Teamspeak will allow us to talk to each other with our voices I can also set up private chat rooms and everything it's worth it!!! ^_^

Would it be integrated into the forums somehow? I think some more information would be nice first, since I'm not quite sure I understand what all this would entail... >.>

Right now I'm trying to see If people are interested then I'm going to present it to tweak or winged zephyr this is just a poll to see if it would even be worthwhile to make one. If you or anyone else has a question pm or post on this poll :)

I'm a bit confused. Is this something you're thinking about setting up and managing yourself, or are you asking for something to actually be integrated into the forums? And if you want something like this integrated, how so? What is the idea that you're thinking about presenting to us?

Well if I can get it integrated into the forums that'd be great. The whole thing is I use teamspeak all the time to talk to my friends In California I game with. I like it because you can talk to each other. The way you would integrate it is through a link like on the home page that would take the user to the server using the teamspeak program. I'm fairly sure it's free and it would simply add an expansion to the fourums and I could also manage it if you'd like. If you guys have any questions let me now :)

While I do feel your idea is interesting, I personally think you would be better off using Mumble (http://mumble.sourceforge.net). It uses much less bandwidth, is fairly simple to set up and the program itself is a lot lighter, with a cleaner UI (although the most important thing here to note is the fact that it uses less bandwidth, so voice lag is much less common and it won't affect user's connections as much as Teamspeak or Skype would, and the same goes for the program being lighter, causing less stress on the user's machine.)
Feel free to ask me anything you want about Mumble, I use it on a near-daily basis.

I can vouch for that, Mumble is a great program :)
Though I can't really compare because I've never used Teamspeak.

See the problem is my dad gets upset whenever I download a new program so currently I can only use teamspeak. :/
The chance of convincing him to let me download mumble is very slim

If you're looking to have speech for ALL people at once, you're going to want to use Teamspeak. Skype has has too many connection issues in conference calls that exceed 3 people. In my experience over the years, Teamspeak has never had these problems, and is less of a pain to create several different rooms and managing members is a LOT easier. I used to manage 5 different CS clan teamspeaks in the past, so I can say for sure that the operations are much better.

Due to the interest that the poll has created over a Teamspeak server
I will hopefully setup a prototype TS channel for testing purposes and I will post the ip either this weekend or at latest Monday

Unfortunately I read up on how to make the teamspeak channel and it requires port forwarding which my computer blocks so unless I can get someone to help me out we may not have a teamspeak!

Well, the server is up right now. It's labeled under "TFF Official Server" for TeamSpeak3.
Our current user limit is 32, with a 32 query waiting list for open slots. I'll try to get my hands on a non-profit license from them so we can get the max 512 without having to pay any money.
