Title: Brownie in a mug!

I saw this recipe on the internet a while ago but still have it written down! It's perfect for a cold winters day  ^_^


So obviously you need a normal coffee mug to start with. The other ingredients you'll need is:

• 1/4 Cup sugar
• 1/4 Cup flour
• 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder
• A pinch of salt (Surprisingly important!)
• 2 Tbsp of olive oil (But you can use any oil really, I use sunflower oil >.<)
• 3 Tbsp of water

So start off by adding all of the dry ingredients, I usually start with the sugar otherwise the flour gets stuck in the corners. Then add the water and oil and mix well. Make sure you get rid of the flour bubbles because they're disgusting!


Pop it into the microwave for 1 min 40 sec (Odd timing I know) and voila! Brownie in a mug  :D
If you want it to be really nice you can add a dollop of ice cream! Don't eat too much  ^_^

I do wonder if the mug is optional and if you can use some other bowl/glass formed object. Some people can be very passionate about that part  :P

I suppose you could use any container  :P But the heating time would change  X3

I think glass might not be a good idea, because glass shatters with too much heat. I guess I have to search for an odd shaped ceramic bowl.
