Hm? What's this? Oh! It seems you've stumbled into my home. Who's home? Oh, where are my manners? I'm...well, my full title is Insane Trapmaster Tryp Trup. Most people call me Tryp, crazy man, et cetera. Anyway, You've entered my house. It's a very special house. How so? Well, you see, this house never stays the same. For instance, my closet. I open the door, it's a closet. But, if I close it, and open it again...Viola! My dining room. Don't try the ...front door....I said it always changes. How...how do you get out? That's for you to figure out, dear. Enjoy your stay, and try to stay alive. There are some here that aren't quite as friendly.
****
Summary: You've found yourself in the home of my second most fleshed out entity, Tryp Trup. Your objective is to get out, and stay alive. The kitchen and refrigerating rooms both have food, that will always come back when you return. Closing doors will always change the room you can't see. Stairs won't always lead you up, either. So, have fun...you'll be sure to find how much you love/hate Tryp and his house of madness.

((Ooh~ I'ma join dis! X3))

((Alright, I'm not too picky how. I'm not demanding character sheets.))
-
((Otay. Are there any rulezez?))
-
((Uh...other than trying to avoid godmode? Erm...Tryp Trup can, for the most part, control anything in the house. The house also will expand indefinitely. Uh...Oh! You can't 'die'...essentially, you'll wake up in another room. Uh...no weapons carried by your character. You use what's in the house. Oh, and I have to lay out the house...keeps y'guessin'. Other than that rather lengthy list, that's it.))
-
((Oh okay. ^^ That's tits. When do we start?))
-
((Erm...I dunno...give it a day, maybe?))
-
((Sure thing, Ray-gun! :3))

(.... I guess maybe I'll join in as well. :P )

((Alright! Let's get this started!))
-
((Okay, Ray-gun. Let's get dis show on the road! :3))
-
((Alright, let's open our book to chapter one...))
"Up on the hill, just outside the quiet town of Anderson, a huge mansion towered against the landscape. It's form, on certain days, even blocked out the sun. The townsfolk never entered, for fear of what it held. Travelers were warned to never enter, stating that the embodiment of madness lived within its walls. But you...you didn't listen. You and your friends...you thought you'd get a glimpse of what was held within, right? Thought you could enter MY house, completely unannounced? And nary a party favor in sight." The large, cloaked figure turned, standing between two grand staircases. He glared at the group. "I should drive you all mad right now, for this insolence..." The figure then tapped his chin in thought. "But...I'm feeling generous. Tell you what. You survive my house for...well...as long as I say, and I'll let you out." He didn't know if the group of furs - and/or people- were awake, but that didn't matter, his message would be heard.
-
((Wa-how~ Ray, you just put everything I could ever come up with to shame. TT_TT))
Acon took quiet steps around the mansion. She looked around with her paws on her hips. She boots clacked on the floor as she moved and the small charms on her bracelets jingled.
-
((HERE COMES THE NAI GUIS))
The shepherd grunted, shaking his head. It hurt like fire.
Where the hell was he? In a mansion of some sort. But something felt off.
He didn't know what.
He stumbled around in a bleary, hungover state.
What had he done last night? Hopefully nothing illegal.
He shook his head, following his nose to a fridge.
He opened it.
Hopefully, the owners of this place wouldn't mind him eating.
They didn't mind him sleeping, and he heard he snores like a dying cat.
-
Jacob sat up with a start, not immediately recognizing where he was. But suddenly the thoughts returned to him and he remembered, know immediately coming into this mansion was a horrible idea. "Hello?" He called out.
-
The shepherd cocked his head, his ears twitching towards the source of the noise. sounded like a person.
Maybe the owner?
He shrugged, blinking his eyes. his head still hurt like i had been worked over by a jackhammer, sledgehammer, and then ran over by a semi truck full of steel anvils.
"In the kitchen!"
-
A voice boomed out around the halls. "Everyone to the dining room!" There were a few beats of silence, before the voice boomed again. "Now!"
-
"Why the hell should I listen to you!?" the shepherd shouts back, rubbing his temples
-
The room around the shepherd shook, and the owner of the house, Tryp Trup, floated down from the ceiling. "Because...sir..." The floor boards creaked and groaned, as limbs sprouted up around the shepherd, and held him down. Tryp smiled, wide. "You're in my world."
-
The shepherd's eyes bulged, and he flailed uselessly against the myriad limbs sprouting from the floor.
"Wha-What?" He grunted, screaming myriad curses, hyperventilating
-
Tryp waved, as the limbs pulled the shepherd through the floor, dropping him into the dining room, none-too-gently.
-
Acon walked around the house with her paws in her pockets.
-
Tryp walked out of a wall near Acon. "Miss, please enter the kitchen."
-
The shepherd, his name was Shaw, grunted as he was dropped onto the floor of the kitchen, scrambling to his feet. What the hell was that? He didn't know. On the plus side, at least his head wasn't hurting anymore.
-
Acon looked to Tryp and raised a brow. "Will I get free food?"
-
Jacob heard the voice, his brow furrowing in confusion as he tried to find the source. "Umm, who was that?" He asked.
-
Tryp smiled. "Of course. You are all guests...though uninvited." He motioned at the door nearest him. "Please, to the dining hall."
-
Shaw pulled out a chair in the dining hall, practically falling into it.
Whatever happened last night... Must've been something really weird, since he apparently pissed off the God of madness.
-
Acon nodded before she skipped to the dining area.
-
Tryp suddenly descended from the ceiling in the dining room, and floated gently into a large chair at the end of the table.
-
Shaw looked to tryp
"Just a quick question... how does this work? falling through wood floors, limbs popping outta them... how?"
