It has been years since my last roll play of any kind, so be patient with me. I recently found this website, and was delighted to find a rp section. However, I couldn't find any threads where the topic wasn't years old, or had too many posts for anyone new to start . So, here is my fist contribution to Furryforums
The basic idea for this RP, is that somehow, you find yourself on a mysterious tropical island. How you got here, and how long ago is up to you.
This island is fairly large. 45 square miles of dense jungle, with a small, strange clearing in the center.
The beaches surrounding the island vary from coast to coast, from rocky steep cliffs- to soft sandy shores.
The flora that grows here also vary greatly. The coast is lined with palm trees and stiff water reeds. Further inland, species of hard wood trees with densely spiked trunks and thick vines make travel difficult, but not impossible
The fauna is mostly friendly. Tropical birds, tree rats, and wild boar make up most of the species found on the island. However, there are animals of a more sinister nature the deeper in the jungle you go. Large stinging insects (black flies, scorpions, spiders etc) can make sleeping without cover uncomfortable, if not dangerous.
One species of extremely venomous snake also makes it's home here. The cure is, for now, unknown.
It is rumored that a large tribe of feral dogs live somewhere on the island

Silas bobbed gently on a shard of what was his life raft. The storm that had taken his whaling ship, the Belvedere had finally released its hold on the water. For which, he was grateful, the waves were making him seasick. Silas rubbed the salt out of his eyes with one claw, daring not release a hold on his plank with the other. In true sailor fashion, he never learned how to swim. When he reopened them, he found he was staring at a mountain of green. With renewed fervor, he began slowly moving towards the shore.
What seemed like hours later, Silas crawled slowly over the muscle coated rocks lining the coast of the beach. His legs refused to work for him, seemingly in protest after being submerged for forty eight hours. He thanked the sea gods they had led him to dry land so quickly. He had heard stories of poor folks that spent months at sea before being rescued.
After finding his land legs, he made sure the cold of the sea had not prevented him from noticing any injuries. Other than small cuts on his undersides from the muscles, he seemed to be in good health, albeit dehydrated.
"Where is it!" He cried suddenly noting that a families weight had vanished from his neck. A few panicked minutes later, revealed the item safely in his pocket. Silas reached in and withdrew a small ivory albatross pendant. Good, it was still here.

Vulpy Sits trapped in the sand, only with his head poking out, and sees a figure in the distance."Help! I'm Stuck In the Sand!"He repeats crying for help, and it appears he is attracting the figure.

Silas wrapped the necklace twice around his neck, just to be safe. Couldn't have another scare like that. In the distance, just beyond the rocks where he crawled out of the water, he could see something protruding out of the sand. "Perhaps another piece of my ship" he though. picking up his raft shard he ventured over to investigate.
As he neared, he saw it was not a ship part, but a fox! Quickening his pace he approached sensing no danger from the buried vulpine,
"Ahoy there friend, are you be in need of a hand?"

"Yes, kinda in a bit of a situation Here."
He Explained,
"I Dont know how i got here, the last thing i remember is being by a ship dock and having a drink with some friends. Must have done some mighty rash things while intoxicated."
"Also, dig me up please."

Silas laughed loudly despite the situation. "I suppose that would be the right thing to do, now wouldn't it"? He began the process of removing sand from around the poor creature. After a few seconds he stopped. His instinctually good nature suddenly became overrun by suspicion. "Now hold on a tick" he said "here I am, digging up a complete stranger, who just might be a stowaway. Who are ya' exactly? Where ya' from and yer name and the like. I'd be fast, the tide's coming in.

"Vulpy's the name. I'm a honest good sailor. If you left me here you would be killin' an innocent man."

He resumed digging, more slowly this time. "Alright Vulpey, I'll give ya a shot to prove yerself. If ya make a move against me I'll gut 'cha like a trout". "... Besides" he added "I have a feeling I'm going to need another set of paws before the day is set"
It wasn't long before the fox was free enough to wriggle out on his own
"How do you suppose you came to be buried like a petunia?"

"someone must've put me here."
"Legends say, that there an lost island where there is a brutal tribe of feral dogs."
"Perhaps, we could be on that lost island?"
"That might've been to blame."
He begins collecting coconuts.

"I've heard of that island". He replied "it supposedly sunk hundreds of years ago in a quake". Silas shifted uncomfortably, which made him suddenly aware that his scrapes went a bit deeper than he had thought.
The idea that he had landed on something that supposedly was not supposed to exist made his head hurt. He sat down again and instead thought of his poor ship. This only made him sad, and he still had a headache. He watched the stranger instead.
The fox went about collecting coconuts.
What was his name again? Valorie.. Vulpus.. Vulpey. That sounded right. Who was he exactly and how on earth did he get here? He was so quick with his story about wild dogs that Silas had no time to argue. However, now that he had time to think, it did seem a tad strange. He absentmindedly picked at a loose scale on his knee and thought about his options.
A. He could leave the dog and find his own way home
B. He could try to kill him
C. He could stay with Vulpey.
"It seems like I don't have much of a choice". He said to himself.
Silas stood up slowly (mindful of his scrapes) and turned toward the fox
"Those look heavy, do you need a hand"?

"yes, accually."
He hands a couple coconuts to Sikora, and travels back to where he was dug up.
"We should make a fire to heat us up, or not make one, risking to freeze, but to conceal ourselves from those feral monsters."

"You seem adamant about the existence of these creatures" Silas said taking the coconut. "How can ye be so sure is was them"?

"I've had flashes of memories while collenting the 'nuts"
"Being dragged, shouting in a lost language-- feral."

"Hmm, if you be right, and we are not alone here, I'm thinking it'd be best to forgo a fire tonight" he cracked a hole in a small coconut with some effort. Quickly, he downed the liquid, remembering just how thirsty he was. For the moment, ferals were the least of his problems.
Thirst and cold would kill him long before and mangey canine would, or so he convinced himself
"If this is the lost island, would the lost treasure be here too?" He thought. That must be why the fox was here. For some reason the explanation he came up with seemed to comfort him some.
The mindless task of collecting food made his mind wander again.
If Vulpy survived the storm maybe his crew did too. He doubted many did.
He rolled the ivory albatross around his fingers.
He did this when he was thinking or very upset. Or thinking about being upset.
"Fox!" He shouted, for the canine had wandered a ways towards the entrance to the jungle.
"What's your story exactly"

"Apprenticed as a British sailor and eventually applied for the navy and that became my job. i took a week break after my 5th year of working and ended up here after getting drunk."
"How'd you get here?"

