

*Pam shrieked in horror and rushed to help Alka to the couch. She instantly ran for their health shot reserves and bandages*
*Alka just continued to pant heavily, as his eyes drooped. He was bleeding quite a lot*

IC: Rohnan put both of his hands on Alka's side wound and put pressure into it in attemp to stop the bleeding "stay awake Alka ok? Stay awake" he said shakily.

Ray, after a while of isolation, sighed, and returned to the mainland. He began to wander the wastes, lost and confused.

*Pam came back an injected him with the health needles, and bandaged his wounds. She was in tears*
*Alka continued panting and passed out eventually*

Rohnan sighed quietly and looked at Alka ears drooping then looked at Pam smile, resting a pawn her shoulder "don't worry..he'll be fine" he said gently.

Pam: ... He always does this... Putting himself in danger.... at risk of death... For me.... I wish there was something I could do to repay him... for all he's done for me...

"Repay him with love Pam..he's a great wolf, doing this for you? The best thing to do is be there for him, be here for him now." Rohnan removed his paw "And support him" he hummed looking back at Alka.

Pam: Yeah... I guess you're right *she gave a slight smile*
*Alka continued to sleep, becoming more peaceful now*

IC: Rohnan patted Alka's head gently then looked at Pam "have you and Alka ever thought of having pups?" He wagged his tail.

Pam: Not here we haven't. We've agreed to have children, but only when we escape Pandora together *She smiles warmly, her tail also wagging*

Rohnan felt his heart twist in pain a bit "that's good" he put on a fake smile "they'll be safer away from this place" he carefully stood and limped over to a chair sitting down.

Pam: Is there anything I can get you Rohnan? *She tilts her head over at him, still smiling*
*Alka's ears begin to twitch a little*

Rohnan shook his head "nah I'm good for now, I'll keep watch for the night though. Don't want anyone coming in here while we're resting" he took out his pistol and knife setting them in his lap.

*Alka's eyes slowly open, still droopy*
Pam: Ok... Well, help yourself to anything in the fridge... I'm going to go to sleep now. *Pam heads upstairs and tucks herself into bed*

Ray sighed, and did the only think he thought he could; he called Hyperion. No more than a minute later, a transport barge arrived and picked him up.

Rohnan rested his head back taking a deep breath

*Alka winced a tiny bit, before slowly sitting up, leaning back into the couch*
*Pam was sound asleep*

Rohnan blinked and looked towards Alka "how are you feeling?" He asked fixing his posture

*Alka groaned* Alka: If I'm going to be perfectly honest, like shit. But, it could be worse. Thanks for the help Rohnan. I owe you one.

Rohnan patted his Alka's head "at least your alive, that's all that matters to me" he wagged his tail

*Alka smiled at him* Alka: Thanks.... *he sighed* We're taking over Opportunity.

Suddenly, the boom of a inter-orbit Hyperion transport echoed out near Lynchwood. A streak of burning metal slammed into the plains, kicking up dirt a few hundred feet into the air. The bounty on Ray's head also disappeared, stopping at almost seven million dollars.

*Alka jumped a bit* The $#@! was that?!
*Pam yelped from upstairs*

A figure emerged from the wreckage, and shambled towards Lynchwood. Its face was obscured by both smoke from the impact, and a large cloak.

*Alka pulled out Nancy just in case* This is going to be bad...
*Pam ran downstairs, looking very frightened* W-What was t-that!

Rohnan jumped looking around ears and eyes alert

*Alka then grabbed Rohnan by the arm and led him to a locked vault of sorts*

Rohnan winced as Alka pulled on his left arm but he stumbled to his feet and followed after "h-hey where are we going?" He looked at the grey wolf glancing back

The figure shuffled into Lynchwood, and headed towards the bar. A subtle *whir-click* could be heard, but only just.

*Alka opened the vault revealing a large stache of weapons, class mods and shields. Even a few relics.* A lot of this stuff is trash, but grab what you think is good. Arm yourself buddy. *Alka grabbed a few guns*

Rohnan looked down at the stash and began grabbing weapons "why are we grabbing weapons?" He asked

The figure entered the bar, and after a few moments, it sounded as if a fight broke out. The bar erupted in gunfire, and the figure exited, smoke pouring from his collar.

Alka: Ugh... *Alka grabbed at his right arm. It still ached* This is going to be very bad...

Rohnan sighed quietly but nodded and put the weapons he could actual use on his back he looked at Alka as he heard him grunt then looked at his arm "maybe you should rest Alka, you and Pam stay here where it's safe and I'll guard the house for tonight."

The figure rolled its shoulders, and looked around. The wind caught its hood, and revealed it to be Ray. Except of course, a few mechanical additions, all of which were in the classic Hyperion fashion.

Alka: Nah.... It's good. *Alka pulled out a second Nancy, which he called Sugar. It was basically the same pistol* I've got to stand my ground. My house is my house. Let's go *Alka approached the door*

Ray looked around, and furrowed his brow. "Where are you..?"

Rohnan ran after Alka "if you need help don't be afraid to tell me got it?" He looked at him seriously "we're both wounded and we need to be careful."

Alka: We've got this. If we work as a team, they won't stand a chance. Ok, brother. Let's do this *Alka opens the door and walks outside*

Rohnan gave a chuckle as he heard Alka call him brother, it was nice to hear. He stood beside the grey wolf with a rifle in his right hand and his left clenched, readied for a fight.

*Alka stayed close to Rohnan. He wouldn't say it out loud, but he felt a somewhat personal connection to him. Like they were brothers* Alka: Be ready for anything Rohnan.... Let's stay close.

Rohnan gave a curt nod glancing around, he didn't see much at first but he knew whatever made that loud noise could be anywhere, watching them.

*Alka snuck around carefully, checking around corners before turning them*

*Alka continued walking before stopping* Alka: It's quite.... There's a massive rumble, and it's suddenly quiet.... We've got a killer on the loose...

Rohnan blinked and looked at Alka "how do you know it's a killer?" He stood straight figuring that no one was near to be alarmed.

Ray closed his eyes, and a thermal scan of the city appeared before him. He smiled, and started towards Rohnan and Alka.

Lynchwood is never this quiet. This is a dead silence. We need to keep moving *Al continued walking, heading closer to Ray without knowing*

Rohnan took a deep sigh but kept his round ears perked, he followed Alka a bit casually convinced no one was here but understood what the grey wolf meant and kept his claw on the trigger.

Ray stood at the end of the street Alka and Rohnan were on, and spoke. "Alka! Rohnan!" His voice was altered, and robotic.

Ray!? Is... Is that you? *Alka kept his pistols at the ready, loading one with tranquilizer darts*

Ray shrugged. "More or less." His veins pulsed with a purple glow.

*Alka grit his teeth and thought to himself* That bad feeling from eariler... I didn't expect THIS...
I'm guessing you're hear to kill us both?

Rohnan's eyes widened and he looked around the corner the hid behind "R...Ray?" He hardly recognized the raccoon at all.

*Alka looked to Rohnan and muttered to him* Don't be afraid to open fire. For now we talk, but he's no longer the Ray you met in the desert. He's a Hyperion killing machine now

Rohnan stared at Ray eyes saddening, hardly hearing Alka "Ray.." He walked away from the corner they hid behind. He had a feeling he knew why Ray, the shy nervous raccoon he first met, turned into the stranger that was in front of him. "L-Listen..if your mad about us taking down your home...you have to understand our reason, Alka's reason. If he didn't listen to the command he was given then he would've lost his wife and home! I know you lost your home too..but you have to understand that...Alka was just doing it to for his own life. In a way we're both up against an opponent but we have to think carefully or he would have lost everything." He tried to explain, trying to help Ray see reason.