-
Tryp smiled. "Well asked, dear fellow! Well asked indeed!" He leaned against the table. "It works, because I say it does. No more, no less."
-
Jacob walked forward, opening a door at the endnof the room and peered into what looked like a dining roo, three people already inside. "uhhhh, hello?" He said.
-
Tryp's face broke into a warm smile. "Mr. Hail! Come in, come come."
-
Acon sat on the edge of the table and looked around. "Coming here was definitely worth it."
-
Jacob blinks before walking iver and taking a seat at the table, looking around at the others. "Sooo, uh, what the hell is going on here?"
-
Tryp leaned against the table. "Well, you've all seemed to have found your way into MY home. I don't know why, and I'm not sure I care. Either way, you all have to play my game to get out."
-
Acon raised a paw. "Excuse me, sir!"
-
Tryp tilted his head, and smiled. "Yes, miss Lovien?"
-
Acon lowered her paw and crossed her legs under her. "What if... uh... can we die here?"
-
Tryp looked astonished. "Die? In my house? No! That would give Ronald too much to clean. No no, dear, I'll bring you somewhere safe, should you black out." He smiled. "That doesn't mean it won't hurt."
-
Acon nodded, but raised a brow. "Ronald? Hurt? Who's that and what will you have us do, sir?"
-
Tryp chuckled. "Oh, my dear. If I told you, it wouldn't be a surprise." He smiled, and tapped his nose. "You'll see."
-
Acon huffed and crossed her arms. "Oh. Okay."
-
Trpy's ear twitched, and he smiled. "Oh! I do believe you all are going to meet my dear Ronald now." Just then, the door at the far end of the room swung open. A young, strapping raccoon, no more than twenty, stepped out with a large assortment of food on a silver cart. He began serving the guests, each with a tray marked with their name.
-
Acon watched the raccoon as he served them as she moved to sit in an actual seat. "Oh~. So that's Ronald."
-
Cifero took a seat shortly before Ronald showed up, blinking a few times. "So it seems," he said. "... How did I get here?"
-
Acon leaned back in her seat and sighed. "Oh come on, guys. Why are y'all acting like we just magically appeared here? We heard about this place, thought the stories were bogus, and decided to check it out for ourselves. Well... that's why I came."
-
"I think someone shoved me in here," Cifero said, waiting patiently as Ronald served everyone.
-
Tryp shrugged, and lifted his glass. "I dunno why, Cifero. Maybe people thought of you a sacrifice? Though...I don't go into town much, dear Rayleonarde does my shopping." He smiled at Acon. "I assume you're familiar with THAT name, dear."
-
Acon blushed and narrowed her eyes at Tryp. "W-what's it to you?"
-
Tryp chuckled. "Nothing, dear." He looked around. "Has everyone spoken their minds, then?"
-
Acon crossed her arms and grumbled to herself.
-
"Well, just a question," Cifero asked. "Hypothetically speaking, say I get slashed across the chest or something and die. When I wake up after dying, will I have a huge scar across my chest, or will it be like nothing ever happened? Will my shirt still be intact?"
-
Tryp smiled. "The scar would remain, and the clothes destroyed. Of course, I will provide you with replacements."
-
Acon sighed loudly and raised her paw again.
-
Tryp motioned at Acon. "Yes, Acon?"
-
"When are we gonna get a move on?" She asked, scrunching up her nose."
-
Tryp smiled. "Whenever the group decides, miss. We can't have you splitting up now, can we?"
-
Acon put down her paw and shrugged. "Guess not." She thought a moment. "Is, uh... any of your staff going to join us?"
-
Tryp glanced at Ronald. "Mm...no, I think not. Though, Jayce may have gotten stuck somewhere, and Rayleonarde may be in the observatory."
-
Acon smiled. "And uh... just for reference sake, where might the observatory be?"
-
Tryp pointed up. "It usually that way, but the house has been a little off recently. Might take a few tries. Just head upstairs, I've had the most luck with the third green door on the right."
-
Acon nodded and made a mental note on it.
-
Tryp smiled. "The scar would remain, and the clothes destroyed. Of course, I will provide you with replacements."
"Um... okay," Cifero said, regretting his choice of clothing. "... What if an orifice is messed up? Like... something mutilates someone's mouth or something. Will that be restored to mostly normal, perhaps with some minimal scarring?"
-
Tryp smiled, and spread his paws. "I will do what I can." He looked around. "Hm...I suppose you all are very tired. Please, come with me." He stood, and pulled his hat lower on his head.
-
Acon stood and brushed her skirt off. She sighed as she pushed her chair in.
-
Tryp's ear twitched. "Something wrong, miss Lovien?"
-
Acon shook her as she came up to stand beside Tryp. "Nope. I'm alright."
-
Tryp smiled, and opened the door the group had entered from. Where the foyer once was, a long hall of doors took its place.
-
Acon looked around as she entered the room and whistled.
-
(Is there room for more? I'm bored at the moment.)
-
((Always room, friend!))
-
Coming from down the Hallway was Lennox, looking like a lost puppy as he checked each door to see if they were loose. The door nobs were to high for him to reach and even if he could he didn't have oppasable thumbs anymore.
When he saw Acon, his heart skipped a beat and he rushed over to her, forgetting her fear of pokemon.
-
Tryp glanced down at Lennox. "Who let you in, little friend?" He knelt, and looked at the eevee.
-
Acon looked down at Lennox and nearly fainted.
-
Ronald had stolen up behind Acon, and caught her before she fell.
-
Acon's face was white with fear and her eyes were completely blank.
-
Cifero cocked an eyebrow. "An Eevee....?"
