Does anyone know how to take a video of gameplay on the Xbox 360 and put it on youtube? Not a video of the screen, the actual gameplay.

You can always use a Video Capture Card. Some are cheap, some are more on the expensive side. If you can throw more money at it, that's always a good thing to do.
Maybe there's another way to do it, but I've always used Capture Cards for it.

Right there :3 It's what I use to record PS3 gameplay but it works for Xbox as well. It's fairly easy and the quality is excellent.

Doesn't look too bad, though for $30 less or so you can get a similar one at Newegg

Of course if price isn't an issue, go with whatever'll make you satisfied.
