English is not an easy language and everyone struggles time to time...
list the words you just hate typing out or took a while to get right.
For a long while I couldn't spell "Maybe" or "Definitely"
-
There are those days when I have to think how "with" is supposed to be written... >->
Other than that there's always "together" and probably enough other words to fill half a dictionary x-x
-
Unfortanately, I have trouble spelling recieve.

Unfortanately, I have trouble spelling recieve.

Thoroughly and derogatory for me. (I seem to mentally pronounce it degratory when I write it)

I have a hard time with "accommodation", "judgment", and "restaurant."

Restaraunt gets me every time too.
So does reccomendation.

Restaraunt gets me every time too.
Restaurant got me til I started pronouncing it res-taur-ant in my head. Furry relatable and helpful. Woo!

Separate, legitimate and antidisestablishmentarianism are ones I find hard to spell
In primary school I had trouble spelling because and beautiful, but then I remembered this acronym
BECAUSE - Big Elephants Can't Always Understand Smaller Elephants
BEAUtiful - Big Elephants Always Understand xD
-
I always mispell this word.
-
I'm with Zeph, 'restaurant' is my worst enemy.....
Along with 'architecture' which is unfortunate as I'm an architecture geek. >w>
And I hate the 'I after E' rule. To me, it always looks wrong, and isn't even doesn't even apply half the time. -w-

I think that English not being my primary language actually means I don't really have these problems to the same extent as more native speakers. My problems are usually more to do with pronunciations of certain words that look like they should be pronounced one way but it's actually something completely different. For example the state of Arkansas (Ar-ken-saw?!). That said I tend to remember it once I hear it or get corrected.
Anyhow, for two words I once in a while tend to mess up:
Pronounce and Pronunciation. Every now and then I tend to misspell it "pronounciation" as it's pronounced quite similarly.
Other than that, I want to believe that most of my spelling issues come from typos more than annything else (I know it's "anything" but that was a legitimate typo I didn't correct for the sake of example). Also with built in spelling correction just about everywhere it's hard to spell things wrong when typing on a computer.. Although I suppose a flip side of that is that most people learn to rely on it and use that to correct their reoccurring errors rather than to actually take the time to memorize the proper spelling.

English is weird. A lot of words are spelled in a way that seems wrong just because it was hard to read in traditional calligraphy. Receipt, for example, actually was receit originally. Queen was spelled cwen until English (a germanic language) was pretty much beaten with the latinization stick.