-
Tryp shrugged, and scooped up the eevee. Tryp shepherded everyone into their own rooms, leaving the eevee with Acon. "He seems to know you, miss Lovien. I'll leave him with you for the time being." After he made sure everyone was in their rooms, he locked the doors, and then danced down the hall. He reached the observatory, and smiled. "Ray? We have visitors. Someone you know." A jarring hiss, and the screech of metal was all that answered. Tryp smirked. "Maybe if you weren't so...unsociable, you would still be wandering around like Ronald! If you would've given me your free-will, you wouldn't be in this situation!" Tryp, satisfied with what he had said, danced away, whispering. "Awaken my friends, we have guests. Please, don't be shy. They want a show, and a show we'll give them."
-
Cifero glanced around his room, then sighed and began checking for hidden traps, taking the utmost care in doing so.
-
As Lennox was in the room with Acon, he recalled her fear of him and took and backed into one of the corners of the room away from her.
-
At around seven in the morning, the doors unlocked, and servants of all shapes, sizes, builds, species, et cetera, filed into the hall, carrying plates of food. Tryp parted the sea of servants, and spoke. "Rise and shine, guests! We've got a big day ahead of us."
-
Lennox climbed out from under the bed and came out pawed at the door, wanting out.
-
Ronald opened Acon's door, and motioned for Lennox to exit.
-
Lennox came out the door and stood outside the door waiting for Acon.
-
Tryp floated to Lennox's side, looking down at him. "How did you get in my home, little friend?"
-
Lennox remebered going through an open window and getting lost but wasn't sure how to communicate that to Tryp
"Eevee?"
-
Tryp glanced at a servant. "What window?"
-
"Eevee?" Lennox said as he thought someone finally could understand him.
-
Tryp nodded. "Yes. You're in my house, friend."
-
"Eev!"
Translation: "Yes!" Lennnox jumped with excitement as he finally had a translater.
-
Tryp knelt. "I'll only translate if you tell me what window you entered from."
-
Lennox thought for a moment. He remebered there was a pie in the kitchen window and he had tried to reach it from the outside but fell in. The window had closed on him and he been wandering around for another exit since.
"Eevee eev eevee vee eev."
-
Tryp nodded. "I see. YOU were the thing scraping about the halls."
-
Lennox took a step back thinking he was angry.
-
Tryp chuckled. "I wish you would've approached me sooner." He knelt closer to Lennox, and whispered. "I only wanted these few to experience this gauntlet." Tryp smiled, and leaned up. "But that'll be our secret, right?"
-
Lennox didn't think that sounded good but knew he couldn't warn them so just nodded.
-
Tryp nodded, and stood. He waited for the others to awaken.
-
Cifero gently blinked awake, glancing around the room. "Oh... right," he said, sitting up and pulling on his clothes. Glancing in the mirror, the crat tried to pull his shirt down farther without success, sighing and scratching his bare sides. I'd better keep on my toes... I don't have much coverage, he thought to himself, fixing his hair.
-
Shrugging, Cifero walked over to the door of his room and opened it a crack, peeking outside.
-
Out in the hall, Lennox was waiting by Tryp.
-
Tryp sighed. "I do hope the others awaken." He looked down at Lennox. "Unless you and Cifero wish to go alone? I'll be sure to send the others along."
-
Lennox didn't wanr to leave Acon behind but was sure it would be fine so nodded.
-
Tryp shrugged. "She will join you." He looked at Acon's door. "Though, only if your goal is finding Rayleonarde."
-
Acon walked out of her room, stretching her arms over her head and yawning. Today, she wore high-waisted tight jeans and a large cream colored sweater that was cut off at the bottom. The sleeves of her sweater were long and covered her paws while the turtle neck was large and gaping, almost covering her snout.
-
Tryp bowed low, removing his hat briefly. "Miss Acon."
-
Lennox went over to Acon and stood beside her. "Eevee."
T: "good morning."
-
Acon raised a brow and looked at Tryp before she picked up Lennox. "Uh... good morning."
-
Tryp smiled. "A very good morning indeed." He looked at Lennox a moment, before speaking. "I have a little game for you to play."
-
("T:" means translation since i'm to lazy to keep writing translation)
Lennox rubbed hia face against Acon's and looked at Tryp. "Eevee."
T: "what game."
-
Tryp smiled. "Not for you." He looked at Acon, a slightly devilish light in his eyes. "For her."
-
Acon's nose twitched. "Yeah? What is it?"
-
Tryp smiled, and offered his paw. "Come with me."
-
Acon hesitated a moment, but took Tryp's paw.
-
"Thank you." Tryp led Acon through the hall, and opened the door, revealing the observatory. "Here, my dear. Find your game."
-
Acon's ears perked and her stubby tail twitched. "That was easy. What do you find my game?"
-
Tryp pointed up, and a huge metal amalgamation descended. Bound by shackles, Ray remained essentially encased in brass, aside from his head. Tryp smiled. "Here's the game, find the keys. There are five." He motioned to the five keyholes in the machine. "Find them all, and you get Ray."
-
Acon's eyes grew wide and she turned to growl at Tryp.
-
Lennox growled Tryp now that he knew what the game was.
-
Acon narrowed her eyes at Tryp. "What, are they scattered around the house? This place is huge!"
-
Tryp smiled. "Tut tut, my dear. Harm me, and he dies." He smiled wider. "Oh, before I forget, the keys are not all in this room." Tryp looked around. "In fact, only one should be in here, if Ronald had done as instructed. But, he's been rather difficult these days, so..." He shrugged. "Keep an eye open, you never know how close they are. Might even be under your nose." With that, Tryp moved across the room, and sat, looking up at the sky, which had been night this entire time.