Silas blinked and stared at the ground. "The storm that landed me here sunk my ship.. and my crew." He sighed deeply "We were hunting humpbacks off the royal coast, when the squall started. Argas my first mate said said he saw the sea birds heading for shore. A grave sign. you'd know if in you're a sailor worth 'is salt. "
"Of course I ignored him, poor Argas, he's at the bottom of the ocean 'aving tea with the kraken, I just know it"
At that moment a long howl followed by dozens of yips erupted from the jungle, alarmingly close to the beach before fading back into the unknown
"Did they teach you how to fight in that navy of yours? I have a feeling we ain't spending the night alone

"Uh, to kill stuff, and uh, i forgot to mention i was set to the new world. Sent there 'cause the bloody Quartering Act. I can kill a couple of barbaric feral morons in my path... I am a little rusty, but ill fair well for what i think were up against."
He Draws his sword and prepares to kill.

(Yelling is heard in the woods getting closer and closer to shore "aaaaaAAAAAAHHHHH!!" (As a lombax in torn shorts and and a t shirt erupt from the jungle tripping on a root and tumbling in the sand head over heels then landing on his face. He then starts to cover him self in sand.) "maybe if I cover my self in sand they won't find me..mind giving me a hand he..."(seeing the lizard man he freaks out and tries to run) "gaaaahhhh!!!" (He trips again and this time he lands flat on his face at the vulpeses feat.) "stupid sea legs."

(Sorry for the delay, the flu has me pretty badly)
"What in blazes"? Silas turns around sharply, still tightly gripping the plank of wood.
"You have ten second to tell me who you are before this piece of wood goes through yer gut" he yelled in surprise more than anything. Still hopped up on adrenaline from the feral scare moments ago, he hadn't meant to make a threat like that. However now that it was out, he better make good on it. He pressed the sharp end of the plank against the half buried mammal, while waiting for a reply.

"Yeah ya did see me. You had a conversation with me too Though everyone saw you were drunk so I never took the conversation serious, but now I guess I should have. Please don't kill me sir! (Nix says spilling all he knows and almost tearing up.)

a limp body washes up on the shore of the beach still breathing but un conscious

Ritzi wake up whit a really huge pain in his back. He did not remember mutch of how he got her. He did remember the other men on the ship talking about they did not have food to feed all. *that got to be it* He said to himself as he looked around the Island he was on.
He walked some steps on the beach and when see somthing washes up by the Water* Oh my it is a person* he runs quick over to him and could hear him breath and got Down on his side.* Hey! Are you alright?* he said as he shake the person

he weakly opened his eyes when he saw the person he widened his eyes and got up jumping back reaching for his hand gun realizing it wasn't there "who are you!?" he asked in a stern voice

Ritzi looked at him really scrard and his tail whent between his legs and his ears low* I.....I....am Ritzi. I have been left herre on the Island so I know as less as you do where we are.* He hope that the person whoul not try to shoot him

stands a little bit casually "i dont know where we are, i was thrown off the boat i was on, and i know that face im not going to shoot you"

no no plish don't* he got down on knee and look up whit his puppy eyes* you must misunderstand me mr. I was thrown of a boat too becaous they did not have foo to feed me so they kick me off

i walk past you and pet your head a bit "don't worry I'm not going to hurt you those puppy eyes are too cute"

he smile gentel as he did it and smile happy* Well thank you mr........ I did not get you name* he stand up and he stick his paw out for him to shake . he was still a littel scard of the strage wolf. Maybe he was at the same boat but he did not know

I am Ritzi nice to meet you Ben. * he smild gentel * you was just kidding about shooting me right?* He ask a littel nervers and begin to walk around on the Beach whit him

i look at him and laugh a bit "i don't joke about any thing"

He looked a littel bit nervers* Maybe we should go into the jungel and make a camp.* He said trying to get him to talk about somthing ells to talk about and hoping that he was really joking. He know that some person could get crazy if they got a starving

"i agree with you, we need tools first when i was thrown of the boat i had a couple things with me have an axe and duct tape, ill cut some wood you go find some food"

Thant sounds like a good idea I cshould be able to find some coconuts or fruit in the jungel. So I see you later* he said and begin to walk into the jungel not sure where he was going to look

"be back before sun down" i walk to the first tree and start to chop the trunk furiously it falls over

Ritzi begin to walk back draging the palmleaf filld whit fruit and coconuts. *hey I am back and I have some food to us * he lay it Down and pic up a banana and as he pick it up a spider runs over his paw and it made him scream and run up on a rock

i look at you jump up on the rock and laugh "little spider gonna get ya, i finished the shelters"

It is not funny I hat bugs and spiders back at the boat I was locked in a kitchen whit lots and lots of bugs and i use to run around in fear* he said and walk down hoping the spider away and walk over grap a banana * it sure looks nice

"thanks took like 10 min" goes inside the shelter and lays down

Ritzi walked in it too and lay Down* I do hope we do find a way to get out from here* he said and looked up at the sky

"the chances are very small but we can survive... i think" looks at ritzi

Ritzi smile at him I think that too* He smild and took of the shirt off and roll it together and rest his head on it like a pilow

takes my shirt off as well doing the same laying on it like a pillow

Ritzi wake up as the sun run Down his face and he give a littel yawn

when you wake up you realize i have already been up for hours chopping wood

(A feral is fishing in the waters a little bit aways from Ben and pup. He is intently staring at the water. The feral is extremely thin and looks as if a wave could carry him away.) "I'm so hungry." (Thought the feral wolf. A fish swam in front of him and he tried to catch it but could not. In anger the feral went up on the beach and laid down facing the ocean just staring at the water.) "I'm gonna die here and my body is going to wash into the ocean with the next tide." ( a tear went down the ferals face. The feral saw pup sleeping and crawled its way over to a bush trying to not make a noise.) "if he doesn't have food he is my food"

Morning Ben* I say and walked out grabing some berries and gentel begin to nom them* So what is the plan for to day? Making aboat to get away or look around the island

"well out plan for today is find some water at the moment we have none and bud you may want to fish while i look around for water the feral behind you looks like he wants to eat you, oh and throw me some food" i smile and continue to cut some wood

(Tim jumps from the bushes growling the quickly tires out and lays wee they had slept. His stomach hurting.) "uuugh."

takes a stick and sharpens the end goes out into the water and spears a fish brings it back and throws it to tim

(Tim catches the fish out of the air and eats like there's no tomorrow. Once he finishes he looks toward ben) "thank you. You've saved my life I can't thank you enough." (Tim slowly starts to walk away.)

