Hey guys, Newbie artist here!

my hobbies include art, hikes, nature, and lucid dreaming.

I've been drawing anthropomorphized characters for quite some time. Wonder what you guys might think of these.

Also, I was thinking of commissioning some furry art too. I would appreciate some advice on how to go about that! :D

Anyway, looking forward to making friends here! :D

Welcome to the forum btw there's a lot of art related topics on the boards to have a look at :P


If you want to start commissioning people, it's a good idea to set up a paypal account with a credit card so people can send you cash online and you can email them their finished product. Advertising is the hard part, set up an account with Furaffinity or DeviantArt and post some examples for commissioners to see what to expect. Posting notes or comments with prices is also a good idea.

Nice, I don't have anything to tell you other than to start drawing for friends. That's the best way to advertise and get your work popular.

Besides all the advice previously mentioned, I would like to add that you could also start your own art topic on the forums and you could also consider doing some give-aways from time to time :)

I was thinking of doing give-aways as a warm up! I can start with you guys, Would you like to pitch me your requests?


Also, i already have a paypal account, I just need to start advertising though, and figuring out the prices... But in the meantime: Give me your fursonas! (and any reference you'd like to be used)

Well, I don't use other's art because I think its like pearls before swine, I'll never appreciate it as much as the creator. But, my cousin here (he's hovering) wants to know if you can do an Australian shepherd. He loves those dogs.  :)

Sure BakaFawkes  :) those are indeed beautiful. Ask your cousin which markings/color? There are so many! The ones with the crazy markings differ a lot too.

Tell him to find an image for reference, otherwise I'm fumbling in the dark.

And lastly, muscular build? Clothing? Accessories?
