I'm pretty sure the parents know, at least the ones who pay attention to what their kids watch do anyway, but the kids don't, and that's all that matters really. It is amazing how much adult humor is in kids cartoons of any generation. But when we are kids, most if not all of it just goes right over the top of our heads, and we wondered why our parents giggled. lol...

Kinda makes you wonder though..... What small percentage of rapists/sex offenders out there actually got a bigger impression from Pepe while growing up than most? That is kind of a creepy thought.