*Alka held his hand out placing it on Rohnan's shoulder* He's beyond reason right now.... It's not his fault either, which sucks the most.... He's had iridium pumped into him..... If you can get him to reason, you can bring back the dead.

Rohnan twitched his ear towards Alka then lowered his gaze eyes closing "are you sure..?" He asked the wolf.

I've seen many-a-monster created because of iridium... Ray is a good man, and yet we see him here a mindless killer because of his... modifications.... It's best we take our only other option...

Rohnan clenched his left hand teeth clenching in anger but he relaxed "I won't stop trying but..alright..." He opened his eyes looking up at Ray, narrowing his brows at him.

*Alka aimed one of the pistols at Ray* With his modifications... I'm not sure if he's mortal anymore... My tranquilizer darts may not work on him, unless I land a good 20 in him.

Rohnan looked Ray in the eye "maybe..we could-" Suddebly something ran past both Alka and Rohnan with incredible speed and Rohnan made a loud painful grunt as that something kneed him in the gut. "Agh-!" He then was sent flying through the air as the fast object came running back and knocked Rohnan into the air and as quick as it came the quicker it left. He grunted painfully but flipped unusually skillfully but clunky onto his feet as he landed back on the ground coughing heavily.

*Alka looked around* What now?

Ray smirked, and chuckled. "Your cries of reason are on deaf ears." His smile faded. "You destroyed my home...MY home." Ray grit his teeth. "And you just expect me to ignore that?" He took a step forward, and his cloak rustled.

You're funding the company that paid me to destroy your home. If I am the destroyer of your home, then you are the pawn who played into god's hands. *Alka aimed the pistol right at Ray, keeping his other one ready*

The lightsources on Ray's face glowed a bright red, and he shook. His cloak rustled, and two gigantic gatling gun-like weapons popped up above both of his shoulders. "I'll kill you!"

*Alka muttered under his breath* He might actually.... *Alka pulled out the second pistol, having loaded it with tranquilizer shots as well* Shall we?

Rohnan shook his head "dammit.." He hides quietly as he watched the quick object disappear, he gave a growl and loaded his gun getting to cover as he saw Ray.

Ray shuddered, and the lights changed to yellow. "No...I won't kill you." His eyes shifted, and he smiled. "But, I can put you to sleep." The guns shifted slightly, and spun.

*Alka kept his pistols pointed perfectly. He was still suspicious of Ray* I can sleep when I'm either dead or off Pandora. And I plan to leave fairly soon. How about you put your powers to good use and take over a home for your family? One with better facilities than Sanctuary.

Ray shook his head. "I have one goal." He fired several tranquilizer rounds at Alka. "I'm taking EVERYTHING you've ever owned!"

Rohnan looked over at Alka, smiling faintly at his effort to help Ray. He carefully looked around his hiding spot and at Ray eyes widening as he saw the giant guns what the hell?!?! he thought then quickly ducked as the raccoon shot.

*Alka grit his teeth as he combat rolled behind some cover* Thought so.... *Alka threw a smoke grenade down and moved over to a new position*

Ray shuddered slightly, and the lights died. He cried out, a stark contrast to what he had been before. "Alka! Help!" He shuddered again, the lights came back on, and shouted as he fired. "Shut up you!"

*Alka growled* Time to practice some skill. *Alka jumped from a roof he had climbed onto front flipping over Ray. He fired 10 tranq shots into his back and jumped for cover*

"So.." Rohnan messed with his fingers a little as he thought "he doesn't want anything to do with me, he has he sights on you." He said to Alka as the wolf ran past him "I'm really not seeing the sense of trying to be nice to anyone anymore.." He said quietly to himself but took a few shots at Ray's guns.

Ray's still in there. The mechanisms are messing with him. We just got to mess with the mechanisms. *Alka threw a corrosive grenade at Ray*

"Do we have any EMPs?" Rohnan asked while still shooting at the guns, doing some damage and surprisingly avoding Alka.

Not on me.... But *Alka looked to a few electrical cables* We might be able to short circuit him....

"Alright..any ideas on how?" Rohnan darted across to the other side, gradually coming closer to Ray and ducked behind a barrel.

Well.... If we get enough electricity into his system, it could do either 1 of 2 things. Super charge him or short circuit him. We'd also need a bit of water to through onto the electricity....

Rohnan looked around for any source of water, he ran over to a nearby building and dragged over a hose.

Ray leapt away from the grenade, and shouted. "How 'bout a new experiment?" He jumped into the air, and a few dozen grenades fell about the town. "Let's try gas!" The grenades began to hiss, and an acrid green gas poured out slowly.

*Alka cursed under his breath and moved away from the gas. He shot at an electrical line, breaking the circuit. He then wrapped one of his worthless guns around the circuit so it would conduct the electricity* Be ready with the water!

Rohnan hid behind a tree to avoid the acid then started up the hose.

Ray switched tactics, and hid behind a building, dropping concealing smoke grenades as he ran.

Rohnan coughed a bit but growled and hid behind something as he heard Ray come towards him, he then grabbed the Raccoon's tail and yanked him towards him then grabbing the hose.

Ray yelped, and turned. His paw shot out, and gripped Rohnan's throat. Ray's fingers had thin, syringe-like metal extensions poking out, but none hit Rohnan. "My quarrel...is not with you." Ray shuddered, and dropped Rohnan. "O-Oh God, Rohnan!" He backed away, and shuddered again.

Rohnan winced then coughed as he was dropped, he blinked in surprise as Ray finally, finally said his name, this changed his motivation. He had to save Ray now. "Ray! Don't worry I'll do everything I can to help you!" His eyes made contact with the raccoon "trust me..please..." He then tackled Ray again dragging him to the ground, locking on arm around his neck in attemp to knock his friend out "don't fight! This will help you" he said in a strained voice.

*Alka wrapped the electrical wire around the Ray and dropped a bit of water on it* Alka: Say goodnight buddy.

Ray flinched, and then seized sporadically, as his body was bombarded with electricity. After a few moments, he was unconscious, but could not extricate himself from the trap.

*Alka removed Ray from the trap* Alka: Ugh.... Let's get him back to the house. *Alka lifts one end of Ray*

"Phew" Rohnan hopped up and lifted the other side of Ray "good team work Bro" he gave a slight smile

*Alka begins walking back* Yeah... He almost had you there XD

Ray groaned, and stirred slightly. After a few seconds, a quiet voice played, as if it were recorded. "Unit disabled, activating piracy countermeasures." A quiet beeping began to play, repeating over and over, quickly gaining pace.

*Alka's eyes opened* SHIT. *Alka pulled out a gun and began shooting a the mechanical parts of Ray*
-
"Yeah almost" Rohnan said quietly in thought then his ears perked at the beeping, a bad feeling rising "oh no.." His eyes widened and began to shoot at the mechanical parts with his gun

The bullets tore through the metal, and punched through Ray. He yelped once, and then collapsed, immobile and not breathing.

Rohnan's eyes widened more and instantly stopped "dammit!" He stopped Alka "stop were hurting him!" He leaned down to try and tear the metal parts off

*Alka let out a sigh of relief, but continued to shoot until the beeping stopped* Shit, Shit, Shit, Shit, SHIT!

The beeping ceased, but Ray didn't move.

*Alka looked at Ray, and cursed before shooting his head*

Rohnan jumped back as Alka shot, eyes widened.

Ray twitched once, and then stopped.

*Alka was breathing heavily and holstered his pistol* Thank god it's over...

Ray's body began to disassemble, as it digitized into nothingness.

Rohnan blinked a few times in confusion but was frozen in his spot, staring at where Ray once was.

*Alka grabs Rohnan by the arm and rushes him back to his house* We need to get out of here, now.

