Very late on this reply, but I am too a monster! I live in Texas, though.

Okay, so I've noticed that there isn't really a thread for this and I'm just throwing it out there.

I have an alternate fursona named Gravedigger who is a monster hybrid of sorts.

I didn't want my other monster friends to be left out…  B)

I'm a hellhound. Does that count?

I love monsters. Honestly most of my OCs are monsters in some way or form

Sure, Mort. A monster to me is any classification for something absolutely terrifying! Or can be bulky. My sona Gravedigger is bulky. As well as my other one Beryllium. Actually, Beryllium is just chubby. But like I said. Horns and sharp, nasty teeth, and long slender tails. Most will count but I'll have to check it out once in a while.

I have a sona called Sick. He's basically a zombified version of Buna

Spiders are monsters right? Right?
Not really but most people think they're creepy.. However I do love them.

How would you define monster?

Scary thing that is scary.
Lots of furs are scared of spiders...

How would you define monster?
Sometimes scary, however doesn't have to. I've seen cute monsters it's just common for creepy, nasty, or scary.
Mainly unnatural creatures that don't exist.

Also, monsters cover almost everything from Undertale.

I'm a Zoroark for now. I guess that could count as a monster of sorts.

Well, I may look like an ordinary dragon, which you may or may not count as a monster. But I do have a Demon Lord form, does that count as a monster? I mean, Demon Lord sounds scary enough right?  XD

My fursona is normally a catfox who's also a mix between shinigami and demon. And right now I'm a monster-ish Pokemon.

All Pokemon are monster, it's in the name. Not very monstrous but eh.

There are some that are more monstrous, like Houndoom, which is basically just a hellhound.

Not to me they don't, but then again they are monsters

Togepi is the scariest monster of them all.

I'd say that spiders are no more monsters than crabs, slugs, or any other invertebrate. I believe a monster is something supernatural, or at least fantastical, like tengu, dragons, sphinxes, and of course, griffons.

There was another older thread for monsters, so I merged 'em.

I have a monster character that looks sorta like a hybrid of a bear, deer, and bird. Was thinking about making it my fursona but I'm not too sure yet. I lost my only sketch of it when my hard drive died. :C

Been a bit busy with other things lately, but I'll get to it at some point. Like I always say...

*Spider noises*
(Was that too scary?)

Ahh! Scary spider noises!

Hmm.. I wonder if I'd count as a monster...

Are you a hideous creature of death and destruction?
Because I'm neither and I still fit in here.
Title: Re: Monsters
Post by: Sub-Zero Knight on December 01, 2016, 11:34:23 PM
Well, I may not be hideous, but I'm definitely a creature of death and destruction. So I guess I'm a monster of sorts.

I never said you were a monster I said you're welcome but not a monster. Besides I can't block or kick people out of threads..
Title: Re: Monsters
Post by: Ibi Tanvaal on December 02, 2016, 01:52:12 AM
I'm just part of a generally scary species. Plus, I don't think there's an arachnids thread...
Title: Re: Monsters
Post by: Farewell on December 02, 2016, 06:57:11 AM
Not really, there's some people who find spiders to be fascinating and beautiful (like me) I own a tarantula myself.

Also if there's no thread, then create one. That's what "find your own species" is about.
Title: Re: Monsters
Post by: Ibi Tanvaal on December 02, 2016, 12:56:12 PM
I'm flattered
But I still kinda fit in here, because lots of people are scared of spiders.
Title: Re: Monsters
Post by: Sub-Zero Knight on December 09, 2016, 02:12:11 AM
I like spiders, as long as they don't bite me or crawl on me when I'm asleep. My cat is scared of them for some reason, though.
Title: Re: Monsters
Post by: Ibi Tanvaal on December 09, 2016, 11:00:48 PM
I feel it's the ones who relate to me who know what it's like to be feared. That's why I reckon I fit in so well in this group.

I can be pretty creepy. But yet all my drawings come out cute, even when I try to make them creepy. Go figure.

I wish I could draw, but alas, I can't draw a straight line with a ruler :(

It took me a while to perfect my style, and I'm still not the best, but I've definitely improved quite a bit. I just can't do anything digital yet, and I can only draw anthros and ferals. I can't do scenery or humans at all xD
Title: Re: Monsters

Well you're doing better than me.

Shall we go around scaring random folk?
Title: Re: Monsters

And reinforce the harmful reputations of spiders and monsters? I think not! We need to prove we aren't scary!

*Clutches scythe with an extremely creepy look* I'll never stop being scary... hehehe...

Although, I do have a monster fursona named Kyro who doesn't care.

Just a reminder that if you need to talk to each other or role-play with each other there is the off-topic board, role-play board, or PMs.

The board we are currently in is "Find your species" as this topic is to find other Monsters and Monster-like 'sonas. If you wish to roleplay, there're the Forum Games, Fun RP, or Serious RP boards to go with. A moderator requested that the thread remain in-topic.
