So, as several know my fursona isn't exactly the healthiest, I am also not. But, about a week ago (ayyyyy) I got the app Zombies, Run! and I've been using it. When I first started, it took me about forty minutes to run my course from home and back. Today, I ran again after missing a couple days, and it took me only 28 minutes! I'm feeling so happy because it means that I'm becoming less of a fatty!!!

Good for you! It always inspires me to see people going after their fitness goals. I'm 100% with you, go the gym almost every day. Being a furry only increases my drive to keep a le toned, healthy body. ^_^

Now, I don't think I'm gonna go to any gyms any time soon, but at least I'm lowering my blood pressure I think

Nah, it's actually Trouble! Or Sillybutt... *strokes chin* No, I remember! It's Forgetfull!! ^_^
...but seriously being on meds is just a pain. I struggle to keep track of it all changing from night shift to day walking and back all the time :/

What the heck are bp meds? Also, try walking up flights of stairs to sharpen your pencil. o-o it really works. Also, skip breakfast if you're not too hungry or just eat one piece of toast or something.

I am going to encourage you, because encouragement helps motivation. I am trying to become healthier in the real world, and though I am not quite there yet, you must start somewhere. Now, remember to drink a profuse amount of water because that help with water weight. :)

I'm glad to hear about a fellow member getting healthier. I for one have been meaning to get into better shape, but I'm sooo lazy all the time. I usually just hop on my phone all day and don't get anything done past what I need to. I need more motivation to do better.

Great job on that improvement of your run time! I might just have to check out that app you mentioned. I really need to get back in shape also...I'm starting to see actual health problems :(