Loader's of all types fell from the sky, and began to search the town. They were apparently sent as a 'clean-up' crew incase Ray failed. As the Loaders started to fan out, the New-U station began to activate.

Rohnan stumbled to his paws as Alka pulled him along "w-what..." He said quietly "was that not Ray?" He asked Alka looking up at the grey wolf.

*Alka stopped and looked Ray dead in the eye* As far as I'm concerned he's a threat, to both me and you. Ray or not, I will kill him every time he wants to kill us. Whether you like it or not. Now come on. We've got to get out of here before he returns.

Ray was reconstructed by the New-U station, and stepped forth. He had his original, tattered clothing, and no recollection what happened. "W-Where...am I?"

Rohnan winced and his ears drooped, he didn't respond but gave a quiet nod and silently followed Alka glancing back at the scene, giving a deep sigh "..I'm getting confused...are we going to try and save Ray or..just kill him?" He muttered.

The loaders, now that they had sufficiently covered the town, began to lay into the building without remorse.

*Alka ran inside and grabbed Pam, rushing her back downstairs.* Follow me! *Alka began running to the train station*

Rohnan shook the thought away and sprinted after Alka taking glances back to see if anything was following.

Ray spotted Alk, Pam, and Rohnan. He thought a moment, before following them.

*Alka got them onto the train which was waiting for them before noticing Ray and pulling out his pistol* One step closer and you're a dead fur. YOU HEAR ME! >:(

Ray blinked, and took a step back. "W-Who are you!?" He shook his head, and ran off.

*Alka grit his teeth and fired a warning shot into the ground in front of him, before stepping on the train. The doors closed and they were off*

Ray ducked around rocks, broken vehicles, and the like, as he headed opposite of the train.

Rohnan had his back to Alka and Ray, his eyes watered faintly before he sat in a seat and stared at the ground with eyes closed tightly, he was upset and confused, but more upset at himself. He blocked out the soundings around him to let himself think for a moment, get things back in line and calm down.

*Looking at Alka he was breathing heavily. He was genuinely panicked, and probably had no clue what to do. He twiddles his thumbs leaning back into the seat*

Rohnan took a deep shaky breath wiping at his eyes with his back of his hand before resting his hand on Alka's shoulder, he needed to suck it up and be there for the grey wolf right now. He looked up at him giving his shoulder a squeeze trying to calm him down.

*Alka pulled out his pistol and started twirling it around his pointer finger watching it attentively*

"Alka..?" Rohnan removed his hand "are..you alright?" He asked a bit quietly, having a feeling that Alka wasn't to happy with him, he didn't preform really well in the battlefield, let alone a brother.

Everything used to be so much simpler.... The only person I had to care about was Pam. Ever since I decided to help someone, decided to grow an conscious, *he looked at Rohnan* decided to be furry, everything just turned into a clusterfuck of confusion... I have no idea were we can go now. Our only home was in Lynchwood and that place is now going to burn to the ground.

Rohnan closed his eyes "Alka..it was a good thing you tried to help Ray, it's new for you I know but it was a good thing. It's Ray Alka..not you, he's just...I have no idea what he's doing but he keeps getting into bad company constantly, it might not be his fault but it's not your's either, he's just not listening is all." He told the wolf glancing away "I-It's not bad to be good..yeah things have turned to shit but, there's just been a lot of ups and downs." He chuckled a bit rubbing his head "one thing's for sure is that we need a break..even a small one but we need to get somewhere where we can actually sleep and rest for a few days" he looked at Alka "I still have that money you gave me..we can find a hotel or something, somewhere to stay, and get things settled maybe?" He suggested then smiled "I have to say though..you've come far Bro" he gave a gentle grin.

*Alka sighed and solidified his grip on his pistol* Yeah. I guess. Anyway, we need to get off this god-forsaken rock. We're renting a rocket and we're leaving. Our combined money should be more than enough.

Ray hadn't run far, before finding a vehicle and chasing the train down. He had leapt onto the caboose, just as it rolled through the station. Ray pressed himself low against the floor, and slid into one of the luggage compartments. He knew how to get these guys a ship, but it wouldn't be fun. Not for him, anyway. Ray sighed, and shook his head, as he whispered. "I really don't wanna go back...but they need help."

*Alka heard Ray hit the caboose and readied himself* Someone really wants us dead....

Rohnan opened his eyes and perked his ears

*Alka handed "Sweety" over to Rohnan* Here. I trust you with my second most prized possession. Take good care of her

Rohnan sat up as Alka handed him Sweety and blinked in surprise "are..a-are you sure Alka?" He looked at the wolf.

*Alka sighed and hugged Rohnan* You're the closest thing to family I've ever had. She'll keep you safe in dire situations, but only if you aim well. Have her. *Alka released the hug and smiled a bit*

Ray called out from the caboose. "Please don't shoot! I can help you leave!"

*Alka stood up and aimed at the caboose were the voice came from* I'm having a decently hard time trusting you right now. >:(

Rohnan's eyes widened as Alka hugged him, it had been to long since he's had a hugged from a friend, let alone from a brother. He gazed at the grey wolf as he let go and gave a slight smile "thank you..brother" he gave had a soft gleam in his eyes but they disappeared as he heard someone and stood as he recognized it was Ray.

*Alka emptied the tranq darts from his pistol and loaded real bullets, humming a tune* I've killed plenty Ray. PLENTY. I don't mind adding an extra body to the count.

Rohnan bent his ears back "Alka..give him a chance.." He looked at his brother putting a hand in his shoulder "he's made some mistakes yeah..but it doesn't define him, I still see him as the confused shy raccoon. He might not be the one we saw back at Lynchwood." He removed his hand and stood beside the wolf looking at him "if he tries to make a move on you or Pam..I won't hesitate to shoot him" he narrowed his caramel eyes, the feeling of protecting his new family becoming stronger "I promise you that..but...Ray needs our help too.." His eyes softened and he looked towards where he heard Ray.

*Alka sighed* He better hope he doesn't make a move on you or Pam. Otherwise, I promise him a fate worse than death. But *Alka lowers his gun* I shall give him a chance to change himself.

Ray placed his paw just outside of the luggage compartment he was in. "Y-You're not gonna shoot?"

Rohnan gave a slight chuckle at Alka and patted his back before walking over to Ray and helping him inside "no we won't shoot, but if you try anything..we won't hesitate to..." He said a bit darkly but patted the raccoon's head tail wagging a bit.

*Alka spat in Ray's direction* You are astounding lucky that you've got Rohnan to save your sorry ass. Now, get talking. You said something about "helping us leave."

Ray flinched, and ducked farther into the luggage compartment. "I-I...I can get a Hyperion prison transport down here."

*Alka gave an unimpressed look and crossed his arms* As much as you might want to go back and be converted into the physical representation of "The Purge", I'd rather not.

Ray blinked, confused. "W-What? Never mind, we'll talk about that later. Anyway, I can call up Hyperion, and get them to send a prison barge. We kill the driver, and then fly outta there. The pilot'll keep the travel clearance codes on him." He smiled. "S-Sound good?"

If Hyperion notice one of their ships going rouge, especially a prison barge, they'll send loaders and other ships after them. Plus, with the type of bounty on my head, They'll be sure to send a lot of loaders. *He looks to Pam and then back at Ray* Any other bright ideas?

Ray thought a moment. "Hm...think you can get me to a proper New-U station?"

Proper? They're all owned by Hyperion if you haven't noticed.

Ray nodded. "I know. I just want to get to one of the big hub ones. Like the one in Sanctuary!" He smiled. "I can meet my family again." This recreated Ray didn't seem to have the memory of the events of the past few weeks. Hyperion, in order to get him to try and kill for no reason, had to load his mind with 'sensitive' information, but didn't want to permanently lose their research, so they had the New-U system recreate him, but with the most recent memories removed.