-
Acon bared her teeth in before she ran out of the room to start looking. "We'll look for the one in the room later. I have a feeling that one will be our hardest to find."
-
Tryp merely chuckled. "Oh...dear."
-
Acon held Lennox tighter against her chest. "Let's go bully Ronald into helping out."
-
Lennox knew this was a rather awkward position being squeezed against Acons chest but he nodded.
"Eev eevee."
T: "Yes lets go get him.
-
Tryp chuckled. "I wish you two luck, Ronald doesn't speak much anymore."
-
Acon ran down a hallway some ways away from the observatory with Lennox cradled in her arms. "I wonder where he could be." She huffed.
-
Ronald was cleaning a large picture window, one paw tucked behind his back.
-
Acon ran until she tripped on one of her shoe laces and went flying.
-
Tryp appeared near Acon, and caught her before she fell. He set her upright, and spoke. "Be careful, dear. Getting hurt here is never a good thing."
-
Acon narrowed her eyes at Tryp. "Listen, you! I don't know what kind of sick joke you're playing, but it's not funny!"
-
Tryp smiled. "But there is no joke. I'm deadly serious, always am." He looked over his shoulder, and noticed the door behind him. "You're looking for Ronald, yes? Well..." He pushed the door open, which revealed Ronald cleaning the picture window.
-
Acon eyed Tryp a moment before she walked past him and towards Ronald.
-
Ronald's ear twitched, and he looked at Acon, still washing the window. Tryp walked back through the entrance, and shut the door.
-
Acon stepped a bit closer to Ronald. "Uh..."
-
Ronald looked at Acon, and whispered. "Call me Ronnie."
-
Acon looked at her shoes a moment. "Ronnie... I... will you help me?"
-
Ronnie looked at a picture of Tryp, and after a few moments, he nodded. "Sure, what's up?"
-
Lennox looked up at the big picture. This guy must be full of himself he thought.
-
Acon stepped a bit closer to Ronnie with hopeful eyes. "Help me save Ray."
-
Ronnie sighed. "Did Tryp give you any hints? He usually does."
-
Acon thought a moment. "He said only one of the five keys I was looking for was in the observatory."
-
Ronnie raised an eyebrow. "Is there anything else? He'll usually tell you where the first one is."
-
Acon furrowed her brow in deep thought. "Uh... he said it might even be right under my nose."
-
Ronnie smiled. "Did you check? You're wearing a large turtle neck, yeah? Check the hem."
-
"Vee?" Lennox looked down the turtle neck.
-
Acon looked down into her sweater and narrowed her eyes at the key just sitting there against her chest. She sighed as she brought it out, the corner of her mouth twitching.
-
"Eevee vee?"
T: "is this guy a pervert?"
-
Acon stuffed the key in her pocket. "Good question."
-
Ronnie chuckled. "That's Tryp. He's pretty good at messing with you, but don't let him get to you. S'how he got me and Ray here." He sighed. "And, you'll have to jump through all the hoops to get those keys." Ronnie sighed. "And above all, don't tell Tryp any of your plans, and don't talk near the paintings, pictures, or even some of the mirrors. Tryp hears everything." He rubbed the back of his neck. "Don't insult him either. I insulted him, and now I'm a man-servant. Ray...Ray tried to fight him. You see where that got him."
-
"Eevee...eevee vee."
T:"challenge accepted...as soon as i evolve."
-
Acon averted her eyes to her shoes. "I'm gonna get you both outta here. But you gotta help me! Tryp said you hid the keys, so...."
-
Ronnie sighed. "He'd probably skin you." He looked at Acon. "I did, but Tryp won't let me remember."
-
"Eevee."
T: "that's very helpful."
-
Acon huffed. "Bull. You're helping me. Let's go." She grabbed Ronnie's paw and started towards the door.
-
Ronnie blinked, the line of sight with the painting broken. "O-Oh! There's one in the upstairs bathroom. Another in the basement. The other two are around Tryp and Ray's neck."
-
Acon tossed a glance over her shoulder at Ronnie. "Great. Why do I have a feeling it won't be this easy for long?"
-
"Eevee vee."
T: lets save tryp for last."
-
Ronnie smiled. "Tryp'll think you're crazy, and the basement is guarded by two of Tryp's bodyguards."
-
Acon nodded. "Good idea, Lennox." She whipped around to face Ronnie and snarled. "He'll thing I'M crazy?!"
-
Ronnie nodded. "Don't let him get to you, Acon."
-
"Eevee! Eevee."
T: "yes something to fight! Lets get those guards."
-
Acon looked at Lennox a moment, then to Ronnie. "Basement first?"
-
Ronnie smiled. "I'd go there first, yeah. The guards'll give you a good run for your money, but I'm sure you'll get through 'em."
-
"Vee!"
T: "yeah!" Lennox looked ready to fight.
-
Acon scoffed. "You'll? Psh~ boy, your comin with."
-
Ronnie sighed. "I can't. Tryp'll intervene if I do."
-
Acon set down Lennox and crossed her arms over her chest like a stubborn child. "Ronnie!" She stomped her foot.
-
Ronnie sighed. "If you want to succeed, you gotta go it alone, A. Tryp's giving me this time to help you. After this, I can't help."
-
Acon stopped her foot again. "But I'll mess up if I do this alone!"
-
Ronnie smiled. "Tryp'll make sure you can't do that. He might be insane, but he's also a gentleman."
-
Acon fell to the ground on her stomach and hugged Ronnie's ankles. "If you can't help me, will you at least come with?"
