I sometimes use sweet reakfast meals as desserts. Pankakes and ice cream, for example. Thats my best shot.

{Cheesecake with cherry filling, caramel & fudge drizzle, layered on top of banana & cookie pudding. That's what I would like to eat and see}

For you... I think a graham cracker, double layered velvet cake with banana whip cream, and vanilla icing with fudge drizzle.
IDK how you'll get the graham cracker double layer, but the rest is at least reasonable. You can buy all of it.

These are suggestions, they may sound nasty or messy but that's what I come up with.

@Trixsie
Yes, they are real. :D It's mochi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mochi_%28food%29), there's a lotta different kinds. My favorite is daifuku (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daifuku), which is filled with sweet adzuki jam stuff (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_bean_paste). The ube flavored ones are amazing! (can you tell that I'm totally craving this stuff right now?)

It's something you have to try for yourself, it's too heavenly to describe. :3 The brand really matters, so try a few different kinds and see which you like best.

I only learned what graham crackers were last year!

So this all makes sense to me now.  Nasty and messy?  You say that like it's a bad thing!

*sigh*  Just fudge drizzle would be enough right now...

My favourite beer at the moment is White Rabbit, they have a rather nice dark BTW Ben.

But no drinkies for me!  The house still smells like cocktails from last night's craziness.  It wasn't even my party!

But I've found out that what I though smelt like fruit salad is a drink called a fruit tingle (which is like a life saver with no hole!)

Drinking water, who's with me?

Here's a good idea for a WARM dessert from Chinese culture: (Feeds at least 4-10 depending on your choice of serving size)

Materials:
-4 yams (sweet potatoes)
-2 to 3 brown sugar sticks (depends on size. use more if small)
-Standard pot

Steps:
1) Fill pot 2/3 of the way with clean water and heat to a boil.
2) Wash yams, peel and wash again.
3) Cut into slices no thicker than 1/4 of an inch.
4) When boiling, place all sugar sticks into water for 15 minutes or however long it takes to melt into water.
5) Place yam slices into water after sugar has completely melted, switch to medium heat and cover pot.
6) Let cook for 30 minutes and then turn off the fire.
7) Uncover and let set for at least 15 minutes.

To serve, basically scoop the soup and yam slices into bowl. Drink the soup with a large spoon with portions of the soft slices. Best served hot, but still good warm. Not very good cold. Reheat as necessary.

uh yea... trikxie, it's not chocolate. it's only labeled "Brown Candy" at asian stores. regular supermarkets have it as brown sugar sticks. that pic i posted is of one of my packs that i had imported. it's a stick of pure, caramelized brown sugar. it's because it was caramelized into a stick that it gives off its unique flavor and mixes well with the yams.

Fresh-squeezed orange juice is always a delight.
Also, if you can get your hands on liquid nitrogen, I have the perfect idea.
Giant oranges lack the sweetness from smaller oranges so i have a wonderful little "sweet slices" recipe i can share.

That's about all i can think of on the fly.

Here's another fun Chinese dessert for you guys that does NOT require sugar STICKS.

1/2 cup azuki beans
1 tablespoon glutinous rice
1 large piece dried tangerine peel (about 3 inches) (Optional ingredient)
4 cups water
6 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup peanuts, crushed (Also Optional)

1. Soak the beans and rice overnight in an ample amount of water (about 3 cups should do).
2. In a 3-quart saucepan, bring 4 cups water with the glutinous rice, azuki beans and dried tangerine peel to boil.
3. Turn the heat down to low, cover and simmer for about 1 1/4 hours, until the beans are visible with the water just covering them, and tender when pierced with a fork.
4. Add the sugar, stirring to dissolve.
5. Remove the mixture from the heat and cool. Remove the tangerine peel. While the soup is cooling, crush the peanuts.
6. Pour the soup in the blender. Use the liquefy setting to liquefy for 1 - 2 minutes, until the azuki beans are thoroughly blended.

Chill until ready to serve. Just before serving, garnish with the crushed peanuts.

This has been a big favourite of mine since childhood, and it's simple to make and DELICIOUS!! Enjoy, you guys!

glutinous rice would probably be the only ingredient you actually have to go to an asian market for, but it's not hard to find.

I'm not sure about you guys, I really want to know how Ben's little venture to make that sweet potato soup went.

This is not really a dessert in the technical sense, it tends to work really well after any dinner. Ovaltine with hot water and sweetened with condensed milk. No matter what you just ate, the sweetness of the condensed milk mixed with the bitterness of the chocolate puts you at ease, and balances out any taste or after-taste you got from dinner. Added with the warmness from the hot water Ovaltine that was cooled from the condensed milk, your muscles relax. Put these two beautiful experiences together, and you get a very lovely smile on your face, and no chance of an upset stomach.

If you guys like a little holiday drink that's good for a dessert...

(This is for a 24oz serving)
Mocha Frappacino
Cinnamon Sticks
Whipped Cream
Milk (Whole milk recommended)
Dark Chocolate (Chocolate chips are OK for substitute if you want more sweetness)
Blender
Ice Cubes

Very basic and easy to make:
Heat up milk to just before it boils.
Pour into blender with chocolate and Frappacino (previously chilled in BACK of the refrigerator)
Blend all for 3 seconds.
Add 6 ice cubes.
Blend for 10 seconds.
Pour into 24oz or larger cup.
Top with whipped cream and use grater to garnish (and add a little "Kick") with shavings of the cinnamon sticks.