"time to find some water"

(Tim Stops and just looks as they seem to not be affected.) "are they heros? They must be." (Tim is very confused by them so he decides to sit for off out of site and watch what thy do.) "he saved my life so I will hang around if his needs saving. Not like I can go back. I lost my title with the clan and all the other clans want me dead...once I save him my life has no meaning...I've been in worse." (Says Tim trying to cheer him self up. Tim heads out to find some food for later tonight.) "I'll be back. Not like they go any where, the rest of the beach is owned by the tiger tooth clan. And around the bend of the beach there is a cliff wall too steep for even monkeys to climb. Hopefully the bores won't be down here tomorrow." (Nix walks off in to the bushes.)

i walk into the jungle looking for a small pond

RitZi look over at the bushes* Hey if anyone is in ther you better come out and show you self* he said and walk closer and got some food in his paws to the person or thing in the bush* You can come out I am not going to hurt you* He lay it infront of it and alked over and grap a stick ben hat made and walked out in the Water to hunt some fish and look back to see if the food was gone form the bush

(Returning after a bit Tim saw that there was a small bit of food by the bush we walked though.) "it's a nice gesture but I'm all good for now...as long as those other guys don't find out I stole their food." (Knowing that pup may have put it there he left it for he could not carry any more, he had a vine lugging a....food along the ground to a spot a little ways from pup and Ben. He dug a small trench/hole in the ground to keep him out of the wind. It was about 1 hour before sun set so Tim just at there watching Ben/pup.)

i found a pond and shouts at ritzi "come here i got some water"

Begins to run as soon i hear you and still whach where I was Stepping so i did not step on anything posing or dangerous. As soon I was where I saw rhw awsome thing. *woooow ben you are the born surviver* I took a Water bottel from my pocket and fill it

don't drink that we need to broil and strain it you'll get dysentery

well okay if you say so but we stille need somthing to transport the Water form one place to another. Unless we can dig a Canal down to the camp

tha would take too long how many bottles do you have

only one sadly. but I can begin diging one we don't know how long we are going to stay* he looked at it* or you can open and empthy som coconuts to travel the Water in

good idea i go back to camp and pick up a large rock and a coconut

I go down on knee and begin dig a cannal back to the Beach like a dog

i break the coconuts open the liquid spilling out i scoop the meat of the coconut out and go back tothe pond and start to fill them with water

Ritzi smile as he came he was a bit wet after laying in the Water diging a canal

"here you take this back ill dig now oh and take my shirt being wet is not fun when its cold at night" smiles at ritzi and takes my shirt off and hands it to him i get down on my knees and start digging

Ritzi smiled *thank you Ben you are really kind to me * put on the shirt* I go light a fire and grill some fish on a stick

"if any body is to make it back it should be you your young and still have a lot to do" i eventually get down to the beech the water flowing down the trench like a river the faint trickling noise in the background i walk over to the fire to warm up my hands after them being in the cold water

Ritzi smile back at him and blush a littel bit he was really kind to him better than the first meating they got * this is for you* he gave him the large fich on a stick he har been cooking

"thank you very much" takes a bite out of the fish and hands it back to you "your face is a little red" i smile and go back to warming my hands

well it has been a while sinse someone hat say anything sweet to me other than you are washing the dished good* He smile and eat some of the fish

(Tim walked on over to pup and Ben looking really tired. He had just dug a trench to keep the tide out of his home In The beach sand.) "you two are lucky, you have hands. So what's your plan for tomorrow? Lighting a signal fire?" (Tim really was curios of what they were going to do because he was wondering if he could help at all.)

"hm well tomorrow we are gonna go in the jungle and explore a bit" i say smiling

(Tim stares at him blankly.) "...you do realize I live here right? I'm 24 years old. I used to walk this beach as a pup looked so beautiful back then."

"hm i think it still looks rather beautiful and id like to get a lay of the land for myself"

"That make sence. Sorry I'm so *yawn* tired. I just dug the deepest hole I've ever dug but at least now I can sleep on dry land and not water. Pass me some fish please?

(Said Tim with a crim face.)

*a strange figure washes up on the beach shore*

*niro walks along the shore scratching his head quizzically*

* sees her cruise ship sinking in the distance *

*i wake in the morning to fine three new people had seemed to help themselves to the camp*
What the!?!? Who do you think you are

-Meanwhile somewhere beneath the island-
*Colt looks at a screen to find the three 'new-guys' on the shore*
*Smirks then looks at watch* Only another day...

"A small island near no land, a *lost* island." (Tim says walking out of a bush.) "don't be afraid by my feral ness I'm completely tame."

Somewhere near the beach a small raft is drifting. On the raft a nervous young looking wolf is walking in small cirkels as he tries to wait until his raft is touching the ground. It appears he doesn't like the water so much. When he's only a fews yards away from the beach he finally decides to go for it and jumps. But he did't expect the raft to move backwards as he jumps and falls, face down, into the shallow sea. He quickly stands up and runs to the beach and looks around to see if someone saw him.

"I think we should *splash!* (Tim was interrupted by loud splashing just a way down the beach.) "stay here...it might be my pack." (Tim walked around to see a very scared young wolf stumble his way up on the beach.) "I wonder if all these people came from the same ship...or maybe a fleet of ships. The kid looks scared...maybe I should let him get his feet before I approach." (Sitting down, Tim waited for the boy to get calm but when the wolf looked around Tim ducked a bit hopping he didn't see him move.)

As Bing looked around he saw something or someone move a little while he tried to tidy up his fur. But the sea and wind have had his toll on it and he looked rather wild, more than he wanted.
"Oh well, nothing to do about that now." He said to himself irritated. His left ear was still itchy and he couldn't help it to scratch it again. His wound still wasn't healed yet. "I have to find some help before I starve to death." So he decided to go see what he saw moving and started to walk in that direction.

(Seeing that the wolf was walking closer he decided to wait till he go nice and close...he waited...and waited...till he was 15 feet away then at that moment Tim jumped out teeth barring and his eyes angry. But then he smiled really big!) "hi there!" (Tim had jumped and smiled in one smooth/intimidating movement.)