-
Ronnie shook his head. "This is your game, Acon. I can't interfere."
-
Acon whined and kicked her legs behind her. "RONNIE!"
-
Ronnie shook his head. "I can't Acon, that's final."
-
Acon finally stopped her tantrum and rested her head on Ronnie's shoes. "Fine."
-
Ronnie knelt, and picked Acon up into an awkward hug. "Hey...hey...I'm always around."
-
Sniffled and nodded, pursing her lips into a pouty face.
-
Ronnie smiled. "Aww...you're adorable."
-
Acon blushed and crossed her arms. "Yeah yeah."
-
Ronnie sighed. "You might wanna hurry. The guards'll move soon."
-
Acon raised a brow. "That's not good?"
-
Ronny shook his head. "No, it's not good. The house has a locked build until the guards leave."
-
Acon let her ears fall before she wiggled out of Ronnie's arms and picked Lennox back up. "Alright."
-
Ronnie sighed. "I'm sorry, Acon. But, if you get Ray free, I'll be out shortly."
-
Acon walked out of the door with Lennox in her paws.
-
(Back)
"Eevee."
T: "come on lets go."
-
Acon sighed as she walked down a hall and a couple flights of stairs.
-
The guards' voices emanated from a door near the end of the hall. "What are we doing?" "Tryp said we gotta keep this key from the guests, says she's after Ray." "Oh, jeez, Ray? Thought he was almost dead." "He is, but she's still got some time."
-
Acon's ears swivled back and forth as she heard the guards. She padded quietly closer .to the noise.
-
"So...who's hunting for us?" "Acon Lovien, so Tryp says. He wasn't very forthcoming with information, though, so keep that shock baton on high." "Alright, then. So...after this...what d'ya wanna do? Go bowling, or maybe see what Garret and the rest of 'em are up to?" "Sure, heard he was gonna hire a good DJ, and we were gonna raid Tryp's wine cellar." The guards chuckled, and sighed.
-
Acon quickly hid behind a wall and rolled up her sweater sleeves to reveal the white cloth tied around both paws, ready to fight if need be.
-
Lennox heard the guards and was tempted to take.them by surprise.
-
"Hey, stow it! I think she's here." "Well, light up yer glowstick, and lets zap us a guest." The guards started up the stairs, a light crackling from their shock batons.
((Throw me a bone here guys, and let's do this Final Fantasy style, yeah? Block or Attack, if that's okay? It...it kinda plays into the fabric of this...in my mind anyway.))
-
((Wait wait wait! What the hell is final fantasy? .-. RAY-GUN, I'M BAD AT THIS KINDA STUFF, YOU KNOW THAT!))
-
((Well...turn based. Guard attacks or blocks, Acon attacks or blocks, Guard 2 attacks or blocks, Lennox attacks or blocks. I mean, I'll still give you guys a sneak attack turn. And you can pick your targets.))
-
"Vee." Lennox leaped from Acons arms and began glowing red.
(i think thats a little bit complex for this rp.)
(And acon.)
-
((Huh? How so? I mean, just pick a guy, and hit him, yeah?))
-
((Ugh! Fine. Don't get mad at me if I f**k up though.))
-
((I don't know...I just feel like it would go smoother....But...I'm still open to suggestion.))
-
(I guess we should take turns during combat but maybe attack and block is a little weird to me.)
-
((Uhh... can we pick this up tomorrow? When I'm not as dumb as I am right now?)
-
((I suppose so, if that's okay Lennox?))
-
(Sure i'm fine with that. Acon your not stupid, probably just tired.)
-
(... I'm going to guess that Cif is still in the observatory at the moment, since that somehow makes logical sense. Unless you want me doing something else...? God, I hate how it takes me forever to shower these days. -.- )
Cifero went to follow Acon and Lennox, planning on secretly following them until they needed his help; however, at this point, he could be stopped by a hand grabbing his collar and pulling him back.
(Also, you're not stupid, Acon, you're tired. )
-
((Well, Acon and Lennox are in another area of the house. But yeah, following them is perfect, actually.))
-
(We are taking a break till tomorrow though. Timeszones really suck for you Cifero.
-
((Oh...I guess you ARE in a different time zone. Dang...))
-
(Yeah, sorry. I'll be other places, just out in this thread till tomorrow.)
-
(.-. Where do you think I live...?)
-
(I have no clue.)
-
(.... Well, I'm here. So... where is everyone?)
-
(I'm also here.)
-
((I've been thinking about it, but uh...you guys go ahead and do the combat system the way you want, and I'll follow suit.))
-
(Ok...by the way i'm trying to start over so its kind of weird with me playing lennox in this rp.)
-
((If you stick it out a little longer, I can implement you more organically.))
-
(Ok thanks. :) )
Lennox waited for the guards to come with in sight and then fired shadow balls at them.
-
The first guard, Rodgers, took the shadow balls head on, and stumbled back. His partner, Alex, neatly dodged the attack, and took a swipe at Lennox.
-
Lennox tried to dodge but was just barely touched by the rod which sent an immidiate shock through from the shock boton.
-
Alex smirked, and took a step closer to Lennox. "Mr. Tryp'll pay me a bunch for your hide." He chuckled, as he reached for Lennox.
-
"Vee? Eevee!" Lennox was still a little stunned when the guard grabbed him.
-
Acon pursed Alex hard in his nose. "Back off!" She snarled.
-
Alex dropped Lennox, and stumbled backwards. "Gah. Rodgers! Get up!" Rodgers charged, and struck out at Acon.
-
"Eevee!" Lennox jumped in the way of the attack took the full brunt of it.
-
Acon snarled at the guards and grabbed Lennox quickly.
