I don't know why but I can never sleep. I'm awake for all night for a couple days, when I do sleep it's for a couple of hours .  -.-  I'm seeking help. But I just want to know if anyone just wants to talk  ^_^

I get ya man. I have the same issue, no sleep or not much.
What i do is do something that is either phisically exhausting or requires a lot if concentration.
Like trying to do 100 push ups after being awake for 48 hours or drawing something really complicated.
