The name is Cyrille; I am rather new to this part of the internet, so pardon the formal speech.
My fursona is a male, dark gray jackal with dark blue eyes, more information on the profile.
I have been a rather passive member of the fandom for a few years now; since I was about 13(ish)? Perhaps later, I am now 17. This is my first time on a forum, so hopefully it works out.
I utilize social networking quite a bit, although most of my activity is probably toward the weekends, as I focus upon my academics quite a bit(I am a senior in high school.)
Favorite games include Mortal Kombat and Tekken Tag Tournament 2; I enjoy fighters. I also like horror movies, although I cannot remember which ones at the moment. I like music a lot, and a lot of types. Except country. My family likes country.
My favorite colors are the tones and darker shades of blue, and the pure form white. I also enjoy grays and blacks, and to wear olive=ish greens.
Anyway, I'm hoping to find a fairly decent roleplaying section, as I don't really know any besides forums I cannot join due to age, heh.

Don't be afraid of being formal, some people enjoy those things, I especially thought your introduction post was easy on the eyes :)
When did you come up with your fursona and how he looked like?

Welcome to the forums, Cyrille! :) As Ventus very accurately pointed out, fear not the formal, I for one cannot stand people who fail to form coherent sentences in even the simplest of scenarios :P As for roleplaying, we do indeed have a fairly expansive and diverse roleplaying section for you to explore :3 I myself don't roleplay with large groups much anymore, but I'm all for a one-on-one RP every now and again. In any case, hope to see you around and that you have a wonderful time here! ^_^

@VentusFall; I used a jackal as my initial fursona, however its original color had been white. I switched to a darker and more realistic gray as time went on, and the eyes just got darker from their original royale.

One of the first reasons was the fact that they aren't the most common choice, although are rather close to it I must state.
The second is that I enjoy playing as thief or rogue characters in RPGs and RP; and a jackal is often a symbol of slyness and shadiness, without being a fox which has a different connotation in the fandom.

My friend that is almost the same reason why I chose a Raccoon! The other reason for me is the fact that I am very close to nature and teach a wilderness survival class. I have a feeling we are going to be friends. ^_^ PM me any time!
