Title: Stardust Academy
Post by: SilverSolstive on February 13, 2015, 10:30:15 PM: This....is your new home, Stardust Academy. Somehow, someway, you've been chosen to join my school. We've been observing your powers, your skills, and you show talent & potential. You will be heros, leaders of the Earth, protecting it from harm's way. There are aliens and other unknown species among us, will you fight them? - Mortius

This RP is mech/academy based. For starters, your characters will be observed by the unknown personnel, then invited to join this Academy. There, you'll recieve mechs(exo suits) that harness your sona's abilities. (Only the ones you post unless you have something special in mind, PM for that. Don't over do it. No OP characters!) Then, you'll bond together, and through your ups and downs together, you'll save the Earth from creatures unimaginable.
(You may be not one of them. They are called Demons, if you've a better name tell me.)
(Also, stay on topic! Don't branch away and do things irrelevant to the RP, if you have your characters away from everyone to do something for them like character development, ok. Also, have fun!)

I was thinking the exact same thing. I think Lex Luthor mechs like Zaida said, might be appropriate.

Powers: Kunais, Hidden Blades, Two small scythes that combine into one, Energy Usage

Backstory: Remulus was saved from a dying planet sent to Earth as a baby. As he grew up he trained himself emotionally and physically, having a kind heart, he fought for the weak.
Personality: Kind, Ambitious, Willing to die for friends, Deadly
Appearance: In profile, well the face. He wears a black tee and light fatigues.

Age: 16

Species/Gender: Male Ferret, quarter normal size

Powers: exceptional climbing skills, stealthy (out of suit)

Backstory: Graben is a very competent Mech-controller and should be top of his class in most things, unfortunately there is one issue no amount of skill can save. Graben is a micro-ferret, he is tiny, small enough that his Mech had to be custom built, and that the standard control methods did not work for him, thankfully this never stopped him before, and he got one specially built that he could pilot. His Mech is only slightly bigger than man sized, while most of similar build are far bigger

Personality: Well aware of his size, and tries to stay out of other peoples way, the other students don't actually see that much of him, making his personality a bit of a mystery ((have never played a char like this, want room to go with what fits in game, that's why its vague))
Appearance: Anthro ferret, tiny, short but bushy tail. single red stripe down his back

Mech: suit is big enough for him to sit comfortably inside it, though there is not much leg room. controlled from the Cockpit via levers and switches. has an Ice-thrower (freezes a stream of water to create a barrage of ice) which includes a short-ranged freezeray as part of it in the right arm, and a grenade launcher in the left.

Post by: Tina on February 14, 2015, 07:33:15 AM: (Guys don't fight over how big your mech should or shouldn't be. It's just an rp and it's supposed to be fun. Now here is my character that i'm recycling from another rp.

Name: Borris Jackson

Gender: Male

Age: 34

Species: Mole

Powers: none, but is a really fast digger.

Out of mech skills: great mechanic and demolitions expert and can utulize all kinds of explosions. Also a skilled miner.

Mech: called the "Needle Nose" this mech resembles a mole as the face of the mech is a big drill and the arms end in big claws. Grenade launcher can pop out of each rist to deal high impact rounds that are ment to make dents in most kinds of armour before exploding (like and RPG). The shoulder can pop out of to four good sized missles that home in on their targets. This mech is also very useful for digging with the claws and nose but also doubles as a way to drill into thick armor. Stands at about 12 feet tall and weighs over 400 pounds.

A mechanism scanned him giving the observers a description of everything they knew of him. "Very dangerous." The officer stated to a man next to him. The man held his chin observing Graben.

The observant man answered calmly and quietly. "No, I just want to know where you got these weapons from. The black market?"

"What are you doing, terrorizing citizens?" The man asked. "I was helping." Remulus replied. "What do you think you're some vigilante?" The man snarled. "No, I just do the police's job better than they can." Remulus scoffed.

It was a trap, he was certain of that.

Tiny climbed down into the crawlspace (Which he could stand up in without any issues) and looked around.

In another part of the prison, Remulus's and Tiny's mechs were being brought into a hanger that stored the criminals mechs. A mole wearing a black shirt and suspenders was working in the center of the room when two guards approached him.
"*sigh* let me guess, new prisoners." The mole said with an exasperated tone.
"Two to be presice, you know the drill, Borris." One of them said before leaving some papers on his work table. Borris sighed again and tried to finish the mech he was already working on. This was Borris's life, disassembling then reassembling prisoner's mechs to see what they have and can do. It payed well but Borris thought his engineering and mech skills could be put to better use in the field. His own mech was in the corner collecting dust since it was only supposed to be used to stop prisoners in case of a break out, like that was ever going to happen. He just wished something exciting would happen.

Remulus looked around the room, alert. He then noticed the vent, at first not even caring. He walked towards it, and rubbed his hands on it. It slided out its space and he climbed as it was big enough for anyone, they were places there purposely. He climbed down then made a right and met Tiny.
