I had a really bad day today, I am crying and feeling suicidal, someone give me advice please

Well why do you feel down maybe talking about it would make you feel better. i know the feeling and i found my way out of it. what got me out of it was a saying: how will this help me move forward or what will pondering over this accomplish? focus yourself to one goal you can reach within a year then strive to reach it. once you hit that goal set a new one.. . . . . . . a group of scientist decided to test people and see how they work without goals. they got a good group of workers together and told them dig a hole they were being paid 7 dollars an hour. at lunchtime they ate and were told to fill the hole they dug. one guy asked why the boss said dont worry about it your getting paid to do it. at the end of the day they were paid the boss said tomorrow im paying you double todays pay. the next day half of the group showed. they were given the same instructions and at the end of the day the boss said: alright tomorrow im paying you triple the first days pay. the next day half that group showed. moral: you need goals in life there are the three main ones: turn 16 then 18 then 21 set your own. i hope i helped hang in there!

My advice would be to think rationally.
We've all got one shot at life, and as bleak as it may seem right now, you've got to look ahead and try to see how bright the future is.
Another friend I have is suffering under an abusive father after his mother died of cancer. He's pushing on wards though despite having had a very dark period and I haven't seen him this happy in ages just because he's doing things one step at a time and focusing on what he wants.
Don't waste your potential.
Evaluate the situation, get rid of anything negative and don't do anything illegal.