Bing jumped up very high when Tim suddenly jumped at him with his bare teeth and then smiles.
"I'm sorry!" He quickly turned around and started running back towards his little raft. "What just happened?" He asked himself while he wiped away a tear. Did he do something wrong or...... he stopped running and turned around looking at himself. He didn't realize he looked THAT bad! He started walking back and when he was close again he put his paws in the air, just not to look threatening.
"I don't mean you any harm, I just need some help please?"

(Seeing that he had scared him Tim knew he would to be careful around this wolf.) "oh I mean no harm either. I just you were a wolf and wolfs around here usually are very angry. I can help you, in fact there is a camp just over here with food and some shelter. Sorry again for scaring you but where did you come from?" (Tim said walking back to Ben and them.)

Thank god, he thought, what a relief. He smiled at Tim and walked beside him.
"Thank you for helping me, I'm starving and need to clean up myself, so if you could point me in the right direction that would be great. I'm from another place a few days from here I guess, but that's not so interesting." He didn't want to draw to much attention to himself yet.
He looked at the person that was walking beside him and was trying to figure out what species he was.
"My name is Bing by the way, and you are?" He puts out his paw to shake it with him and after that stares at the ocean looking worried.
"Where am I actually?"

"Oh your on the lost island. It's a island that always moves and has very mean creatures on it. Though the plants are very lovely around this season. And the names Tim, Timothy tim, my mother was not very creative. Are are getting close now." (Tim said pointing at it about 45 feet away.) "you know I actually live here. It's not a place for the faint of heart."

"It's nice to meet someone like you Tim. I've been on that raft for days!" Bing then watches in the direction tim pointed out. More people, thats a good thing.
"The lost island you say, that an appropriate name. That's exactly how I feel at this moment."
Bing stays silent for a while untill they reach the camp.
"Hello, I'm Bing..... a friendly wolf by the way."

"So bing I told you about me now what's your story?" (Tim says rather curious.)

Before he begins to tell his story, his left ear started to itch again. And as usual he scratches it. When (and if) you look at his ears, you'll notice a small piece of his left ear is missing in the shape of a half circle with teethmarks and that it is bleeding a little. Unaware of the little bleeding, Bing begins while looking at the ground.
"I was playing with my older brothers and they put me on that little raft, just for fun. They had it tied up to a rotten pole and that broke during a strong current and it pulled the raft to the open sea. Now, three days later I end up here. My parent will be furious when they found out what happened."
He looks up again and looks around to see how many others there actually are in the camp. A little teardrop roles down his cheek. He wipes it away and tries to act tough.
"I'm sorry, but do you please have anything to eat?"

(Tim sees bing shed a teardrop and comes to him comforting him.) "no words can describe how I feel right now..we do have food please eat! :)" (Tim hands him a cooked fish.) "don eat it too quick. Where do you come from bing?"

It was nice to meet Tim. He really seems to care. "Thank you Tim." He says while he slowly eats the fish. The question about the place where he comes from, made him nervous. He tried to remember where he came from but he really couldn't. Nervously he looked around and finally to Tim.
"I really don't know, sorry. It seems I can't remember." A slight panic started to build up, but he calms down pretty fast.
"Are there any boats leaving from this island to the mainland?"

"This is the *lost* island, the only boats that come here are crashed,imobilized,or...haunted. I've only seen boats when they crash or pass by just off shore. And I would not know what lands Lay just over the horizon. But I do wish I could see them...maybe both of us could get something from leaving this island well to be honest all of us..who knows what we will go though to cross the ocean with storms and tidal waves. But we have Ben here and he is great at making things. In fact Ben and pup here made a trench of fresh water that leads straight here. They are quite the builders. To bad I couldn't help though with my lack of any thumbs or bipedal walking ability, being a feral might seem bad but I'm more silent and less of a target." (Tim had thought he rambled on a bit but he didn't care.)

Tim, Ben and Pup. Three names that are easy to remember. It reminded him of his own three brothers. "No boats huh? That means I'm stuck here for a while. I better get some rest so I can help you guys with things that need to be done." He smiles at Tim. "As you can see, I do have thumbs..... and I've always loved the ferals. They always have good advice and bring out the feral in me. So we will get along quite wel I guess. But if you don't mind, I'm tired and need some rest. Is there a place where I can sleep?" He finished his fish and thanks them for it and then stands up and waits for their instructions.

"Well it looks like Ben is napping in the only thing that protects from the sun." (Tim said pointing out the little hut thing barely able to protect Ben.) "but you might be able to use a leafy branch for a sun block and a shirt for a pillow."

The sun was shining bright as it did the last few days and the journey on his raft exhausted him, but he had to build some shelter from the sun before going to sleep.
"OK, thanks Tim. I'll try to build my own little shelter. Let's see if my experience with the boy scouts can help me out here."
Bing started walking back to the last place where he saw his raft, he could use that as a roof. Soon he saw his raft on the beach. So he walked over to it and dragged it over the shallow water to the camp. There he dragged it over to the edge of the trees and looked for some trees or branches that could hold the heavy raft. Once he found them he tilted the raft on his side and let it rest against two think trees that were close together. The opening was pointed to the ocean so he could have a nice view over it. He started searching for some vines and used them to tie his raft to the trees so it wouldn't fall on top of him during strong winds. Finally he looked for some moss and used that as a sort of matrass. A roof over his head and a place to shelter from the sun, perfect.
Strangly enough he got some energie from building his own little shelter.....or was it the fish he just ate? It didn't mather that much, his moral was up and he didn't want to sleep just yet, so he walked back over to Tim and the rest.
"That will do for now I guess." (Looking in the direction of his little shelter) The fish did do me well. Thanks again for that. Can you point me the water stream of fresh water you talked about earlier? I could use some of it." He said smiling with satisfaction.

"Right well I think it's over in there." (Tim said pointing into the forest.) "they tried to dig it as close to here as they could so it's not to far." (Tim said trying to think of what he could do but couldn't think of anything.) "carful not to trip there's a lot of vines around there."

