Title: Is there any other poets?

Hello i love poetry while my style is rather morbid it seems to be very good and i dont have many problems writing it usually i can make one thats very good within 5 minutes when im in the right mood is anybody else a poet or likes poetry? If so tell me your favorite genre and your issues/ advantages with writing

I am a poet of sorts. I tend to write it when my prose is not coming about, but I do prefer prose. My preferred forms are free verse and haiku, more so free verse due to it not being constrained. An advantage from writing it would be a more bard-like quality to a tale I tell and it keeps me keen on roleplays and writing in general, allowing me to practice being more concise.

I have no idea about the terms such as prose, or free verse, as I am dutch but do write in english. I should just google it, but whatevs. I write a bit of poetry, occasionally. Generally it's just based on rhyme, and I usually start making one after I hear a nice line in a song for example. Most of the time I start a poem when I think of a line myself though, and just build something around it. Have quite a bunch of poems on my DA if you're interested :)

I have a lot of poems on my facebook. I haven't written any in a long time though because now I have writers block so I'm pretty music hopeless.