Have you thickened boy? Sanctuary is no more. Remember? I destroyed it. Sent it plummeting to the ground. It's nothing more than ruins now.

Rohnan tried to make sense at what they were saying, it sounded all gibberish to him

Ray blinked. "W-Wait...what? Y-You destroyed...Sanctuary?"

*Alka face paws* Yes. I destroyed Sanctuary. You watched me do it as you escorted your family off the rock.

Ray shook his head. "N-No...you're joking, right? T-This is all a joke."

I don't joke about my business Ray. You can attempt fast traveling there if you wish to prove me wrong. *Alka sort of knew what he was asking for so he upholstered his pistol keep it concealed*

Ray sighed. "Well...I guess if everyone is safe." He shrugged, and looked at Alka. "I can get us off this rock."

Rohnan looked from Ray to Alka giving a confused expression, the raccoon was acting different than before.

Rohnan walked over to Alka "I think...I think something happened to him, he probably lost his memory" he whispered to the wolf glancing back at Ray.
OOC: This is my character I play on WoW :) He's like a ninja almost but instead of sneaking around he does combat, they call that class a Monk in WoW. And he's also a Draenei, a race in WoW X3 His name is HADOUKIN!

IC: Rohnan smiled at Alka for giving Ray a chance and turned back to Ray, listening to him explain on how to escape the planet. Though, in the back of his very skull, something was poking at him, a bad thought that he was trying to desperately ignore.

Ray shrugged. "Then, we can take one of the crime family's escape rockets. They've gotten a few around...I think." He sighed. "If Hyperion is out of the equation."

Ronan stayed standing with folded arms and watched Ray, thoughts clouding his eyes If he lost his memory..how is he remembering all of this? he thought to himself, gripping Sweety in his right hand eating under his folded arms.

Ray smiled, and sat. He withdrew a grubby, hand-drawn map of the crime family hideouts. "Now, I've seen keys get handed off from guard to guard. Each guy was super trusted by the heads, I think."

*Alka suddenly got the same thoughts Rohnan got and locked his eyes on Ray* You don't remember Sanctuary falling... and yet you remember the crime family and how they operate... something isn't adding up.

Ray tilted his head. "I've been a scabber for a good while now. I memorized how the safehouse areas were guarded." He shrugged. "Just things you pick up on."

*Alka secured his grip on the spinning pistol* Amnesia doesn't care what memories you have, they're gone. *Alka stood and aimed right at Ray's head* You haven't been lying to me.... have you?

IC: Rohnan's ear twitched towards Alka as he spoke but his eyes stayed on Ray "He might have lost part of his memory Alka..forgetting us...but remembers his family and this." He gave a light sigh rubbing his head and sitting down.

Ray blinked, and stumbled back. "W-What? Why're you so hostile? I'm just trying to get off this planet, same as you!" He looked at Rohnan. "What is 'this'?"

*Alka leaned in closer* I'm hostile because I've got family. Same as you. And why would you be trying to get off this planet? Isn't your family stuck here with you? You aren't going to abandon them... are you? *Alka leaned in even closer*

Ray shook his head. "No! Y-You were gonna shoot me! S-So...I told you my plan." He sighed. "I-I was gonna call them when we had the ship."

" 'This' as an the information you have on a crime family" Rohnan looked towards Ray "listen..you might have forgotten your memories but you tried to kill Alka, were trying to stay on our toes here.." He muttered resting his elbows on his knees.

Mmmm, you're doing a poor job of convincing me. Why are you sweating? An innocent man, has nothing to fear... *Alka smirked, and pressed the barrel of the gun to the side of Ray's head* I'm going to ask once and only once. What. Are. You. Here. For.

Ray closed his eyes. "I-I've never met you two! I-I'm just here to escape, j-just like you!" A tear fell from his eye. "I-If you're gonna shoot me, t-take my body back to my family."

*Alka smiled and removed the gun from Ray's head* Well, welcome to the club. We've got jackets. *Alka sat back down and put the pistol away*

Ray blinked, and wept openly. He curled up, and covered the back of his head with his paws.

Rohnan got up, grabbing a blanket that was folded beside him and wrapped it around Ray's shoulders "we didn't mean to scare you, but we had to know" He patted the raccoon's shoulder before walking back to Alka and sitting back down beside the wolf.

Rohnan was staring at his new personal pistol Sweety, he gave a light hum in thought and strapped it into his leg strap on his pants, he sat up and leaned back glancing at Alka then at his brother's tail. A flicker of mischief flashed through his eyes, it was so tempting to cuddle the fluffy grey tail that he was mentally holding himself back.

Ray pulled the blanket over his head. "W-Where-ever we're going...t-tell me when we get there."

*Alka relaxed back into his seat and sighed* Well... Let's make this a good one.

Rohnan blinked in surprise and gave a chuckle "oh man are we finally getting some sleep? This has been long over due." He gave a slight grin, even though he had a smile, his eyes held a glaze of exhaustion from the lack of sleep and staying awake for the action pact days they've been having. "If..we're going to sleep?" His ears drooped giving a slight pout.

Ray woke up as the train stopped, and he rubbed his face. After a few moments, he poked his head out from under the sheet.

*Alka had stayed up watch. It was noticable, considering the bags under his eyes. He looked to Ray* So... Finally awake huh...

Ray flinched. "D-Didn't sleep much. I just kept quiet."

Ray shook his head. "Not really, no. Lots of nightmares."

Ray nodded. "It's...usually the same nightmare, though." He sighed. "But you don't care." Ray chuckled, and pulled the blanket back over himself. "The only reason you're keeping me alive is because I've got a plan to get you off the planet."

*Alka chuckled* Glad to see you're learning. But, if that was the only reason, you'd still be dead. I have enough money to gett me off the planet 3 times over.

Ray shrugged. "I guess. But, I wonder...what are the other reasons?"

Ray leaned back, wrapped in the blanket. "I guess not." He chuckled. "Maybe we can discuss it after we're off the planet?"

Pam: It's a shame we had to wake you up. You looked really peaceful when you slept :3

Rohnan gave a slight chuckle "yeah, I enjoy sleep whenever I can. These past couple of days have been torture, more way than one."

Ray shot off suddenly, towards a nondescript pile of rocks. He started moving the rocks, but had trouble with the larger ones.

*Alka tilted his head, but slowly walked over to help Ray move the rocks.*
*Pam stayed beside Rohnan*

Ray cackled like a madman, once the rocks were removed. Inside, there was a large metal box, like a gigantic rifle case. He flipped it open, and withdrew a massive e-tech rail-gun. Ray set it up on the rocks, and checked the scope. Obviously imbued with fire, the gun pulsed with an orange glow. Every so often, a lick of flame would shoot out of the side, charring the rocks.

*Alka grinned at the gun* And here I thought you weren't the type for violence. Guess I was horribly mistaken. That's one wicked looking rail-gun.

Ray nodded. "Yep! Valentine made it for me as a birthday present. She calls it 'Catch-and-Retrieve, 'cause it...well...I'd have to show you."

*Alka spins his pistol around his finger* I prefer this old girl. She's much more accurate than the lazer I believe. That, and she's a whole lot less noisy. She just shuts up and does her job. Kind of like me.

Ray shrugged. "I guess so. Though, can she do this?" He leveled the rifle off at a passing bandit, and fired. The bandit caught fire, and then digitized. Instead of just dropping his money and ammo, the barrel of the gun opened up, and the items were pulled to Ray. He smiled, and pulled the ammo, money, and gun from the rifle. "Y'see? Catch-and-Retrieve."