Bing looked in the direction that Tim pointed in and started walking. "Thanks Tim, I'll be careful."
He reached the edge of the forest again and stopped to look and listen for possible dangers, Like Tim mentioned before. If he didn't see or hear any, he carefully started to walk in the direction towards the fresh water. It did take him a while to find the exact location but when he finally found it (by following the sound of water) he sat down on his knees and started to drink like a farel would with his tongue. He didn't have any cup or something like that. "Wow! This feels and tastes good after spending so much time on the ocean!"
The water had to come from somewhere and it would be nice if he could take a bath in it. So he decided to follow the water upstream to find a place where he could do just that. "They really did a good job making this little stream with fresh water." He couldn't find a spot to take a bath quickly enough, so he decided to go back to camp. It could get dark soon and then he maybe could get lost.
When he arrived back at camp he sat down again. "It is like a small paradise here isn't it? Sorry it took so long, I was looking for a small lake or waterfall where I could take a bath to clean up my fur. I really smell bad and the dried up sea salt is starting to itch. Would you like to go for a walk with me tomorrow. It is better to go together I guess instead of walking of al by myself. You know this island better then I do. Maybe you can give me a little tour and show me the most important spots if you like."

"I would gladly take a walk with you tomorrow and show you around though we will have to be carful because there are some dangerous ferals and other creatures here. We will have to walk on the beach too." (The sun starts to set in the other side of the island.) "well it's time for sleep." (Tim gets up and walks away back to his hole.)

"OK great! See you tomorrow." After Tim left to go to sleep, bing made sure that the fire would keep burning for the night and took one flaming branch to his little shelter and started a small fire there to keep the bugs away and to keep warm. After that he also went to sleep while he listened to the waves pounding on the shore.

It didn't take long before Bing fell asleep after his adventure on his raft for three days. And after a good night sleep he woke up and looked at the sunrise. The rest was still asleep as far as he could tell, so he stood up and walked to the ocean. First he got in with only his feet and started to walk a little to get used to the water's temperature. After he got used to it he jumped in and got under water to wash off the sand that got into his fur. Then he walked back to the beach and sat down to dry a little and watch the rising sun silently. This wasn't that bad after all, although he did mis his family.

(Nix stirs as he goes though a nightmare...he groans, then yelps. Awaking upon the yelp he slowly tried to catch his breath as he sees the most beautiful thing he has seen on this island. He saw bing in the rising sun, and wondered what life was like for him off this island.)

Bing stretches his arms up in the air after he warmed up a little in the sun and stood up to see if anyone else was awake. So he walked back to the camp and found Tim with his eyes opened. He got down on his knees and whispered.
"Good morning Tim, I hope I didn't wake you up? What do you usually do to get breakfast around here, anything I can do to help?"

"Well this is the first regular morning for me so I don't know really. The best course of action *yawn* would be to eat some food for energy." (Tim said sleepily.)

"I agree. Do we have to hunt for it or do you have it stored somewhere? I would like to make you all some breakfast to thank you for the warm welcome you gave me yesterday."

(Tim looks around and sees nothing rapped up in anything.) "I think we might have to and I do say we because I am helping." (Tim said getting to his feet.)

Bing was excited and nervous at the same time. He wanted to hunt, but he never had to do so.
"I never learned how to hunt, so you might have to teach me a thing to 2. At home we can buy our food from the store. But I'm willing to learn and try." He said smiling. "Let's go!"

"I'm not all that good at hunting but we can try. You have hands so you can grip a tool, I can't so we can us that to our advantage." (Tim starts to walk to the trees and says to bing.) "are you sure your okay with this? It will be dangerous."

Bing follows Tim to the trees and hesitates for only one second. "It might be dangerous, but it is not like... food will fall from the sky right? So we have to to this. I'll try to find a speer or something along the way. I will follow you and watch our back, you track down a good breakfast, ok?" Bing looks confident While he said that. "I'm up for it."

(Tim smiles as bing looks confident.) "after we hunt ill test your skills. But first I smell something up wind." (Tim jumps to a near by grass clump and gets low...he looks out over the grass...in the silence Tim hears a snort of a hog in the distance.) "there's a hog just over that hill we are going to have to ambush it. Stay here and I'll corral it this way." (Tim walks to the left of the small hill and disappears around it.)

As Tim gets low, almost automatically Bing did the same, was it his feral instinct? Who knows... But his face changed very serieus and his ears where pointed to the front. Then he also hears the snort and his pupils widened and his hart started to pump faster, filled with adrenaline. He tried to smell the hog, but his nose wasn't that advanced like Tim's was. Bing nods to Tim as he left to the left of the small hill. Bing stayed low and watched concentrated for the possible upcoming hog, his favorite. And now he thought of it, he started to drool.

(Tim looked around the hill and the hog was just about to cross over the hill so Tim acted quickly and started running at the hog. It heard Tim and fainted. Confused Tim came up to it and poked it with his paw. Then the hog came alive and hit Tim back down the hill while the hog ran over the hill toward bing. Tim rolled down the hill only a little bit and twisted his paw. Tim started to jog over the hill seeing if bing had succeeded in the capture.) "darn thing nearly killed me. Why did I approach? I knew it was still alive." (Said Tim to himself.)

Bing heard Tim running, but then it got quiet. Bing silently looked up for a short period to see what was going on and then heard some struggles and soon enough the hog came running down the hill towards him. He quickly got down again and prepared to jump. As the hog came closer and closer, his nails came out of his paws, sharp as hell and the adrenaline took over. Finally he jumped on top of the hog as it came closer. His nails perforated the skin of the hog and he took a good grip while he started to bite it in his nek. The hog was squeaking like a pig and kept on trying to get loose. With Bing on his neck he still was able to "run" for a couple of yards until it finally tripped and fell down on the ground. Bing's level of adrenaline dropped down a little. He growled as he took a better grip to the neck of the hog and fresh blood started to poor out of the biting wounds and into his mouth. While holding on to the hog he tried to see where Tim was.

(Tim came over the hill to see that the hog had blazed a trail of broken branches and sense he couldn't see bing he knew bing had gone for it so he followed the path and he saw bing there on the hog and was very impressed -and scared- but very happy. Tim started to walk up and sat down next to the hog.) "forgot hogs had power."

The hog stopped moving so Bing opened his jaw to let go. Tim had joined him by then. He tried to clean the blood from his mouth, but that didn't work really well.
"I never tasted fresh blood before, it's gross!" He then realises what he just did and stares silently at their fresh prey. After a while he turns hus head away and starts to vomit. When he's done he looks at Tim with shame. "Like I said, I've never done this before..."

