Does anyone ever use the chat? Ive tried three times today and each time, there are the same users in there that are idle and never say anything.  :o :( :/
Is there a time that everyfur goes to chat...?

It varies - I'm at work most of the day but if you hang around it tends to liven up.

For the IRC, the best thing to do is not go on the chat, see no one talking and then just leave. Idling can be good because when a chat gets started you can join in