*Alka grinned* I cannot believe you don't just carry that beast around with you.

Ray shook his head. "It's too obvious. Besides, I'm usually a heavy sleeper."

*Alka begins playing around with his pistol, expertly throwing it into the air and catching it, swapping it between hands behind his back and anything you could think to do if you wanted to show off* It'd be too easy to steal I guess. Anyway, we'd better stock up on supplies before we head out.

Ray nodded, and strung the rifle across his back. "Yeah...I need to get some sniper ammo, 'cause I'm out now."

*He finally holstered his pistol, somehow managing to show off how well he could do that as well* It shouldn't be difficult to find a store out here...

IC: Rohnan suddenly sneezed "gah.." He shook his head then sniffed the air "well I smell food in the direction, might be a couple of stores there." He twitched his ear and looked to the north.

Alka: Hmmm... I know a place we could raid. Bandit hideout. It would be in our interests to loot the place for all they own.

"Or that" Rohnan shrugged looking at Alka tail wagging

Ray sighed. "I-I can't fire this on the move...and it takes a few to charge up."

It's cool. We'll only use the weapon to take out badasses and the such. Things that move slow anyway. When your charging, I'll absorb damage and defend you.

Ray nodded. "I-It also drains shields."

*Alka tilted his head* Is everything alright? You're stuttering again.

Ray nodded, a little droopy. "I-I didn't have a shield...a little drained is all."

*Alka sighed and threw his to Ray. It was an E-Tech shield. 60,000 capacity, the ability to absorb bullets and it's also got a fire thorns effect* Have it. You'll need it if you're going to survive.

Ray equipped the shield. "Sixty-thousand...just a little over the drainage buff."

IC: Rohnan hummed as he looked around then looked at Pam blinking "hey..Alka, what about Pam?" He looked at the grey wolf.

Ray nodded, and hitched the rifle higher on his back. "Y-Yes, but I can't put the rifle in my inventory."

Pam can come with. She's capable of shooting a gun. How do you think she's still alive? As for your rifle just carrying it then XP

Ray nodded. "Of course." He sighed, and looked around. Ray found a very light pistol on the ground. "Well...it's a good start."

*Alka walked over to the pistol and studied it* The pistol won't do jack, less you can aim well. Can you?
*Pam pulled out a pink and cutely decorated pistol of her own*

"Oh cool" Rohnan smiled at Pam, he folded his arms as he waited for everyone to get ready. He looked down at the ground as he started to think, messing with a pebble as he did.

*She stuck her tongue out. The pistols name was "Betty Boop." It was a jackobs revolver, that had been modified with high impact bullets, at the cost of some accuracy. It was capable of dishing out a lot of damage, on whatever it hit.*

Ray shrugged. "I'm not too bad of a shot." He moved to holster the pistol, when it suddenly discharged. The bullet disintegrated against Ray's shield, but the young raccoon still looked embarrassed. "Whoops."

Rohnan blinked in surprise at Pam's pistol and chuckled at how it was pink and decorated

Rohnan laughed lightly at Pam "haha, your pretty cool Pam." He grinned happily tail wagging "say..how long have you and Alka been together?" He asked smiling.

"Yeah for me as well" Rohnan smiled generously looking over at his brother, his eyes then saddened and he lowered his gaze slowly.

*Pam hugged Rohnan from behind* Pam: What's wrong, hun?
Alka: I'm not sure anyone means to shoot themselves. Well, anyone sane that is.

Ray sighed. "I didn't MEAN too. It was an accident."

Rohnan jumped a bit in surprise at Pam's action, he looked back at her and smiled sadly "Oh, nothing for you to be worried about." He patted the she-wolf's arms that were around him. "I-I'll be fine, I just need to clear my head a little." He hummed quietly.

Pam: Okay. If you need someone to talk to, conversation with me are a lot more hospitable than with Alka~
Alka: Once again, no one means to shoot themselves, unless they're insane. I'm sure you're not insane.

Ray sighed. "Alright, then. Let's just...go get kitted out."

Rohnan laughed "oh, You don't have to tell me twice. But he does have his fuzzy moments." He teased Alka from where he was look over at his brother with a grin.

*Alka turned and spat at Rohnan jokingly* Alka: There's your fuzzy moment, right there. *He burst out into laughter*
*Pam chuckled*

Ray started off towards the nearest bandit encampment, confused as to how Alka could nearly kill him, but then be jovial with Rohnan.

Rohnan gave a laugh then a chuckle "oh please! You might act tough but your just a softy a heart." He teased more and gave Pam a side hug "Pam, your awesome." He smiled at her then started to follow after Ray.

Pam: Right! *Pam follows Alka, pulling on Rohnan's arm*

Ray spotted the bandit camp, and stopped. He found a nice vantage point, and set up the rifle. "Let's see...what we can see."

"Woah-!" Rohnan stumbled after Pam as she pulled on him and chuckled following

*Pam giggled pulling Rohnan along*
*Alka pulled out his pistol and walked up to the entrance, hiding just outside*

Ray spotted a large bandit, probably a Badass. He smiled, and sighted the rifle. "And...goodnight, sweet prince." The rifle whined, but did not fire. "Oh...crap. Uh...Ammo, anyone?"

Rohnan smiled then his expression became serious as the came to the camp, he peeked his ears for anything disturbing and sniffed the air, "hmm..I smell a psycho here" he warned the group, his ear twitched as he heard Ray and his ears drooped "sorry bud I don't got any, ask Alka or Pam. They might." He smiled.

Alka: I don't carry laser ammo. The stuff is expensive and useless to me
Pam: Neither
Alka: We'll just have to take out any big guys the old fashioned way.

Rohnan pulled out Sweety, he took a glance at the pistol for a second with a slight smile "well..I'm ready to go." He checked to see if he had ammo then walked up beside Alka.

*Pam walked behind the two and gave them both good luck kisses* Pam: Try not to get shot~ :3
Alka: Thanks Pam. Let's do this

Rohnan looked at Pam with a kind smile "you too" he then aimed his gun at an enemy, then shot, watching as the enemy fell to the ground dead. He instantly ducked behind cover as a flurry of gun fire came towards them.
OOC: if I disappear I might've gone to bed x3 I'll try to stay up for a bit longer

Rohnan began shooting and killing any bandits in sight, and looted every body that fell. He perked his ears in surprise as he looted a few grenades. He inspected the small object and tried to figure out how to use it. Rohnan messed with the small round ring at the top and pulled on it, blinking as it came off "UH-!" He quickly tossed the grenade in a panic and luckily, it landed right on the middle of the bandit camp. Explode any bandits near by and taking out a great amount of them.

Alka and Pam: Nice throw!

Pam: Not without me you don't
*They both line their pistols up next to eachother, and aim for the badasses head, before firing and taking a good chunk of his health off*

Rohnan chuckled rubbing the back of his head didn't technically throw it but hey at least I made an impact He thought then yiped as he felt a quick spark of pain explode in his ear and quickly fell to the ground to cover himself, his winced and opened his eyes. His vision was slightly blurry but he shook his head, spraying a good amount of blood as he did "owowowow-" he put his paw to his bleeding ear and held it there. "Damn" he cursed quietly glancing at how much blood tricking from his ear to his paw and down his arm. Rohnan gave a slight huff and continued to fight, he knew that the wound wasn't a big deal, any damage done to ears tend to bleed a lot.