"Never done this before? I've never seen a more successful kill! :) those are some powerful jaws you have there and really sharp claws might I add." (Tim said pointing out his talon size claws still at the ready.) "I'm guessing it's your first kill? In fact I'm not even sure if you bipedals hunt with your bare hands. Do they?"

"Really? I'm sure you are way better at this then I am. I guess I had some beginners luck." When Tim points out his sharp claws, bing looks at his own paws and seems to be suprised too and retracts them very fast. "I don't know what came over me, I enjoyed it a little bit to much." It did feel very good and he did enjoy the hunt. The question remained if he could do it again. "I guess my feral instinct kicked in." He said suprised. "Yes it's my first kill, and my last if I may add. I really don't like the taste of blood.....or do I?" Bing was confused, WHAT just happened!? "At home we don't have to kill, we can buy anything we want in shops. What do we do now?"

"What we do is get this back to our camp. And I understand if you don't want to do that again. Your lucky...some people when they have their first kill go mad." (Tim said walking back to the camp.)

Bing grabs hold on the hog with his paws and lifts it up on his shoulder. He disn't talk much. Those words where exactly what he was thinking about. He enjoyed it, but he hated it at the same time. He'd rather buy the meat at a supermarket, then kill it himself. But still.... Was it the thrill, the adrenaline.....? After a period of silence, he started to talk again. "What are we going to do with it back at camp? Who will prepare the hog for us? We can't eat it raw, can we?"

"Well I can eat it raw but I think I know how to cook it. There's been a few other people on this island, I used to watch them." (Tim looks up at the sun.) "looks like it's about time. My pack will be moving across the island to go to war with another pack. Let's hope we don't get In their way...looks like you will be learning a lot today." (Tim said with a smile toward bing.)

"Other people? Where did they go?" He asked surprised. And after a while he asked: "Is there a war going on, on this island?! We should return to the camp a.s.a.p. then! I don't want to go to battle!" Bing looked worried. He always had a peaceful life and didn't know what to think of war. "Are there more ferals like you in your pack? Or bipedals like me?"

"There's only ferals here. There's two packs...*the way of the light* is what my pack calls it's self, and the other pack, which have no name. Don't worry because this land is part of neutral territory so war can not break out here. there has only been a few bipedals on this island most of them either die from wild beast or get lost. Some have built a raft and made it off the island. I didn't know any of them but I wish I did. That's one out of many reason I was kicked from my pack." (Tim said very glum.)

Bing listened to Tim's story while they walked back to their camp. "Is it not allowed to be friends with bipedals? That is cruel if you ask me. What is wrong with bipedals?" Maybe if others made it of the island, he could make it too? Bing did miss his family, but this was an adventure you only do once in a life time. He looked troubled and was silent the rest of the way back to camp, trying to figure out what to do.

"There are many rules my pack has. Some of the ones I can remember are do not talk to the other pack, do not interfere with other living things unless on a hunt and definitely never ever date/mate with someone of another pack or tribe. Some times I think my pack are the evil ones." (Remembering all this made Tim upset and mad so he didn't talk the rest of the time. But he did think about going away with bing. He was going to ask him once they got back.)

Both kept quiet untill they arrive at the camp. They both had their own thoughts that kept them busy. After a while, they arrived and Bing kneels down and puts down the hog.
"Anything I can do to help you to prep the hog?"

We will need some sharp sticks that are strong and more wood for a proper fire. Then we can Ty to cook it." (Tim said gathering sticks and branches.) "have you Cooked before?"

Bing started to help gather sticks and branches and also found some straight sticks that were strong enough to hold the hog. "I have helped my mother before so yes I do know a little on how to cook. But she normally did the most of the work tho." Back at camp he looked around to see if there was anything sharp to sharpen the sticks with. "Do we have a knife?"

"I don't know I think there might be in bens stuff...he is away anyway." (Tim said seeing no Ben or pup.) "hope they are all right." (Tim looks though a bag and finds a small knife.) "Ey hope dis is ohkay." (Tim said with the knife in his teeth.)

Bing smiles. "Yes, that is perfect, that will do, thanks" He takes hold of the small knife and kneels by the small fire. He blows into the fire to make it a little bigger and adds some branches they just found. Gradually the fire gets bigger and hotter. When that worked he sat back with the big sticks and starts making them sharp using the small knife. "Can you start with the gutting part, I don't think my stomach can handle that yet." A small smile was on the face of Bing when he said those words, but actually he felt ashamed. What wolf throws up after a fresh kill?

"Gutting? Oh you mean to remove all it's. Yeah I can do that." (Tim sits there trying to think of how to do this...) "maybe I can....what if I..how about...ahh forget it." (Tim said to him self as he finally decided to just do it. Tim had disposed of all the extra bits in a bush and washed him self off in the ocean.) "there, the deed is done"

Bing secretly watched Tim while he was "cleaning" the hog. It looked like he'd never done it before either, but at least he kept his stomach contents where they belong. By the time Tim came back to clean himself in the ocean, Bing finished the sharpening of the sticks and with some force, he put them in the hog and hang it above the fire. "We'll have to watch and turn it right, so it doesn't burn." He sat down next to Tim and put an arm around the back of him and gave him a small hug. "Thank you Tim. You're a real good friend. I mean, you welcome me into your camp, you help me to find food, water, you give me a place to stay......." (He looked him in the eyes) "Thanks!" :|

(Tim blushes a bit. He's never been truly thanked for anything.) "ahh wasn't nothin." (Tim kinda leaned a little bit toward bing when he gave him a small hug.) "I'm glad some one was here to hang out with, I've been living alone for a few months now." (Tim said smiling at bing and looking back at his eyes.)

Bing spinned the hog a little to let it cook even on all sides and kept on doing that until it was fully cooked. The smell of the fresh baking meat was the best thing he encountered for days. His stomach was growling and Bing even started to drawl a little. They both seemed to enjoy the look and smell of their latest catch. Bing constantly watched the meat while he groomed Tim's fur (in a non-sexual way). He was his only companion on this island. Ben and Pup seemed to be disappeared. And Bing really started to enjoy his unfortunate adventure. Butt still..... the thought of his family was still there. "Will I survive at least another 3 days at sea? Maybe I won't be that lucky as last time. Maybe a storm....." Then he suddenly kept quiet. "No, I want to stay here to fully recover and regain my energy en strength. Maybe then I will try it again. But for now, I'm happy where I am and with the company I have." He made up his mind and confidently cuts 2 big pieces of the hog and gave one to Tim. "Bon apetit, or something like that." ;)

(Tim was sitting there watching bing and kinda enjoy the grooming. Though he thought it kinda wierd. He still thought about going with bing, and he knew he could if he wanted to.) "mmmmmm that smells so good!" (Tim dug into the meat and was entranced by the flavor. So he ate it as if it was not going to be thee much longer.)