-
Rodgers smiled, and struck out at Acon, as Alex attacked Lennox. Tryp watched from the room along side the hall, smiling.
-
Lennox was in no position to block and braced himself.
-
"Moraw!" Acon yelled as she threw fists back at Rogers.
-
Lennox took another shock and quivered with fear.
-
Rodgers stopped each of Acon's punches, laughing. Alex was about to jab Lennox again, but Tryp rested a paw gently on his shoulder. "No...not yet." Alex nodded, and walked away, as Tryp stooped, and picked up Lennox. "Mm...yes, yes you'll do quite well. Rodgers, leave." Rodgers ducked a few more punches, and then left swiftly. Tryp blocked Acon's path, and smiled. "Well done, dear! You gave my two best henchmen a run for their money." He reached into his pocket, and gave her the key. "Can you tell me something?" Tryp pet Lennox gently as he spoke, an evil smile playing across his lips.
-
Lennox did not resist and looked a little burnt and bruised.
-
Acon snatched the key and growled at Tryp. "Give him back." She snapped, eyeing Lennox.
-
Tryp stepped back, and smiled. "Only if you tell me something, dear."
-
Acon narrowed her eyes. "What. What is it?"
-
Suddenly, Tryp was behind Acon; Lennox was gone. In fact, it was as if Tryp and Acon were in a totally different place. He smiled, and spoke, a sinister tone behind his voice. "How far are you willing to go? What all are you willing to sacrifice?"
-
Acon crossed her arms tightly over her chest and scowled. "Pretty damn far."
-
Tryp smiled. "But how far, dear?" He suddenly grabbed Acon's arm, and placed it against a table which had appeared. Tryp pulled out a circular saw. "One? Two? Maybe the whole arm?" He smiled. "Or what about them!?" Suddenly, portraits of the other guests appeared, each one trapped in a cage.
-
Acon looked at Tryp in disbelief. "What the hell is wrong with you, you sick f**k!"
-
Tryp smiled, and bowed, taking a huge bound away from Acon. "I know what's wrong with me. It's your faults we're all wondering about." With that, Acon was returned to reality, Tryp in front of her, smiling. "So...pretty far, hmm?" He placed Lennox in her arms, and petted the eevee's head once before backing away. "Second key is in the basement. Where the guards came from."
-
Acon raised a brow. "You handed me the key, remember?" She hugged Lennox tightly.
-
Lennox hugged back.
-
Tryp sighed. "Third...Third key is downstairs." He glanced at Acon and Lennox, before walking out of the hall, and into another room.
-
"Hmph." Acon turned up her nose and started into the basement.
-
In the basement were machines of all sizes. From small handheld devices to what appeared to be massive engines. In the middle was a huge machine, with three pistons sitting atop it. On one end of the machine was a sign that simply read: 'insert friend, activate machine, get key.'
-
Acon eyed the machine a moment in disgust. Then, she looked at Lennox. "No. No way."
-
"Vee?" Lennox was still weak from the fight and looked up at acon.
-
Acon sighed as she set Lennox gently on her shoulders inside the large collar of her sweater. "I'm not putting you in there."
-
"Vee..." Lennox cuddled up close to Acon's face.
-
The machine gurgled, and churned slightly, as if it knew people were close.
-
Cifero walked into the basement and looked around, spying Acon and Lennox. "So.. what did I miss?" he said, starting towards them. "I'm sorry it took me so long, this place is a l..." Staring at the machine, he shuddered and glanced around, looking for pictures, mirrors, or windows; at the same time, he also glanced at the devices on the table, wondering if they could use any of these to their advantage.
-
Tryp floated down beside Cifero, and nodded. "Ooh...this is where he moved his lab. Always wondered..."
-
Acon looked at Tryp. "What's the meaning of this?"
-
Tryp smiled. "You had told me you would go pretty far." He chuckled. "So, let's see how far."
-
"Vee." Lennox looked at Acon still worried.
-
Acon looked at Lennox, then to Cifero. "Looks like you're taking one for the team, Cif."
-
Cifero crossed his arms and cocked an eyebrow. "I don't even know you." He looked over at Tryp. "Before I possibly get in that thing, what does it do?"
-
Tryp shrugged. "Dunno, Jayce built it."
-
Acon nodded. "Exactly."
-
"Well... where's Jayce?"
-
Tryp shrugged. "Probably cleaning something of mine." He checked the sign. "Well, that's pretty straightforward. 'Insert eevee, get key'. Huh..." Tryp glanced at Lennoxe. "Very interesting."
-
Cifero stared at Tryp. "It says "Insert FRIEND, get key"," he said. "Not Eevee." Sighing, Cifero grabbed one of the safer-looking devices and walked over to the machine. "Can't you get Jayce down here?"
-
Acon narrowed her eyes. "I'm not putting Lennox in there." She growled. "I wanna see Jayce."
-
Tryp looked at the sign. "Does it really?" He shrugged. "I don't have my glasses. And no, Jayce is doing something much to important. Hiding the next few keys."
-
"Next two, you mean. I'm pretty sure she's found like three." Cifero sighed and glanced at the machine. "I can't imagine this doing anything pleasant."

Cifero sighed and quickly removed all of his clothes, hiding himself with his wings. "Don't lose these," he said, handing them to Acon before walking over to the machine. "So... just get in it, then?"
-
Tryp shrugged. "That's what it says. But..." He looked at Acon. "You know how picky Jayce is, I'm not sure it will work."
-
Cifero sighed. "Well, what happens if it doesn't work?"