*The badass charges at Alka and Pam, but their combined efforts take him down before he gets to them. Alka then throws a health needle over to Rohnan*
*Pam notices a sniper aiming at Rohnan, but had ran out of bullets. She begins running to intercept the bullet he had shot, just barely jumping in front of Rohnan, and taking a shot to the heart, killing her*

Rohnan barely caught the health needle and quickly took it, but he suddenly froze in his tracks. Eyes widening in fear as he whipped his head around as he heard the shot of a sniper but his eyes widened more in horror as he saw Pam, jump in front and take the shot that was meant for him. "PAM!!!" He screamed catching her falling body and held her close, his eyes stricken with shock and terror as he stared at the dead wolf he befriended minutes ago "P-Pam..?" His voice dripped with regret and sadness as his ears drooped sadly. "Pam.." He held the dead she-wolf in his arms as a few tears trickled down his cheeks "I'm sorry..I'm so sorry..." He whimpered. Not even beginning to think how Alka could ever forgive him, he knew how much Pam meant to his brother.

*Alka watched Pam, and his expression sort of froze on a mixture between shock, sadness and anger. He shot the sniper without looking to where he was. He slowly stumbled towards Pam, tears flowing in rivers down his cheeks. The tears didn't change his expression though, and he was almost limping towards her. He dropped to his knees in front of the two, his pistol falling out of his hands* Alka: P-Pam....?
*Pam gave no response and just lay there, limp*

Rohnan opened his eyes and shakily looked up at Alka, he wiped his years away and carefully handed Pam's body to his brother. "Alka..Alka...I'm so..so sorry." He lowered his head in shame and shook his head, fists clenching tightly and jaw tightening as he tried to stop crying and endure the fact that he just got his only friend's wife killed.

*Alka took her in his arms, and look down into her lifeless eyes* Alka: No.... NO...... NOOOOOOOO! *Alka's pain-filled yell echoed through the camp and into the desert behind them. He sobbed as he held her head close to his, nuzzling her dead corpse. His tears came even faster now, falling onto Pam*

Rohnan's heart broke at the sight and forced himself to look away, ears pinning down as he heard Alka's broken cry. He gulped tail tucking in slightly, he reached towards Sweety but stopped. He had no right to deserve the gun now and guilt was getting to him. Rohnan peeked over the hiding spot they hid behind to check if any bandits remained, all of them seemed dead and he looked back down at Alka and Pam wincing as he saw the grief and backed away a bit to give his brother a last moment with his wife.

*Alka closed Pam's eyes* Goodnight Pam.... Hope your dreams are a sweet as you were... *He continues sobbing as sets her down, proceeding to shoot her with a maliwan flame SMG he had. The flames burnt her into ashes, which spread itself across the camp in the wind. Alka wiped the tears from his eyes, but fell forward, punching at the ground*

Ray was still scrounging about for a set of sniper bullets, when the report of the rifle reached his ears. He hit the dirt, and laid prone for a few moments, before crouching, and looking around. Ray saw Alka pounding the ground by a pile of ashes, and Rohnan taking a step back. He decided to, for his own health, avoid confrontation with the two entirely.

*Alka eventually settled his arms onto the ground, still bending over and sobbing. Pam was the one thing keeping him sane and furry... Now he's nothing but a monster. He let out a low tone growl as he sobbed*

Ray looked around for the sniper, confused. He didn't see one anywhere, but kept the pistol he found close at paw, just in case.

Rohnan knelt down and grabbed onto Alka's shoulders "listen Alka..your not alone, alright..? I'll stay by you. I will stay by your damn side until death stops me..I won't leave you." He gripped onto the wolf harder "you are not a monster, you only did bad for your family to be safe." He pressed foreheads with Alka and pulled him into a hug.

*Alka hugged Rohnan tight, still sobbing, except now, onto his brothers back. He was almost radiating grief and sadness into the air around him. His normally good grip had turned soft, to the point where he was too weak to even hug Rohnan as tight as he wanted to*

Rohnan held Alka tight in his arms, he closed his eyes as he held the wolf in a secure grip. His whimpered very faintly at how sad his brother was. It teared him up inside, but the confidence to stay with Alka grew more strong. Rohnan gently rubbed the wolf's back and nuzzled him slightly "I won't leave you..I won't..." He muttered quietly to Alka "b-but..we need to find somewhere for shelter...I can smell the rain is coming.." He whispered to him opening his caramel eyes and glancing up at the sky.

*Alka released the hug and went over to Honey, picking it up* Y-Yeah... We should... *Alka glanced over at Betty, and planted the pink pistol into the ground where Pam died. He bowed afterwards, paying his respects before slowly walking to the exit*

Rohnan slowly let go as Alka moved away and watched him walk off, he looked back at Pam's grave and bowed his head ears drooping I'm so sorry Pam..I promise I'll take care of him he shakily stood, hesitating to grab the pistol Alka gave him before he went after the grey wolf with his gaze at the ground.

Rohnan rushed to Alka's side any time he would stumble and helped his brother walk properly "I'm sure we can find a place to stay..maybe in a town neaby? I dunno, but if it's the only way. Sure." He looked up at Alka.

Yeah.... If we don't have any more options, we could always attempt taking over opportunity... Maybe we can find a small ghost town or something out here... *Alka placed his hand on his forehead as he slowly felt himself losing consciousness*

Rohnan felt a chill shoot up his body "h-heh! Ghosts Town?! Those freak me out" he whined ducking slightly at the thought of staying somewhere haunted. He blinked and perked his ears as he looked at Alka, seeing his pale face "A-Alka?"

*Alka collapsed forward onto the ground, rolling over onto his back* Ghosts aren't real idiot... It's just a town that's been abandoned... Ugh....

Rohnan ran over and knelt down "Alka! What's wrong?" He asked a bit panicky and tried to check if his brother was wounded at all.

*Alka had bags under his bloodshot eyes. His eyelids looked heavy on him and he was barely keeping his eyes open* Ugh... I feel... sick... Oh god- *Alka doubled over and puked onto the ground*

Rohnan quickly jumped away eyes widening "shit-! D-Dammit.." He gripped his head as he saw Alka puke, it panicked him more than disgust. He didn't have the heart to ebb feel that way for his brother, he tried to calm himself down to try and think of what the symptoms Alka might have "A-Alka! What's wrong?! What do you feel?"

Light headedness... Sore stomach... my arm is kind of numb... heartbeat makes me ache... might be dying... oh not agai- *he doubles over and vomits a second time*

Rohnan felt fear strike into him and he knelt down "w-what can I do?! Alka don't..you can't.." His eyes watered faintly.

Rohnan gulped but nodded and helped Alka alone to wherever they might wander, he blinked as he started to feel the rain beginning to start and looked up at the grey clouds, ears folding back in concern but continued even as the rain started to become more harsh on them and soon they were both dripping wet.

*Alka kept his eyes open, and remained conscious, despite how much he was currently hurting, and despite the rain. He spotted a small cave off to their right* To... the right.... a cave...

Rohnan shook his fur slightly and looked to there right. He let out a slightly strained grunt as he hoisted Alka to lean on him more as he made there way to the cave. As they entered Rohnan laid Alka at the back of the cave where it was dry, he took a deep breath and shook himself of his wet fur. "O-Oh man it's damn cold." His teeth chattered slightly as he trembled from the harsh cold and looked out of the cave, seeing the rain was getting worse. He shook himself again knelt beside Alka "alright, tell me what's wrong exactly, a-are you hurt? Sick?" He asked shakily from the cold but he was serious about what he was asking.