As Bing also started to eat like he hasn't eaten in days, he stopped grooming Tim. It was a natural thing for him to do with ferals, he didn't know why exactly. After a while he had enough and just leaned back in the sand. "Wow, that was exactly what I needed. What about you?" He didn't expect an answer because he asked it in a retoricle way. "My fur is still a mess and could use a good swim in some fresh water to rinse of al the sand and seasalt. Where does the fresh water come from? A waterfall, or a lake? I would like to find out, unless you say we have more inportant things to do off course."

"Well the stream they got the water from I'm not really familiar with, but I'm pretty sure there's a lake some where at the end and it isn't far away. Take the knife with you because we might walk though a small section of pack territory. We will be fine as long as we Keep moving." (Tim said smiling. Tim can smell the blood on bings fur and likes the smell but knows he can't walk around with that smell on him.) "do you want to go now? Or do you want to sit and digest a little?" (Tim said with Small chuckle looking at bings "relaxed" position.)

Bing's stomach was full that was clearly visible, but non the less, he stood up.
"Yes, I would like to go now if you're up for it. There's nothing better then to take a nice walk after a good meal, followed by a good bath." Bing also chuckled as he cleaned up the camp a little, so they didn't have to do that when they returned. He picked up the knife and held it in his paws. "Just in case, right? I'm not intending to really use it on another wolf."

"Yes it is just in case. We might not be needing it."

"Well let's go then. Get up on all four paws and let's hit the ...... woods." Said Bing smiling while he started walking in the direction he went before when he needed a fresh drink. "By the way, can you swim? I don't want to be the only one having fun."

(Tim looks at bing with a smirk and "are you serious" face.) "yes I can swim, and quite good might I add." (Tim said smiling with his chin up.) ((can you explain What your character is wearing please.))

While listening to Tim he looked surprised. "I'm sorry, I didn't want to offend you. It's just.....I haven't met any other ferals.... ever. And I didn't know if you could swim.....as a feral I mean." As they walked further, the bushes got thicker at some places and they tore more holes in Bing's already torn blue jeans and his light blue t-shirt. The small words "department of mental health" on the front, and "Patient" printed bigger on the back where almost faded. He didn't wear any socks or shoes, he already lost them on the open sea. "Oh my.... at this rate there won't remain anything of my clothes." He looked at his clothes, but didn't seem to worry about it. "As long as I'm decent, right?" He smiled as if he was teasing Tim. "Are we still going in the right direction? I didn't got this far last time, because I was afraid I would get lost and didn't know the way back."

"Yes, we are on the right path and don't worry, your clothes will be fine I'm sure." (Tim said with the slightest of a blush.) "if not we can make rags out of the boar skin or something." (Reaching the small lake that seemed just above bings waist Tim sat next to it, looking at it as if remembering something.)

Bing didn't want to waste time. "Are you OK if I dive in without these rags on?"

"Don't mind at all, just don't spend to much time here. I don't want to be here too long"

Bing smiled like a 5 year old puppy, took of his clothes and dove in the shallow little lake with a big splash. "The water is fine, jump in! Let's make some fun." He shouted happily. But he didn't forgot where he was here for, so he started to wash himself thoroughly until all the blood and sand was out of his fur. He then splashed Tim with his hands to tease him a little. "Come on, what are you waiting for?" He asked smiling again.

"Ssshh quiet down will you? I don't want every one to know we are here." (Tim, thinking he does need a little relaxation, jumps in next to bing.) "this really isn't as deep as looks. I'm gonna touch the bottom." (Tim swims to the bottom and touches his paw to the silt at the bottom.)

Bings eye's were wide open and he puts his paws against his mouth when Tim tells him to quiet down a little. :o
"I'm sorry, I forgot all about the other packs for a moment." He said softly. "I'll keep it down from now on."
Then he smiles and looks at Tim diving under to touch the bottom. After Tim got under water, he dropped himself on his back and disappeared under water for a while and after a while he came back up. His fur was all soaked and he started to wash himself thoroughly to get rid of the blood, the nasty smells, sand and seasalt.
"We'd better go back to camp."

"Well we could stay here little longer but I think it's a better Idea to go." ""Go where?"" (A female voice from the woods is heard. Tim was scared by the immediate response.) "hello? Who is there?" (Tim said getting out of the water.)

Bing was also shocked when he heard the female voice and looked around to see where it came from.

""A war is starting Tim...don't be surprised if a few, familiar faces drop by. See you around Tim."" "I told them I was done! And you know I can't return. Sash wait!...bing I think we better get off this island as quick as we can." (Tim makes a motion toward camp.)

Bing looked scared. "I agree, let's go. I don't want to be involved in a war. I'm not a good fighter you know." Bing rushed out of the water, put on his clothes (or what was left of them) and started walking fast towards the camp.

(Tim gets back to camp.) "well what now?"

When they arrive at their camp, Tim surprises Bing with his question. Does he want Bing to take control of the situation? For a while he just stood there, thinking. "OK, you start to gather everything that is edible and fill up as many bottles as you can with fresh water. We're going to need them a lot. I will start to strengthen my raft so it can hold us both and start to gather everything that can help us on the way, like rope and blankets to block the sun." Bing looks for some rope in their camp and walks to his little shelter and starts to break that down. When his raft was on the ground again, he dragged it to the water edge and started to repair and strengthen it where needed. He also build in a small mast, so they could build a roof for protection against the sun and rain. He used some vines to make some points to hold on during big waves. "We will also need something to paddle with!"

(Tim is very surprised by bings ideas and immediately goes to work.) "I'll see what I can do." (Tim goes off for somewhere around 30 minutes, coming back with a lot of meat, fruits, and fish on a large piece of bark. Coming back Tim makes a suggestion.) "what about heat? Will we need some form of fire?" (Howling is heard about 2 miles away from Tim and bing.) "don't worry about that, they will not bother us."