-
Tryp shrugged, and walked to the other end. He opened a flap, and sighed. "From what I can see, you'll simply stop, and have to crawl out. I think I can see the other side. If there's something to pull on over there, pull on it please."
-
Cifero sighed and shrugged. "So... go through there and pull the thing?"
-
Tryp shook his head. "No, there's a drop box on your side. The handle should be close to you. Open the drop box lid, please."
-
"And, upon opening the lid, what happens?"
-
Tryp chuckled. "I believe I could see the other side."
-
Cifero cocked an eyebrow at Tryp. "What happens to me?"
-
Tryp sighed, and stood up. He then walked to Cifero, and studied the front of the machine. "Ah...here we go." He pulled on a small handle, opening a hatch in the side of the machine. "Yep. Looks like if you were to climb in, you'd go all the way through."
-
Cifero shivered noticeably. "So... it's like I'd be processed?"
-
Tryp shrugged. "It doesn't look like it does anything."
-
(I'm not going to be posting in this any longer.)
-
((Aww...alright. I wish you wouldn't, but I understand.))
-
(.... what the hell happens now? o-o)
-
((I don't know. I might be back. Right now, I feel overwhelmed with the forums, so I'm cutting back a bit.))
-
(Okay... I'll just stand here naked then.)
-
Tryp sighed, and stepped away from the machine. After a few moments, a figure shot down the stairs, picked up Lennox, and bodily threw him into the machine. Shoving Cifero out of the way, he started the machine.
((I don't know if everyone wishes to continue without Acon (assuming she doesn't come back), but I'll try and push this along. I sincerely hope Acon stays.))
-
"Wh.. HEY!" Cifero quickly tried to stop the man, still totally naked. "Stop that!" he said, pushing the man away and considering going after Lennox.
-
The figure turned, and Tryp sighed. "Jayce! I told you not to interfere!" Tryp then smiled, and patted Jayce's shoulder. "But, at least you've gotten to try your machine." Tryp held Cifero back, as the machine roared to life.
-
Cifero felt both angry and extremely embarrassed at the same time. "Please let go of me," he said through his teeth, a dark blush forming on his face.
-
Tryp waited a few moments more, until the machine ground to a halt, and the key fell from the top of it. A figure was deposited from the other side of the machine. "Alright, go ahead." He released Cifero's shoulder, and started up the stairs.
-
Acon stood there in disbelief and stared at the key.
-
Cifero walked over to Acon, saddened and angered at what just happened. "I was going to do it," he said. "I really was." Sighing, he stretched a little and glanced at Acon. "Uh... Could I please have my clothes back now?" he said, a light blush forming on his cheeks.
-
Acon handed Cifero his clothing and sighed.
-
Acon handed Cifero his clothing and sighed.
Slipping on his underwear and shorts, Cifero walked over to the other side of the machine, shirt in hand, to see who- or what- the body was.
-
Jayce blinked, and shook his head. "Did it work?"
-
Cifero glanced over at Jayce. "What does it do?" he asked, looking at Jayce in an angry way.
-
Jayce blinked. "I-It takes ferals, and turns them anthropomorphic." He took a step back. "T-The only glitch is...it likes to change their genders."
-
Acon turned to Jayce and growled. "What the hell is wrong with you?!"
-
Jayce pointed at Cifero. "I-If he went in, he would've died!" He sighed. "H-Have you ever seen hamburger?"
-
Acon smacked Jayce. "No! Don't f**k about!"
-
Jayce blinked. "I-It takes ferals, and turns them anthropomorphic." He took a step back. "T-The only glitch is...it likes to change their genders."
Cifero blinked. "Oh," he said, scratching the back of his head. "Uh... Thank you, then. Sorry about pushing you." He glanced over at the figure that had fallen out. "So... there's a naked Eevee girl over there right now?"
-
Acon snarled. "I can't believe this! What the hell is your deal?!"
-
Cifero shrugged. "Well, he IS working for a possible psychopath."
-
Jayce began to pace, as he checked his machines. "Seventy two different test subjects. Half anthro, half feral. All anthropomorphic subjects died upon completion of the process. Half of the feral subjects were male, turned female. All female subjects turned male." He took a breath, before speaking. "Tryp left me in a dark corner of an attic for seven days. No food, little water." After Cifero's statement resonated with him, Jayce turned and looked at Cifero, a scalpel in his paw. "Don't think about it. I might be mad, but I'm still a gentleman."
-
Acon glared at Jayce and moved to wrap Lennox in her jacket. "You're the one that made the machine, pervert."
-
Jayce blinked. "I made a machine to change ferals to anthros. I didn't make a machine to change their genders."
-
Jayce began to pace, as he checked his machines.
Cifero tensed a bit at the sight of the scapel, but stayed calm. "Well... do you have any girl's clothing?" he asked.
-
Acon hoisted the now female Lennox onto her back and snarled. "Well, that's exactly what it does, isn't it?"
-
Jayce sighed. "Yes, an unfortunate glitch." He then looked at Cifero. "This is all I have." Jayce motioned at his attire.
-
Cifero sighed. "Where could we get some more clothes?" he asked. "Also, what are all of these other inventions?"
-
Acon snarled. "Are two dense? I obviously have some clothes that would fit her."
-
Cifero glanced back at Acon and cocked an eyebrow. "Yes, but I wasn't sure if you'd be willing to take them off," he said.
-
Jayce looked at Acon. "Then go, clothe your new friend." He then looked at all the machines. "Unfortunately...I can't remember."
-
Cifero nodded. "Okay... um..." Picking up a handheld device at random, he handed it to Jayce. "Do you have any idea what this does?"
-
Acon kicked off her shoe, flinging it at Jayce. "You don't tell me what to do, perve." She growled before walking off to find her room.