I'm.... most likely... having a heart attack.... *Alka didn't seem to be bothered by the cold. He leans back and closes his eyes, and begins speaking his mind*
We met... when I was still a bandit... The boys had brought home a new slave for our entertainment... and boy, was she beautiful... Word spread of the name "Pam"... but, for all the wrong reasons... day in and night out, people would go to her... seeking 'relief'... and they got it... by the time a year had passed, she had successfully catered to the taste of all the bandits in our group... all 1,000 of us... Well, not all 1,001 of us... I was the only face she hadn't seen yet... So I decided to go see what the big deal was... I walk into this room... decorated with shiny objects, and pink... It made want to throw up... but in the middle, in complete contrast... was this she-wolf... She had been dressed in very thin pink linen... So thin you could see right through it... She had only just recently been used and was still cleaning jizz from off herself... and then she saw me... the minute our eyes met, she knew I wasn't like all the other bandits... I wasn't the type that would put her in chains... or hang her upside down... or whip her... For the first time in a year, she actually made love to someone... And I mean love... Not rape... I came back frequently, and we talked often... I eventually confessed my darkest secret to her... About my tail... and that's when I knew she was the one... But I couldn't stand to see them use her like they did anymore... So I turned rouge... Killed about 800 bandits in an array of well placed explosives... and managed to run off into the desert with her... We didn't know where we were going... but we were happy... Eventually we made it to Lynchwood... We lived on the streets for a while, feeding off scraps, until I managed myself a job... I became a hitman... After a year of non-stop killing, I finally got us a house... a little run down place, but it was home... She renovated it, and made it more of a living space... and from then on I worked to get us off Pandora... It would take me years, but we were happy... She was such a kind spirit... Even though I taught her to fire a gun, she didn't like killing... *He begins tearing up*... She never got much practise in... but she was good enough for me... She was more than a simple love interest though... she was a reminder to me... she was a symbol of hope... she was my everything... and now... it's all burned to the ground... *Alka opens his eyes, looking miserable and droopy. His ears had fallen flopped forward and he began crying again*

Rohnan listened quietly to Alka's story and he lowered his eyes as he started to feel grief. He softly rested his paw on Alka's shoulder and silently arched him cry, he didn't know how to fix all of this, he didn't know how to show he was there for him. He close his eyes and turned his head away slightly "I'm sorry..Alka..." He rasped eyes shutting tighter, he then opened them and looked at his brother "please..rest...you need it, I'll keep watch and look after you. But you need some sleep..it will help.." He said gently.

*Alka giggled a little bit* I tell people... "I'll sleep when I'm dead"... to sound tough... but the truth is... I can't sleep... Even with Pam by my side... It wasn't often I could sleep peacefully... *Alka turned his head to Rohnan* You ever wonder... why my tail... doesn't move...?

Rohnan blinked in surprise "w-well..yeah. Ever since I pulled on it I've always wondered." Ray rubbed the back of his neck "I've never seen you wag your tail once" he said a bit sadly but smiled a bit.

That's why I can't sleep... Nightmares of the time the last shred of innocence I had was taken from me... I can still see it clearly... the man in the front clogging my throat... the man from behind filling my back... He was too rough... so rough that he broke my tail... apart from a few broken bones, they crushed the nerves at the point where my tail connects with my body... beyond repair... I can't even feel my tail... as far as my senses are concerned... it's not even there...

Rohnan winced at the thought and covered his ears, all these stories about these horrible events were getting to him. "S-Stop..please...I can't hear that anymore" he whimpered shaking his head. He tried shut his eyes tightly as he pictured what happens to Pam and Alka in the past, it shook him to the very core. He couldn't imagine.

*Alka raised his arm slowly and put it behind Rohnan's head, pulling him close* Easy bro... It's ok... These things... aren't meant for everyone's ears... *Alka leant his head onto Rohnan's and hummed a tune quietly*

"Dammit.." Rohnan choked out gripping onto Alka "you..didn't deserve any of that Alka." His voice shook slightly "I..I won't let that happen to you again...I won't" he said with determination. These, words that he heard made him angry at the people who did this, but more angry that this kind of evil existed, and there was no justice for it. Rohnan shook his head and held Alka tighter "I won't..I'll do everything in my being to make sure..that won't happen." He muttered.

Thanks... bro... *Alka's weight became a bit heavier as he falls asleep. It's the first shred of sleep he's had in weeks. Alka smiles a bit in his sleep*

Rohnan opened his eyes shakily and lifted his head to gaze down at Alka, he closed his eyes and leaned down. Giving the grey wolf and light nuzzle before he stood and headed out of the cave to get resources, they were going to need it. He stopped and looked back at Alka to make sure he was asleep before he stepped out into the rain. Rohnan gathered a good amount of supplies while out in the rain, but stopped. The whole time he collected, the thoughts of Pam and Alka rose and he ended up screaming at the sky in anger, resulting into slashing with his left arm against bushes, boulders, and trees. Leaving deep gashes in his wake, he stood in the rain, tears running down his cheeks and he gripped his head as he cried silently. Eventually, after half an hour Rohnan returned and looked completely normal as if nothing had happened but looking for food and soft nesting for beds. He took a deep breath and made a fire, two nests for himself and his brother, and captured rodents roasting over the fire. Everything seemed quite expertly handled.

"Good thing I got everything I needed then" Rohnan gave a chuckle "though..I'm actually surprised that I haven't caught one yet. But I'll be fine, you however, go back to sleep." He poked Alka's head

*Alka shrugged and crawlled onto his nest* Whatever you say... *Alka slowly drifts off to sleep again*

Rohnan smiled and patted Alka's head and stayed close to the fire to warm up, he slowly began closing his eyes in his spot by the fire and rested his head in his arms. Taking a deep breath he opened his eyes and took the cooked rodents away from the fire, setting one in front of Alka then began eating his.

*Alka opened his eyes smelling the rodent, and then he began nibbling on it. Despite him not enjoying the taste, he ate anyway* So... When the rain clears, we'll need to get moving. I say we continue with our plan of hijacking a ship.

Ray hadn't gone far, but he secreted himself inside a burned out shack, a mile or so from the camp. His rifle, with the lack of ammunition, had stopped producing flame. Ray now sat afraid, cold, and blind, as rain poured into the beaten shack.

It's fine... *Alka punched the wall of the cave, shaking it a little. He created a slight crack in the wall where he punched it, and his hand was bleeding a bit* We need to go find Ray. He'll get sick in this weather... or worse...

Ray sneezed and sniffled, as he hugged himself. I could've saved her...

Rohnan flinched and lowered his gaze "I..can go look for him. My nose is better than the average bear so I should be able to track him." He stood looking towards the exit of the cave.

*Alka stood up and gave Rohnan a very intimidating look* I'll go find him. You stay here. I think my echo got a bit wet, so if I Rohnan's is still working, I need a location to pin. Plus, the rain will've definitely masked his scent. *Alka walked to the exit* Wish me luck...

"EH-!" Rohnan instantly shrunk to the ground as Alka gave him that look and whined a bit "so mean, very mean, whhhy" he then huffed latching onto Alka's leg "b-but your sick, you threw up. The rain isn't going to help!" He protested

Rohnan, now is not the time to complain over minor issues. I can handle a bit of sickness. Our friend is out there, god knows where, freezing to death. I don't care how sick I am, he's getting back here, and he's getting back here alive. Now, I'd let go of my leg, unless you want me to drag you through the rain as well.

Rohnan stood and folded his arms "well looks like I'm going to be the stubborn little brother because I'm not letting you go alone in the condition your in. I'm perfectly fine and not sick, I'll be more help with you then in here." He frowned and walked it into the rain.

*Alka dragged him back inside* You're going to be the stubborn little brother who is making a rash and stupid decision. Now, you WILL stay here, whether you like it or not Rohnan. *Alka gives Rohnan the same intimidating look*

Rohnan whimpered and glanced away "Alka..I said I would protect you..." He muttered quietly eyes closing in disappointment but took a step back inside the cave and sat down in his nest. He sighed quietly "fine..then I'll just quickly collect some more soft leafs and grass to make Ray another bed..is there anything to keep us contected that you might have?" He looked up at the wolf from where he sat.

