Title: Help needed with fursuiting part 2
Post by: FurryJason100 on September 16, 2013, 10:41:08 PM
In continuation to my other topic I really want a fursuit, but I have only 2 choices: either to make a fursuit from scratch (or template). Or to order/commision a fursuit. Both of these choices aren't simple, commissioning a fursuit is easy but will cost a lot of money, while making your own is............ Complicated....very, and it takes more time since I'm a new furry.... So to simplify this all is.... Is it easier to make a fursuit or to commision one?  @.@

It depends heavily on your financial situation, artistic skills, amount of time available, and motivation. Even if you make your own, you should expect to spend a chunk of money on the necessary supplies. If you have the money, commissioning one is definitely "easier." But if you're good with crafts and have the time and necessary motivation, building your own can be a great choice too. There are pros and cons to each method, and it just depends on you and what you want or can afford.

Maybe I should wait until I can afford one  ^_^. I could choose a website for future references.  :P