-
Jayce looked at the device, before he tried to activate it. It beeped quietly, and the monitor-like apparatus lit up, showing a few dots on what appeared to be a radar. "Hmm...seems like it picks up some sort of signature from people, and displays them on this, relative to the device." Jayce caught the shoe before it hit him, and dropped it. "Goodbye, Acon."
-
Acon grumbled to herself as she walked back out of the basement towards her room.
-
Tryp smiled when he saw Acon. "I see you've gotten the key."
-
Acon nodded as she walked. "Yup. And now, I gotta look for my room."
-
Tryp stood, and walked towards the closet door. "If you come with me, I can take you there."
-
Acon raised a brow, but followed Tryp anyways. "Uh... isn't that...?"
-
Tryp smiled, and threw the closet door wide. It revealed Acon's room, from the view of the closet. "Closed doors lead to new places, Miss Lovien."
-
Jayce looked at the device, before he tried to activate it.
Cifero nodded and smiled. "Okay... Is it alright if I borrow this?" he said. "Also, are..." He took a few steps away. "Are you good with that scalpel?"
-
Acon walked into the room and looked around at her bags that were right where she left them. "O-Oh. That's... interesting."
-
Tryp smiled. "Goodbye, Miss Lovien." He closed the closet door in front of him.
Jayce nodded. "Of course. Is there something you want done?"
-
Tryp smiled. "Goodbye, Miss Lovien." He closed the closet door in front of him.
Jayce nodded. "Of course. Is there something you want done?"
Cifero cocked an eyebrow. "Well... I suppose it depends on what you mean by that."
-
Jayce chuckled. "Whatever you need, friend."
-
Cifero nodded. "I see... If I manage to find another scalpel, could you teach me to use it, perhaps?" he asked, scratching his belly.
-
Jayce sighed. "Sadly, I cannot. We don't have enough time, and Tryp won't allow it."
-
Cifero nodded. "Alright... If someone gets an internal injury, would you be able to operate on them?"
-
Jayce nodded. "Of course. That's why Tryp was willing to give me the basement as my own."
-
Cifero cocked an eyebrow. "I see... so you'll be fixing us up if any of us die, then?"
-
Jayce chuckled, and motioned for Cifero to approach him. "Funny you should say that." He threw the scalpel to the side.
-
Cifero gulped. "Uh... is... is something wrong...?" he asked, tentatively inching towards Jayce in a slightly defensive position.
-
Jayce smiled, and lowered his collar, revealing several large scars across his throat. "Death isn't an option here. I've tried."
-
Cifero widened his eyes slightly and nodded. "I see... the only way out is to play Tryp's games, then?" he asked.
-
Jayce nodded. "Yeah...Some are alright, like the key hunt. But others..." He rolled up his sleeve, revealing several large scars, and a scarred over bullet wound. "..aren't as fun."
-
Jayce nodded. "Yeah...Some are alright, like the key hunt. But others..." He rolled up his sleeve, revealing several large scars, and a scarred over bullet wound. "..aren't as fun."
Cifero nodded slowly, feeling a little sad for Jayce. "I'll try to be careful," he said. "...Are you happy here?"
-
Jayce chuckled. "I'm touched. It's not too bad here...three square meals, free bed, limitless funding. Just a few locked rooms, that's all."
-
Cifero listened carefully, nodding. "Tryp is alright to you, then?"
-
Jayce sighed, and sat. "Well...Aside from the ungodly riddles..."
-
Cifero sighed and nodded, taking a seat as well. "True... very true."
-
Jayce sighed, and rubbed the back of his head. "God...I hardly sleep anymore."
-
Jayce sighed, and rubbed the back of his head. "God...I hardly sleep anymore."
Cifero cocked an eyebrow. "Why's that? Too much work, or do you forget?"
-
Jayce sighed. "Both."
-
Jayce sighed. "Both."
Cifero sighed and stretched, being careful not to knock anything over with his wings. "Do you stare at a lot of electronic devices? Doing that supposedly keeps your brain from producing an important sleep chemical."
-
Jayce chuckled. "I do a lot that would take away sleep. Though usually, I stay awake to avoid the nightmares."
-
Jayce chuckled. "I do a lot that would take away sleep. Though usually, I stay awake to avoid the nightmares."
Cifero cocked an eyebrow. "Nightmares?"
-
Jayce sighed again. "Yeah, Tryp decided that I didn't need much sleep."
-
Jayce sighed again. "Yeah, Tryp decided that I didn't need much sleep."
Cifero shuddered. "He's... a very unique man," he said, glancing around to see if there were any mirrors or paintings.
-
Jayce chuckled. "Listening to Ronnie, huh?"
-
Jayce chuckled. "Listening to Ronnie, huh?"
Cifero nodded. "Yep... Is he telling the truth?"
-
Jayce shrugged. "I dunno. I mean, it's not far fetched, but Ronnie's more submissive to Tryp."
-
Jayce shrugged. "I dunno. I mean, it's not far fetched, but Ronnie's more submissive to Tryp."
Cifero nodded. "Alright... I'll be careful what I say," he said. "How do you think the others are doing?"
-
Jayce shrugged. "Dunno. If their in their rooms, Tryp's probably gonna try and get 'em with sleeping gas."
-
Jayce shrugged. "Dunno. If their in their rooms, Tryp's probably gonna try and get 'em with sleeping gas."
Cifero sat up, suddenly tense. "And if he succeeds in putting them to sleep...?"
-
"He'll move them around, I suppose."
-
"He'll move them around, I suppose."
Cifero nodded slowly. "That could be a problem... I hope they're doing alright."