*Alka grinned* Nope. Nothing but our wit and our guts. Wish me luck bro. *Alka walks out into the rain and slowly disappears behind a veil of heavy droplets*

Rohnan's ears drooped as Alka left and his eyes glistened with worry, he took a deep breath the calm himself down and ran out of the cave to gather recourses for another nest.

*Alka slowly trudged his way towards the now ruined camp they were at before* No where in sight.... damn it... Well, guess there's only one thing to do then... *Alka put his hands around his mouth and aimed his head towards the sky. He then let out a powerful yell that penetrated through the rain, barely making it to Ray's ears* RAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!

Ray's ear twitched, and he stood. He sighed, and turned on his ECHO device. He stepped out into the rain, and pinged himself as a distress marker, hoping Alka saw it.

*Alka's echo was fuzzy because the rain messed with it, but managed to pick up Ray's distress signal, before shutting off* Great... Guess I'll head that-a-way... *Alka began trudging his way to Ray's location*

Rohnan quickly grabbed any soft material he could find and ran back to the cave, shaking his fur out once again. He then built a nest for Ray beside Alka and smiled at his work "huh..living out in the wild sure did pay off."

Ray sighed, and sat against the shack, rain crackling against his shield.

*Alka eventually came into view of the shack after about 10 minutes of walking. Alka himself was dripping wet, and now feeling sick again. He walked up to the shack and noticed Ray*

Ray looked up, both sad and apologetic. "I-I..." He hung his head, expecting Alka's unmitigated wrath.

*Alka grabbed Ray and slung him onto his back, before walking in the direction back to the camp* Just shut up.... We can talk later...

Rohnan yawned quietly and had a fish cooking over the fire for his furry raccoon friend, he had no doubt that Alka would find him.

*Alka reached the camp. He was very tired from carrying Ray around in the rain, coupled with his sickness. He forced his eyes to stay open, purely going off willpower now. He turned towards the cave and continued trudging*

Rohnan's ear twitched as he heard the splashing of mud and looked to the entrance. He instantly stood and ran towards his brother and grabbed him, helping him inside "dammit I knew it! Alka." He growled pulling on his ear slightly "I told you, that you were already sick and rain wasn't going to help." He sighed taking Ray off his brother's shoulders and setting the raccoon in the newly warm nest. He then pushed Alka back into his nest and pinned him there with an unamused look "we're not leaving this cave until your fully back in good health. I don't care what you say or do, your staying in this damn nest." He frowned and got up walking over to Ray smiling kindly "h-hey Ray..welcome back." He was still afraid of scaring the raccoon again and only said a few words "here..I made you a nest and if your hungry I got some food for you..but right now you need sleep ok?" He said softly patting Ray's head and pulled out some ripped cloth he found in the woods nearby, gently helping Ray dry off.

*Alka panted heavily and sneezed as he shivered in his nest. He managed a grin* W-W-What-ev-ever Y-Y-You S-Say B-B-Bro.... *Alka continued to breath heavily and shiver, occasionally sneezing*

"I swear, you owe me." Rohnan gave a light chuckle and finished cleaning up Ray, he then went back to his brother and let out a deep breath, looking at the wolf sympathetically. "Good thing I got some herbs that help with sickness..I might need to get some more.." He mumbled gently brushing the cloth over Alka's head. He pulled Alka closer to the fire along with Ray "stay close to the fire, once the rain dies down I'll go to the nearest town for spare clothes because these went ones aren't helping." He hummed lightly.

"I really wish I had some blankets or something dry for you two to cover under.." He mumbled ears drooping, he sat between the to rubbing his head "I guess..body warmth can work...?"

Rohnan forced himself to look away as Alka undressed, heh I was right, he is well built he chuckled at his thought and unbuckled his brown belt and removed his wet pants. His unique wild dog markings became more colorful with dark brown, black, white, light brown, and same dark stripes mixing into his patterns. He took a deep breath, glancing at his own dark blue boxers and laughed lightly "haha, this will be one to remember huh?" He asked the two, tail wagging.

*Alka chuckled* You can't make a point about being used to the cold, and then go ahead and get sick because of it straight away Ray. Come on. You're wet clothes needs to dry so we can trek without having the our clothes heavy due to being wet. We aren't going to judge you for wearing pink

*Alka looked Ray up and down* He's hiding something.... Most likely some sort of scar... Or a wound that traumatised him... No matter. It's his problem if he has to walk around in damp clothing *Alka smiled at Ray* It's cool. I guess I could sort of understand not wanting to get semi-naked in front of strangers. Although, you may at the very least want to get rid of your shirt. Don't want sand wearing away at your skin, or messing up your sheild. Especially near your heart.

Ray sighed, and walked around a rock. He tossed his shirt across the rock, but kept his cloak on. Ray also left his shield on his shirt, before walking back around the rock, keeping his cloak pulled around himself.

*Alka cocked an eyebrow* That doesn't make sense to me. Exposing yourself to another is a sign of trust, not a sign to not trust. Come up with a better reason, if you really don't want to show... *Alka closes his eyes hugging Rohnan*

Rohnan hummed slightly and patter Alka's head then looked at Ray nodding "I'm sure Alka won't, we all have our secrets we don't want to tell. I'm sure it's nothing we'll freak out about."

Ray sighed. "O-Okay." He started to undo the clasp of the cloak. "Just...k-keep calm." The cloak fell to the ground, revealing Ray's back. Studded with what appeared to be intake ports for tubing, Ray's back was covered in scars. Some of the scars ran up towards his arms, and back down the front of his chest. Ray whimpered slightly, as the cold breeze played about the copper intake ports.

Ray yelped, and shot forward slightly. He blinked, and turned, sheepishly. "S-Sorry...n-not many touch my fur...it's...erm...still a little scary for me."

He sighed, any time he would try and act friendly to Ray it seemed to backfire and make him only scared of him more. "L-Listen Ray..I know we've scared you a few times...but it's only because of past events, there behind us now. We won't hurt you" he smiled faintly

*Alka began laughing a bit* Well, glad to know I'm not the only person who has a plethora of scars. I've got to say though, whoever put those into must have a serious disregard for furry life. Anyway, let it be known, you're not exactly much of a monstrosity. I've seen much worse. Believe me.

I read it once... in a journal... about caring for others. "If you are gentle and progressive, starting with allowing someone trust with your paw, you will eventually earn their trust, and they will soften up to you."

*Alka sat down, gently taking Ray's paw, shaking it, before scratching it softly* Uhm... tell me if I'm doing it wrong... I haven't had much time to practise this...

Rohnan watched the two shake hands then looked outside to see the rain was stopping, he glanced at his bandaged arm then started to slip back on his dry pants.

Ray nodded, and pulled his own clothes on. He rubbed his shoulder, and continued on silently.

Ray shrugged, as he hitched his rifle to his back. "I'm in for whatever you two decide."

Spaceship. The sooner we get off Pandora the better. It's going to be rough though...

Ray thought a moment, before sighing, and sitting down. "We wouldn't get very far before Hyperion chases us down. They monitor all comings and goings off the planet. Word is, the planet's on a silent lock-down. No one leaves without Hyperion creds, and only the CEO-stlye people have that...DNA encrypted and the like."

Rohnan jumped as Jewpawno suddenly yelled, blinking a few times "Jewpawno..? Interesting name" he gave a smile "your not here to gut us and play with our intestines are you?" He then asked hesitantly.

Ray took a step back, and leveled his rifle off at Jewpawno. "S-Should w-we be afraid of him?" The E-tech railgun pulsed with energy, plumes of fire spewing from the vents on either side of the barrel.