Sparks wasn't sure if she wanted to curse her luck or grin massively. She was lost, that much was obvious. Getting lost was something she delighted in. It was fun, and she had a met many of her friends that way. Unfortunately, she was lost on a potentially deadly island (although it did look awfully familiar). Plus, her collar was dirty. This didn't sit well with Sparks. She preferred it to be clean. Squinting into the distance, her orange eyes locked onto two figures. “Tim?” she questioned, recognising one. “That you?”
Without waiting for an answer, she broke into a run towards them. “How's my favourite feral doin'?!”

(Tim flinched as a sudden shrill voice was heard "How's my favorite feral doin!?" Tim looked behind him and saw a black figure because he was staring into the setting sun.) "wait...that scream sounded awfully familiar." (Said Tim as he squinted to see better.)

“Hi!” Sparks said cheerily, waving at Tim. “It's me, see? The one who gets lost all the time! I'm lost again!”

(Tim chuckles a bit.) "what are you doing all the way over here?" (Said Tim at the surprise of her dropping by.)

Sparks shrugged, grinning. “I was on a boat, 'cause I need new places to get lost, but then the ship got lost, crashed, and the life boat I was on got lost!” she explained, taking numerous glances at Bing. “We crashed - again - and were washed up here. Now, I'm the only one left…” Sparks whimpered the last sentence, but quickly cheered up. “Who's your friend?”

(Frowning a bit at the sad news Tim quickly forgot about.) "oh this is bing. Lost just like you but his story's a bit different. He was set to sea on this raft and he said he was on the water for three days when he finally arrived to this island some where about two days ago. Me and him were going to head of the island because there's a bunch of nasty wolfs Coming our way." (Tim said looking at the tree line.)

“Oh. Hi'ya Bing!” Sparks greeted. “Can I come too? I mean, I don't wanna get eaten, 'cause there's still loads of places I haven't got lost yet!”

"Well, we could use more vines and coconuts."

IC: “Okay dokie!” Sparks said, mock saluting. “Should I collect coconuts or vines? Or both?!” she asked, trembling with excitement.
This meant adventure time! Now, if only her boots weren't new enough to give her blisters…
OOC: I need to go.

(K ttyl) "we are going to need both thank you!"

"Oh great Tim!" He said smiling when Tim returned with all the supplies. He wanted to answer Tim's question about the heat issue, but suddenly he also heard the voice and looked up. A purple with red and orange colored feline approached them. Apparently she knew Tim as they start a little conversation.
"Yes.... Hi, I'm Bing. Nice to meet you. You can join us if you want, our raft is just big enough." He said smiling. "If we have enough supplies for a couple of days, then we are ready to depart." Bing looks up at the sun setting down and then at Tim. "I think it's better to stay here for the night and set off at the first sight of light don't you think?"

"Right, when the sun rises. For now let's hide the raft so no one and nothing finds it...think you could give us a hand sparks?"

IC: Sparks nodded enthusiastically. “Course! Just… Don't make me remember where it is, 'kay?” she replied, wincing. “That's how things get lost.”
OOC: Sorry, school's been a nightmare and I haven't been able to reply.

Bing and his two new friends picked up the raft and hid it in the bushes and spend the night with only some basic stuff to keep them warm. Every 3 hours someone took watch by the fire untill the sun started to rise.
"Tim, Sparks.... Wake up! It's time to go." He wispered.

"Alright I'm up, then let's get going! Go on sparks I have to leave a message for Ben and my pack. I hope they find it." (Tim got a stone and carved on a tree that stood out some words.) "I'm good let's go."

Sparks woke with a start. “Huh? Oh, good morin'!” she said brightly, yawning.
Stretching out her stiff muscles, she did as told.

Bing, Tim and Sparks gathered all the supplies and set off with their raft into the unknown sea.
"If we get cold, we can use our body heat to warm up eachother."

"Good point bing. We might have to ration our food to." (Tim said trying not to stumble to much. Tim is not used to walking on waves. His feet are not very sturdy.)

There are things that can carry you around in the air, there are giant holes dug out though mountains and big metal beasts. Is it all true bing?" (Said Tim Looking at bing in worry and wonder of the possibilities.)

Bing smiled. "Yes Tim. Those things that carry you around in the air, as you decribed, are airplanes. The holes are houses, build by others furrs like me, they're not carved out of a mountain, but some are pretty big indeed. My house isn't that big, but it is ok I guess. And I guess you mean cars and trucks with those big metal beasts. Those are machines where you can sit in and when you operate them correctly, they can bring you anywhere you want. But only if you're an anthro like me, sorry. Your paws are to short to operate everything safely."
Sparks was a little quiet, maybe he wasn't as comfortable with the waves as they were. So he just let him alone and only suggested to sit closer to him and Tim, so he wouldn't get cold. After a while Bing looked worried. He loves his adventure on the lost island, but he did mis his family a lot. He just hoped that he didn't have to drift to long on the ocean and that he would come upon the right shoreline of the mainland.

(After a while Tim cuddled in between bing and sparks. He was getting a bit cold and was shaking.) "I hope these clouds go away cause it's getting cold."

Syndrake stands on a beach, his wing haven broken from his crash. "great.. now what..." he looked around, his red eyes trying to find anything of life.

IC: “Yeah! Talk 'bout baltic!” Sparks agreed, finally spotting an opportunity to talk without interrupting anyone. “Though it's always cold where I'm from. Cold, rainy, and cloudy.” she said, fidgeting.
The rocking made her feel rather sleepy.

The huge anthropomorphic snake had washed ashore. He was nearly unconscious, beaten and battered by the unforgiving sea. The last thing he saw was the ship he commandeered flipping over upon the cold sea, giant waves taking it under. He had no idea if any of the rest of the crew of the crabbing ship had survived, and it was unlikely. Being as huge as he was, Adrian had been able to survive what few other could not before, but this time... this time was different. He was lost upon the hand of Poseidon, and he had no idea whatsoever what had become of himself, or would would become of him, being stranded upon this strange island in the middle of the vast, empty ocean. His black scales were sleek, wet from the salt water, his bright green eyes nearly closed from tired lids. His thick, black clothes made for cold weather were drenched, and his long tail moved weakly upon the sand.He moved his tongue from his mouth, trying to smell what was around him, but he could just barely even do that... but he did. It seemed that there were others on this island but...but.....blackness. He was unconscious.
